Mei has waist long straight hair in a hime cut, that is kept in a braid with a bow to tie it off. Red bangs frame her face in a triangular cut with the center being slightly longer than the rest of her bangs. She often dresses in her school uniform which consists of the usual laid skirt, white blazer and blue jacket to top it off. That or she'll wear a blue or orange jacket, with long-sleeved shirts of dark colors, some sort of bottom piece and her hunting boots. Mei has a rather underdeveloped body for a girl her age which added to her short stature is often mistaken to still be in junior high.

Image
|| Personality ||
Mei is relatively shy around people she doesn’t know. And due to her underdeveloped body and short stature she often makes up for this with her rambunctious attitude around her friends. Especially around guys she is merciless and is by their standards acts just like them. Mei can be kindhearted when she feels the need to giving people a smile that often brightens their day. She is also a very determined and resilient girl who never knows when to give up. However there is a side to her that most people don’t see that is cold and with little remorse in her actions.

Judo||Mei has taken it upon herself to learn to defend herself against bigger opponents. However due to only just starting out there is really very little she can do.
Nameless||Mei sucks energy from an opponent & releases said energy in blue spheres that she is capable of using as bullets for her anti-tank rifle.
|| Weakness ||
Strength||Due to her small body, Mei isn’t the strongest girl around.
Allergies||Surprisingly enough despite all her time spent hunting, she had to quit when it became apparent she was allergic to the flowers during hunting season.
|| Biography ||
For the majority of her life, Mei lived in Russia with her father and grandparents. Her mother ran off with another man when she little. As a child Mei was a sickly child often coming down with some sort of sickness of some sort. So when she finally reached the age where her body ws strong enough, her father and grandfather took her on her first trip hunting.

It was the best day of her life and from then on they taught everything she needed to know in order to live in the woods on her own. When she turned 13 Mei moved to Japan in hopes of starting a new life there after her father and grandmother died and her grandfather gambled their money away. With the little money she had, Mei enrolled in a nearby school and is a 1st year in high school.

Once there it took her a while to adjust herself to a new environment but she soon made quite a lot of friends as well as enemies. Mei had trouble expanding her knowledge in linguistics but took to it like fish would with water. And only just recently Mei joined the judo club in hopes of getting stronger so she could deal with the guy living in her small home.

Mei

Mei let out a sight, today had not been going well in the least bit. Still in her schools uniform, Mei walked alone though it was only for today that she would. All her friends had to stay behind for studying purposes but Mei knew better than that. They were no doubt doing random crap that had nothing to do with school and she knew Anita was with her boyfriend in one of the many classrooms in her school, alone with the door locked to deal with their “business”.

Just thinking about what they could be doing in that room, Mei’s face turned a bright red. urgh! Why do I have such friends? Why!? thinking this Mei let out a growling sound. A few stares came her way but she paid no attention to them. Mei was used to such things, although she had a rather outgoing personality that drew the girls towards her. The guys were a completely different matter considering she never sugar coated her words when she spoke to them. But then again the guys do deserve the tongue lashing from Mei since they take pleasure in reminding Mei just how short and not to mention underdeveloped in some places.

Glaring off into space, Mei laced her fingers together her head while still holding onto her school bag. She puffed her cheeks in remembering she would have to go home and make herself some sort of dinner. “what should I have for dinner exactly. Mm nah I’ll just get some ramen from that one place.” licking her lips at the idea of going to her favorite ramen shop.

At that moment as if on cue, her stomach growled and she grinned. Patting her abdomen Mei chuckled and started to run for her ramen shop. However when she got there what she saw made her quickly duck behind a corner. In front of her favorite ramen shop were three incredibly large birds about the size of cars. “Aw man, there goes dinner. But what the hell do I do now. Should I call the police or maybe help all those people. Oh maybe if I save them they’ll give me free ramen!”

