Kamon's Story

Kamon had been sitting through the meeting wearing his signature hoodie and necklace. As the professor finally made to dismiss the students he sat up from his sleeping position. “We hope to have a wonderful year with you all! Please, on your way out, check the roasters for your group and team assignments.” This is what he had been waiting for! He jumped up out of his chair and rushed to the back of the room where the posters covered the wall. He was one of the first ones there so he didn't have to wait. He scanned quickly looking for his name. He didn't have to wait very long. He read his assignment aloud. "Team 1: Group 1 See'er: Songrose Liadon Catcher: Kamon Platinum." He read over it a few times making sure to memorize his partner's name. Looking farther down the list he noticed that Songrose was listed as Team 1's leader. 'So I'm paired with the team leader... Wonder what she's like... He cleared the way to the board so some of the younger students could see the match ups. Once he got to the hallway he found a bench to sit on while he waited to spot his partner. He pulled out his Pokeball and let Vulpix out. He sat there holding her in his lap waiting for his partner to show up.



Lee had been to the classroom 20 minutes before the meeting had been scheduled. He sat at attention in his chair the entire time listening to every word the teacher said. “We hope to have a wonderful year with you all! Please, on your way out, check the roasters for your group and team assignments.” He instantly sprang up but since he was at the front of the room had to wait for everyone else to get through before he had the chance. As he sat there waiting he could feel his excitement growing. 'I knew I shouldn't have skipped my sparing session this morning. I'm way more antsy than usual.' He began tapping his foot on the ground and drumming his fingers on the desks as he waited for everyone to clear out so he could get his assignment. He finally got there and looked. "Team 1: Group 6: See'er:Samuel Turner Catcher: Lee Shenshun." He looked around to see if he could spot his partner just out of luck. After a few moments of searching he gave up and walked to the hallway. He continued looking as he walked out the front doors letting Mankey out of it's pokeball as he went. "Alright. Let's have a quick match while we wait for my partner to find us what'cha say Mankey?" Manky gave a growl and took his fighting stance. "Alright!" Lee matched his partner's stance and they began to spar.

Songrose glanced around as the meeting ended, and stood up. The other students had to crowd around a piece of paper, but team leaders had to be more responsible; she had her list in her hands from the start. After all, the only worry the rest of the team would really have was their partner and their leader. She had to know everyone right off the bat. Her memory for names was pretty good, but that didn't mean she always trusted her memory. She released Khalid from his pokeball, and watched him shake out his fur, clearly glad to be able to walk again. She would have left him out, but the fact was there wasn't enough space for him to be out and sitting there next to her. The bleachers barely had enough room for all the students, let alone their Pokémon.

She had most of the names memorized, now it was just a matter of making sure she kept the groups straight. Of course, it was a little easier when one of them was her brother, and two of the others had the same last name; probably siblings, too. She wasn't sure what possessed someone to separate her siblings, though; sure, she didn't expect them to be partners, but it would have been nice for them to have been on the same team. Several of the students had already looked over the papers, and she saw a few sitting back down with their Pokémon, or on their own; one was even fighting with their Pokémon. She shook her head and looked back down at the list. If they had organized these a little better, like she had suggested the year before, then maybe this would be a bit easier. But her voice, of course, hadn't been heard, so it was another mess this year again. She waited until a few of the other leaders started calling out their own names for students to find them before separating herself from most of the group.

She took a deep breath, and glanced down at Khalid, who had followed her. He nodded, nudged her leg with his head, and then barked, not at all worried about the sound, though it made Songrose flinch. How could he attract that much attention to himself without worrying about what others thought? She could never figure it out. She looked back at the crowd, wondering which ones would move. She took another deep breath to steady herself; she really was not cut out to be a leader, but at least Khalid would be encouraging her.

"Anyone on Songrose Liadon's team, over here," she called out, waving one hand in the air. Khalid pushed her leg with his head, making her stumble sideways for a moment. She glanced down at him, then sighed and looked back up, putting her hand in the air again. "Songrose Liadon's team, over here," she repeated, a little louder. The Growlithe seemed pleased enough, so she sighed with relief. What would she do without him?

