Hand to Hand combat - She's very skilled in this area, as she's had many years of perfecting it. She learned from a young age, it was a way of protecting herself.
Manipulation - She can manipulate people into doing whatever she wants, with just a few words.
Flexibility - It's just something she was born with, and it helps her a lot with fighting. She improved upon it with exercises.
Flying - Flying is something that comes naturally to her, having had wings since she was born.

Hobbies
• Fighting - She enjoys it, so why not?
[wip]

Flaws
• She can get pretty cocky, but it comes with reason
[wip]

Weakness
• Light - Being partly a creature of the dark, any attacks with pure light weaken her.

Weapons
• A long obsidian black sword, with a silver hilt embedded with a crimson ruby.

Abilities/ Powers
• Shadow Manipulation - She can create and control shadows and darkness, often using it to conceal herself, and teleport to places.
• Time Manipulation - Arian can manipulate the flow of time on objects, people, and places.
Flight is an inadvertent power she gets from her wings.

Fighting Style
• Assassin - Originally being an assassin before she was caught, her fighting styles relate to stealth, agility, and quick strikes. She doesn't waste time beating people up, rather just hits their vitals points and takes them down quickly. She is particularly knowledgeable in uses of all different kinds of weapons, especially her own body.

Personality
Arian's personality is quite hard to describe. There's an emotional disconnect to her, so to everyone, she seems cold and dismissive. She carries herself with a powerful demeanor. To most, she can be quite intimidating, and she enjoys that. She is also very calculating and clever. Given any situation, her mind furiously works out every possible outcome, and the best course of action. It's frightening how clever she is, and once her mind locks on a target, even heaven and hell can't stop her. Arian is incredibly guarded towards others, never sharing her feelings. Not a shred of what's going on inside her ever breaks through to the surface. To her, surrendering to one's emotions or talking about them is a sign of weakness. Can't have that now can we? She's an impenetrable fortress, and I'm not sure people want to know what's lies inside. Manipulation is but one of the arrows in her quiver. Words are one of her best weapons. She can get people to do anything she wants, like puppets on her twisted string. She loves how a combination of words can give any result she wants. She's also very good at masking herself, turning into any kind of person she desires. She's quite the chameleon, and it's hard to see through it.

Romantic Interest
• None at the moment, she things love is a waste of time.

History {At least one paragraph}

Family
Mother | Demon | deceased
Father | Human | unknown

Committed crime
• As a child, she killed someone by accident in her anger.
• Trained as an assassin, and had been contracted successfully to kill hundreds of people for her clients.
• She was caught when she killed a particularly influential person in society.
• Escaped prison, and was taken in again 20 years later to Paranoia Prison.

So begins...

Arian was already awake long before the sun rose, choosing to spend her time seated on her flimsy bed and revel in the dark. The night was her element, where she felt the most comfortable, and since she didn't need much sleep, she spent most nights looking out of the tiny window at the night sky. Her cell was small but neat, as she hated anything dingy. Her cell mates were sound asleep, and she could clearly hear their soft breathing, and the rise and fall of their bodies. She loved the prison at night, it was quiet and peaceful, and she could finally relax.

As the sun rose, the tiny room was slowly filled with an orange glow, the sunlight filtering in through the window. Soon after, her cell mates awoke, to which she responded with a look their way. Arian retreated to a darker part of the cell, where she kept her small stash of books. She might be cold hearted, and in short emotionless, but that didn't stop her from enjoying books. Opening up a novel, she passed away some time, completely ignoring the other two as they milled around in the room. They didn't dare bother her, one could never expect what kind of response she would give. It was never good.

One of the prison guards opened the door of the cell, the metal door swinging open with a creak. "Breakfast!" he said gruffly, not meeting her eyes. She stood up in a fluid motion, and exited the cell. She walked into a shadow, and it engulfed her till she was no longer there. She reappeared at the entrance of the cafeteria, and walked in. She scanned the room, sizing everyone up. Grabbing some food, she took her tray and walked towards the center of the large cafeteria.

Her eyes landed on her gang leader, Diana, and she quietly sat down across from him. Many people were afraid of him, his very gaze could freeze a person in their place, but it amused her. She did gain respect for him when he became the leader of the alphas soon after he arrived. Her gaze shifted to the pair standing there, a girl and a young man. From what she knew, the girl was an alpha like her, and the other was a beta. Arian regarded them with a blank stare, before turning her attention to her food. Whatever was going on here, she didn't want to get in the middle of it unless she was needed.

