Ezekiel Jones
◙◙* Male
◙◙* 31
◙◙* Human
◙◙* Sanctuary's Sheriff

Image
Image
ImageImage
◙◙◙◙ Sanctuary's Sheriff, and a friend of Aila's. Ezekiel is a rather mellow person, an easy smile on his face, a disarming aura—it's easy to see why he's fairly popular in the town. Not only for his youthful appearance, but because of his hard work and dedication. He's held the mantle of sheriff for about five years, now, and was a transfer from another town. He's managed to make Sanctuary a fairly safe place, and the recent murders have weighed heavily on him. It's apparent in his strides, and the way he always seems down—like a kicked puppy with no place to go. He constantly visits the floral shop, though, to check in on them. They're his favorite people, and quite possibly his first friends since moving to Sanctuary. He prefers to be called Zeke, when he's not in uniform. It makes him feel more approachable and likeable—or so he says.

Amaryllis Bellamy
◙◙* Female
◙◙* 26
◙◙* Human
◙◙* Deputy

Image
Image
ImageImage
◙◙◙◙ Amaryllis Bellamy is the deputy of Sanctuary, second to Ezekiel. She's newly appointed, and has taken to her job as a fish takes to being out of water. It's not exactly a pleasant thing, but she is trying her best to do what she can. She is a dedicated individual and has lived her entire life in Sanctuary. It is her home; a place she would do anything to protect. She's glad that nothing really happens in Sanctuary, however; these recent murders have stirred something in her. Usually spunky with a bit of stubbornness create a lively person. She's awkward at best, but she really does have everyone's best interests at heart—even if she screws up a bit more than she'd like to admit. Like Zeke, she visits the floral shop quite often. She loves her namesake flowers. It's a bit of an open secret.

Adrien Belmonte

◙◙* Employee at Elysian Fields

Image

◙◙◙◙ Adrien Belmonte is a current employee at Aila's shop—and quite possibly her best friend. He's been with her since the beginning of her shop, helping her out as best as he can, however; Adrien has a secret. He's a vampire from the oldest line of them, the Belmontes. It is rumored that his family were the first the Ancestor turned, essentially becoming more human than vampire. For one, they do not need to drink blood—nothing, really. No food, no air, no water. They just... exist. They do feed to keep up appearances, however, and can sustain themselves on either blood or food. It depends on which appearances they are trying to keep up. The truth, though, is that the Belmontes only consist of two members: Adrien and the progenitor. It is a deeply concealed secret, and only one member of the Council knows this: the Head. Adrien is a bit of a soft heart, though, and it can be seen when he attends to the flowers, and the way he interacts with Aila. They're a strange duo, but it's easy to see how deep their platonic relationship is.

The woman at the desk glanced up at Vicentius and blinked slowly. “Just one second, Mr. Calloway," she stated as she glanced at the computer screen. She typed something into it, but Ezekiel knew she was just passing time until he came around the corner. He sighed to himself, though. He didn't need the doctor poking around too much. Oh, he could smell the good doctor's intentions. It wasn't every day that vampires arrived in Sanctuary, after all. He knew what the good doctor and his family were, but he didn't know why they were here.

He thought the last of the vampire vermin had been exterminated, but he supposed he'd find out what they were doing in Sanctuary. First thing was first, though—he needed to get the doctor away from the station. He knew exactly why the man was here—Aila had always been easy to read. Her emotions were as clear as day. The doctor was here to check up on Ezekiel, but he couldn't have that. Instead, he cleared his throat, and walked into the doctor's view. He purposefully stayed behind the counter, though. Doctor or not, he wasn't allowed to go behind the counter.

“Doctor Calloway," he stated, offering the doctor a feigned smile. “What can I do for you?" he asked, keeping the smile in place. The phone nearest to him began to ring, and Adelaide, the woman at the desk, answered. It was strange, though, considering that the phone that rang was the one used for emergencies.

“Ma'am, please calm down. Where are you?" she spoke in a calm, trained voice. Ezekiel raised a brow as Adelaide scribbled something down on a piece of paper. “Alright, the Sheriff is on his way," she spoke, hanging up the phone and glancing up towards Ezekiel. “An animal attack," she stated, handing Ezekiel the piece of paper with the address on it. “She claims it wasn't a dog, though. It was a creature with no hair, elongated arms and legs, and sharp fangs," she continued. Ezekiel would have rolled his eyes, but he had a certain air to display.