Kamon had practically zoned out sitting on his bench. He was brought back to reality by a sharp nip in his hand. "Gah! Vulpix what was that for?" Vulpix nodded it's head toward a girl standing waving her arm. After a moment she called out. "Songrose Liadon's team, over here," He jumped up making sure that Vulpix was safe and set her down. "That's my partner there Vulpix, and the leader of the team. I wonder what she's gonna be like?.." He walked towards her followed closely by Vulpix. Once he arrived he decided to introduce himself. "Hi! Him Kamon Platinum and this is my partner Vulpix. It's nice to meet you. I can't wait to start working together!" He smiled brightly and held out one of his hands.



Lee had been enjoying his sparing match with Mankey. He lost of course. "Good match Mankey. I was really close this time I'll beat you eventually." He laughed and smiled shaking his Pokemon's hand to signify the end of the match. Mankey raise his arms into the air and did a bit of a victory dance laughing in his odd way. Lee quickly joined in laughing with Mankey when he heard. "Songrose Liadon's team, over here," "That's us Mankey! The two of them raced each other over to the slowly growing group. Lee began to search for his partner hoping to find him soon. Mankey climbed up and sat on his shoulders. Lee laughed quietly as Mankey climbed him. "Ok, Ok fine sit up there so you can see better." He continued his search for his partner taking care to memorize the Team Leader's face so he could find her easily later.

Clara pulled her brother into the hall, ignoring his complaints of her pulling on him. She approached the boards, staring at the papers as she looked for her name. She eventually went further down the hall, finally spotting the last names beginning with T. She moved her gaze down, spotting her name just before Samuel's. "Sammy! I found it!" She said, the delighted tone obvious as she motioned for her brother to follow.

Smiling faintly, Samuel walked over, taking a glance at the papers with his name on it. "Team 1: Group 6: See'er:Samuel Turner Catcher: Lee Shenshun, " he murmured, turning his attention to Clara's name now. Group 4: Catcher: Clara Turner Seer: Ciel Liadon. His sister was paired with a boy. Or that is what he assumed. He hummed in disapproval, yet looked to his sister. She was cheerful and glowed with the pure excitement. "We're on the same team!"

"Anyone on Songrose Liadon's team, over here," A hand shot out and the two looked over. Clara skimmed the boards once again before ushering her brother to follow her. "That's our team being called."

"Clara, please. I know," He chuckled, somewhat tired of her constantly leading him. She simply pouted, giving him the puppy dog look. "But, I just wanted to help you, Sammy..." She sighed dramatically, making her brother roll his eyes once more, and pulling her towards the growing group.

"Clara and Samuel Turner, present." Clara called out, beginning to look for her partner. Ciel, hopefully the person would be as nice as they're name. Samuel looked to the one with a mankey on his shoulders. He swallowed his fears and approached the trainer, leaving his sister's side for a second. "Excuse me, would you happen to be Lee Shenshun, or at least know where he is?"

Robin woke with the sun. Koishi was snoring at the foot of his bed. He smiled at the sleeping form of his best friend and partner, patting the top of her head softly as he walked by. Robin walked over to the wardrobe in his room, and took off his pajamas, throwing them in the nearby hamper. He stood there for a moment in his boxers, stretching and enjoying the breeze from his open window. After a few seconds, Robin grabbed his training gear, a pair of light shorts, a sleeveless black shirt, some ankle socks and his sneakers. He smiled again at the sleeping Koishi before kneeling down and patting her gently on the head once more, this time, speaking. "Koi. Wake up sweetie, it's time to get ready for school." Koishi yawned, her mouth gaping wide before she sat up, stretched her wings, and clambered up Robin's shoulder, and took her place on his right shoulder. The pair ate their breakfast, did their morning training, showered, changed, grabbed his pack, and visited Robin's grandmother's grave at the local cemetery as they always did before coming to school. "Today's the day grandma." Robert said, speaking softly at the gravestone. His words were only for her. "I get to meet my teammates today." Robert said, smiling. He stood there for a moment. His perfect silence was only disturbed by the rustling of the wind through the trees. "I'll see you later Grandma. I love you." Robin turned on his heel and walked out of the cemetery. He took the short walk to school and attended class right on time with the rest of his classmates.