Diana didn't have to glance behind him to know who it was. There are only a handful of people who dare go near him: Hayden the Beta Leader, Yuiama his Co-Leader, and Arian Osilon his Bishop. Diana answered in a clear voice, "Who are they?"

Diana's conversation was interrupted by a small creature standing before him, his expression remained emotionless but a spark of interest showed in his eyes. The shadow purred at him... Is this shadow tamed?

His thoughts were disturbed by yet another outcast looking for a fight. This was about the fifth outcast he has seen today, not including Alphas. Diana had paid no attention to the man, as his sight was taken by the small creature. His gaze shifted toward the outcast as he snatched the fork from his hand and stabbed the creature, killing it. He just stared at the small black shadow, as a young women ran toward it, cuddling the dead thing in her arms.

Diana felt a burning aura surround the area. He watched silently as the outcast, began to wither away, his very life being sucked out of him. Diana glanced over at the girl...She is the newbie, who became a Bishop...Nyx right? Diana didn't say a word as the event unfolded before his every eyes. He listened to Hayden's rantings, mumbling under his breath,"This has nothing to do with me...Why don't you look at the woman behind you."

In all honesty this whole thing was getting to much attention. The other members of Alpha started to whisper, soon surrounding his table. The man who had challenged him had the life sucked out of him by that girl, Diana could still feel the previous aura, which surrounded the girl. He knew the punishment for interfering a fight, before a Leader could answer...and it wasn't good. It wasn't that Diana was interested in her or wished to protect her, he just was curious if she understood the mess she just made.

Diana felt another fimaliar presence beside him, he glanced to see the Arian was seated eating quietly. He was focused on her, but was pulled back to the situation at hand by the other Alphas, yelling for Nyx to be punished. By this time he became aware of...Hayden. He truly didn't want to deal with getting growled at by his other self, as it seemed quite attached to the woman, which was extremely risky. If he had cared a little more, he would have said something...but he didn't so he also left the thought alone.

"Alpha! Did you just see that? She broke the law, come on Alpha punish her!" Diana glances over at Nyx to see her absorbed in the small shadow. He glanced up at Hayden, one thing Diana could feel from Hayden was that he understood the amount of her crime. Hayden's protective side caused Diana to smirk slightly. Everyone around him froze with surprise. It was a rarity to see Diana to show interest or smile period, and he just smirked.

Diana glanced at Arian's plate, than at his empty plate, "I want more. Someone get me more meat." The Alphas whispered between each other, "But Alpha-"

The man was cut short with a blow to his head. He was know on his hands and knees, blood spilling from his open wound. Diana laid his katana beside him, and looked at the Alphas again, "Get me more food. And this little incident didn't happen. If I find out someone let this out, you will all wish you lived in Hell. Understood?"

All of them nodded and scattered, pretending nothing happened. One of them brought Diana back more meat, than also left. The only people left were Yuiama, Arian, Nyx, Hayden, and Himself. Diana had to admit this newbie was powerful, but weak at the same time, which made him ponder a little. Diana tilted his head and stared at the woman holding the creature, "Can I see it?"

Nyx

Nyx's eyes widened when they wanted to punish her. The shadows started to take form at the sound of a threat, silently hissing and snarling at the people whom wanted her punish. She found comfort in the Reaper being there along with her friends. She was surprised when the Alpha wanted to see her kitten and Nyx nodded her head knowing not to say no. She moved around Reaper to hand the shadow kitten over. But it decided it didn't want to leave the warmth of her arms as it clung to her. Gently Nyx removed the kitten that meow in protest until she handed it over to the Alpha.

Worry filled her chest, afraid that he might hurt her little friend. As if they could sense it the shadows kept a close eye on the Alpha, not wanting Nyx to stress so much. To relax her two other shadow beasts appeared. One of a large tiger and the other of a puppy. While the puppy floated into Nyx's arms the tiger shadow pounced onto the table and laid down, watching the Alpha study the kitten, its tail flicking in the air. The kitten hissed at the puppy in jealousy but didn't move from its spot.

"I am sorry about my friends, they just worry" Nyx said softly hoping the Alpha wouldn't get mad about the tiger on his table. It wasnt like Nyx had any control over them, that was not her power. Nor could they really be control because they are shadow demon beasts not shadows and darkness. These shadows have been with her since day one, always protecting her, they were her friends.

Ulyssess would be in a wheel chair, one guard would be wheeling him and another two watching him. He'd stop at the check in desk for prisoners, a nurse would be waiting for them and the main area would be seen through three sets of bars and high security. Ulyssess would be restrained in the wheel chair, his head hanging forward, his silvery long hair, silken by sight and touch covering his eyes but his mouth that had a permanent grin and it only widened as his eyed fluttered and batted.

