Green and Red have been rivals since childhood. The rivalry finally reached a climax at the Indigo Pokemon League where the two battled for the title of "Champion." Red won, and Green was given the vacant position as Gym Leader of the Viridian Gym. During the Time blue was Gym Leader, and Red had taken his pilgrimage to the summit of Mt. Silver, things were peaceful.
Everything hit the fan when Red came back down. Something had gone wrong up there. This was when the epidemic was just beginning. Neither Green nor Red wanted to get involved in the war... so they left. Both in search of a remedy. each to different corners of the land.
No one's heard from Green since the two left Kanto, though some rumors have surfaced that Blue was spotted in the skies of Johto. Could this be Green?