As the lecture droned on, Robin couldn't help but start to feel excited. Koi had fallen asleep on his shoulder and was resting against his head. She was breathing loudly, but not enough to disrupt class or keep him from hearing the lecture. Robin felt the corners of his mouth curl into a smile. He was so happy. He got to meet his partner and be a part of a team that would begin the process of healing the world's wounded pokemon. He'd been through a lot, and grandma's death had been particularly hard on him, but he knew what he was doing would make the world a better place. His grandma would have liked it. Slowly, Robin reached his hand into his pocket. His fingers closed around the warm, worn metal of his harmonica. He smiled; she'd be so proud of him. Finally, after a good long talk about what the meeting was about, the formation of teams and the ideals of the school, the teacher dismissed them, saying, "We hope to have a wonderful year with you all! Please, on your way out, check the roasters for your group and team assignments." Robin instantly stood, and made his way to the back of the room. He managed to make it before the rest of the students crowded around him, trying to see who their partners were. Robin smiled. 'Iyana Liadon and Robert Adams, group 3, team 2.', he thought to himself. 'I've seen her around, and she seems nice enough.' Robin walked over to his seat, grabbing his pack and slinging it over his shoulder. It was rather small despite the massive amount of supplies in it, and even though it was heavy, Robin was used to the weight.

Robin looked around, trying to listen for someone calling his name. He didn't hear anything that sounded like it was directed at him. He did, however, see that Team 2 was grouping up, and thought it was a good idea. He stood up on top of a nearby chair and called out to the remaining trainers. "Group two over here! Thomas Arclight's group come meet up over here." Robin called, trying to attract the attention of the remaining trainers. He thought about it for a moment. Shouldn't Thomas have done this himself? "Oi! Where is Thomas Arclight anyway? Shouldn't the leader be doing something like this?" He called. After the group had gathered around him, he spoke up. "I'm Robert Adams, you can call me Robin. This is my partner Koi." Robin said, gesturing to the Gligar resting on his head. Robin felt Koi stir on top of his head, but he paid no attention to it. "I'm paired with Iyana, where is she?" Robin asked. At that, Robin felt Koi launch from his head and he gazed in horror as she tackled the hat off of a nearby girl holding a Shinx. Koi placed the hat on her own head, dancing around like a giddy little munchkin. "Koi! Knock that off! I'm sorry," He said, swiping the hat off of her head, and returning it to the girl it belonged to. "Here's your hat back." Robin said smiling, he handed the girl back her hat. Robin turned back around, looking for the girl whose name was Iyana.

Kira was lying asleep in bed her alarm clock blaring. Nova woke up and realized that Kira was sleeping, as usual, she walked over to Kira's face began pawing at it but Kira kept sleeping. Nova sighed and built up an electric charge in her fur and used spark to jolt Kira awake. She jumped awake and glared at Nova "Really Nova? I was enjoying my slee....Oh wow I'm late for the meeting today!" She said interrupting herself as she went to take a quick shower and got dressed in a pretty yellow sundress and a matching large sunhat. She walks into the meeting hall and sits at the back with Nova in her lap, not drawing attention to herself. “We hope to have a wonderful year with you all! Please, on your way out, check the rosters for your group and team assignments.” Well looks like we have to go meet someone new... she thinks to herself a nervous smile on her face. She walks over to the wall the rosters are posted on and waits at the back of the group for a chance to look at her partner assignment.

