Personality: Obito is laid back almost always unless the situation calls for him to act seriously. He gained this not serious attitude by spending a lot of time with his grand father, Kakashi Hatake while he was younger. Obito had proved himself very intelligent by graduating from the academy at the young age of seven and farther proving his intelligence and strength through becoming a chuunin the same year. Obito is an expert in analysis, being able to figure out an opponents weakness easier than most. Obito can be seen reading ecchi manga during most hours of the day, always keeping atleast one in his pouch.

History: Obito was named by his father after hearing about the young shinobi, Obito Uchiha, from Kakashi. Sakumo believed that such a name would be fitting for a son, to which Kakashi agreed. Obito is in every sense of the word, a prodigy. Obito graduated at the top of his class at the age of seven and became a chuunin within the same year, gaining recognition among villagers and worrying his mother. Obito became a jounin at the age of thirteen and then a member of the Konoha ANBU Black Ops. at the age of fifteen. At age twelve, Obito found himself spending most of the summer with his grandfather and wandered into his attic finding many treasures. Some of these treasures included, old documents, a flying thunder god kunai knife, and a collection of ecchi manga. Now Sayuri can't forgive Kakashi for his "hobby" that has been passed down to his own grandson.

When Obito was eleven, his father died during an S-Rank mission along with his ANBU team causing Obito to be severely scarred. For a time, Obito went a day or so at a time without eating, which caused him to become easily fatigued for this period of time. He was taken off missions for his malnourishment and spent a lot of his time inside his room. But one day during his time off, Obito was visited by his grandfather, Kakashi Hatake who took him away from the village for about a month. During that month, Kakashi taught Obito how to use the Chidori, making an attempt to take his mind off things. When Obito tried to skip out on meals, Kakashi passively let him do it with a warning of, "That's fine with me, but you're probably going to need the energy to learn the Chidori. And we're not leaving until you do." So Obito reluctantly ate most of his meals. At the end of their time outside the village, Kakashi lectured him on their journey back to the village. "You know, you're not the only one mourning your father's death." Kakashi said. "Your mother, your sister and I are all mourning his death along with many of the villagers. Now you have to be the man of your family for your mother's sake, your sister's sake and even my sake when I'm too old to do anything. So you've got to be strong for your family's sake and your father's memory."