Mei’s eyes sparkled and a bit of drool slipped from a corner of her mouth. But then it disappeared after a shake of her head as she began to think aloud, “Dang! But I don’t have my rifle with me, what the hell do I use now?” For a moment Mei pouted but then grinned with a determined look in her eye. Placing her school bag neatly on the ground with her school jacket folded neatly on top of it. Mei looked around for some sort of weapon and found a stick and a rusty looking piece of pipe. eh well its better then nothing, oh a ball just what I need.

Smiling, Mei picked up said ball, took a deep breath and ran out from cover. Her tongue poked out from the corner of her mouth and drew her arm back when she got within good distance from the large rooster like birds. “Hey Ugly, I wouldn’t get in the way of this girl and her ramen. Now move!” she shouted before throwing the ball right at its head. The ball hit it pretty hard and right where she wanted it. Although it wasn’t like her rifle, as long as Mei had a target she could possibly hit it and especially considering how large the bird was. There was simply no way she could have missed it but now that it hit said target, Mei began to have second thoughts.

The bird who got hit with the ball squawked and turned to face her looking out through one of its eyes. The way it did so was incredibly creepy but Mei stood her ground, she held out both stick and pipe in front of her. Of course Mei was somewhat rusty in the use of weapons as her dad mainly focused on guns and hunting knives. A stick and a pipe wouldn’t do her much good for this particular situation but she had to do something. There was no way she was going to let some overgrown chickens get in the way of her ramen.

The bird then turned its entire body toward her and flapped its wings. A huge gust of wind came her way and it took all Mei had not to fall backwards and even more so to keep her skirt from flying upwards. Mei glared at it before throwing a now broken stick at its head again to draw it away from the shop. The bird followed but so did the others which was not Mei’s intent. However with the stick now considerably shorter it was almost like the days she had her hunting knife with her. damn Japan, as much as I like it I can’t believe were not allowed to carry knives or even gun parts. However with this thought it was also a distraction from the matter at hand.

Seeing this, the bird who got hit, squawked again before running at her. Mei gasped and swung the pipe when it got close and when it finally did she ducked and rolled underneath its abdomen. ‘hehe, I guess being small has it’s uses.” sadly Mei spoke to soon as with surprising flexibility and coordination, the bird turned a bit and grabbed onto her leg. Letting out a surprised yelp, Mei did her best to get the bird to let go. Hopefully someone would be close enough or maybe even the police were there to get her out of this rather sticky situation.

Haruto Katashi

A cold winter breeze, a feeling of being missed placed the idea of closing your eyes and having it all just go away. All thing Haruto Katashi felt in a single moment as the winter breeze past across his sleeping face. His eyes opened regretfully to be met by the sun shining down on his face and a tall tree providing some shade. “How strange for me.” he spoke out softly to himself as he remained motionless spread out on the grass. “When did I start sleeping here all the time? I can’t remember.” The words escaped his lips and being taken away by the breeze. He laid there for a moment just looking up at the sky before he finally moved and sat himself up using his arms as support. A small hill just next to the park the place he had found himself coming to every day the place he would lay down on the grass and drift away from reality, a peaceful place.

He was dressed in light winter coating; it was only starting to get cold so he had yet to take out any form of heavy winter jackets, just a coat or hoodie always accompanied by a pair of gloves covering his hands and the strange mark that had appeared on his hand. He was thanking full for the time of year, if it had been different he would be questioned about the gloves he wore regularly, what could he say, a bad burn? Perhaps that would work. He chuckled lightly at himself as he held up his left hand picturing the image that hide behind that fabric. “What an ugly thing.”

Haruto stood up from the grass and brushed of his back before he gave another stretch. As usual he had a pistol stashed away in his inner coat pocket, which he was reminded of as it bumped against his skin from the inside. “Old habits die hard I suppose.” He spoke out once more softly to himself. He was a bit disappointed in himself to still be carrying such a thing he just always picked it up and took it with him when he left his apartment. He gave it a shrug as he reminded himself to keep on pushing for a better life. He gave himself a reassuring smile and stared walking down the hill. He stopped half way however as he heard a girl yelling off in the distance. “The ramen shop?” he raised a brow at the idea of someone causing a problem at a place like that. He rather liked that place thinking about it, use to be a regular when he first arrived in Tokyo, how long has it been he wondered sense he last visited. Then he heard another noise. “
.a chicken?”