“Anyone on Songrose Liadon’s team, over here!” she heard someone call and about half of the people in front of the rosters walked out of the way and she finally got a glimpse of the board "Group 2: Mike Douglass and Kira Takashi; Team 2 leader Thomas Arclight" Kira looks down to Nova who was in her arms "Maybe Mike is a really nice guy." She looks around the group of remaining students, and only recognizes one person, well she recognizes one pokemon and her trainer, a Female Gligar resting atop the head of a young man, she stands next to him, the closest thing to anyone she knows here. She pets Nova for comfort, she doesn't like meeting new people but at least she can meet new pokemon. She saw all kinds of pokemon among her peers and she took comfort in the fact that she would get to meet them as well as their trainers. Just as she was thinking about all the pokemon she sees the boy next to her speaks up "Group 2 over here, Thomas Arclight's group come meet over here. Oi, where is Thomas Arclight anyway, shouldn't the leader be doing something like this?", Kira also found it strange that someone else had to step up to lead the group. After everyone grouped up he spoke up again "I'm Robert Adams, you can call me Robin. And this is my partner Koi." The Gligar's head snaps up and looks at Kira, more specifically her hat. Kira smiles at her. And just then Koi launched herself off of Robin's head and directly at Kira's hat, she stole the hat and glided to the ground. At first Kira was shocked and reached for the hat but the pokemon was too fast. She frowned for a moment but then saw how happy the Gligar was as she wore Kira's hat, which was bigger than the small pokemon. The boy rushed over to his partner snapping the hat back and then handing it to Kira "I'm sorry here is your hat back" he said turning around to find his partner before Kira could thank him. Just then Nova's head snaps around and she sees a boy with another Shinx whom she smiles at before turning back to Kira a devilish look on her face that Kira knew spelled trouble.

Songrose shook the hand Kamon offered her, nodding at him as she did. "Yes, nice to meet you, too." She glanced around the group as people approached, listening to them talking as they approached. She looked over the list again briefly. It looked like everyone was here...her partner, Kamon...Ciel and his partner, Clara...Samuel and his partner, Lee. Yes, that looked like everyone was finally there. She nearly stumbled as Khalid nudged her leg with his head again. She shot him a slightly annoyed glanced, then looked over the rest of the group again.

"I hope we'll all...get along with each other...as we work together. It looks like everyone's here, so I'll start...if you don't mind. I'm sure everyone knows the school rules by now...but there is one of my own...that I'd like to add. I only ask that, if you leave the school building...you tell me where you're going. I'm...responsible for all of you, and I need to be able to...get into contact with you all, should anything happen...or we get assigned to a mission. And really...it gets the teacher off my back."

Khalid barked and nudged her leg again. She knew exactly what his issue was; she was being too soft with them, and far too hesitant, for his taste. But what else was she going to do? Stand there and tell them that whatever she said goes? That they were to listen to every little thing she told them without question? She wasn't capable of that kind of backbone.

"Umm...I believe that's about it. ...Oh, wait. I'd like you all to get to know each other. Not just your partners...but everyone else, as well. We'll be doing missions together...so it's best if...we all recognize each other. Now would be a good time to start introductions, too, since we're all here. All I need you to do is...tell everyone your name, any nicknames you'd like us to use, and then...and introduce your Pokémon partner, too...and the one thing...that seems most important. By that, I mean...the one thing that's most important for us to know...about yourself. I think...I'll start...so you all have an example..."

She hesitated, glancing down at Khalid, knowing this was always the hardest part. Introducing herself was never easy, not when she was so easily embarrassed, and hesitated a lot. Of course, Khalid nearly pushing her over all the time didn't always help much, as it made her seem much more clumsy than she really was. She turned her attention back to the rest of the group.

"I am...Songrose Liadon. You can call me by either Song, or Rose; whichever you prefer. Khalid here is my partner. I suppose...what you really need to know is...I appear very...distracted at times. I'm not ignoring you on purpose...there's just a lot for me to worry about here...you may need to try a few times to get my attention sometimes. I apologize for that kind of behavior..in advance..." Khalid shook his head, seeming disappointed. He always did, whenever she tried to apologize, especially when it wasn't her fault.

"Group 2 over here! Thomas Arclight's group meet up over here!" Iyana was glad someone was speaking up, and she made her way towards the boy she heard speak.