However as he started to wake, slowly rising his head with a deep laughter one of the guard's wrapped his leather gloved hand on Ulyssess's neck and his laughter became a growl and he started to struggle in the wheel chair only making the guard tighten his grip around his neck, making his breathing wheezy. The nurse had uneasy expression on her face as the guard did this..

''Ben, grab him, the new inmate is awake..'' The officer with his hand on Ulyssess's neck rather calmly as he knew Ulyssess as he was a officer from the prison he was being transferred from and the guards both reacted as Ulyssess's started to growl further and start kicking the air and scream as his anger raised. So Ben and the other officer walked to each side of Ulyssess. One tried to stop him kicking around the place only to be kicked in the nose, breaking it and Ulyssess laughed at then only to anger the other officer and he grabbed Ulyssess from the hair and forced his head to the side, exposing his neck and Ulyssess just looked up at the officer, his eyes watered from the pain but a frown on his face none the less.

The officer with his hand tightly on Ulyssess's neck beckoned the nurse near and she readied a sedative to calm him, a high dose due to his resistance to such things and as she was about to plunge it into his neck he looked at the other officer pulling his hair to he was forced to tilt his head to him. ''Fuck you. Just fuck you.'' He would groan out only to feel the sharp pain of the syringe going into his neck, he'd wince from the pain and sudden chill to his body as the sedative started to kick in. A single tear fell at this point and the nurse stepped back and the officers removed their hands from Ulyssess as his head drooped again.

The officer that had been kicked in the face held his nose with a frown. ''He broke my fucking nose!'' He'd wheeze out in a growl as he huffed out anger, the officer in charge of wheeling Ulyssess around until he is put into the prison flicked his head slightly as sign to get medical attention then he finally turned back at the desk. ''Ulyssess is being transferred here ma'am. Here is his papers.'' He'd say as he passed her the file on Ulyssess.

She would nod then look at the drugged Ulyssess before filing away the papers and smiling again and pushing a button to wheel him in. The officer nodded to with a short smile and he did just that, entering the first gate then the next then the final with a man waiting at a window. ''Was he strip searched before coming here?'' The officer wheeling Ulysses nodded and the man in the window opened the final gate, two guards on the other end waiting for the new arrival and the officer passed him over and walked back out...

The officer would continue to walk away and stop to look back as the guards roughly took the restrains from Ulyssess, picked him up and sat him or rather shoved him on a two seater and restrained him once more by his wrists behind his back before lying him down more gently on the two seater as he was not moving on his own accord for some time so by law they had to watch for any signs of his health deteriorating so they grabbed a cushion and slide it under his head then when back to their posts only to say.

''Poor sucker....can't even walk around normally like the others, guess he is 'that' dangerous.''

The officer would sigh to himself then leave the prison and Ulyssess would just lay, cuffed on a two seater with a empty stare on his eyes, his silver hair over his face slightly...

What strange shadows? Watching his every move, should have been uncomfortable even irritating to a certain degree. But to Diana this was quite normal, he was used to everyone watching him. Staring, Glaring, Following, all of these were Diana's daily life in Paranoia.

He listened to the worry of Nyx, constantly defending her shadow friends. He really didn't understand why she was so protective of these creatures, but he really didn't care. The kitten meowed at him, causing Diana to focus even more on the small creature.

He watched the eyes of the kitten, who seemed to also be watching his movements. Tilting his head, the kitten followed. He kept noticing the creature turn over to stare at Nyx, giving Diana the impression it was jealous of the small pup in her arms. A small laugh escaped from his lips as he stood up,"You don't look absolutely useless?"

A soft breeze entered the cafeteria, causing Diana to stare at the door. There stood a messenger staring at his direction, his face was covered as always, so Diana couldn't see his expression. The messenger gave him a silent signal, causing Diana's expression to turn cold and emotionless once again. Swiftly Diana carried the kitten in the palm of his hand and handed him to Nyx, "They aren't entirely useless."

Diana quickly went over to the messenger, and both of them stepped outside, so they couldn't be heard. "What is it?" Diana was back to his heartless self, as he glared at the masked stranger.

"The Wardens told me to give you a message." The messenger handed him a note, causing Diana to glare even more. He snatched the note and read it carefully:

Dear Alpha,

We have acquired a new addition to are prison, and he seems to be a...wild one, who needs to be tamed. So we are giving you the responsibility of taming him.