“Sorry Calloway," he stated, leaning back to grab his jacket, “perhaps another time?" He didn't leave much room for a response before leaving out the front door.

Aila smiled at the response and nodded her head. “We will be there," she replied, watching as Adrien nodded his head as well. She was excited about getting to know this family. She wanted to know where they were from, what they liked. Learning about new people was always interesting to her, and she supposed it had to do with the fact that she hadn't really left Sanctuary. Something kept her here, some invisible line that pulled on her mind if the thought even crossed her.

“I do not," Adrien replied to Arthur's question. For as long as she'd known him, Adrien ate almost everything she put in front of him. If he had allergies, she would have known about them one way or another. She shook her head in way of response, as well.

“Not that I am aware of," and she hoped she didn't. Food was delicious, and she loved to eat. It would be devastating to her if she couldn't eat certain foods, but she knew some people did have allergies. She felt bad for them, but at least there were alternatives to it. Before Adrien could lead the way to the grocery, the phone went off, however; Aila pursed her lips together. It wasn't the shop phone, nor her cellphone. From the look on Adrien's face, it wasn't his, either. Both of them turned towards Arthur and Celeste. Perhaps it was one of theirs?

"Thank you." Vicentius' expression did not change even though he is aware of what the woman was doing. He remained patient. There was no need for him to make much of a fuss since his purpose was already present. It was amusing really since he is reminded that he is playing a game. The demeanor of the Sheriff intrigued him. The first time they met at the flower shop made his senses pick up on something. The establishment of rapport with local enforcement and Aila's request were not the only reasons he came to the police station in a rather abrupt manner. He did take advantage of the white-haired girl's concern but he was not really the kind of person that cares about people's health in any way or form. There is always another meaning behind the actions he does no matter how innocent it looks like. He has never been the kind who shows his cards in any given situation.

"Sheriff Jones. My apologies. It might seem abrupt my visit here." He started but was not able to continue when the phone nearest to them rang. It was rather annoying that he was tempted to crush it but nothing negative came through his mask. His annoyance ended quite quickly though when he heard the women speak about an animal attack. It should not be something that he should care about. Those types of scenarios are possible in this small mountainous town. The description of the animal, however, was something he is very familiar with. His expression did not show his interest though but only that of concern. He is the resident doctor of this town and such attacks would be under his jurisdiction in regards to injuries or dead bodies.

That is why he was about to say that he would be coming along. It is imperative to treat the victim especially if they are on the verge of death and all. The sheriff though did not wait for any input from him as he left in a hurry. That was normal but he has a feeling that there was something else in that action. "Excuse me." He looked at the receptionist again. "I did not mean to eavesdrop on the conversation but I am the replacement for Dr. Brixton. I would like to know where the incident happened. It is best that I go there to asses the situation of the victim. Animal attacks, after all, can cause gruesome injuries." His eyes of gold reflected seriousness to fulfill his duty as a doctor and also a concern befitting of his profession. "I would like to prevent the situation from getting worse." There is a semblance of truth behind that and whether the receptionist gave it or not, he left the police station.

ImageHe then made a call. "Cancel the dinner plans." That interaction can be rescheduled. "We have termites. I'll call for exterminators." A scent familiar filled the air before he ended the call. His voice was calm and his expression pristine. No one could tell that something out of ordinary occurred. He then made another call as he continues to walk with an unhurried pace. "Yes, I am calling because I found a termite in my house." The person on the other line spoke. "I don't know if there is a colony." He nodded his head. "All right. I will do that. Thank you for the assistance." The line went dead then after he looked at his cellphone thoughtfully. It seems my suspicion was right.

The blood he smelled before now has a good cause. It's quite the coincidence to find that animal here while looking for the Ancestor. It solidifies the fact that Sanctuary has a secret that is worthy of unearthing. He kept his phone and decided to go where that attack happened. The scent tells him where it is and without rain, it's better. It would be interesting to see that Sheriff's reaction about this. He is curious about the scene he would be seeing once he arrives there but of course as a very nice doctor.

ImageAthanasios simply nodded his head as he picked up the pots of spider lilies which Selene happily looked at. It was not an understatement to say that she looks rather adorable. But, he knew better that it was nothing more but an act that she uses for her selfish desires. It was at that point that the phone rang. He stood there with his usual uninterested expression. He only noticed that it was his when Adrien and Aila looked at him. Selene, on the other hand, completely ignored it and kept looking at the spider lilies.