"Hi! I'm Iyana Liadon! I'm in Group 3 of Team 2? I'm guessing you are as well." She shifted Zuri to the other arm and held out her hand towards the boy. "Its nice to meet you! You wouldn't happen to know where Robert Adams is, would you? I'm horrible with faces ... only really know my sister's and brother's." Once the boy let go, Iyana reached into her bag, releasing her Purrloin from its pokéball. "This is my Purrloin! She's a little stubborn. Yu can call her anything you want, but she most likely wont respond." The Purrloin began to lick its paw in almost an arrogant manner. "And this is Zuri! She my biggest most fluffiest teddy bear," she said, holding out the over sized thing. Purrloin got up and started hugging Iyana's legs, purring like crazy. "Wow! This is the most affectionate you've been in forever!" She scooped up the Pokémon, hugging it tightly.

Ciel looked at the girl who spoke next to him. Everyone was there and everyone had their partner besides him and the girl, so she must have been his partner. "You're not intruding. I assume your Clara? I'm Ciel Liadon," he said, bowing almost formally. "Its nice to meet you and I hope we are successful in learning to the fullest this year." He didn't mind being paired up with a girl, in all honesty, but it was his sisters he was worried about. They both had male partners, and wasn't to fond of other men. He saw them all like he saw his father. Untrustworthy and imbiciles. His sister, Songrose, began to speak, carefully laying down rules and introducing herself. He grabbed her hand and squeezed it slightly, for some form of reassurence. "I guess I'll go next. I'm Ciel Liadon, and yes, Songrose and I are siblings. I will say up front that the leader and my partner are the only ones I will willingly speak with. I will cooperate when it is really nessacary, but other than that, its best to leave me be." He reached into his bag, releasing Finnie, his Electrike, who stood tall and proud, just like his master. "This is Finnie, my other partner." Ciel backed up slightly, signaling the end of his little intro. Finnie continued to stand at attention by Ciel's side.

As Ceil gave his introduction informing everyone that he'd only talk to his sister and his partner and the following moments:

Kamon

Kamon was still standing close by Songrose as Ceil introduced himself. As he continued Kamon started thinking. 'What a tight-ass how could someone as awesome and sweet as Songrose be related to such a dick? He continued listening respectfully waiting for his turn to introduce himself. "I'm Kamon Platinum. I'm a catcher for my team. Vulpix here is my partner along with Songrose." He smiled and bowed to the group slightly and gave Ceil a bit of a glance as if to say. "I'm going to be your friend weather you want me to or not."

Lee

Lee listened as Ceil introduced himself basically challenging everyone with his statement of refusing to communicate with the other members. He decided to jump into the introductions second jumping in as soon as Ceil had finished. "I'm Lee Shenshun and this is my partner Mankey! I'm a catcher and I can't wait to work with and help all of you with helping the Pokemon.

Clara nodded quietly, listening to Ciel. She bowed in reply, hoping to seem polite as she could. "A ah! Yes, I do hope we are successful in this year as well." She replied, only to remain quiet when the introductions began. "Ciel Liadon? Never had a male partner before, hopefully we can cooperate just fine.." she thought to herself, "Maybe Sammy can give me some tips on how to deal with guys.."


With the last introduction being his partner, Samuel decided to speak up. He cleared his throat, taking a moment to hitch his breath before speaking. "Hello, I'm Samuel Turner, the older brother of Clara." He paused, looking over to his sister who in return gave her signature grin. "My little partner here is Eera, and I hope that our future meetings and such shall be resourceful." He gave his little hesitant smile and stepped back, fixing the scarf around his neck until Eera began to pull it. She always helped with his scarf that he didn't even mind it any more.


"As my dear brother has spoken, I am Clara Turner, his younger sister." She introduced, smiling as she looked out to her team. "This is my dear partner Cas, the shinx. I look forward to working with all of you in the later future!" With a small bark of approval, Cas nudged onto Clara as she stepped back.