- Wardens

Diana cussed every word know to man under his breath, "They really want to piss me off. Dropping a newbie on me. What am I to them? Oh, right a tool. Those pieces of trash, should just go die in a hole." Diana said all of this with the calmest expression on his face, you could say his words mislead his expression. Diana handed the letter to the messenger and walked back into the cafeteria.

Without looking at anyone he grasped his katana, while speaking to Yuiama and Arian,"I gotta go." That was all he said as he transformed into his leopard form and walked toward the door. He paused and looked up at Hayden for a split second, and without farther hesitation he escaped. Leaving everyone, including the messenger behind in the cafeteria.

Finally Diana was standing in front of the holding cell. The people working there didn't even glance at him, for they knew why he was here. Diana went past the doors and enter a large room. Laying cuffed onto a two seater was the newbie, he was currently knocked out. So keeping his leopard form, Diana laid on a coach opposite from him watching the newbie silently.

Arian's violet eyes followed the events unfold as she nonchalantly ate her food. If you could even call it that. Prison food wasn't exactly the best, she definitely wouldn't miss it when she left.

Alphas started to surround the table as the scene caught the attention of others. Someone's elbow hit her jaw, and she reponded with a hard jab to their abdomen, sending them crumpling to the ground. The girl had comitted an unexusable crime, and certainly it would have called for a punishment under normal circumstances. Alphas clamored for her to be punished, shouting and screaming hoping to get Diana moving on the reprucussions.

Arian almost smiled. Almost. It was quite amusing that the gang members thought what they said mattered to Diana. He didn't give a shit about what anyone thought, he did what he wanted to. He had taken a long enough pause, and she waited for his reaction. She was, however, taken by surprise when Diana decided to leave her alone. Instead, he just asked to see that ratty animal made of shadows. Had he gone soft? No, that wasn't it. Diana was never predictable, that much she had learned from her years with him.

A messenger hurried in with an urgent message for Diana, and Arian listened on with piqued curiosity. Despite the hushed tones he was speaking in, she was still able to hear the messenger's words. Diana excused himself, to which she gave a slight nod. The beta leader squeezed the information out of the messenger and ran after him. "New recruit?" She thought, pondering the conversation she had overheard. "This should be interesting..." She thought coldly. The prison didn't really get new inmates that often, and here there was already one, and another just arrived. She decided she should get "acquainted" with the newcomer, but not now. She pushed her tray away after she had finished, letting someone else throw it out.

For now, she would train, or maybe just wander in the more emptier reaches of the prison. Getting up, she tucked her long, dark hair behind her ear and left the cafeteria. She decided to walk instead of using her shadows to quickly reach the training room. As she passed by a hallway of cells, she noticed a loud voice emanating from one of them. The door was slightly ajar, so she quietly stood at the doorway, not waiting for them to notice her. "Hm, I guess the party is right here," she said with a cold smile.

He thought it was just the most precious little thing. How amusing, He actually feels for the unfeeling corpse Babble mused amidst his thoughts. "Leave her out of this?... Oh! You mean the conversation? Don't be silly, she couldn't hear us all the way over where she is." It was actually a bit hard for Babble to keep tabs on her position. His sonar imaging only goes so far and he can only really tell her apart at the range she is at now by her voice. Being a person of few words makes her difficult at times.

Kenji wasted a bit more of his time with wasteful words before getting to the point. He was starting to catch on but a noisy person was still a noisy person, that aspect of his personality never disappeared. Babble knew by in he meant a part of his plan to get revenge on his sister. Normally a feud such as this would be a waste of good vibrations but if there was one thing he liked to do most it was sewing chaos and disorder. Kenji was a creature of structure and hierarchy but he was also one bent on revenge. He fully intended to give Kenji the opportunity, but it was not all he'd get.

"Dooo I waaant in? That depends." By this moment he was fully aware of Arian's presence. She was about as obvious to him as the walls around them as she approached the door, quipping her little quips. "Revenge and Ascent are more exclusive of each other than you would assume. Tell you what," He paused in the middle of his sentence. He began walking normally towards the door where Arian was standing an active listener to their supposedly private conversation.
"Discuss your differences of opinions with this kind eavesdropping Alpha and I'll consider your radical rambunctious ideas more randibillously." Babble was no longer just speaking in Kenji's voice, he was speaking in Arian's voice at the same time. Both their voices played alongside each other, synchronized perfectly so that their voices overlapped as he spoke. It was a little thing he liked to do when he had more than just one audience.

