History: Tsuki is nothing short of a prodigy. She was praised and hailed as a champion through out her life. Well, mainly as a medical ninja. She is mediocre in Ninjutsu apart from her Medical Ninjutsu. She is a master at Genjutsu though, and prefers to kill opponents by trapping them with Genjutsu, and then using that to eliminate them. She was eventually chosen to be the next Hokage, and instantly accepted. For her, it is like a dream come true.

A red haired female ran up to the roof and stood next to Tsuki. "Lady Tsuki, the Raikage is here to speak with you." She said, a smile on her face. Tsuki turned and walked off the roof and downstairs. She sat down in a meeting room, and sent her assistant to guide the Raikage up to her.

Tsuki relaxed slightly, and stretched her legs out. She then realised what she was wearing. She was still in her bedclothes and a coat. No matter, she would just have to make a fool of herself.

the red haired female came down to Harikēn and told him to follow her.
When he came up to the hokage he couldn't help but smile a bit when he notice she were in bedclothes.
"Sorry, if i disturb your sleep, but i have travelled some way, to deliver this letter to you. It is regarding the future of both our villages."
Then he laid the letter on the table.

"You can give me the answer when you've given it some thought. I will wait stay in the village some days anyway. I must admit, it is quite beautiful. See you soon."
he then exited the room and started walked down through the town

Rikku read the words. then thought to herself after seconds she got understood one thing "Amegakure..." She said to herself "...the city hidden in the Rain. You want me to go there eh?" She mused. She already had ALOT of money on her so mine as well walk now. She put the note in her pocket. She thought back to the guy who read her mind "Mind readers are weird." She finally determined quickly reaching her destination. She looked around it was always one of her fav. hang out spots when she actually had the time to go. Paine atleast knew where she was. She let her know with a messenger hawk. Paine would act accordingly and tell the Kage that she had to reject the message which she did do.

Paine read the message and nodded she went to the Kage's room and knocked on the door. "Kage Rikku has to decline the mission she told me to tell you that Kaisuke was more then equipped for the job and that she will explain her whereabouts as soon as she returned and a full explanation as well.

Tsuki woke up with no recollection of the night before. Aside from her alliance with Kumogakure. She stood up, got her clothes on, and and walked outside, looking out over her village. A warm smile creeped onto her lips. "I love this village.. If something happened to it.." She whispered, clutching her coat sleeve. "This world needs peace.. And it will happen. I just hope someone can stand up to be our saviour." She whispered, staring at Konoha.

She leaned against the railing, and smiled at some innocent children. who waved at her. She waved back, her beauty making some of them swoon. "Hehe. Maybe i'm more beautiful than i think!" She laughed, wrapping her tail around her.

Rikku looked at Kaisuke. He was right. She cursed herself under the breath. "Listen He's right. I was stupid for accepting. And I'm out of my deal. And if I see you again. I'll end you. I'm backing down and I am leaving. My village needs me. I'm one of the Anbu If I'm not the best of Anbu of the elite court guard then I'm top second. I'm the youngest anbu of my village and my village needs me. She left going straight to back to her village. She knocked on the Kage's door kneeling on the ground as she waited for her Kage to answer. Her anbu uniform on now. She had a report and a explanation to give.

Rikku stood up and walked in "Lade Hokage, A man named animal is watching Kohana as a spy. My men are on it but we have a problem. A man known as Shuro is declaring war on every village. He seeks to become god of a new world. He is power hungry and not to mention powerful. He has the 7 path power and from I can decipher he is one tough opponent even for me. His original plan was to recruit all the Bijuu in the region besides that of the nine tails. He wants them to help make this world pure or so he told me. But now who knows what his true plan is. Madame Hokage. I ask you to strengthen your guards and please keep a watchful eye out and protect yourself. Please allow me to gaurd you as well." She asked her. Her tone serious and her eyes full of worries.

Tsuki's eyes widened. Not with anger, but with happiness. "You don't understand, Rikku." She muttered, standing up. "I prayed to the gods i could have a saviour. I prayed we would have a god among men to save us. To vanquish our enemies. It came true. My prayers were answered. And you seek for me to turn him away?"

"I understand your concern, and i will strengthen my guard force.." She continued, looking at her paperwork. Suddenly, she looked up, her Moonlight Irises activated, and she slammed her hands on the desk - The desk shaking as if Tsunade had hit it. "I refuse to let him wage war on the villages and i think i can take care of myself!" She shouted, her Kekkei Genkai deactivating, but her stern expression remaining. "But.. I think we should observe him, and watch him. You remember how i handled Kagura, Ganda and Onikage? Those three Lords of Darkness?"

