"Oh yeah don't mind us Naru. We'll be here."

"When it comes to Yuki-kun, I've noticed that Naru-kun always runs of like that.." Sakura replied to Jordan's joking tone with a sigh. She really admired that about them, because she didn't have siblings. She was an only child and would never know the love of a sibling. Then she leaned back in her chair with a thoughtful expression on her face, "It's really sweet actually.." Though the peace could never last. This school saw to that. Immediately Jordan ruined her mood with his next words.

"By the way, I do have a date. Naru accepted my asking. It was even sealed with a kiss."

Sakura's eyes narrowed for a moment, but she resorted to visibly rolling her eyes at the dark haired boy. Just the way he bragged about the situation made her want to slap him. She however refrained, he was Narukei's friend after all.. She'd would have to learn to have some tolerance with Jordan eventually.. The other air-headed guys on the basketball team stole him away before Sakura could say anything back, but he returned his attention towards her soon enough.. She'd get her revenge for that statement soon enough. She had something under her belt that Jordan would never have..

"Hey, Princess, what should I call you?"

Michiru immediately answered, and Sakura gave her a scolding look. Just tell everyone Michiru, what if he was some kind of stalker? She thought to herself, deciding she would have to give Rin and Michiru a safety class as far as personal information goes.
Though she had to get her words out fast before the airhead lost his trail of thought again or was torn away by the other airheads. She had to get them out at the opportune moment.

"Right well, Sakura. It's nice meeting you. Prince isn't the type to really talk about himself. So it's nice meeting people he knows for a change. It kind of sets my mind at ease knowing that I'm not his only childhood friend. Thank you really. Even if you think you didn't do anything. Thanks."

Sakura wasn't really sure what Jordan meant by all that, but she decided to throw in her own words before letting the conversation end. Sakura quickly leaned over her desk towards Jordan, "I'll let you in on a little secret..." she said loud enough for only him, Michiru, and Rin to hear. There was a smirk on her face and she cupped her mouth with her hand so Michiru, Rin, nor anyone else would be able to succeed at reading her lips to guess what she was telling Jordan next, "I was Narukei's first kiss..." She replied to Jordan in a rather seductive tone, quite proud of that accomplishment actually. She gave a short giggle before winking at him this time. She totally won this round..

The bell rang and it was time for lunch, so Sakura took her bento. She really didn't feel like eating in her classroom, but it was storming outside. She'd have to look for a decent place to eat. She ditched Michiru and Rin, hoping to have a moment of actual peace instead of their constant jabbering. She started roaming the halls, but came to a halt when she ran into a familiar face Daisuke Nakamura He was one of her favorite casual dates, but he seemed troubled. Sakura stood with a tilted head as the boy approached. He was from another class so she didn't typically see him at school, "Need something?" she asked in a collected tone, which only made him narrow his eyes at her more.

"You're going to the dance with Narukei Iyazaki?? Why?"

The boy asked in a hurt and somewhat loud tone. Daisuke truly seemed bothered by the girl's choice. It was obvious that he genuinely upset, because his eyes gave it away. However, the boy's shattered heart didn't change the bored expression on Sakura's face. She felt absolutely nothing as he questioned her, practically begging for answers.

"Who was I supposed to ask? You?" She asked in a low tone so just Daisuke could hear. She gazed upon him with an irritated quirk of her brow. She was actually kind of amused by the fact he honestly had himself convinced that he stood a chance with her. She was not going to ask someone as boring as Daisuke to take her to the dance. Sure, he was sweet, but he was so ordinary and dull, "I like Narukei, you were just fun.. It's simple as that." She told him directly in a passive, but also quiet tone. She wanted to make sure that only Daisuke heard her words. She finally felt tired of dealing with the emotional wreck of a man so she decided to go around him, though Daisuke wasn't having that. Immediately he grabbed her arm before she passed him, not letting her dismiss him so easily.

Sakura flinched as he touched her, seeing as she didn't expect it. She absolutely loathed unexpected physical contact...due to her...fear, "Let go, Daisuke." she stated in a colder, much more serious tone. She did not like where this was going, but she was also still recovering from the spontaneous invasion of her space. He was starting to attract unwanted attention to them. Did he really have to be so public about his feelings? It was truly pathetic. Maybe he should go out with Shiori... they're a match made in hell. Sakura thought bitterly, trying to tug her arm away, but to no avail.

"You're wicked! How am I supposed to see you as a girl when you're such a cruel person!?"

He snapped at her, causing a scene large enough for anyone currently in the hallway to notice. His grip was a little rough on her arm, but he wasn't vindictively out to hurt her. She winced as his grip tightened, but refused to say anything. She wasn't going to make the current display any worse than it already was. He was simply upset because she let him fall in love with her, but she felt absolutely nothing for him. Honestly she was the bad guy here, Sakura just didn't care. This is really too stupid, get on with your life. You had to know that I was playing you somewhere deep down in your heart.. This is all your fault because you were too naive to realize I would never care about you.

"We were done long before now, so I suggest that you let go of me, right now.." her tone was still soft and composed, unlike his loud and emotional one. Though there was a dangerous quality to her last six words. she was really losing her temper with him and if he chose to continue this, she'd surely make him regret it. He was already embarrassing her, and the crowd watching and whispering was already large enough.

"This is the start of a new chapter of my life. It definitely must be. Eh? is that shouting? Running? Well, I supposed this school is rather lively then. It should be perfect, right?"

It cannot be helped at all as people stared, gawked, or even ogled at the female walking by. That is because she was a vision in the simplest sense and it is something that comes to her very naturally. There was no doubt that she was a foreigner as her stock, coloring, and specific traits are not synonymous to the natives of Japan. That was one of the factors, she was hard not to notice along with how all of it comprises to a stunning and voluptuous beauty. Her body was curved into a perfect hourglass shaped with the fitting proportion of bust, hips, and butt. It was probably also why some of the girls had envious gazes at her to have such a glamorous physique neither too slender nor too meaty. Adding to that, she does have a beautiful face with those mysterious mauve eyes and sensual curly locks cradling her face.

However, the source of the attention was oblivious to the looks she is receiving. It is because she was looking at the piece of paper on her hand. This held the directions she needed to do to get enrolled or better yet to arrive at her new school. She actually had a late start since she had emotionally calm herself first thing in the morning. Speaking of which, it was a bit hard to believe that she had been living in this country for years now. To her, it was the first time everything was new and strange even if she had read what was written by her own hands on her journal. Her grip tightened on the paper before someone pulled her from behind. It startled her as a speeding car passed by her. "Are you alright? You better look where you're going missy." She looked behind her and saw the one who saved her was an elderly man.

