Physical Description: Sumin is tall for a Korean woman, with black hair cut down to her shoulders and dark eyes. She is generally seen as very pretty. Su tries to work out when she can, sometimes gaining a bit of muscle in the Summer months.

Pre-N.S.P.A. Biography: Sumin grew up in a strict, middle-class Korean household in Suwon, District 8, to a successful military father and her mother, a now-retired nurse. She has one sibling, a younger sister named Yu Na Park, whom she did not get along with very well growing up, but has since become her best friend in adulthood. Her family taught them traditional moral values which has sometimes been hard to break out of as a young adult.
After Sumin completed high school she attended the Neo-Seoul University for four years until obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Science. It was there she met her first and only girlfriend, Erika, who at the time was also studying Forensic Science. They dated for almost 5 years until Erika broke up with Sumin and left to go back home to Neo-Tokyo. After University, Su had applied for the N.S.P.D's National Internship and was successful, working an entire year in the D.T.R until she was hired as a full time Forensic Investigator. Sumin now lives with her sister in Yanju.
Personality profile:As her sister Yuna says, 'Su is a typical Virgo'. Sumin is very organized and likes to keep her life sorted as best she can. She typically has a 'no nonsense' type attitude especially when she is working, which may sometimes come across as cold and unfriendly, but Su cares very deeply for her family and close friends to the point where it sometimes hurts her. She upholds typical Korean values and has a hard time speaking her mind to any sort of superior or authority.
