Five feet. She can reach nearly six feet if she extends her foot roots enough and stands like a ballet dancer.
W E I G H T
One hundred and ten pounds.
E Y E C O L O R
Green as a well-hydrated forest in the cleanest weather.
H A I R C O L O R
The same green, or varying yellows, reds, and oranges, depending on how hydrated she is.

She holds a slender build with toned legs fit for a model. Skinny arms, skinny torso, and healthy thighs, all to hold up a large head of leaves, roots, and stems that cascade down her back. Her arms erupt near the ends into thick bushels of leaves, like cuffs, before her root-like hands and feet. She keeps these roots impeccably clean, so they still resemble a normal human's feet and hands at a distance. Her face is partially hidden by some of the leaves of her hair, beautiful and fair, much like Castle Sr. used to be in his youth, before many a battle left the late father scarred and gaunt. Her eyes are bright, round, and soft, but oddly piercing. One would be hard-pressed to lie to those eyes, and one would find it very easy to trust those eyes.
Her hero costume would be very minimal, only flowing, breathing clothes that cover her body for decency. Simple straps wrap around her shoulders and torso to securely hold a series of bottles full of mineral-rich water, which she can access easily through the roots hidden in her hair of leaves and stems. Securely-fastened sandals would allow her fast running on any terrain while leaving her feet open to utilize the roots down there.
O D D I T I E S
Her hair is made up of stems, vines, and roots, all covered by shimmering leaves of varying types.

✦ Polite ✧ Energetic ✦ Trusting, almost to a fault ✧ Optimistic ✦
From a glance, one would see her as the kind of young woman without a care in the world. Running bare-foot through the streets, one would even mistake her for a child. However, such antics are merely the result of habit due to the nature of her quirk. She holds this bubbly face because that's just who she is. She's kind and friendly, and very willing to help another, even if they were a stranger. It was no wonder she became enamoured with becoming a hero. One could say it comes "naturally" to her. She especially maintains that personality because she did not want to imagine what her father would think of her breaking down- especially since his premature death.
Her selflessness reaches the point where she's about as stubborn as a mighty oak. Unwilling to accept harsh realities of the world of the Quirk, the world she was born into, where no one was born equal. In a way, she also wanted to be like All Might, the top hero. A symbol of peace, someone whose name struck happiness in the hearts of the innocent, and fear into those who would rather cause it themselves.
Above all, she wants to be someone others can look up to, much like when she and many others in Toronto looked up to Falcon Fortress and Werewolf, and much like how the world looks up to All Might. At the very least, she'd love to come under the employee of a hospital, using her abilities to heal others. She is incredibly selfless like that.
Her speech is methodical, yet sing-songy. She's ungodly polite, but she also has a tendency to move first and apologize later. She has no sense of personal space... except for her hair. She hates it when people touch the leaves.

{"The only part that didn't resemble Dad. He was serious... not cold, though..."}