"I'm sorry, but thank you very much." She noted as she properly faced the gentleman and then gave him a hug which surprised the other bystanders. "Miss!?" It seemed that this country was not that bad at all. "Thank you!" She released the man who was rather embarrassed as she then ran off once the pedestrian crossing was once again available. Somehow, she was rather lively than before and was looking forward to this day. She should write down on her journal which she was determined to do as she walked once more while jotting it down. By the time she finished writing it down, she finally reached the school. But, it was a bit odd as there were a lot of media personnel and all. It made her wonder if there was something going on as she looked at the school building for a moment. But, it seemed so quiet. Shrugging her shoulders, she entered the school gate after she showed her papers to the guards who were having a hard time preventing the media from coming in.

She actually wanted to help and was about to offer it when one of the guards just gently ushered her inside. She accepted his kindness and proceeded to the principal's office where she could process her papers. It was at the exact moment that the doors to the principal's office opened with a girl running away, then followed by a tall guy. Her eyes owlishly blinked as she was not certain if something was happening which she should know about or not. In any case, she prepared herself to enter the room as she softly knocked and opened the doors. "Excuse me... I'm here to submit my enrollment papers." She said and found other people who were doing the same thing as her. That was a relief at least, she wasn't the only one. There were two guys and a girl present. But it seemed, the secretary who was in-charge of processing seemed a bit offended and disconcerted. Why was that?

Approaching the desk, she introduced herself with smooth and elegant move. It seemed completely natural and fitting for her. Some of the staff can't help but look at her; she was a very pleasant and exotic sight to see. " Good morning, I am Aina Malik. I have been told to submit my papers here." The secretary was pleased with her than the other two and took her papers. "We've been expecting you. I'll get you ready..." But before the secretary could finish her sentence, she politely cut her off. "Thank you, but I believe they were here before me. Please assist them first kindly." She softly smiled and somehow it appeared Aina had wings and a halo. It had always been her motto to be fair in everything. The secretary relented and basically felt bad and began processing the siblings papers first. "Here are your school IDs and class cards. You can go to your classes now." Finally, the two were done.

"Your turn, right?" Aina nodded happily at this. It didn't take long for her to be done as she left the principal's office and began to trace down her homeroom. It was actually time for lunch as the hallways crowded with students who instantly attached their eyes on her. The school was definitely getting new faces and not just any faces, but wonderful ones. "It should be around this corner." Oblivious and absorbed in finding her homeroom, she didn't notice that she was basically categorized as an IT girl. As she did turn the corner, there seemed to be a growing crowd that took her attention. This school was truly eventful isn't it? Somehow, she wondered if she would be able to cope. But, she must and she was determined on that part. Anyway, she continued on her way and caught glance that the commotion was between a girl and a boy.

It should not be her business but, it seemed that they were attracting too much attention and it might cause to a more physical altercation. Since, she could see the girl was not pleased with what happening and the boy was rather emotional. "Excuse me." She announced her appearance through that and had kindly already got in between the two while gently removing the boy's hands on the girl. "I am not certain what has happened, but shouting would not properly address the matter. Could you not see? You're making her already uncomfortable and you are disrupting others as well." There was a gentle sternness present on her tone and her eyes reflected that as well. "Why not calmly discuss this matter at some other time? Okay?" Her voice softened while small and kind smile on her lips. There was no doubt that her charm does not work only the males who were now blushing lightly but also to the other girls. They haven't see her before but she was wearing their school uniform so, she was undoubtedly part of this school now.

And indeed, this day was rather eventful for Aina.

"Excuse me."

Sakura's eyes landed on her current savior. The girl's hair was so dark that it came across as slightly violet. Her eyes were a light shade of purple, a color that Sakura had never seen as an eye color until now. The woman's body rivaled Shiori's and her own. This girl was a challenge, a rival as far as aesthetics go. Aina also had dark, flawless skin and a slender, feminine face. She was...absolutely gorgeous and therefore Sakura immediately hated her. Sakura knew that this girl completely challenged her reign as 'It girl'. Not to mention this girl's personality was so far a lot nicer than her's. The girl even removed Daisuke's grasp on Sakura's wrist, much to the ivory girl's relief.

"I am not certain what has happened, but shouting would not properly address the matter. Could you not see? You're making her already uncomfortable and you are disrupting others as well."

Daisuke looked around, nodding his head after Aina put some distance between him and Sakura, he bowed his head apologetically to both girls, "I understand. I apologize to everyone who had to witness this." He said in a soft tone, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. Honestly he didn't know who this girl was, but even he was staring at Aina with admiration.

Sakura was grateful, but at the same time she wanted to rip this girl apart. This girl was a threat, and the more she spoke up for Sakura, the worse the situation came to be. She shot the girl a very kind, appreciative smile. It was genuine, but also amplified for good show. She was going to have to play nice, because next to Aina, any bad behavior was going to look like it was magnified at least ten fold. She handled the situation with such grace, she envied this girl, and that was exactly why she despised her. Sakura didn't keep attractive friends because they were a threat to her status.. She currently had no choice but to be kind towards this girl, because she was her 'princess in shining armor'. If Sakura was rude to her after receiving help it would only damage Sakura's reputation. She couldn't allow something like that to happen because this girl was in the right place at the right time.

"Why not calmly discuss this matter at some other time? Okay?"

Daisuke nodded again, a much calmer expression on his face than the one he'd initially had as he approached Sakura earlier, "You're right, again sorry for the trouble... I'm Daisuke by the way. Sayonara, we'll talk later, Sakura-chan." and with that Daisuke was gone seeing as it was still lunch hour after all.

Sakura still needed to find a quiet place to eat, and she was thinking about eating in the main hall, but she didn't quite make it there, obviously. Then she got a good idea. She could steal the competition away for now, seeing as she wanted to keep this girl under tight watch. She had to keep track of the polls, and she couldn't do that if this girl was doing all kinds of charity and good deeds behind her back while she was trying to eat. She was going to do her best to keep this enemy as close as possible. Distance would only make taking her down that much harder in the end.

She also noticed that this girl was new here, so that was a plus, "I'm Sakura Kichiyami.. Thanks for that." She replied in a very sweet voice. It was almost toxic due to the high concentration of sugar she was coating her words with, but she would do anything necessary to stay on top, "Let me make it up to you. Come eat lunch with me and my friends..." Suddenly Rin and Michiru popped up behind Sakura like dumb and dumber, but they both waved to Aina in their own quirky ways. Michiru was stuffing her face despite walking through the halls, and Rin had a piece of pocky in her mouth and held a book with the page marked in her hands. Rin frowned at Michiru and shook her head, "I'm Rin, that's Michiru... nice to meet you." Rin's tone was rather business-like and distant, but the warm smile on her face helped assure those around her that she was being kind, at least as kind as someone like Rin could be.