Ciel listened to the last of the introductions, noting how everyone acted and their partners. He wasn’t surprised at some of the senses he got from some of the other … team members, but life was life and his didn’t have time for them. Ciel didn’t notice that Finnie had been staring at him ever since he stopped talking, looking worried about being in a group with so many boys. He crouched down next to the little Electrike, patting it on the head for reassurance. “It’s okay, Finnie,” he said to only his Pokémon. “I’ll be fine and so will you. No need to worry.” He stood once again as he saw his Electrike’s smile.

“My only concern is Iyana …” He looked at Songrose, who seemed as nervous as usual. He grabbed her free hand, giving her the same look he had given to Finnie not even a minute ago. “I’m here for you Rose.”

"Well would you look at that. I've been looking for my partner, and my partner is you! I'm Robert Adams, you can call me Robin if you like. This little ball of mischief that passes for a Gligar is my partner, Koishi. It's very nice to meet you, and I hope we can be good friends." Robin said with a smile on his face, leaning down to pat Purrloin on the head.

“It’s nice to meet you, Gligar,” she said politely.

Koi on the other hand, made silly faces at Iyana's Purrloin, trying to taunt it into playing with her. "Koi." Robin said, standing up straight again after greeting the Purrloin, his tone stern but affectionate. "We only just met our partners and you're already trying to upset them? At least pretend you have good manners." Koi, however, made a silly face at Robin and clambered up to her spot on top of his head. Robin sighed. “Do forgive her, being silly is how she shows affection. Still, it's very nice to meet you, I suppose you wouldn't mind helping me get everyone else on Team 2's attention? I can't find our leader and it would be good to group up. What do you say? Will you gimme a hand?" Robin asked. Iyana nodded delightfully, looking around as she threw a hand up in the air.

“Team Two over here,” she said loudly. Iyana looked excitedly as her team started to form. “This is exciting,” she said to her now squirming Purrloin. Iyana squeezed her companion in a hug along with her teddy bear. “So what if we aren’t in the same group as brother and sister! We can make friends here! And we still get to play with brother and sister when we can. This just might be the best year ever!”

Songrose knew Ciel meant well, but still, saying that sort of thing, so the rest of the team could hear him, made her seem far too reliant. Probably affected how the rest of the group saw the leader. Khalid gave Ciel a brief glace, but quickly turned his attention back to the rest of the group. He didn't think he should be making himself a crutch for a team leader, even if he was her brother, but knew he couldn't do anything about it; not without upsetting Songrose. Instead, he nudged her leg again, urging her to continue, and to try to prove herself to be a leader, like she was supposed to be. Songrose took a deep breath as quietly as she could, then glanced at her paper and continued.

"Right, now that's out of the way...let's get ourselves out of this crowd and...find our groups room. Our dorms should be connected to it..." She hesitated, and was again shoved by Khalid. Why did she have to be a team leader? The teachers all knew how hesitant she was, and since she had been assigned that position, Khalid had gotten more and more insistent on pushing her to show more of a backbone. She glanced around at the other groups, then looked over her own group again.

"If you'd just...follow me...we'll head to the room...and get ourselves settled. We can...probably talk a bit easier there...maybe get to know each other better..." She glanced at Khalid before turning to lead the group to the room. As she went, she kept turning to make sure the whole group was following. She couldn't lose any of them, not on the first day. She tried to start some sort of conversation on the way.

"So...there's already a couple of missions floating around...we might be assigned one...if we can prove that we can all...get along..." She shook her head and bit her lip. Not much to go on, but really, what else could she try? Starting conversation wasn't really her strong suit, and she probably shouldn't have tried. Maybe someone else would have more luck with that. Khalid let out a low growl and swung his head into the side of her leg, making her stumble as she walked. She should have expected that much.

She was relieved when they finally found it, and was glad for something to do as she unlocked the door. It was basically a kind of living room, with one door for each dorm room, one for boys and the other for girls, and obviously the entrance. One bathroom in each dorm, too, that they would have to share with each other. Songrose glanced around the room, and nodded to herself, satisfied that everything was where it was supposed to be. She set her paper on the table in the center, then turned her attention back to the rest of the group.

"I guess...this is where we'll be staying...for a while. Let's try to not have too many...arguments, okay? We can't afford to be fighting each other all the time; not when...we're supposed to be fighting...whoever is making these...shadow Pokémon...and releasing them...to fight everyone else..."

