Setting
This is the humans capital city. It is filled with the wonderous steam-based contraptions of the humans and the begars who are too old, sick, weak, or young to get a job to support them. This city is srounded by a giant stone wall and is divided into five districts (Castle, Market, Residential, Learning, and the Slums). Gation is filled with only the richest and the most poor and holds the kings castle at the highest point in the city.
The District of Kings, the offical name for the Castle District, has only a few things in it. The first is the Library of the Technomancer where the King's personal inventor lives and manages a massive library of nearly all knowledge that an inventor could use. Then you have the Hall of Lost Times, a museum to all the previous kings. Lastly, you have the castle itself. It is a massive structure made almost purely of stong, taking up nearly 3/8 of the city, built on a mound keeping it about 2,000 steps above the rest of the city.
The Market District is rather small for this type of city. It is not only the smallest district, but it is poorly kept and rarely used by anyone looking for anything that is not abnormal. This market is used mainly for crafts, because all the other districts have at least one food market.
The Residential District is far from small, being rivalled in size by only the Castle District. This district is kept extremely clean and has everything from rows of rooms with beds and kitchens to mansions build to be bigger than the rest.
The Learning District has large buildings with equally large courtyards, most being colleges and dorms. This district is often portrayed as being near perfect, and is the center of all knowledge in the city.
The Slums District is where all the 'little people' are kept. If you are not rich enough to live in the clean Residential District, then you end up here. It is packed, dirty, heavily guarded, and filled with crime. Even the guards here are likely to kill you if you talk about a crime that happened to you.

"Once again the hunter strikes unwary prey." wolf whispers to himself as he walks about the streets.
*Wolf is now standing outside the tavern watching as others pass and studying their reactions to others and Wolf.*
*walks up an ally way and notices wolf* "who the hell?" *whispered to self* *cautiously watches momentarily*
*Hears the men and looks at the tender mouthing* "that them?" *Tender shakes his head and takes a step forward* "mate...we will talk about the next contract later" *Walks away*
*A slam can be heard and within no time Wolf comes flying through the doorway and the strongest man in the city is standing at the door.* "I don't appreceate you spying on my city beast." Wolf replies to that with "If what I am doing is spying, then what your kind is doing warrents extermination."
*Wolf gets off of the two gentlemen and charges the city's strongest man, showing that he is no force to be reconded with as he sends the strongest of the city flying in the air without effort.* "Racists, can't live happily because of them." States wolf before going back to his position outside the door.
*The one who motioned Cooper to them hands him a pardon slip and twenty gold* "Spend it wisely" the other gentleman says before they both leave the tavern.

*Looks at the slip and coin smearks slipping them in his pocket hearing slamming outside*
*As the sound is heard, the strongest man in the city can be see skiding across the roadway as Wolf walks up to him and says "Why don't you leave me alone so we can both live nice, happy lives?"
