Most people may think that nightmares are a thing of the mind but what if they were triggered by an outside force? There is a place where this outside force comes from: The Necroworld. The Necroworld is a place where beings live that create nightmares. These beings possess a human form and a nightmare form. They come from objects, plant or maybe have been even human once. They come into the human world and manifest themselves in dreams to scare the humans to fuel their life force. Even though overcoming fears is a even greater boost to their life force, short term scares are a long term solution. Just one thing, those who appear in the human world and get identified must eliminate the witnesses, these witnesses end up in the necroworld. The life of one human gets turned upside down when no one believes him and he is being hunted by the beings of the necroworld.

The Necroworld: It is a dark place. The technology seems to be both of organic origin and of dark magic. While the beings there are generally friendly amongst one another, to humans they are terrifying. They come into the human world through summoned portals.