"I hope to see you join us. What is your name?" Sakura asked with an innocent blink and a tilt of her head. She wanted to start eating so she wouldn't have to cram food in her face, but she also had to make up for her moment of pathetically handling Daisuke. She would think of ways to tear this girl down as she got to know her. She would find a weakness, somewhere. Sakura smiled a bit, then pointed to the main hall, "It's quieter there and we can sit wherever we want.." She informed the darker skinned female. She ushered for Aina to follow her, but she couldn't force her to in the end. Sakura slowly walked over to a long bench that could seat the four of them if Aina chose to join them and sat down. She carefully began to eat her lunch in an orderly and pristine manner. Why do these things always happen to me? One good thing happens and then my entire day goes to shit...

"I'm getting to meet a lot of new people... It's scary, because I know what would happen tomorrow... But, it's nice to know they can be my friends and so, it's worth it. They'll be my friends, right?"

It was a good thing that the male listened to her words. He even apologized understanding his mistake. A sensible man, he must have just allowed his emotions to take control too much. But, that cannot be blamed. Everyone has feelings and letting them out was fine and healthy, but one must take consideration other factors as well as the person before them. Still, Aina was proud of the one named Daisuke. Admitting mistakes and apologizing are two things that are hard to do for most. She was just only a tad bit disappointed since she wasn't able to give her name back. That should be proper when one introduces themselves to one another right? She could wish that she might be able to see him again and give her name.

That is what was on her mind which makes her completely unaware of the looks she was receiving from other students. They were surprised, baffled, and in the end amazed of her. She was graceful, angelic, and gorgeous by all rights. There was no question that she was going to be quite the popular girl around school which was not particularly good for someone. But of course, she has no idea about that nor does she have interest in such things. Her attention was then taken by the girl who she had helped. She looked behind her. It was then she managed to take a good look. Sakura reminded her of the traditional Japanese beauty she had encountered before during her first visit to this country. "How lovely." That is the first thought which entered her head before returning herself to reality.

"It is nice to meet you, Ms. Sakura." It was clear that she is yet accustomed to the customs of Japan, so she was still struggling on that part. She did grew on another land basically. "I am glad that you're fine." Her words did not carry any hint of insincerity and instead of sugar. Her tone and voice could be compared to warm honey and silk, smooth and gentle. She was honestly glad that the seemingly argument between Sakura and Daisuke did not escalate and caused greater harm to both of them. They seemed to be kind people in her eyes. It was further confirmed when Sakura invited her to have a lunch with her friends. It surprised her a bit, but it was well-appreciated.

She was new to the school and hardly knew anyone except for the two back at the Principal's office, the doting brother Ren and his little sister Himeka. She wondered if she would be seeing them around. That would be nice. Now, she was meeting Michiru and Rin. "Nice to meet you Ms. Rin. Ms. Michiru." She smiled at them warmly in returned as she doesn't see anything odd about the three of them together. Sakura spoke again that she would like for her to join. There was no reason to refuse it and she finally revealed her name to them. "My name is Aina Malik. I hope you wouldn't mind me joining you three for lunch then." She was rather enjoying her day. It was starting to be a nice one and the people she was meeting were all nice. She can't help but feel giddy and good.

Sakura ushered her to the main hall and she followed. She was new and the school's layout is technically foreign to her. It does made her wonder if she could ever remember the places. She should probably make a map for herself in the journal for future references. That was certainly on her to-do list along with the people she met. They soon reached a bench enough for four as Aina took her seat. It was a good thing that she brought her own lunch. Her grandmother had said that bentos are healthier than cafeteria food. She has no prejudices about the meals the school serve, but she does listen to her grandmother. She has a sling bag which she opened and took out a rather medium-sized bento. "If it would be fine and to your liking..." She opened her bento presenting an aesthetically-pleasing looking lunch and actually looked very delicious even the smell which wafted from it was a testament to how nice it would taste.

"Please have some of mine." She offered her lunch in the purest sense of sharing. There was nothing else behind that as she believed that should be the right thing to do. The bento was something she had picked on when she first visited Japan and at odd times, her mother would prepare her one. But this time, she was the only one who made her lunch and it was not something she finds hard. After all, she was rather used to do household work as she was left in charge of chores since her mother was busy working. She then took out a pair of chopsticks and picked some of the veggies. The way she handled it was rather sophisticated without much effort, but her knowledge of using such utensils came from her grandmother during that visit. But she stopped just in time before eating the veggies, she blinked a couple of time and noted. "One should say itadakimasu first right?" She asked them rather innocently for confirmation.

"It is nice to meet you, Ms. Sakura."

Sakura's eyes widened. She wasn't used to such a greeting, it wasn't common in Japan, actually she had never been addressed in an American fashion until just now. Although this girl was definitely a threat, she simply giggled.

"I am glad that you're fine."

Glad that I am fine? How sweet. Sakura thought in an amused manner, although she would not have been able to say the same if the roles had been reversed. In fact she probably would have recorded the misfortune of Aina was on the receiving end of the stress known as Daisuke. She wouldn't have felt sympathy for Aina and she surely wouldn't have intervened. Sakura could tell that Aina didn't detect the ulterior motives in her intentions, and she almost felt like a terrible villain for continuing with her plan, but in the end Sakura only cared about her social status and flirting, though she was starting to set her eyes solely on Narukei. He made her nervous, a feeling she hadn't felt in a while.. Being around him was completely different than being around other guys.

Rin and Michiru seemed to like Aina, because they both were chatting about her until she joined them at the benches. Rin then took this moment to correct Aina on her greeting.

"For future reference, Aina-San, you would address Sakura-chan as either Sakura-chan or Sakura-San.. With those you aren't familiar with you'd address them by their surname in a similar fashion." She told the girl, but only in a factual manner, she wasn't trying to be cruel, simply informative. Rin's bento was plain and boring, but she seemed content with the healthy options packed inside, on the other hand Michiru's was full of color and packed with calories.

Sakura gave Aina a reassuring smile before choosing to speak, "Where did you move here from, Aina-chan?" Her voice was warm and bubbly, seeing as it was easier to be genuinely friendly when the girl was not risking her reign. Right now, no one was watching them, so it was safe.

Sakura tapped her chin, then decided to help out some as well, "Don't make the mistake of putting '-chan' behind a boy's name though, he might think you're mocking him." It was going to be the only tidbit of useful advice Sakura planned on giving the foreigner, now she could never say Sakura never did anything for her. The black haired girl took a bite out of her food which was decoratively packed into her bento and was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, very feminine, "Your surname, I find it hard to pronounce,, it's quite...exotic... You've caught quite a bit of attention, how does it feel being a foreigner in a strange land?" She was curious of this, but mostly she was trying to assess what kind of woman she was dealing with. She had to know her enemy, and if she must, she'd keep her closer than anyone. She couldn't let this girl sprout weeds in her beautiful and tediously kept garden. She would not let a weed sprout up in rebellion to everything she's spent so much time cultivating. She would crush Aina, mercilessly if need be.