"Hello." It was Vicentius which Athanasios already knew since it was the only guy who knew his number. He was not fond of technology really. So, he usually likes doing things manually. He would admit that it made physical labor easier but he never liked doing such things in the first place. That is why it has not much of an effect on him. "Okay." The call ended and one cannot guess if the call was a good one or not. He has never been expressive after all.

"The dinner is cancelled." Athanasios said like it was just another boring weather report.

ImageThat is when Selene finally shifted her attention from the spider lilies to what Athanasios just said. She has an idea that it was Vicentius who called but for him to cancel what he had already planned about before. That meant something awfully messy happened. After all, that blue-haired vampire was never the type to deviate from his detailed plan. "Cancelled? Did something happened with Vic?"

Athanasios looked at Selene. "He is fine." He answered then looked back at Aila and Adrien. "We will reschedule." He took Selene's hand. "We will be going now." She looked back at Adrien and Aila and waved her hand to bid them goodbye as Athanasios lead her out of the shop. Once, they were far, she asked her watchdog about the details. "What happened?" He didn't have to answer that but they are sent here as a coven. He has a guess that they would be ordered by the Council since they are here now. "Termites." That should be enough. "Good. I am hungry." She said with a very sweet smile on her face.

Aila looked confused when Arthur spoke. She looked like she was about to ask why, however; Arthur left with his fiancée in tow. She glanced in Adrien's direction with her lips pursed together. “Do you think everything is alright?" she asked him, moving around the corner so that she could go to the front door. She glanced in the direction they had left, before her attention returned to Adrien.

“I'm sure everything is fine, Aila. Perhaps something came up, and they had to cancel? I'm sure you can ask them about it at a later time, but you have a store that needs your attention," he spoke to her, smiling in her direction to reassure her that everything would be fine. From what he caught on the other side, they had termites. It would be a poor host to have a dinner with an infested house, however; they seemed to be getting an exterminator to deal with it.

“If you say so," she responded, smiling slightly as she turned her attention back to the list she had been working on. She picked up the pen she'd been using, and tapped it lightly against her bottom lip. “What do you think we should use this year? We have a few aster and lilies," she stated. He knew she was referring to the booth setup for the Camilia festival.

“Anemone, Daisy, and Geranium," he listed off a few flowers that would be easier to maintain, and looked aesthetically pleasing when put together. “Oh, and Gardenia," he added. Aila shook her head, but smiled, writing down the flowers he'd listed. At least that was what he assumed she was doing.

“You're fine, Miss Vitali--it's just a scratch," Ezekiel spoke as he placed a hand on Sienna's shoulder. The woman was pale, as if she'd seen a ghost, however; Zeke stated that it was due to shock. Sienna had never been attacked before, and she was clearly in some state of panic. Amaryllis didn't know much about that, but she was still learning how to read certain conditions. She had arrived just after Zeke had, having been told over the radio about the situation. She knew he could handle it alone, but Sienna was the bakery owner, and a dear friend of Aila's and Amaryllis'. She wanted to make sure she was okay.

“Can you describe what the animal looked like, Sienna?" she asked, pulling out a notepad to jot down whatever she could. Sienna rubbed her forearm, just above the wound, and nodded slowly.

“It was like a hairless dog, but... it wasn't a dog. It was far too big to be one. The legs... they were... long-limbed, and the snout...," she paused to take a breath, and Amaryllis waited for her to continue. “The snout was long, and its canines... they shouldn't have been that long, and those eyes," it was at this point that Amaryllis motioned for Sienna to stop. It was obvious that whatever the animal was, it had scared Sienna.

“Perhaps we should take you to the clinic, Sienna? Have the doc look at your arm to make sure it's not infected," she spoke softly. Sienna didn't immediately answer, though, and Amaryllis glanced at Zeke, who just shook his head.

I see... Vicentius had arrived at the site where the said animal attack happened. The scent both familiar and annoying led him to the place. He took his time though to look around without alerting others. He has been told to assess the situation and to see if there is more of these ghouls present at Sanctuary. It would appear that there was only one and has gotten away. This could be troublesome. They are already here and to send another coven just for clean up would not be efficient. It would also impede their investigation since new faces would be arriving in this town for that scenario. It would definitely raise a lot of suspicions. That is why it would be most likely assigned to his coven to eliminate the ghoul and its friends if there are. This would be another chore. The witch would love it though. He would be reporting to the Council after taking a look at the victim. That is when he finally decided to enter the scene.