ROOTS
Her hair, her feet, and her hands all work like roots where they can extend up to an extra foot in length, where they can dig, grip like fingers, and even entangle her foes. The roots have multiple functions, and allow her to bond with any subject and apply different effects.
Chlorophyll: At all times, but especially In sunlight, she has rapid recovery abilities, and can share that regeneration potential with anyone she touches with her “roots”. If she were the mature into adulthood, her abilities would rival those of Recovery Girl's, in that the healing factor would be noticeable within minutes or less. So far, she can only accomplish the same amount of healing from all but the worst personal wounds in about twenty-four hours. By that same current limitation, she can only accomplish the same amount of healing to a person she touches within forty-eight hours. Using Regeneration costs a constant stream of energy from her stores, which requires sunlight and nutrition in order to maintain.
Stamina Absorption: Just as she can heal, Castle can also sap energy from others. However, she also absorbs their feeling of pain, if the subject is already injured. If fully entangled, she can absorb enough energy to render a target unconscious. This does not work on mechanized or armoured foes, however. She needs to make solid contact with the enemy's exposed skin. Gripping someone with a single hand, she can render a person unconscious in a minute. If she were to fully mature into a strong hero, she would manage it in mere seconds.
Nutrition Generation: Any energy she has, whether from sunlight or from sapping strength from others, she can convert into nutritious pills for others to use. Given proper training, she can also use this same ability to create natural hallucinogens. Using these hallucinogens, she can render an enemy unable to fight, or, if they are especially weak of mind and heart, even control them. However, she does not know that she is capable of such a terrible power. So far, all she knows to make is food pills. She would need to bolster her knowledge in chemistry, especially drugs, if she were to create some terrifyingly potent concoctions. Given enough time and training, she would eventually be able to emit spore clouds that inflict almost any effect she'd desire. Being a fresh high school student, she obviously does not know these scary things yet.
S T R E N G T H S
✦Because she naturally creates these chemical compounds and nutrients, and also because of her regenerative factor, she is immune to most chemical attacks and drugs. She is resistant to herbicides and insects that would otherwise plague a person like her. Plagues that would kill ordinary trees and plants would leave her simply bedridden like nasty food poisoning.
✧Her hair, hands, and feet grow back naturally with water and sunlight. She is also quite a good swimmer, though her skill in that field pale in comparison to the pro heroes whose quirks focus around a water environment.
✦She is well-learned, and quite smart. She has to be in order to understand the chemistry of her body, and the nutrition pills she can generate for others. Though she would need to study hard in order to be able to utilize her nutrition generation to the fullest extent.
✧Though perfectly capable, she does not need to eat. All she needs is sunlight. Her feet can absorb nutrients off any un-sanitized floor or ground. making her a very inexpensive sidekick to hire and maintain.
✦Thighs: Healthy
W E A K N E S S E S
✦She becomes significantly weaker in almost every way in the dark. She also becomes significantly weaker if any water she absorbs was tainted with certain horrible chemicals like oil.
✧The less hair she has, the less effective her sunlight absorption.
✦The fewer points of contact her roots have, the less effective her energy absorption ability, thus forcing her into close quarters, and heavy grappling maneuvers if she were to knock someone out.
✧She is not that physically strong, and her roots do not hold superhuman strength. Her human body has all the strength of a normal high school girl her age. She would do well to learn a grappling-focused fighting style, but she does not know such a thing.
✦Her ability effectiveness is halved at least when she is dehydrated. The water in the air does not suffice for nutrition, especially not in windy conditions.
✧Obviously weak to extreme heat and fire-based attacks. She has grown accustomed to ordinary cold weather in her childhood, but abnormal "Ice quirks" were anything but ordinary. Thus, her main combat weakness is "The Song of Fire and Ice" (heyoooo!)

✦Modelling - "Haven't done a gig since moving. It was mostly kids fashion. I think mum and dad called some favours, eh? I liked it, though. It's a career path, for sure."

✦Video games - "The Sims sucks, and I'm kinda partial to Super Metroid, eh?"
✧The arts and the crafts - "My parents ran a hobby shop. Of course I draw and paint!"

✧She is often seen barefoot, as the roots of her feet absorb nutrients off the ground to provide her daily nutrition. "You feel that? Feels like... freedom!"
✦She tends to turn away from the sun, even away from the person she's talking to, so her hair can take in the maximum amount of sunlight. Though it may come across as purposely rude, it is an automatic, instinctive action for her, like when trees tend to grow around obstacles to take in so much sunlight, even if it results in a bending and winding tree trunk. "Just wanna let those UV rays take my good side. *more giggle*"
✧She has no sense of personal space. She's keen to touch people, and absorb nutrients through the dust that settles on everything every day. - "BUT DON'T TOUCH MY HAIR!"

✧Oddly enough, she does not like gardening. - "I'll let them have their buffet... It's not like I wanted any of that... stupid garden..."
✦Despite her habits, she does not like it when people touch her hair. - "HEY! FRESH!"
✧Coffee - "It pulls the love of the masses away from me! I should be the one energizing the people! I will crush coffee!"
✧School uniforms. - "They don't breathe... and they suck... those shirts are stifling, and those skirts are such garbage."
✦Extremely cold weather, or extremely dry heat. - "... You do know I'm a plant, eh?"

✦To become a world-famous healer/hero like Recovery Girl. "Maybe I'll be her assistant or something?"
✧To become a world-famous model, failing either of the above. "Maybe I'll make it big once I turn eighteen? That's what that balding photographer said... weird smile that guy had, good thing I left him behind..."
✦To rid the world of the "Crumbler", an especially sneaky and slippery villain who had no name before. "I will bring that monster to justice."
F E A R S
✧Despite her goal, she fears the "Crumbler". Having never seen it, the Crumbler was her personal "Monster under the bed" as a child. "... i will bring that monster... to justice..."
✦A dark, isolated cell where no sunlight can ever reach. She's deeply afraid of the dark in general. "..."
✧She fears the often-inevitable day where she would need to make a choice to save one life or another. "i hate making choices... especially ones like that..."