"If it would be fine and to your liking..."

Sakura's attention was perked when Aina began her sentence and she whirled her head in Aina's direction. She wasn't exactly staring the girl down during their conversation after all. She noticed that a few guys were spying on them, so she hoped whatever Aina had in mind would teach the boys a lesson that it's rude to spy on girls.

"That smells lovely!" Michiru squealed in delight, which was a rare occurrence when healthy food was the subject matter.

Sakura on the other hand nodded in agreement, wondering who prepared the bento. It smelled wonderful, and if this was going where she assumed it was, this would be a perfect way to teach the boys a valuable lesson.

"Please have some of mine."

"I'll try some, if you use the chopsticks to feed it to me, Aina-chan!" Sakura chimed in an excited and giggly tone. Though it was only meant to ring throughout the room so the spying boys would realize the scene was about to get slightly "lovey-dovey" between the two girls. If handled right, this girl could boost her own status while Sakura slowly deteriorated Aina's from the inside out.

"One should say itadakimasu first right?"

Sakura, Rin, and Michiru all three nodded their heads. It was a custom, but even they forgot sometimes. At least she was learning. The innocent expression on Aina's face brought a blush to both Rin and Michiru's cheeks, but Sakura on the other hand was smiling. She wanted to smirk, but then the boys would have realized something was up, that Sakura knew they were peeking at the four of them. Making them flee in embarrassment was a much better fate for nosey boys who couldn't mind their own business.

"To all students. On your way home from school, please make sure you get home safely. There could be flooding. And if all students keep away from the roads due to the drivers. Thank you and have a nice day."

"They are going to call off school if the weather doesn't calm down.. Just great.. We are supposed to walk home in this?" Sakura sighed, hating the storm. She didn't want to get sent home, because she'd have nothing to do after leaving the school grounds. No one would want to go out in this weather..

Aina intently listened to Rin. It could be seen on her face as she took what was said as nothing more but a helpful lesson. Her earlier greeting should have -chan or -san. If she the person is a stranger, she should use their surnames. She did remember that her grandmother told her once that Japanese used honorifics in a different manner. "Thank you for the information... Rin-chan." She said the latter part with a child-like manner, unsure whether that sounded correct. Then, Sakura asked her where she had come from. That was not a hard question, so she answered that without any pauses. Actually, she answered it with a light twinkle on her eyes. It was because her birthplace was filled with happy memories which are the only ones she could remember at the very least. "I'm from India. Have you been there before?" Her query was of the most innocent one, because if any of the three girls near her have been there before. There would be something common between them and that makes her feel more at eased.

Then, Sakura added another information beside what Rin had told her. It seemed that she could not use -chan for the males. That would be seen as something offensive. It was a good thing to know as she did not want to invoke someone's annoyance without her meaning to in the first place. "I appreciate that advice Sakura-chan. Thank you." She said with a grateful smile before taking note of another commentary of Sakura's. It was about her surname. That was something her mother gave her. "Oh, I see. Please don't worry mispronouncing it. It's fine. My surname in my native tongue means thread." She noted but her eyes reflected something distant yet precious, a memory. Her mother used to tell her that their family name is an eternal connection, a binding thread. The idea of that was sweet to her.

She was taken from her stupor when Sakura asked how she felt being a foreigner in a strange land. Her eyes lifted from Sakura as she looked at her bento box. It was hard. Every day, she felt a foreigner, an outsider to this land even if she had been staying here for a year. All that she experiences are always her first time even if she had written it down on her journal. It was still something unfamiliar, but still at the very least... "Frightening." She honestly said. It seemed she was not the kind to hide her feelings. "But exciting." She has a tender smile on her face making her a serene beauty more than ever. "I get to learn many new things and it makes me feel not a foreigner anymore, bit by bit." She looked at the three girls with a warm smile. There was nothing forced in her demeanor, not even the slightest.

After than, she offered her bento to them. Sakura said that she would only have some if she fed her some of it. That was not an odd request really. It was something she would do back at India when she would babysit her neighbor's children. They wanted to be spoiled by her and Sakura's request reminded her of that. It was adorable. She took an adequate portion of the vegetable dish she had made. "Here you go, Sakura-chan." Her delicate yet sophisticated movements were so normal that even her gentle gesture did not come out as something intimate. Instead, her expression is filled with warmth one could compare to that of a mother. Her chopsticks positioned where Sakura could take a bite without difficulty as Aina was unaware of their male spectators. "Itadakimasu!" She said with a cheerful tone whether Sakura took a bite or not.

That was when the PA announced a warning about the weather. It was true that it turned out into a very furious and dreary one. The sun was still up earlier and now, there was nothing else but dark clouds, heavy rain, and the snippets of lightning and thunder. It is true that it will be hard to go home in such state. She wasn't even familiar with the directions even if she had it written down. Actually, it would be a problem as she could not allow her journal and note to get wet under the heavy rain. But what truly saddened her was Sakura's comment about school getting cancelled. She just arrived here and has yet to find her homeroom. "Cancel school? That would be disappointing. I have not yet found my classroom." But then again, she understood why the school was considering making the students go home. It was for their safety, but they should be more prompt in dispersing such announcements especially now, when the weather is not idle for anyone to go out.

"I wish it does calm down." Her words were wrapped with such sincerity and true concern. Her eyes looked out the nearby window with sadness. There was nothing hidden underneath her actions. All that she says and does are things she truly feels to be correct and simply represents her. In her life, she had never found the need to hide behind a mask or anything. Though, she does try to live her life forward as much as possible even if her own brain was not cooperating on that. "That way..." Her eyes never removing itself from the rain reflected behind the window. She then looked again at the girls beside him with a kind smile. "No one will be harmed. I don't want anyone getting hurt."

Somehow, her words appeared to be magical in nature or just a measure of coincidence. It was because the torrential rain was slowing down bit by bit. The dark clouds appeared to be lighter in color.

"Here you go, Sakura-chan."

Sakura took the bite, although she was responding more playfully. The boys that were watching fled the scene with bright blushes on their faces, and she smiled a bit, but pretended it was due to the food.

"Itadakimasu!"

"So good~" the flood was delicious, but the boys who couldn't handle watching a girl feed another girl made her amused. It was pathetic to be embarrassed by such a thing.. It was so simple, so why fret?

"Arigato, Aina-chan!" Sakura exclaimed, going back to eating her own food. Michiru was jealous, but Rin didn't seem phased by Sakura and Aina's actions and continued to eat quietly in a distant manner.