Image"It is best I look at that." He looked at the victim which appears to be the bakery owner who he had been acquainted with. He did recently bought the pastries Sienna suggested to give to Aila earlier. "All right, Ms. Sienna?" He made his approach and looked at Amaryllis as he gave her a nod to acknowledge her presence and then at the Sheriff. He has a feeling that Ezekiel finds him rather troublesome. He might need to tone it down or maybe not. We shall see...

He kindly smiled at Sienna. "I will look at it now, Ms. Sienna, okay?" He slowly reached out to her as he held the arm that was injured. He inspected it and whether it was serious or not, there was nothing in his expression that gave it away. He was simply calm about it. "It doesn't require any stitching." He took out a small medical kit. "This will sting a bit." He dabbed her wound with antiseptic and made sure to clean the blood off. "You will be fine, Ms. Sienna." He then placed some anti-bacterial cream before wrapping it up with sterile gauze. His movements were precise and gentle. There was nothing to doubt that he knows what he is doing. "There you go. I would still like it if you come by the clinic tomorrow."

He cleaned up his things. "After that, I would like to hear your advice on what type of dessert is best served at dinner." He said with a smile and then looked back at the Sheriff. "I would like to see you at the clinic tomorrow as well Sheriff." He looked back at Sienna. "There is something I wanted to discuss with you and I think, Ms. Sienna would feel safer if you accompany her." He then looked at Amaryllis. "Ah yes, Ms. Amaryllis. I would like to inform you that dinner for tonight is canceled. I had a bit of problem at the Manor. So, I would have to reschedule it. My apologies."

Amaryllis sighed softly, but nodded her head understandingly at the doctor. “It's fine--I understand, Doctor Calloway," she replied before turning her attention towards Sienna. “Do you want the sheriff to escort you to the clinic?" she asked in a soft tone, placing a hand on the woman's shoulder as if to comfort her. Ezekiel managed to offer a sympathetic smile in her direction, however; he knew that she was just in shock. The bite wouldn't cause a Change. He'd made sure of that, himself, when he examined her. Sienna, however, merely shook her head.

“It's fine, Zeke," she replied, taking in a long breath. “I'd feel better if Amaryllis took me," she replied, which was a wise decision. He'd have to finish what the ghoul started, if she did want him to escort her. Ezekiel turned towards Calloway, though, resisting the urge to narrow his eyes, and gave him a smile.

“I'll visit your clinic another time, Doctor, but for now, I have an incident report to file," he stated, turning his attention towards Amaryllis who was sitting beside Sienna. “Plus I have to notify Wildlife services of a potential loose rabid wolf in the area. The sooner the better, but these things take some time. Hope you'll understand," he stated towards the doctor. That, and he didn't really want to be in the same vicinity as the vampire.

The next day saw Aila early in her shop. She'd heard about Sienna being attacked by an animal, and wanted to take her a bouquet. It had taken almost an hour to get everything the right way, but in the end, she was satisfied. The lilies had a pleasant smell to them, and she'd added some fern to give them volume. Baby's breadth would be going too far, so she opted to leave those out. Once she had it settled in a vase, she packed it carefully and made her way outside her building, taking care to flip the OPEN sign over.

The clinic wasn't too far from her shop, and Aila decided a walk was in order. As she made her way to the clinic, she bumped into Zeke, smiling at him as he passed her by. “Good morning, Zeke," she greeted as he waved at her.

“Aila," was his response. “Headed towards the clinic?" he asked, earning a short nod from her. His lips quirked lightly and he shook his head. “I take it those are for Sienna, then? Will you notify me when she's out? I'd like to check up on her when she's finished at Calloway's" he stated. Aila tilted her head in confusion.

“Why not join me? I'm sure she'd like to see you, and Vincent said he wanted to do a check-up on you," she spoke, almost simultaneous with Zeke's cough. She pursed her lips in his direction and furrowed her brows. “It doesn't sound like it's getting better, Zeke," she continued, earning a light chuckle from him.