He was curious now such an odd thing, he didn’t really have any business going to look but he was bored if anything. Better than taking a nap any way, a recent habit he would like to break soon. None the less he changed his course and headed to the source of all that commotion at one of his favorite places.

He arrived after a short while to be meeting with the sight of a girl being held by the foot by a giant
chicken? To be fair it was a rather odd looking thing
but a chicken? He didn’t make a move to help; instead he looked back and forth down the street looking for some sort of camera crew. “What a dumb movie idea.” He blurted out as he turned back to the sight in front of him confident that this was being used as a set.

Akem

The bed was soft and warm. The left side of his body sinking into the soft mattress while the right side was covered by the loose cover made of a soft and cuddly fabric. Here was Akem. In another house, in another bed, taken in by another random stranger he meant on the street. Akem may be the demon of the sin of sloth, but he has standards to where he chooses to sleep.

This random stranger just so happened to be a stoner. That's right, a stoner. A female stoner. Akem woke up to the smell of weed. He lazily pulled the cover down, looking around. He was in an apartment. It was rather small, which didn't surprise him. There was a big California King bed up against the wall. At the foot of the bed was a small couch right in front of a little box TV on a little table. To the right of the bed was a side table then the wall with the window. The rest of the floor on that side of the room was filled with bean-bag chairs. To the left of the bed was another bed side table, right next to that was a door to the bathroom that only had a shower, sink, and toilet. Then, about a foot or two away, was the end wall of the apartment that had the door to the hallway of the building. On the left side of the door - from the POV that you are coming into the apartment - was a small kitchen with a sink, a counter, and a microwave oven.

Yeah, the apartment was small, but the bed was amazing. Slowly sitting yup, Akem looked around before seeing the stoner with a joint between her index and middle fingers, her eyes closed as she slowly swayed to the sound of some music playing inside her head. She was in the zone. High as a flying pig in the sky. And Akem just looked at this as participating in sin. And he loved it.

He almost sat up straight, but being him he didn't. His shoulders dropped forward slightly, his back arching into a slouch, and his neck angled inwardly. His head tilted to the left, his hair looking like he just woke up, and he looked at her, just staring for a moment until she noticed him. "Yooo, duuuuude. How's it..." She pauses and takes a puff of her joint. "Haaaaannnggin'" She let's the smoke out as she says the word, the smoke coming toward Akem in a long stream. He just lazily and - obviously - unamused swatts it away with his hand, leaning over on the other arm that still lays palm flat on the bed.

"You're high." He says bluntly, easing his way off the bed. He doesn't stretch, rather embracing his tiredness, as he stands. He then gives the stoner a lazy and almost evil smirk. "I like that." Right now, Akem is dressed in a loose fitting thin long sleeve shirt, baggy grey sweat pants, and thick fuzzy grey with purple polka-dot socks. And frankly, he has no plan on changing.

He walks up to the stoner. She offers him the joint. He bends at his waist, his neck still bent as his head swings over like it has it's own gravity. He grabs the joint between his index finger and his thumb then puts it to his lips, inhaling the toxic smoke into his lunges until it starts to burn. He them stands straight up, bending back slightly, and his head swinging up as he lets the smoke blow out, the streams coming out like the flames of a fire.

After all that was done, Akem left the stoner to her joint and walked out of the building. He was still wearing just a loose long sleeve shirt, baggy grey sweat pants, and thick fuzzy grey with purple polka-dots socks. He just now had on a thick army-green jacket over the shirt. He felt good. He honestly didn't even understand why he didn't just stay with Hippy-J, as he decided to call her, and sleep. But he left. As he walked lazily down the side walk, looking as tired as can be, he passed by a sight of something he didn't understand. But walked passed like he saw nothing before realizing it was an odd sight. He took a few steps backwards to see if he could see it again. He was right. A small girl and a giant chicken. He grinned at the sight and let out a chuckle. It was that funny. Akem thought he might as well play along. "Hey, girl playing with the chicken! You need help?" He said, his voice sounding tired and his eyes looking tired, but a large grin across his face.