"Cancel school? That would be disappointing. I have not yet found my classroom."

"What room would that be? I have attented this school for three years, I might know it." Sakura offered, though being so helpful to another girl was growing rather tiresome. She couldn't wait for this girl to show an ugly secret or habit that could be exposed. Sakura was growing very bored of being nice, she was also getting sick of all the new students popping in. New guys was a perk, but the new girl was getting irritating, another would just be too much. She hated it when girls showed up.. And judging by the students gossiping around the main hall, there was another new girl, a girl and her older brother to be exact. Thats all we need... Another screaming girl..

She was curious though, it would become a problem if Aina was in her grade but a different class... If Aina was an senior, it would have been ideal, but she doubted the foreign girl was older than her.

"I wish it does calm down."

I hope so too.. I'm not ready to go home yet." She replied with a smile, eating quietly allowing Michiru and Rin to chatter for a while. Conversing with these three was becoming very exhausting. Sakura never spoke this much to Rin or Michiru, not was she ever as kind to them. She wasn't very social when it came to other girls so she found hanging out with three of them to be very tiring.

"That way..."

Just who is this girl? Captain of the humane society? No one is naturally this nice! Sakura thought to herself in disbelief but simply nodded in agreement. Aina never needed to know that Sakura didn't give two shits if one of the students didn't make it home just so long as Yukito and Narukei made it home safely.

"No one will be harmed. I don't want anyone getting hurt."

"That's a great view to have" Rin replied with a small smile, and Michiru nodded, a full mouth as she did, unable to say anything.

Sakura shook her head at the chubby girl and let out a soft sigh. She really needed to teach Michiru table manners and proper ettiquette. Sometimes she wondered why she even bothered to keep friends, it was more like having a pet to be honest. She just got done putting away her bento when the school announcement played. Sakura brushed her ebony locks behind her ear, happy to see that she wouldn't be forced to go home.

"Attention all students, the weather has cleared up, all classes are on regular schedule, lunch is now over, please report to class."

Apparently school would remain in session after all. Sakura stood, dusting her skirt off as she continued to speak, "Let's all go to class before we end up with detention." she stated in a matter-of-fact manner, beginning to walk away. Sakura turned around mid walk and paused for a second to raise her hand and ushered for Michiru, Rin, and Aina to follow her, because she immediately began walking towards their classroom. She couldn't wait to return to class. She was in a much better mood now that she knew she had Narukei to look forward to as her date to the dance. This year was going better than expected. Regardless of foreign girl's presence, Sakura had a smile on her face. Nothing could bring her down today! She finally was winning Narukei back, and that was enough to lighten her mood. Sakura was just so easily pleased.

It seemed that Sakura liked her food. That made Aina happy for it was good to see other people smile. Of course, he was unaware about the motives behind such acts. But, she was the kind who takes everything presented to her at face value. It was not in her doubt or to second-guess anyone. "I am glad you liked it." She noted with a happy tone. Completely unaware of the reasoning behind the gesture, she took it as a simple act of friendliness. It was soon followed by simple chatter about various things, but most of it was about her. They were curious about her which was a normal thing. She did not mind answering them to the best of her abilities but, she did take note to write it down on her journal to not forget.

As for her commentary about not finding her class, she tried to recall the classroom she had been assigned to. "My class is 3-A." She answered and looked at them curiously. "Do you know where it is located?" That was her question which was interrupted by the torrential rain. She looked at the window with a sad countenance. In that regard, she voiced out her desire for the weather to calm down. This seemed to be agreed upon by the three girls. It made her glad to see that she had met nice people. This day was getting better than better and more than that, the cloud lightened up as the rays of the sun began to push through, illuminating the scenery itself.

This was announced through the PA system which made her clap in gladness. "My the weather did clear up. This is wonderful." She was not concerned about lunch being over or it was time for them to go to their proper classes. Her interest was attached to the fact the people would not be having a hard time travelling the roads. This was truly a beautiful thing. But, she was taken out her delighted trance when Sakura told them that they should go to their classes unless, they wanted to go to detention. That was something she would not like to experience on the first day of her attendance. It was a good thing that she was done with her meal. "Gochisousama deshita." She said with gentleness as she began keeping her bento. It was something that her grandmother would always remind her to do. Once that was done, she stood from her seat in time when Sakura gestured for her, Rin, and Michiru to follow her.

Aina followed and simply hoped that her classroom would be along the way. She was aware that the teacher would not find fault in her being tardy as it was her first day and being a new student. Still, she did not want to cause any form of trouble on anyone. But, she is rather concerned if she could recall the layout how to reach her room. The best way would be for her was to put it down on her journal as a reminder. She would be having a lot of things to write about which brought her joy but at the same time sadness. It was because she would have to do this every day just to recall, for her own mind could not do that anymore. This gave her a lonely demeanor but only for a moment. She had decided to live her life as best as she could through one page at a time.

They continued to walk and when they stopped at a classroom, she noticed it to be the one she belonged to. She glanced at the three girls with a smile. "It seemed that we are classmates. This is nice." It was her sincere thought and feeling. She was never duplicitous and what she says is never covered by anything malicious or deceiving intentions. After saying that, she noticed that the class was rather lively. It made her wonder what was going on. That was when the elderly female teacher took notice of their presence or more of, her presence. The teacher's eyes narrowed distinctively at her. This was because she was an unknown face and what that is rather rare and exotic. Foreign in every sense. "Are you new here?" Believing she was the one being asked, she nodded her head. "Yes, I ---" She was immediately cut off as the teacher yelled at the class. "Quiet! Stop all your yammering about Ogawa-san! We have another new student!"

The rather harsh reprimand surprised Aina as she blinked her eyes owlishly. It would seem that there was a new student as well who is called Ogawa. Those were not the names of the two new students she heard at the principal's office earlier. Anyway, she snapped to attention when the teacher gestured with her hand for Aina to enter. She did what was asked. From her very entrance, the entire class went into complete silent. It was like a holy spirit descended to the room. She was quite the vision and her movements were elegant without the hint of trying. It was truly natural. "Papers and introduce yourself." She handed her documents, but before she does so. "Excuse me Madame, but I would suggest that you do not shout too much. It would not be good for your vocal chords. It would be sad if anything happened to your voice." The said teacher was taken aback by her words and was about to retort angrily, but the sincere gaze and small smile on Aina's face deterred her. Taking a deep breath, she shook her head and for the first time, the class was stunned. "Go ahead. Introduce yourself."

