Introduction
OVERRace: A huge illegal system of the fastest street racers in the world, under a man named Spike. Spike's main goal is to overthrow the King.
Crazy idea, right? Wrong. The racers work with a communication system called the RACEcom, developed by the Techies. The Techies are a clique of OVERRace. They have the best of technology inside, and out. Another clique is the Extremes. These daredevils are set on extreme car making and extreme surgeries. The last group, excluding the rankless Rookies and the top-dog Racers, are the Best. These selfish little bastards are set on only the best of anything. The Rookies don't belong to any group until they earn their ranks. The final group of the crazy world of OVERRace is the Racers. These are the top ten best damn racers in the world. The second best racer, Skander Heyes, lets his father Spike think that he is the best racer in the world. But even the rookies know that Skander was born to be the best racer in the world. Spike is the OVERRuler, the number one driver and the leader of OVERRace.
If you see an OVERRacer around town, they are normal people. That's why the King has sent all the Rovers after the OVERRacers. Anyone suspected of being in or associated with OVERRace is brutally assaulted, usually until death. Annihilators are robots usually set by the government to torture anyone sespected to be a rebel or street racer, usually until death. Racers are the least sespected, while Rookies are the most. Thanks to the King, the United States has become a totalitarian government with scared citizens who are sometimes brutally murdered. OVERRACErs have to stop it, and they plan to. They have weekly meetings at The Alley, a safe haven for street racers. They plan to sneak into places like the Capitol Building and the Pentagon and attack it from the inside.
They hunt with speed, flashing past cars on the trail of an illegal racer. Even the national government can't keep up with the progress of the Annihilators and Rovers.
Rover: A government-trained police officer set on capturing, torturing, and finally destroying illegal racers and their systems.
Annihilator: A government-created robot trained to brutally torture and murder illegal racers captured by the Rovers.
The Rovers have their own way of dealing with the "problem" of illegal racers. The Chief of Rovers, Sandra Valentine, has a plan to locate all existing locations for illegal racing and take them down. The problem is, the locations were suprisingly well hidden and she was having a hard time finding the headquarters. But, once she got Ian Valentine, one very high-up OVERRacer, into her custody their secret locations all came out in a closely-halted lobotomy. Under special circumstances, the Rodgers boy has agreed to be bugged and become a double agent to get us information on the system of illegal racing. With this plan, she would kill the man she hated more than anything and possibly even promoted for taking down a valuable racing system.
When she was a child, Chief Valentine's father was brutually tortured and finally murdered by Spike. Her father was only eightteen at the time of his murder, and Valentine was only four years old. With her mother's permission, after years of training and proving herself mature for her age and worthy of a prestigious position, she became Chief of Rovers at the young age of sixteen and is currently the age of seventeen now. Valentine plans to get revenge for her father, and get a reward from the king. She would get her dying mother a proper funeral, the one her father never had.
They disguise themselves as citizen, and no one had noticed any different. They strike in the night, and don't take prisoners back with them.
C.I.P.S.: Citizen Initial Protection Squad is a vegilantegroup set on destroying OVERRace and the government it rebels against.
Led by a woman whose family was brainwashed into both systems, Georgina Valentine wants nothing more than to buy a house to live in with her siblings and keep them safe from the harms of the two groups. But, after the incident with her father, Sandra didn't trust her anymore. Spike didn't kill their father, the retired Chief of Police Dagger did. He needed Sandra on his side. He wanted Ian and Georgina as well, but Ian saw just the evil in the government. Georgina saw the evil in the government and in the illegal racing. So, she formed her own group of citizens fed up with the racers as well as the government. You wouldn't know who they were just by walking out onto the street. You'd have to be on the inside.
Georgina was just a "normal" citizen, abused many times, but was good. She worked part-time at a diner with a guy named Shae, who she talked a lot with, and she became his girlfriend. They talked about the street racer and the Rovers. Shae told her how when he was a child, his mother was shot by a Rover, and bled to death right in front of her. His father disowned him, and abused him much, telling him his mother's death was all his fault. But Georgina knew the harm that did, and she's not going to let that happen again.
