Maisie is a shy, deliate girl, who, because of her blindness, is insecure and lonley. She has a hard life at school, with the people around her either teasing her about needing too be taken too her lessons by a teacher, or they are symathetic. Maisie hates people who feel sorry for her, she does't believe, just because she is blind, that she should be treated any differant. She was born perfectly healthy, and was able too see, but she was in a car crash age 4, and lost her sight, along with her mum and dad. She has an twin brother, Korou, who has been sent off too military school. He cares very much for his sister and calls often. Maisie lives alone with her uncle, who is careing, but completly clueless, and is useless at helping Maisie deal with her problems. But, in her dreams, Maisie is happy, in her dreams, although she can barely remember what it was like too see, the shapes, and colours come more clearly each time. By now Maisies dreams are seen, as if she were sqinting hard, the vision is a blur, but it is still there, an that makes her happy. Maisie could live i her dreams if she could....

Equipment

A necklace she inheritated of her mother. It is jagged and heart-shaped, and Maisie never takes in off, but of course, she has no idea what it looks like.