Mei

Mei squirmed in the birds grip trying to get free. But nothing she did was working and the blood was beginning to rush to her head from moving around so much. And for that Mei started seeing colors and had mistaken a figure not to far from her and the chicken for said dots of color that clouded her vision.

Thankfully they faded after a while and se realized those dots or one dot in particular was actually a person. And a guy at that, who merely stood there, watching her and the chicken. Letting out a growl of sorts, Mei suddenly blushed at the remembrance of her skirt. Pushing her skirt back down Mei let loose a string of curses of course it was all in Russian.

After her words faded in the air, Mei did her best to turn to face the figure from before. And now that she looked at them it was a guy of all things and blushed again before her expression of embarrassment was exchanged for one of anger. "Hey you! Yeah you! Are you stupid or something get your ugly ass on over here and help with this damn chicken!" She glared at the guy then noticed another guy did the same.

Once again Mei turned red but this time it wasn’t because of her embarrassment. No this time it was by the fact that a hobo offered to help her while a college guy only watched her like a dumbass. “I would think so you damn hobo! At least you got some manners and doesn’t stand like a dumbass!” her last words were for the first guy who had shown up.

After voicing her thoughts, Mei used her one free hand and stabbed at the chicken’s foot that kept her up in the air. The sharp end of the stick didn’t do much in harming the bird but after a while Mei grinned when she saw a bit of blood. Or she thought it was, the chicken’s blood was an odd color not necessarily red like a humans but more pinkish in color. “You’re not a normal chicken are you?” she asked more so to the chicken than anything else.

Reme

Reme had long finished eating the buns, and her stomach growled hungrily for more food. She thought for a moment, sitting still on the tree, yawning. "Need.. more... food.." She mumbled, half-heartedly. She missed her place in the demon world, where she had gotten all the food she had wanted. Now why on earth did she betray the demon King again? Well one thing was for sure. He wasn't going to have her back. Not after the ordeal. She sighed again, then swore to herself.

As she began walking to another store, she saw a demon she knew, and ... were they humans? She felt her own eyebrows raise, for reasons unknown, and she stifled another sigh. Was there something wrong with the body? It felt like it couldn't move. Like it had no energy. Reme ignored the feeling, and continued to walk towards the demon.

She stopped in the middle of the path, her heel stopping their rhythm. Were those chickens... She licked her lips, and ignored the demon, feeling a lick of power nearby. Someone was greedy.... She shook her head inwardly, and ignored the feeling, as her stomach rumbled again.

She glared at the chicken, realizing it was looking at someone else, and averted her eyes, annoyed. Then she turned to the girl, and began unknowingly to glare at her.

(Yaru)

Yaru walked down the walk, a few people staring at her as she walked. It was true, she didn't fit in normally, but she didn't stick out all that much either. If she was a human, she'd probably been seen as a "goth" or whatever other word they could think of. With pale white skin and wearing nearly all black, she honestly felt good. That was until she realized she envied so many people as she walked past them. It would either flash in her head how much prettier they were than her, how much friendlier they seemed, how successful they looked, how good that arm candy walking with them looked. She could go on, but it'd just end up subsiding anyways.

Yaru wasn't one of the seven. She was a follower. And at the moment she was looking for at least one of the seven to show up. Until then, she walked. A look in her eye that could only suggest her being angry as her eyes looked cold, her jaw was set, and her brow was drawn in slightly. She walked with confidence and pushed passed those whom stood in her path. Some guy yelled at her, throwing his fist up in the air. "Hey! Watch where you're going, you dumb girl!" Yaru almost turned around to yell at the guy but decided he wasn't worth her time. On she went.