She was born when her family lived in Toronto, where her father and mother worked as heroes in the same company. After her father's death, and Castle Jr.'s subsequent announcement of her goals, they moved to Nevada into a rather lavish apartment. They could afford such a larger apartment because A: Castle Sr. was a well-off hero who left a hefty sum to the family, and B: her mother only had to worry about budget for feeding herself.
H I S T O R Y
Her Father, Peregrine Castle, the "Falcon Fortress", was a man of enormous stature whose quirk allowed him command over any amount of earth and stone within a radius of ten feet around. He was strong enough to allow a slab of dirt to carry himself and at most three others atop a half-spherical platform. His day job was the proud owner of a hobby shop. He sold model trains and material to build miniature terrain, trees, and ground to lay down tiny tracks to carry the tiny trains.
Her Mother, Gina (Wolfe) Castle, the "Werewolf", was very close to nature. Her quirk was a permanent transformation that left her with a tough hide with thick, wolf-like fur with strands strong enough to flap and allow her to fly. The vibrations of the fur emitted powerful sounds, like an enormous, angry bee. Combined with her tough bones, she made a savage close combatant. Unlike the werewolves of ancient times, Gina does not have any connection to the moon, and her bites do not curse others... Though if wounds aren't treated, they could fester like any other wound. In every sense besides personality, she was like a werewolf out of those ancient films. Her pride and joy, besides her daughter, was her garden. She was an artist as well, and made the old hobby shop quite beautiful. The two of them found their abilities meshed surprisingly well, to say nothing about their hearts.
Castle Jr. grew up in the hobby shop, dusting the place and appreciating the beauty in the small, collectible objects. They lived a happy, ordinary life, where Castle's hair grew out naturally red, the same as her father's, until the age of four, where the strands began to fall out, replaced with short, stubby green stalks. She hated the loss of her beautiful red hair, especially since it brought name-calling and jeers from the other four-year-olds in her neighbourhood. The stalks eventually grew out into beautiful, slender stalks and roots, protruding large, perfectly green, heart-shaped leaves. Several tests afterward, the doctors finally discerned the nature of her quirk. Soon enough, her fingers and toes became like roots, long and pointy and strong. She always enjoyed the feeling of squeezing mud between her toes, but now doing that same action was like feasting in a five-star restaurant. The only disadvantage to the quirk was that she could not handle winter as well as most, especially Canadian winter. Though she did temper herself against the cold by the time she and Gina moved south.
Soon afterward, as the first heart-shaped leaf began to take form, Falcon Fortress was taken too soon, by a nameless villain who made no announcement prior nor after the killing. The papers needed a name, so they settled on "The Crumbler", after it had sundered the Fortress and left a family in ruin. Castle was close to her father, moreso than her mother. Her mother's wolfish form and sharp teeth always scared her in the dark, where she felt weakest, even when Gina meant every action with unrelenting love, and would never bring harm to her daughter. They were strained for a time, but eventually warmed up to each other. Between distant retired cousins on mother's side and cousins who had lost contact since they were from Peregrine's side, they were the only family they had left.
Her time in school was filled with many a sports injury. None on her part- she never took part in sports besides the mandatory physical education. When news of her useful quirk were sent to each school she went to, the school physician called her in at least twice a week. The school board took a particular bias towards her, as Castle was always recommended toward schools chock-full of rowdy students who always got themselves hurt, either through sports, or through accidents from poorly practiced Quirks. She became a teacher's pet often, but she did not like that as much. No one could replace her father.
Eventually, when it came time for High school, she took the entrance exam for Paragon. Her mother, always encouraging despite her fearful appearance, nodded with a tearful smile when Castle announced her plans to try for Paragon. After all, Peregrine attended Paragon, while Gina attended Yuuei. Following in her father's footsteps seemed... natural.
F A M I L Y T I E S
Her father is unfortunately gone. Her mother still lives and is currently dating again, though it has yet to produce a second date. Castle is an only child.
There is a cousin who lives in Nevada, a twenty-three-year-old Quirkless man named Logan Wolfe, the son of Gina's sister. Despite being Quirkless, Logan found great joy in running an auto-body shop, where he employed two quirk-gifted teenagers who needed work experience in working on vehicles... Though Logan does pay them well enough to keep them. They brought in well-paying work from assorted hero companies on contract. Castle is aware of Logan's existence, but has yet to visit.

(dude, I'd get into UFC for a room that spacious...)