She nodded happily and then faced the class. It was clear as day that everyone was in amazement of the dark-skinned female before them. It was not long ago that the girls were smitten by a man so comparable to that of Adonis and now it was the boys who are entangled by the angelic beauty. "Good day. My name is Aina Malik. It is my pleasure meeting everyone. I hope we can all be friends." She said with a warm and sincere tone which was ended with a smile so brilliant and making her more radiant than the rising sun. After a few minutes, the class burst into a plethora of many questions about who she is. She was rather surprised by the enthusiastic greeting and could not answer their inquiries as they spoken so fast. The teacher subdued them with a mere slam of her hand on the desk and a glare. "Go and sit down Malik-san. Take the seat in front of Iyazaki-san. The one there." It was a good thing the teacher pointed the chair because Aina has no idea who was Iyazaki. "Thank you very much."

Taking her seat, Aina took out the needed things for studying. Eyes were still looking at her while the other girls vying for the attention seethed in envy. But, this was of course oblivious for the foreign student. She was ready to begin class and glad to know three girls which she considers as her friends. Unaware, that fate has a different path for her than she had hoped it to be.

"My class is 3-A."

Immediately Sakura was overwhelmed with a wave of dread. Why did this girl have to be her age? They were luckily in the same class... She would be able to keep Aina suffocatingly close, the closer she, Rin and Michiru got the less likely she'd look elsewhere for friends. If Aina wasn't socializing with other students much then she could keep the other girl from taking over the school.

"Do you know where it is located?"

"Yeah, we are all three in that class too!" Sakura replied, feigning excitement. In all honesty she would probably attempt to dispose of Aina if murder wasn't illegal to do so.. but Aina didn't know that so it would be fine so long as she remained in the dark about Sakura's true nature.

"It seemed that we are classmates. This is nice."

I said that already? Though Sakura was fairly certain that Aina might not have caught the words due to the clashes of thunder. As soon as they made it to class Sakura made a beeline for her seat, but was disappointed that Narukei wasn't present to join her. Where was he? Class was about to start..

"Are you new here?"

Sakura leaned back in her seat, biting back the urge to glare daggers into Aina's skull. It would be far easier to appear supportive.. for now.

"Yes, I ---"

"Quiet! Stop all your yammering about Ogawa-san! We have another new student!"

Gonna have to speak louder than that in this classroom, Aina-chan. ...Ogawa...? Sakura's blue eyes scanned the room and fell on a fine light haired specimen. She gazed appraisingly, but returned her attention to the front when she realized he was talking to Shiori. Was that her date...? No, there was no way a guy like him would go with a girl like her. He was probably asking Shiori how such a gigantic head could fit on her bony shoulders.

"Papers and introduce yourself."

Sakura almost sighed aloud. Why did they always have to make such a ruckus about new students? They usually weren't as cool as they present themselves to be on their first day..

"Excuse me Madame, but I would suggest that you do not shout too much. It would not be good for your vocal chords. It would be sad if anything happened to your voice."

Sakura quirked an eyebrow, a smirk forming on her face. There was no way that the grumpy teacher would allow her to speak that way. Aina was surely in for her first detention.

"Go ahead. Introduce yourself."

She was not all that thrilled that the boys in the class had googly eyes for Aina, but Sakura kept reminding herself that remaining close to Aina would make crushing her that much easier.

"Good day. My name is Aina Malik. It is my pleasure meeting everyone. I hope we can all be friends."

All be friends..? Has she met Dolly yet? Give me a break! Sakura thought to herself in disbelief. All that Sakura knew was that she would lose her cool the absolute second that this girl tries to touch Narukei.

"Go and sit down Malik-san. Take the seat in front of Iyazaki-san. The one there."

Does God have a personal vendetta against me? Sakura thought to herself, rage boiling in her stomach at this point. She was ready to have an all out cat fight with the foreign goddess. If Aina laid one finger on Narukei there would be hell to pay, the kid gloves would come off and she would unleash a wrath like no one had ever seen before.

"Thank you very much."

The dark skinned girl was even too cocky to even acknowledge the attention she was receiving, and Sakura gritted her teeth at this. She was going to make this girl regret that she was even born. She would move back to her country or she would contemplate suicide, because Sakura would be a ruthless nemesis. As far as Sakura was concerned nothing would stand between her winning Narukei over.

Then there was a knock at the door again and a red haired male came in. He was a familiar face, but she wasn't sure why. He was incredibly hot and had confidence that oozed from his body. His eyes held a mischievous glimmer and he strolled into the room as if he owned the place. At least it's not another girl.. Sakura thought, almost completely engulfed with bitterness.

Ren was taken aback by the slap and sat quietly for a moment. It didn't hurt, but the fact that a woman disrespected him so publicly was enough to get his blood boiling. If she wasn't his sister he would have probably struck her then and there, and much harder than she did him. He did not believe that women should act so aggressively, any other woman would pay direly for laying hands on him.

"I am not a Tsundere. I am waiting for no man to sweep me off of my feet, nor shall I wait for any woman to do so either."

"There goes my hopes of attending a lesbian wedding, darn." He replied to Himeka in a humorous tone. He was obviously joking, but it still made his younger sibling angry. He was having fun in this setting, because Himeka was feeling too awkward around all the other students to do too much to get revenge against him. Ren would be safe until their walk home. He'd think of some reason to bail on her later to avoid the aftermath of his actions.

"Let's eat in peace brother, else I implore you to find you own class.."

He was a little startled by her reaction, but he knew better than to bring up relationships. She was still on love hiatus, not that he understood the point in that, but in the end Ren felt it was completely none of his business. If Himeka wasted her youth and became a crazy cat lady it would be entirely her own fault, not his. Sure he was a protective older brother, but he couldn't protect her from herself if she refused to let him. He wasn't going to go out of his way to try either.. He had a job and school to worry about, not to mention revenge against Narukei. He wasn't brother of the year, but he was doing the best he could do while still maintaining a functional social and financial life.

"Whatever, you're too sensitive, Hime-chan." Ren signed, returning to eating his own food.

It seemed that there was a terrible storm, but Ren was never scared of a little rain and thunder. He wasn't all that worried about it. Himeka didn't seem to be frightened either, though the last time he had to comfort her was over a year ago. He didn't feel the need to dote upon her. She was strong, or at least she pretended to be, and that was enough for him. Besides, he was going to get revenge for her. He was going to crush Narukei's happiness seeing as he shattered her ability to trust guys.

Before he knew it the bell rang and it was time for class considering the fact that the weather almost miraculously lightened up. Ren stood from his borrowed seat and leaned down to place a kiss on Himeka's forehead, "Seriously though.. One douche bag shouldn't ruin your view on your future...See you later little sis." His voice was almost teasing, but he left before she could comment on them.

He found himself in front of classroom 3-A and immediately knocked on the door. He was a few minutes late, but it's not like he cared. He walked in to see the elderly woman and tilted his head. Another woman? Great. How many women have jobs in this place? He frowned a bit and received a frown in return, but simply sighed as she received his papers.