Kamon stood close to Songrose as she led the group to their living area. Along the way she started mentioning missions. "What will the missions be like? Do they send the entire team out for one mission or do they just have one set of partners go out per mission?" As they walked Songrose didn't offer much of a reply. 'Gods she must be really nervous. Hopefully she'll open up soon I think she'll make a great leader! Once they arrived at their "dorm" Kamon looked around. There was a living room and two separate sleeping areas for the boys and girls. "I guess...this is where we'll be staying...for a while. Let's try to not have too many...arguments, okay? We can't afford to be fighting each other all the time; not when...we're supposed to be fighting...whoever is making these...shadow Pokémon...and releasing them...to fight everyone else..." "Alright sounds great to me! We should get a mission as soon as possible I want to start helping pokemon as soon as I can!" He looked to Songrose with a bright smile trying to look friendly and excited and Vulpix jumped up onto his shoulder and tried to copy his expression. 'Well at the very least we should be able to get her to laugh.'



Lee followed with the group Mankey still sitting on his shoulders. He stayed close to Samuel so they wouldn't get separated. "This is going to be fun don't you think Samuel? The whole team lives together and we go out on mission whenever we can. This is what we've been training for. After so many years we finally get to go out and do it!" Lee reentered his rambling until they got to the living area where he fell silent. "Wow. So this is where we get to live?" He listened as Songrose gave a verbal tour at the end of which he walked over to the boys dorm and decided to go claim his spot before the other guys had the chance. Once he got in he decided to claim the bed closest to the door just to the right of walking in.

Clara watched as Ciel seemed to cling to his sister, making the young girl look to her brother who seemed to be awaiting with Lee. She bit her lip before joining over to her brother's side. "Something the matter Clara?" Samuel asked, worried for his sister's own well beling, "Why aren't you talking with your partner?" The noirette looked down at Cas who seemed just comfortable in her arms. "There nothing wrong, I just wanted to be with you for now, y'know?" Samuel nodded lightly then listened to Songrose's orders. She did have quiet the timid voice, a small frown when she stumbled. Put into a position not fit for her confidence? He felt... not pity but a sort of sympathy. Probably because he could relate to her position in some way. He turned to Lee when his name was mentioned, uttering a small "I hope so."


Eventually, they came to the dorms, and boy were the siblings surprised themselves. Samuel looked to the male dorms, looking to Clara and gently ushering her to go check out the girls' dorms. "I'll meet you back here." he said firmly, feeling like the elder brother he was supposed to be. Clara nodded in reply, chuckling and letting a smile break out on her face. The two separated and headed towards their dorms. Samuel walked in to witness Lee take the bed nearest to the door. He let a subtle grin grown on his face as he chuckled. Now he had to decide which bed he would take.

Songrose gave a small smile at her partners confidence and enthusiasm to start getting to work. Perhaps this was a good thing; motivation to try to get along, and to help everyone else out. Lee and the Turner siblings each went to check out the dorms, so she turned to those that were left.

"Now might be...a good time to...get settled into the dorms. Once that's done...perhaps we should...get to know each other better. Talk a bit...I guess..." How else would they get to know each other? She paused for a moment as Khalid barked and sat on her feet. She thought really hard; there was something she was forgetting, and Khalid knew it. As soon as it dawned on her, she knelt down to pat Khalid on the head. She hadn't answered Kamons question; she had been far too distracted, and had thought about answering. Perhaps she had forgotten to give a proper answer while she was unlocking the door.

She turned back to Kamon, holding in laughter at the Vulpix on his shoulder. How did it get up there, and stay up there? Well, as long as the Vulpix was happy there, she supposed.

"As for the missions...if they're on this island, only a pair will be sent. If we must leave the island...the whole team will go. As leader, I have to report as soon as...the mission is complete...even before we start...heading back here..." She paused and glanced over the rest of the group.

"If there are any questions...now would be a good time...to ask...while we're all in the same room...so everyone can hear the answer..."