Yaru eventually ended up in a place where she could hear people talking. Her eyes narrowed as she looked around and saw two of the seven demons she envied so. A fake smirk crossed over her face as she strutted up to the two, standing by two other humans she didn't feel the bother to care about. Looking around at the others she said in an almost jealous sounding voice covered with mock excitement "And what are we doing here? I didn't miss anything I hope." She ended with an evil, mock smile.

Haruto Katashi

He blinked a bit at the situation that had unraveled itself before him. it wasn’t a movie the chicken wasn’t fake and the girl was actually in trouble, and there was apparently homeless people coming to investigate. He couldn’t help but thing she was rather rude to call him names then demand that he helped her. Maybe this is just a dream, maybe he is still laying down under that tree sleeping away the troubles of the world. “Let’s just go with that.” The words slipped from his lips in a whisper. A dream that was the only explanation he had for such a strange occurrence to happen in an otherwise ordinary place.

He let out a sigh as those thoughts ran threw his head and he reached into his coat. “Ok ok I’m helping.” he spoke out rather half heartily; it was just a dream after all no reason to stress. From his coat he pulled out the pistol that was ever so snugly tucked away in his pocket the cold steal of it felt strange to him. Sure he had held it often but it had been years since he had planned to actually fire the thing, the knowledge that in a few minutes a life would be gone, it got his heart pumping and adrenaline going, something he had not felt in years. “Now just hold still it’s been a while.” He spoke with a grin coming across his face as he aimed it towards the bird holding her.

His eyes got a glimpse of the crowd that was gathering though he could not hear their words from where he was. They didn’t look homeless, but then again this girl was rather rude two of looked rather unremarkable from as far as he had time to actually notice, but there reaction to the whole situation seemed less than worried. Thinking about it he wasn’t so different, a dream he didn’t care so why should the people that resided in his own mind? Of course they weren’t worried.

He took it into both his hand quickly the memory of it returning to him as though it was second nature. The barrel pointed right at its head as it moved around, target was different but the concept was still the same aim where it was going to thrash to, a quick twitch of his finger and that would be the end of it. well that was the idea, the reality of it was he was a bit rusty and he knew it. “Just try not to move.” He yelled out to her as he sticks out his tongue lightly and closed one eye acting as though he had never actually shot a gun before. It was just a dream, why not have a little fun, this was what he thought. He pulled back his index finger and the sound of a bullet tearing through the air rang out as it went right towards the chickens head. He was rusty, but this was a big enough target and he had been doing things like this for a long time, this he remembered.

Akem

Akem raised an eyebrow at the girl as she called him a hobo, then he realized how he looked and nodded twice in understatement. He, honestly, didn't want to go help this girl for more than one reason. One; she was a human and - though Akem admired the life of humans as it's so peaceful and lazy - humans were beneath him for obvious reasons. Letting out a sigh, he was about to go and help the girl, but then a familiar face showed up.

"Is that greed I smell?" Akem said with a lazy smirk, but dropped it when he noticed she obviously wasn't paying attention and was just glaring at the girl. A short moment later, a very greedy and envious follower showed up and obviously voiced her jealously. "Well," He started, bouncing on his toes slightly before leaning her way. He's always leaning toward people when he talks to them. "Let's see. Oh! It looks like we have giant chickens from hell terrorizing the damned city. Is that not obvious? It doesn't really make a difference, seeing as all the people these beast may be killing are going to die eventually, but this is really ruining my peace of mind."

Akem paused as he saw the guy walking toward the girl and the giant chicken. The Girl and the Giant Chicken. The thought came to mind so randomly, so out of place, but for whatever odd reason - be it the huff of the joint from the stoner or the fact that he had a good nights sleep earlier - Akem thought that The Girl and the Giant Chicken would be a cool movie. Like The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Or some other movie with a weird and confusing title. Like Jack and the Bean Stock. Akem had no idea that was about a boy and an actual bean stock. He though it was going to be about something completely different. Clearly, he was wrong.