State your name...

Ren came forward and winked to the girls in the room, most whom were gawking and chatting amongst themselves about him. He just had. Bad boy appeal that was nearly impossible to ignore, "Ren Katsukawa... All the ladies can call me Ren." He stated with a smirk planted on his face. There was quite a ruckus after that because most of the girls in the class let of a shriek of excitement.

"Settle down!" The old woman snapped, not very impressed with Ren's obvious flirtatious attitude. She then pointed to the seat between Shin and Aina, "Sit there Katsukawa and do not interrupt my class."

Ren nodded, but it was pretty obvious he wasn't paying attention. He took his seat, smiling at Aina, "Guess we meet again..." Then his eyes landed on another familiar female (Shiori), on the other side of Shin, he didn't really remember Shin seeing as he wasn't a cute girl and all, "You too.. Fiery chick."

"Stay there."

Shiori's eyes embodied complete shock as Shin entered the classroom. He was going to be her classmate?! This was so embarrassing. She did her best to hold it together, but her mind immediately turned to the embrace they shared earlier and caused her heart to skip a beat.

Riko turned around to stared at Shiori, her dark eyes worried as she saw Shiori's reaction, "Do you know him, Shi-chan?" She asked in a hushed whisper. Riko looked a lot like Shiori, they just kept their bangs cut in opposing fashions and styled their hair differently. If they styled their hair the same way the only obvious difference would be Riko's sheer lack of breasts.

"N-no I've never seen him before." Her tone was insistent and harsh, but also quiet enough so no one else but Mimi and Riko would hear. Riko turned around in her seat, back facing Shiori, though she could feel the doubt pouring from Riko's pores. Her friend didn't believe her at all... Why should she? It was a total lie.. She looked over to the other side of the room and noticed that Sakura, Rin, Michiru, Jordan, and Narueki were all late, though she assumed that Narukei was absent due to Yukito being sick.. Jordan was probably off being a pig..

"Okay, get it together. You'll be receiving a new classmate for this year."

Suddenly she felt so alone in the room. She wanted to change this year, but she was being thrown so many curve balls that she couldn't stand it. First Narukei, then Sakura.. Now this? She felt like she was suffocating under all of the pressure. How was she supposed to thrive under all this pain, embarrassment, and animosity? It felt like she was being crushed under all of these expectations. Narukei expected her to pretend like nothing was wrong, Yukito wanted her to fight back, Nemui wanted her to succeed in school, her coach wanted her to dominate in archery competitions and her heart wanted to mend.. She felt like she was sinking in a bottomless lake, drowning, yet clinging to her last thread of life.. It was painful... She didn't cry, because it wasn't scary, but also because she was in a room full of people that she didn't trust to see her in a weak state.

Unlike the rest of the class she wasn't focused on Shin, at least not anymore. She was clenching at the left side of her blazer, right where her heart would be. There was piercing pain, she couldn't ignore it.. yet no one noticed either. She immediately rested her head on her desk, not wanting anyone to figure it out anyway. She could handle a panic attack, she was used to this pain. She just had to focus on her breathing, count, relax..

"Introduce yourself."

The words were muffled, like she'd actually dunked herself underwater, but she did make them out.

"Shin Ogawa, nice to meet you all."

She heard his voice, the annoying sound that the girls made afterwards, it was worse than nails on a chalkboard, yet none of them cared. They were young, infatuated, and very naïve.. They didn't know heartache. They didn't experience being dumped like she had.. They didn't know what was in store for them.. yet she prayed that they would never have to find out. She prayed that no one would have to feel the pain she felt in her chest.. No one deserved it, no one deserved to constantly doubt themselves, to be afraid of intimacy, no one deserved to feel like the only way to remain safe was to shut everyone away and protect their heart.

"Silence all of you! Take your seat Ogawa-san."

"Uhm, Ogawa-kun! Are---are--are you the top model EDGE?" "

Suddenly she snapped out of her anxiety and slowly say up, looking at Shin. Not in the same way as the other girls, no, it was innocently. She finally realized where she knew him from!

"Keep it a secret, okay?"

The girl who asked the question fainted, and an irritated expression formed on Shiori's face. He was good looking, but wasn't that a bit ridiculous?

"It's seems we keep bumping to each other huh, Shiori-san."

She could feel Riko's glare and Mimi's curiosity, but she ignored both and responded with an energetic smile, "I guess so, just don't mistake me for one of them." She replied with a roll of her eyes, jabbing her thumb in the direction of the fan club. After making her point clear, Shiori stuck her tongue out at him. She wasn't fawning, she wasn't crushing.. She wasn't sure how to do things like that anymore.. Or maybe Yukito was right, perhaps she wasn't over Narukei? Just the though caused her pain. How could she still feel something for a prick like that? Someone who only cared about himself and treated women as if they were easily disposable.. She was the worst..

"I guess we're classmates, I'll be in your care from now on then."

"A-are you messing with me?" She replied back with a slightly surprised expression, but it was accompanied with a childish pout. Then she realized where she'd seen him before, "S-Shizuka Santioa! Have you worked with her before?" She wasn't sure if he would answer, but it didn't matter. She definitely remembered him. Her and Nemui actually got to go to work with their mother that summer. She didn't remember at first because she was scared at the time they met, but there was no mistaking it now.

She honestly could have began modeling or even acting with her mother if she chose, but her and Nemui both promptly refused the proposal. Nemui because she hated the attention and the form fitting clothes, but Shiori loved all of that.. Her mother was her idol, and yet now she felt terrified of her past dream. There was no way she was going to let pictures of her go international. She wasn't physically fit enough yet and she didn't feel comfortable in her own skin anymore, and she doubted she ever would again. This is why she chose a mediocre job in a mediocre town.. No one would remember her and pictures were not allowed at the café.

Two more new students came in, Aina Malik and Ren Katsukawa, but her attention was shot. She didn't even notice the nickname Ren picked out for her. The rest of the day she was somewhat spaced out in her own thoughts, but then the bell rang and school was over.

---- After school ----

She didn't have practice today so Shiori gathered her things quietly. Her friends already left due to club activities and Nemui sent her a text that she would be walking home with a friend she made today.. So Shiori would be on her own, "Sayonara, Sensei!" And she went to the office and apologized to the principal, weaseling her way out of detention, though she doubted she would be so lucky next time.

Shiori walked through the halls and made it outside. The sky was no longer angry, but it was still rather pale and moody. She began walking home, earphones in her ears. She was not looking forward to returning to Sakura Square.. but Yukito was sick... and Narukei said he was spending a week with some woman, someone would have to watch the ill boy.. At least until she was forced to leave for work. The world around her was so.. dull. It was so monochrome.. She wanted to see a colorful world, yet all she saw was shades of gray. She hated feeling like this.

