Department of Genetic Mutations

The Department of Genetic Mutations is basically in and beneath the Citigroup Center. It has five main floors, four of which are underground. The top levels of the Citigroup Centre are used by your average office worker, below the secrets lurk.

Floor 5- Fourth level underground
Contains:
Torture/Interrogation rooms.