Anyways, Akem paused speaking when he saw the guy walking toward the girl and the chicken. "Now, if you excuse me, I need to go catch a girl being dropped by a giant chicken." He gave a smirk and a bow before strolling over. He just walked, in no hurry, and somehow or another made it to the chicken just in time for the guy to shoot it in the head and the girl to land in his arms. As soon as the girl touched his arms, Akem sat her up right on the ground. Once shot, through the head, the giant chicken was freaking out. It was up to Akem now.

He pushed the girl away and jumped on the chicken. It was hard at first, the beast flapping it's wings and running around. It really is true that a chicken without a head will dance. Though, this chicken has it's head, it's not intact. Now, picture this. A 5 foot 9 inch skinny guy who looks homeless and has no shoes on jumps on a giant chicken over 10 times the size of a normal hen. This guy's not really strong, but he's tactical. He knows what he's doing. This is Akem. He jumped on the flailing chicken and wrapped his arms around its neck making a hushed coeing sound trying to calm the monster down. It calms the thing down slightly, but not enough. Akem has to take action. He tugs the chicken down as much as he can, but it doesn't really do anything. He climbs his way up to straddle the chicken like a rider to his horse.

"Tilly-hoe!!" Akem says in a joking matter before going semi-serious again. If only he could find a way to smash it's head or break it's neck. That put the thing down in a heartbeat. "Find a way to break it's neck or smash it's head!" Akem calls out to those who are near to come up with a plan as he rides it like a giant doggy.

Mei

The guy she had called a dumbass walked on over to her with a half hearted reply. His reply earned him a glare from Mei as she puffed her cheeks. Green eyes blinked a few times before widening at the fact that by the way the guy was holding the gun he seemed very much rusty. Once again Mei let loose a string of curses as she did her best at staying still

Though it was a lot harder than you would expect especially with the crowd that was forming. One girl from the crowd who had the most unbelievable pale skin and was dressed all in black walked over to the hobo guy and started to talk to him. This irriated Mei considerably, a growl escaped her throat and then a suprised yelp as the shot was fired. Although it didn't kill the monster chicken it did however let go of her. Mei felt the grip on her leg loosen then it was gone completely and it was then that she remembered. Crap! I was upsidedown and now I'm falling!

For a moment a sense of panic came over her and it surprised her considerably when the hobo guy caught her. When did he get here? Thankfully he set her down standing and pushed her aside. Something Mei did not appreciate having done to her. Now that the chicken was shot through the head it was going hysterical and Mei couldn't help but burst out laughing at the way the hobo decided to handle the chicken.

Mei watched as he climbed up onto the back of the chicken almost like riding a horse and tried camling it down. Which worked to a certain point but now all they had to do was kill it for good. Mei then remembered the other guy with the gun. Heading over to him Mei suddenly felt a funny feeling in her gut that was telling her to go the other way. Ignoring her gut feeling, Mei reached the other guy and shoved her hand outwards. "Hey give me your gun so I can kill the chicken. I don't trust you enough to not kill the hobo guy."

Mei said it quite bluntly as it was odd coming from a school girl so much shorter than you. A grin appeared on her face at the idea of being able to hold a gun in her hands. However the guy would probably mistake her grin for something else. But then again it was entirely up to the guy as to whether or not he'd give her the gun. In Mei's own opinion she thought the gun would be put to better use than if it were with him. Of course she'd give it back but that would depend on whether or not she would be giving it back if he gave it to her.

Haruto Katashi

He hit where he wanted and a light smile crossed his face. He could still aim although if this was good thing was still hard for him the grasp. His faced dropped however as she dropped from the birds mouth, hadn’t thought that part through all the way, she would be fine right? As he thought that the hobo suddenly appeared and caught her, he was fast for a homeless person. He gave a puzzled look to the scene in front of him as the hobo started to ride the chicken, what exactly was the goal of this? He shook the thought from his mind; it was just a dream after all wasn’t it?