"The day is over. It's time for me to enter the so-called glamorous world. But, I should remind that I only do such things for one thing and one thing only. So, don't expect too much."

Shiori indicated that she was not like the girls squealing in excitement and delight that even one of them fainted in the process. She rolled her eyes and stuck out her tongue to him. It was rather unladylike in so many ways, but he doesn't mind. It wasn't his place to remind her of manners and etiquette. In addition, he could care less about her preferences. "Good to know." He answered with a casual air whether he was serious about it or not. That was left in vague, but based on their interaction, he had yet to tell her any sort of lie. It's a good thing to know that there would be girls that would steer out of his way, but those are the kinds he should be worried about isn't it? It would be a good thing if they latched themselves to him as it would make things far easier for him. In the end, he was used on how to treat this kind of situations.

"Messing, you say?" One of his perfect eyebrow was raised. He fully faced her this time as he turned his body towards her. "Does it feel that way? Because, you would know if I'm messing with you. I assure you." His expression did not betray anything of his intentions not even his tone which was delivered in a manner similar to that of used in small nonsensical talks. There was no wink but a simple tilt of his side to the side. He was rather a fine specimen for a man. He was someone who could be both of a prince, the boy next door, the bad boy, and it was no denying that he was dastardly handsome. There's no doubt why he became a model and had many admirers.

It was then Shiori asked him about working with Shizuka Santioa. It seemed his initial conclusion was not far-off base. "I have. Why don't you say hi from me to your mother?" He noted with his usual calmness and unadulterated conversation without any kind of underhanded meaning and yet, he seemed to know more than he lets on. He then properly positioned his body to face the front. It seemed there were new students, just like him. He does remember seeing two earlier at the office. A girl and a boy, but this one was someone he hadn't seen earlier. He could actually understand why the boys were like dogs in heat. The dark-skinned girl was an exotic sight and a beautiful one at that. She also seemed to have a rather nice personality as much as he could tell from his position, this Aina Malik as she introduced herself.

But his interests only stayed there, there was nothing more to that. Then, there was the new male student, Ren Katsukawa, he had seen before. It seemed they were in the same class. The guy already made an impact on the females with that seemingly bad boy vibe. It seemed that this one does not shy away from flirting. That reminds him of someone which lead to the slight lifting of his lips into that of a small yet fleeting smile. It has warmth and a degree of affection. Some of the girls who had seen it blushed at sight for it was definitely different from seeing it on a picture. But as soon as that expression came, it also disappeared.

In any case, it seemed he would have to make do with the classes. But, he is worried about Yukito. The weather had calmed down for a good portion. Still, he doesn't trust that brother in regards of taking care the younger boy. Because in the end of the day, blood is not the only thing which could determine affection and care. There are even times that blood is no better than water. His eyes held a tint of coldness at that. He really doesn't like that brother even more when he actually met the guy. Speaking of which, he would have to make sure that Yukito's work is not compromised though; he knew that Haruko would handle it. Still, it would not hurt to be a helping hand on that matter. He would get to it after school and frankly speaking, he wanted the classes to be over. It was rather boring to him and the thought that Yukito is sick also pops on his head constantly.

The only reason he did return to school was for him. Nothing else worthy of consideration on that matter.

Then, school has surely come to an end. He was up and about even when people began to gather around him. They wanted to be acquainted with him and even others who wanted to be a special someone to him. There were even questions if he was going to the dance. It seemed to be a social event for the school. However, that was not going to happen. He simply turned their advances away in a manner that was not easily obvious, specifically adding an air of mystery per say. There was still some work he needed to do and to straighten out some things for Yukito. It seemed that the brother took Yukito home. Well, that was a good thing since the boy needed to rest. But, he could not help but be a bit irritated. It was because the one who did it was the brother. Shin wanted to be the one who does so. It was really aggravating.

Anyway, he was able to get out of the school and saw that the company's car was already waiting at front. He got in and began to dial a number. The line was soon answered. "Hey Haruko." The female immediately rained down on him with a barrel of complaints. He simply leaned on his seat and motioned for the driver to move. The man already knew where to go and so they did. "I see. He texted. Don't worry, I'll make something up, okay? It's fine." Just like that, his day was mostly eventful but something he would also describe as a bit wasteful as he wasn't able to talk to Yukito that much.

"What truly a spectacular day it has been. I have met new and wonderful friends. I truly hoped that this day would not come to an end. But, it is a vain one isn't it?"

Aina looked behind her and saw Sakura, Rin, and Michiru. She smiled at them warmly. It was really a good thing that she has people that she is familiar with. After that, she looked in front of her. The teacher announced that there was another new student. She was rather excited to know since, it meant that she wasn't the only one new. But seeing the student made her rather happy, it was the one she had saw at the office earlier. He seemed to be a friendly person especially to the girls when he made his introductions. That was very nice of him. It would also appear that he will be sitting beside her. She smiled happily with the lingering sense of politeness. "It is nice to see you again, Katsukawa-san." She remembered what Rin told her about calling someone. She hoped that was doing the right thing to do. "I have yet to properly introduce myself. I am Aina Malik." She cheerfully introduced herself.

She then looked at the direction where Ren called someone a fiery girl. It made her curious and she recognized her as the one running out of the principal's office before and the other student who was also new like her was also one of those running out. It did made her wonder if something terrible had happened, but seeing them fine, meant that it was not as terrible as she had imagined. That was a wonderful thing. She released a relieved sigh and then gave a polite nod as a greeting. It was only proper as far as she knows. She then focused on the lessons ahead. It was a nice feeling really to be here in a classroom with people who are the same age as hers. Furthermore, she was now having friends. It was really a good feeling. There was a momentary lull in the classroom and she took that moment to take out her journal. She then began to write on it, every detail that had happened to her up to now. She even wrote descriptions of the people she had met. It would be troublesome if these people approached her and she has no idea who they really are. She would need to make it a little less strange and unknown to her, even for a bit.

Once she was done, she kept her journal and wondered what things she would be able to learn. She looked out the window and somehow, her mind began to be filled with dreams worthy that of fairy tales. She was only taken back when the teacher called her attention in regards to a lesson. She stood from her chair and answered it to best as she could. The day continued like that and soon, it was time for her to return home. She still remembered how she came to the school, so she will just have to retrace her steps. As for club activities, she believed it would not be wise for her to have those. She was yet uncertain how she would fare with being in school. She wanted to take it a small step at a time.

It made her wonder what kind of day would be waiting for her. This also brought her a great sense of dread. The fear so crippling that she doesn't want to close her eyes and give herself to the scenery of her dreams. It is because tomorrow... will certainly be a new day for her in the most literal sense. She dies... every time she sleeps and it scares her very much.
