Role: The Nobody... Problem Child #5
~~~~~~~~~~
Hair color: Dark Brown
Eye color: Light grey
Skin tone: Tan
Build: Athletic, a bit muscular but not so much
Scars/Marks: Jared has a scar that stretches from the far right side of his forehead down to the lower part of his neck from when his brother tried to kill him
Overall appearance: He has very dark brown hair that looks like its never been brushed once in his life, it will never stay in one place unless he puts a whole container of gel on it... but then it just looks greasy, so Jared keeps it looking like a massive tangled mess.
He has light grey eyes that look somewhat crazed but at the same time angry and quite sad mixed together, they're the eyes of someone who simply doesnt know what to do, and is frustrated because of it.
The rest of his face would of been handsome if it wasnt for the long, uneven scar that begins at the top of the far right side of his forehead, and drags down to the lower middle part of his neck. Most people cant help but stare at it, since its not something that is easy to miss.
Jared is quite athletic looking and is rather tall, he stands at 6'4 and is taller than most of the people he knows.
Personality: Jared has an odd personality thats hard to figure out. He's extremely loyal to... anyone, really, and if he had to sacrifice everything he has for them, Jared would do it without a moment of thought.
He grows attached far too easily, and Jared often ends up befriending people who are just going to take advantage of him. However, despite being back-stabbed countless times, Jared fails to learn that sometimes not everyone is as nice as he see's them.
He likes to believe that theres good in everyone even if there isnt, and even though Jared knows that he's only going to get himself hurt, he'll continue to befriend the worst of people.
He prefers to take the blame for things even if it can get him in mass amounts of trouble, and strangely he doesnt mind the slightest bit, he does it with no complaints.
Jared is completely blinded by what people have told him in the past, and because of that he is unable to move on in the future.
He is hurt and confused and lost, but he still continues to put a smile on his face everyday and continue to get himself even more hurt then he was the day before.
Truly, Jared is desperately in need of someone who is able to understand and help him... yet he doesnt really want to be a part of the Problem Child program...
History: Growing up, Jared's life was always a bit odd.
He had an older brother, Noah, who never seemed quite right when it came to mental stability, but being young, Jared never understood the danger of his brother like his parents did.
He got along great with his father and considered him as his best friend up until the age of ten, which was when he walked out on the family and never came back.
Neither Jared or Noah knew why their dad left, but out of the two it was Jared who was most affected by this, while his brother just pushed the feelings of abandonment away and locked them up.
Their mother was rarely home due to her working two jobs, one in the early day and one late at night, the only time she was with her sons was in the hours of the afternoon, but normally she was sleeping, so according to Jared, she was never truly there.
School wise, Jared was the nobody who was barley earning passing marks but infact was quite smart, while Noah was a Straight-A-Student who cheated off the other kids.
Jared was constantly in trouble because he never failed to take the blame for the things his brother did, by grade ten he was famous, but not in a good way.
After taking full responsability and punishments for the crimes -yes, crimes, Noah quickly moved his trouble at school onto the streets- that his brother did, Jared was now probably the most hated person in the town that he lived in.
His mother was ashamed, but she knew that Jared would never do the things that he was blamed for, and she was the only one that actually believed that Jared could be more then what he was at the moment.
However, it was when Jared was halfway through grade twelve did things start getting dramatically worse for the two brothers and their mother.
A neighbors daughter was murdered a few days after Noah and her had a disagreement. Of course, when people were starting to suspect who the killer was, it was Jared who rushed in and confessed to something he didnt do.
Since there was no clear evidence, the case was set aside, but Jared's mother didnt give up the situation as easily.
She blamed Noah for the poor girls death, and as a result he had killed her the following day. Since Jared had witnessed this and threatened to turn his brother to the police, Noah had attempted to murder his brother as well.
When Jared was close to death and Noah asked him if he would really hand him over to the police, Jared said that he wouldnt do such a thing even if his life depended on it.
No one ever did find out who killed their mother, but everyone secretly thought it was Jared.
After that, Jared had multiple times where he could reveal the truth about his brother to the public, but he refused to, since he believed that deep down Noah really wasnt such a bad person.
A few months later, Noah left town without telling his brother where he had fled to.
Deep down, Jared was thankful that his brother was finally gone, but he was also hurt that Noah had left him just like their father did, without saying anything.
Two weeks after, Jared found himself involved with the problem child program, he wasnt sure exactly how he got himself caught in it, but he knows that he needs help...