Flashback

Kagura cackled like a madman. "Come now, Tsuki - You can't keep those jewels hidden forever! Give them to us and your village will be left-" Kagura was cut short by a fist through her chest. Tsuki had made a clone to distract her while she spoke. Instantly, Ganda went to crush her, and Tsuki ducked under him, destroying his leg as she went under. Then Onikage leaped at her, slamming his heel into her shoulder, spikes from his boots pushing down. "Moonlight Irises!" Tsuki yelled, energy exploding off of her. She grabbed Onikage's leg, and ripped it off, followed by a kick to the chest. She turned and looked at the three corpses with a frown. "Nobody hurts my villagers and gets away with it."

Rikku saw the reaper and frowned "Don't talk to me and I wont kill you." She told him and disappeared and reappeared beside her Kage. She loved doing that disappearing and reappearing. It made things fun. She was in a kneeled position a but behind her Kage. She had her arm over her face and 10 ninja stars in between her knuckles. She stayed like this as still as a statue unmoving even her breathing could barely be seen. She was waiting for her to be needed. Her Kage didn't like her to interfere in her or any battle unless absolutely necessary.

"So, you are a sage of six paths? Hm?" She grunted, looking at Deva and Human. "I may not have six paths, but i'm a sage myself. Sage of the Ressapanda clan. My clan holds the secret to the Red Panda Senjutsu. If you allow me to assist you, and you don't destroy Konoha.. I could unveil the secrets of our Senjutsu to you, and you would be slightly more powerful with our techniques."

"I expected better from the Hokage, I have Rinnegan, if I was the Sage of Six Paths I could have just blinked and merely got what I wanted. Animal grabbed the scroll and looked at it. "Interesting." He swallowed the scroll whole as if he was a snake eating a rat that was too big. "I have no need to destroy Konoha, I also don't wish to learn your Senjutsu. No offense of course but if I wanted to grow ears and a tail I would go kill a fox and fuse it's ears and tails on me." Animal looked at Human then nodded. "Human tell me, was she lying?" Human shook his head. "No she is telling the complete truth, should we let her go?" Animal nodded and Deva and Human let go.

"You realize by siding with me you will become enemies of all villages that don't decide to side with me, I also will not help you in any wars as my Rinnegan is used to create, not to destroy."

Tsuki thought for a moment, before looking at their outfits. "Answer me this, Sage. You're like Yahiko.. Or Nagato. I hope you chose to follow Yahiko, because he is smarter than you think."

She put a hand onto his robe for a moment, before her own clothing became similar, only with a fur hood. She took off her Leaf Headband and stared at it for a moment.

"You want peace, right? In order to do so, you need to create a new world... Sage, i will help you acheive your goal. And if need be, i will protect you with my very own life. You would do well to remember that even 'Pein' was destroyed.. And if you're going to be like Yahiko, that threat is still there." She grunted, her headband disappearing into ashes. She made her own outfit replicate his, her fur hood remaining intact, and Tsuki put her Anbu Mask on. "Shall we leave, then?"

Rikku was for lack of a better word pissed off when she saw her Kage "Wow....thats fucking great." She told her a look of disgust was the only thing on her face. "And here I thought I was cared about atleast by one person." She laughed. "That's fucking brilliant. Well I hope your little betrayal is worth it." She looked at Shuro "Your worse then Pein. Ya know that? least pein was being controlled and had no control over his actions. You sicken me. You want to rage war on everyone. Which will destroy every village. And for what? So you can be some high and mighty god. Your power hungry and your soon to meet your demise because of it. I really hope I get to see you when your face is ripped off by a demon or by my hands. And Kage, I hope I get to be the one to shove my sword into your chest." She told them both and then she dissapeared reappearing next to Kaisuke. She looked at Kaisuke but collapsed before she could move.

"Tsk tsk tsk, Pein is Nagato with a form of impure ressurection that only Rinnegan users can use." When Animal saw Reaper he laughed. He snapped his fingers and as if snapping was a command Human and Deva appeared beside Animal. Deva searched for Reaper then found him, he quickly used Bansho Tenshin on Reaper which forced him to him. When Reaper reached Deva Human grabbed Reaper and began sucking out his soul. Whilist this happening Animal summoned Gedo Mazo which used Chakra Chains on Reaper's soul which sealed him inside Gedo Mazo where he could not leave. Deva Path looked at the sky and it rained hard causing the fires to go away. "Tell me Rikku, why would I stop that fool then put out the fires if I really wanted war?" Deva smiled at Gezo Mado then looked at Rikku once again. "I can heal him and as for Reaper or whatever his name is the seal will only for three days, I didn't perform a full seal as I didn't want to lose power if you still wish to join me on his quest for peace you know where to find me.

Animal looked at Tsuki. "I can repair the damage, however I would need a complete evacuation of everyone that lives in Konoha."

(Sealed Reaper for three days even though he will wind up breaking it within one somehow)
