Blunt
Krystal is known for her sharp tongue and snide remarks, often without even realising herself, she forgets to think before she speaks and opens that big mouth of hers. In all honestly, she doesn't have a filter and prefers to be honest, even if that means being brutal and realistic. She's straightforward about her judgements and direct about her opinions and doesn't waiver in order to impress anyone.
Sarcastic
Perhaps it suits perfectly with her blunt self but Krystal also tends to roll her eyes often, mumble under her breath and spew out sarcasm as if it was her superpower. Though some may find it funny, most do not find it so amusing and tend to mistake her for being bitchy instead. But Krystal's sense of humour is an acquired taste and due to the lack of filter, she often says everything that comes to mind, regardless of whether she should.
Hot Headed
For an angel, specifically a guardian angel Krystal tends to not have the best characteristics for one and being hot headed is one of them. She tends to get pissed off easily, annoyed over any little thing and can hold a grudge better than no one else and usually over the smallest and silliest of things. In this sense, she isn't the most responsible angel out there and rather lives impulsively, "going with the flow" and not thinking about the consequences (or thinking about it rather too late).
Loyal
Regardless she is fiercely loyal to those who she cares about, including the person she holds her guardian duty over. Krystal believes that betrayal is the most hurtful act and is one of the reasons she finds humans lack trust among one another as betrayal comes easily to them.
Protective
Krystal is known for going to extreme measures to ensure she has those in her care protected, and although is careless when it comes to her own self, completely changes when it regards someone else's life. Perhaps it's due to the sense of duty she has, or the fact that she can mess up her life but shouldn't mess up others that keep her so protective.

Krystal doesn't remember much of her life before she died and became a guardian angel, in fact, she knows nothing but her name which was hanging around her neck like a dog tag when she woke up. When appointed the position of a guardian angel, she was outraged, after all, why should she protect another being when her own life was over before it truly began. However, from the little memories, she does get, occasional moments where she has flashbacks to deep dreams where she is a little girl, she has realised the more she accepts her fate, the more likely she is to keep living, even if it is through the person she is meant to be protecting.
She wasn't always appointed as Brooke's guardian angel. She's been floating around with various jobs before she 'the one,' mostly with younger kids and children who were living harder lives than they should which meant that Krystal was more of an angel than a guardian. But that changed when she received orders from the higher-ups about 'the one' and all of a sudden the promotion to guardian angel gave her more of a stable job, a focus of some sort. Even though Krystal preferred just looking from above and not getting involved, still bitter about her own life ending, the good thing about being a guardian angel is the action, the 'living' per say and even pretending to be human can be fun.