The girl approached him and made a rather odd demand of him. She wanted the gun to go kill the chicken? Sure he would be pissed if that had happened to him but this was a school girl a short one at that. His face broke into a broken chuckle as he tried to hold back from laughing. “That’s adorable.” He places his left hand on her head and rubbed it messing up her hair like that of a child’s. “You know I hit him right?” he spoke out a moment after in response to her criticism as he removed his hand from the top of her head.

Thinking about it as he looked back to the chicken, the idea of a short school girl being a super bad ass sounded rather awesome, hell it was just a dream right why not try to make it better. Normally he would of never handed the gun over to anyone but this was just a dream right? He flied the gun around so that the barrel was in his hand and the grip was pointed towards her. “Go nuts just give it back when you’re done, things aren’t cheap.” After giving it to her he took a step back and was just going to watch with his hands in his coat pocket. If anything he just wanted to see where this dream of his was actually going before he woke up.

The thought suddenly crossed his mind, what if this wasn't a dream? What if this was all actually happening? the cold steal of the gun sure felt real, the sound of it ripping threw the air sounded real, the girl who's head he had patted felt real. The breeze in the air the sun beating down on him, these were details that were not normally in his dreams. he looked away from the action for only a moment as he pulled off his left glove and looked at the mark on his hand. This wasn't a dream was it? He quickly put it back on and began to regret the decision to give this girl a weapon. He watched intently at was that was happening while in his mind he tried to place together what it was that was actually happening and how it would all play out in the end.

Mei

Mei took his gun and was glad that he at least knew how to hand it to her. She chose to ignore his earlier comment. Mei was well aware he hit the target but there’s a difference in hitting the target as a whole and getting bull’s-eye. "Don’t worry; I'll take good care of it." A small smile appeared on her lips at finally holding a gun in her hand.

Mei turned on her heel to face the giant chicken and the hobo guy who miraculously was still on its back. Raising the gun to eye level, Mei pointed the end point of the gun at a certain point in the chicken’s neck. The jugular vein or where she assumed it was, I mean it may look like a chicken but considering it had tried to eat her not too long ago and the fact that it wasn’t the normal size of chicken.

The tip of her tongue pocked out of the corner of her mouth as she concentrated. Mei was more used to using her anti-tank rifle which was pretty big compared to this guy’s pistol. But it would have to do besides her dad didn’t just teach her how to use any specific type of gun; Mei just liked the anti-tank rifle more so than the smaller guns.

Focusing on her target Mei pulled the trigger and a shot rang out. The bullet went right through its neck but by the looks of it she had missed the jugular vein. “Damn missed but now I know where exactly to aim for.” Mei grinned as the familiar rush of adrenaline coursed through her body. However her joy was soon doused by the fact that the chicken wasn’t so joyful and let out a shriek before going crazy again. It ran towards Mei who in turn ran away from it and rushed to its side for a closer shot.

As she neared the chicken, Mei brought the gun up again and shot twice the second bullet was just in case the first one didn’t do the job right. The chicken stumbled on its feet as pain coursed through its body. Soon enough it was on the ground bleeding out and twitching as it slowly died. Feeling some pity for the monster chicken, Mei walked over and shot the chicken point blank in the center of its head. With a final twitch the chicken lay still and was no more.

Sakimura

Having no concept of time, Sakimura took his time finding his way into the heart of the city even if it was days or miles away. It didn't take him long to find issues though, seeing as their sudden appearance in the human realm had caused quite an imbalance of unnatural energy in the earths atmosphere. An easy yet limited way to track the refugees.

He looked around him to make sure there won't be any sudden attack or ambush before making his way towards the slightly chaotic scene by the road, his eyes caught sight of the thing that caused the mess. Probably dead. May still be alive but unconscious. Sakimura looked around the rim of the strange scene, crowds were beginning to pile up and knew that it will cause a much unwanted attention alerted by what happened here. He quickly made his way towards the main actor and actress of the scene, giving a formal greeting before speaking his thoughts.

"I see that the two of you had handled well with this...avian, but it seems I need to take it with me before questions of its existence arises," he spoke in a fast pace before turning around to face the flying predator, undecided on how he should go about removing it off the streets without relying on his weak ability.