“I'm fine, Ai. It's just a light cold," was his only response before he laid a hand on her shoulder, patting it a few times. “You worry too much," and she knew he was right about that. He waved to her before leaving, causing Aila to shake her head. He could be stubborn when he wanted to, but she supposed he had that right. If he wanted to see the doctor, he would. She wasn't going to force the issue any longer. Instead, she continued her way until she finally reached the clinic, smiling to herself as she entered.

“Good morning," she greeted the first person she came across.

Very interesting... Vicentius noted to himself without revealing it to those before him. "Of course. Incidents like these should never be taken lightly after all." He returned the sheriff's smile with his own before looking back at Sienna and then at Amaryllis. "Well then, I would be expecting you two tomorrow at the clinic." He placed a comforting hand on Sienna's shoulder. "You're safe now. I will be leaving you in their care. See you tomorrow, Ms. Sienna." His eyes then returned to Amaryllis. "I will make it up to you for the cancellation, Ms. Amaryllis. Till next time." His eyes carried a bit of disappointment because of canceling the dinner plans. His smile also carried a hint of awkwardness. It seemed he felt bad about it. "Then, if you will excuse me. I will go on ahead of you all."

He made his exit while many things were already being assessed in his head. It is quite remarkable as it does not show on his appearance but that is how he is. He only shows what is required to make the situation flow smoothly. That is the best to grab the fox by its tail. I should call now. He only did so when he was certain to be on his own and would be safe from anyone eavesdropping as he continued his trek towards the Aegis Manor. "Yes, I am here to update you on the current status of the infestation." There was a momentary pause but a smile was present on his lips. Those who will see it would interpret it as a kindly smile and nothing else. "Of course. There is no doubt." He will be taking another set of steps from this point on.

ImageThe next day, "Good morning, Ms. Aila." He greeted back with his ever polite and gentle smile. He was at the reception for he had a call and left Sienna who was accompanied by Amaryllis with Athanasios. "Are you here to see Ms. Sienna?" He inquired as he looked at the flowers she was carrying. "Are those for her? They are indeed beautiful. I'm sure she would like it." He approached Aila and then reached out his hands towards the vase. "Shall I carry it, if you don't mind?"

His eyes carried a warm glow. He actually looked a bit different. He was wearing glasses and donned a white coat like how a doctor should look like. This was the first time for anyone to see him in such an outfit for the town of Sanctuary. "Ms. Sienna would be happy to see you. She is fine of course. She only sustained a minor injury. It would heal and I would make sure it would not even leave a mark." He led the way inside where the others were, whether he held the flowers or not, but before that he looked at Selene who was the official receptionist of the clinic. "Celly, I will leave the records to you, okay?" His tone gentler and only then did he continue inside. "My apologies for leaving a moment. I hope Arthur was good company. But, look at what I found for Ms. Sienna."

ImageIn the end, Selene was left in a state of disappointment. That is because she was not allowed to hunt down the ghoul that was sighted. Their esteemed blue-haired leader decided not to do so. The guy seemed to be cautious about something and if she hadn't known better, there is definitely something more to this. The only problem she was never the wary type. It was better to tussle everything up and see what comes out. She always makes messes of every perfectly laid plan. It is the most thrilling.

"Boring..." Selene found herself instead manning the reception of the clinic. She was looking forward to being left alone at the Manor. But, that wasn't on the checklist apparently. They say they can't trust her on her own. Well, she won't refute that. She was planning to slip out and look for that ghoul. She did like feeding on those waste of space.

"Everything is. Now, compile this." Vicentius handed her some files. There patient records there from the doctor he replaced and the one who got attacked by the ghoul last night. "This looks fun."

Selene noted as she perused the records handed to her. "Do they know? They do don't they?" There was no response at that point because a visitor has entered. Their conversation had been interrupted by that flower store owner. Vicentius seemed very interested in her. She was quite sure it was not out of personal interest. The guy is not known for that at all. For the most part, she remained quiet and let the two talk. She only responded when her so-called brother addressed her. "I'll take care of it, Vic." She said proudly with a smile.

Image"Everything is fine." Athanasios had never been the best conversationalist. That is why he has no idea why Vicentius kept giving him identities that require socialization most of the time. It does get old and eventually, he just goes with it. But, his core personality never changed a bit. "It is healing quite nicely. Just take the prescribed medicine and the ointment listed here." He then gave Sienna the prescription left by Vic after finishing wrapping her wound cleanly.

