Build: Vitzilliev is kind of between short and tall, but athletic.
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Black. It's smooth, fairly thick, but not bushy, about 2'6 long (going down his back in a ponytail). It's kept in it's form by blue 'bands.'.
Scars: There is a set of matching laceration scars going down his back, in diagonal jagged snake . Each is about 8-9 inches long.

Personality

Vitzilliev is a eccentric individual. He's always with variations of people, getting to know each person in the group. He's generally friendly and helpful, even to people he doesnt like sometimes. Although he is a little quirky, he's a bright individual: He's a A- studen at a local high school. However, he is very protective of his friends, often defending those who wont or cant stand up for themselves. Thusly, he is sometimes seen with a black eye, bandaged nose or forehead. He's more than willing to add new friends to his ever growing list.

Hobbies: Vitzilliev is quite fond of cooking. He enjoys dishes made with chicken, especially spicy chicken, but any meat dish is usually approved by his gut. He doesnt mind fruits thought....
He likes practicing Xingyiquan, (A chinese martial arts for those who dont know.) with his father, and Systema (A russian martial art.) with his mother. He is more skilled in Xingyiquan, but embraces his mother's self defense as well.
He also can dance (Badly), but dance none the less. As long as he's having a good time with friends or family, he wouldnt care much what he was doing.

Flaws: Vitzilliev has a few that might call flaws, but he sees only the good part in them.
Too Caring: Vitzilliev would throw himself in front of a car, if it could save someone. Even a total stranger.
Iron Will: It's both an ability, and a flaw. If presented with an obsticle that couldnt be gone around, under, or over, Vitzilliev would try to go through it. He'd punch it untill his knuckles bled, and even then, he'd still try to kick it down.
Hot Headed: Tease him again. He DARES you. And more than likely, will punch your lights out.

Equipment

Vitzilliev's collar is usually kept as an armband rather than a collar. It's base color is Yellow, with the Book, Skillet, and Barbell charms.

Special Abilities: Vitzilliev is quite the speedster. He's not super fast, but he can usually outrun most kids his age, even some adults.
Iron Will: Vitzilliev is determined not to ever, ever, EVER give up. Nothing is too hard, too fast, or too strong. It will eventually break before him!
Fox Senese: Vitzilliev has increased hearing, smell, and sight. However, these just put him above the bar for humans. For other Kitsunes, he's just at the average level.
Improved Perception: Being part fox has improved Vitzilliev's perception. He can however, only percive (if that's a word) minor things, such as thrown objects, or punches from behind (Note that he may sense them, but may be unable to do anything about them!)

History

Vitzilliev is from the East. His father is Chinese, and his mother is Russian. They migrated to their current abode when Vitzilliev was too small to remember anything. They addapted to the lifestyle, and took up good jobs which paid well; A dojo master and a secretary, respectively. This explains his slightly russian accent (sometimes his "W's" come out as "V's")

Vitzilliev grew up a responsible child, who behaved well and made good grades. In fact, most his teachers will recall him as their favorite student. He knows the value of hard work and dedication, a rare trait in today's society. His father taught him the motto, "Be man enough to accept the responsibilty of your actions." It stuck with him, and guided him through life.

Now, a young man in high school, Vitzilliev continues to live by that motto, make decent grades, and has a vast amount of friends.

Relationship: Vitzilliev is an open minded indevidual, having but one past relationship, and it not even being serious (the woman using Vitzilliev to get herself things.). Knowing this, he dumped the girl. He'd be willing to have another girlfriend, but he's sensitive about the topic of a boyfriend. Mostly the fact that his mother would skin him, and use him as a blanket if she found out he was homosexual.

Family: Mother, Father, Two older brothers, a younger sister are the major ones. But he has other family as well (aunts, uncles, ect.).