Sienna's bloodwork looks fine so, there is no risk of turning. If that was the case, she would have been quarantined by them and that usually does not go diplomatically. He then looked at Sienna's companion who was Amaryllis. "It seemed these animal attacks are becoming frequent." The records they found indicated that. It was not a concern at first since this place is a remote and located in a backwater place, so it is understandable at a glance. But, the presence of a ghoul puts it in a different light. The conversation halted because Vicentius had finally returned and in tow another visitor. As for the comment of being good company, "Never."

When the doctor returned, Amaryllis smiled at Aila before her eyes wondered to the flowers in Calloway's hands. Aila must have handed the flowers over before she came in. Amaryllis could see the worry in Ai's eyes as clear as day, and she did her best not to chuckle at it. Ai worried about everyone; there was no changing that fact. Instead, Ama cleared the seat next to her--it had been filled with some of the magazines she'd been reading to pass the time.

“I'm sure that's not true, Arthur," Aila spoke, perhaps referring to his statement of not being good company. Amaryllis snorted softly at the comment. Arthur had been rather quiet at first, and if anything, he looked bored. Ama didn't blame him, really. She was sure he'd rather be doing something else, but most people usually did. Instead, she glanced towards Aila and smiled.

“You can take a seat here, Ai," she motioned for Aila who nodded. Once she took a seat, Amaryllis could see a bit of the worry ease out of her shoulders, but she was still a bit tense. “It was just a scratch, Ai, it's not infected," she tried to reassure her, but Ai's lips pursed into a fine line.

“Still, it looked pretty bad," she replied, turning her attention towards Sienna. “Are you sure you're alright?" she asked. Sienna slowly nodded her head.

“I'm fine, Aila. I think the initial shock has worn off, but I should be fine," she replied. Aila seemed to take that as a good thing, but still pursed her lips together. Ama couldn't help but chuckle to herself.

“Thank you, Vincent, for taking care of Sienna. Even if it was a small scratch, it still means a lot that you're willing to help," Aila spoke, causing Amaryllis to snort softly. Of course he'd help; he was a doctor. It'd be strange if he didn't. Doctors were under obligation to help when the situation called for it. What was strange, however, was that Adrien wasn't glued to her side.

“Where's your other half, Ai?" she asked, watching as the referrence flew over Aila's head as she furrowed her brows.

“Adrien is at the shop, cleaning it up. There was..." she paused for a second and glanced away from Amaryllis. She bit her bottom lip before glancing back towards her, and spoke, “There was a bit of an accident and he said he'd take care of it. He'll check on Sienna when he's finished," she replied. Amaryllis didn't like the sound of that. She knew Aila was lying--she was a terrible liar--but she wouldn't press the issue.

“Is there anything else you'd like to keep Sienna for, or am I free to escort her home?" she decided to ask as she turned her attention towards Calloway.

"I agree with Ms. Aila, Arthur. You're not that bad of a company." Vicentius followed up as he went towards Sienna and handed her the flowers. "This is a gift from Ms. Aila to you, Ms. Sienna." He then inspected the bandage Arthur made after the flowers were taken from his hold. There is nothing wrong about it at all. "Arthur, why don't you accompany Celly? I'm sure she wants you to be there." That statement would be considered normal since the two are considered a couple with their declaration of being engaged along with their display of intimate affections. Athanasios knew though that it was the subtle way of saying that he should secure Selene. It was only right knowing the personality of the one known to be a traitor.

Image Vicentius smiled gently at being thanked for what he is supposed to do. He is a doctor even if this was just a disguise. "There is no need to thank me. It is only right that I do my work as a doctor." He then heard something about Adrien. It seemed something happened. That made him curious and decided to do something about it. "Not at all. Ms. Sienna is done now." He then looked at Sienna. "But, I would suggest to take it easy for today." He then looked back at Aila and Amaryllis. "If there is anything else, please do not hesitate to ask." A ringing sound and it came from his phone. He looked at the screen for a moment and addressed the ladies before him. "If you would excuse me, I am sorry I couldn't see you three out." He then called for Arthur. "Arthur will see you out in the meantime. Until then."

He then entered his office where he answered his phone. "It has been a while." He took a seat. The look in his eyes held a certain cold glint that has been unseen by the residents of Sanctuary. "I told you not to call me while I work." He picked a document and read it. "That is not my problem to deal with." He then ended the call while he looked at the document that he read. "There are interesting things happening here at the moment." His eyes held a distinct twisted interest and his lips held a smirk.