"Trust you, that is to say me, when I say Korogu will not be the only corpse when all is said and done." He added, their voices slanting his words with a sinister tone as he was exiting the room. Just as Babble passed Arian he gave her a friendly wink and a wry smirk. "Snitches get stitches." His voice was only Arian's now. His last words in her voice were audible to Arian alone, the sound simply disappearing before it could leave her ears so no one else could hear what was said.

Shuffle shuffle.

Babble jetted down the hall and away, his body making a cartoonish gunshot sound like in those Road Runner & Wily Coyote cartoons when the Road Runner zips away. He left the drag king to decide little miss peeks-a-lot's fate while he went and worked on more useful leads. Kenji was a fun little project but real chaos was the stake he had in this large chess game he was playing with the warden. Kings, bishops, knights, pawns, it was all obvious to him what game the warden was playing. He harkened back to his memories of the doctor who did have somewhat of a fondness for chess. A man who prided himself on his psychology simply could never resist the chance to pit his abilities in psychological warfare against an opponent on the strategic battlefield. Of course, a man with a pride to wound mostly found his opponents among the patients back in the asylum seeing as how he knew their foibles and how to exploit them. If there was one thing Dr. Ritter liked more than his reputation it was winning. To that man, everything was a game... Including Babble's sanity.

Back on topic he arrived at an interesting scene. Several humans gathered into what seemed to be a large dueling circle. Winter, the wolf who cried freedom, had battled for a liquid prize most blue. He had heard the ring master's speech on the topic of the blue potion even from where he was back inside the main prison structure. Babble himself couldn't care less for poisons but he was most interested in Winter's success. Poison a girl and you get a rather ill girl. Give a poison bottle to a girl and she becomes a living poison grenade who puts herself and everyone around her at mortal risk should he will it at any point. Oh yes, he was interested indeed.

Amongst the audience of this fight he did detect the tell tale absence of life affixed to a human form which limited the number of applicants quite a lot.

Out of the undead fellows roaming this prison there are Korogu and Frank. The form to this figure is female so unless Frank's picked up some interesting new parts I'd place my money on Korogu. Goody! I've use for a quiet one.

He leaned against a wall far off from the gathered crowd and watched the scene unfold. He'd speak to the breathless somebody when it would be the most amusing. For now he simply watched Winter trade goofy googly eyed stares with Stiffy Mckillagain. The only human with all the words bid his time and spoke none.

Nyx

Nyx's eyes popped open at the sound of loud voices and she got up off the soft grass, surprising her shadow friends as she left the room and went down the hall. She was kinda surprised to see a gathering of people.
"Alright who's next?" a gruff male voice asked and many males put their hands up.
"You!" the gruff voice growled and the crowd cleared a path for Nyx to see he was pointing at her. To double check she pointed her finger at herself and he nodded. Nyx gave him a confused look but shrugged in agreement. Beside's its not like he was even going to reach her before he fell down dead.
Growling he revealed a sword and charged but he didnt even make it half way to her before his body started to writhe before everyone's eyes and he fell down dead. Her headache grew a little bit worse but she was still fine. All the human males looked at the man in shock before lifting their heads to her, fear in their eyes. Nyx sighed sadly. She didnt want people to be scared of her but he didn't challenge her. It was his fault he was dead. His soul drifted from his body to her's and she sighed quietly in relief when some of the pain went away.
"Snack" her bell like voice chimed as her shadow tiger and wolf rushed forward and attacked the dead body, the crunching of bones and ripping of flesh filled the room as death grew thick in the air. She really should have warned that guy.

Kenji The Crimson Dragon

Kenji was startled as babble told him to deal with an Alpha spy, he used the voices of himself and the shadow, Arian.
He knew well enough about what he wanted him to do as the near silent handless human dashed like the flash would. "Strange guy isn't he, but we do have something in common we hate spies." Kenji scowled at the Demon-Dark Angel hybrid, from what he had heard she could manipulate shadow and time. "From what I hear this wont be an easy fight, but then again you are an alpha." Good thing for him this was an enclosed and dark environment, she would have unlimited shadow to control but Kenji had trained in caves half of his life how to use your senses like hearing and smell to replace your eyes. "Should I start this little duel then?" He used the same technique that he used against Koro, he spat smoke making it hard to see or breath. In the confusion he was able to slip behind Arian but did not make any attempt to attack. Instead he shut the heavy IRON door shut. Once the smoke cleared he was where she was the room was dark slightly damp but his flames would eat away the moisture of the air soon enough.

Kureiji

After hours of nightmarish sleep in her dark cell, Kurieji stumbled out. God it was fucking bright out. She shielded her eye and moved her hand upwards towards the sky, causing shadows to rise up and engulf part of the sky in darkness temporarily. It wasn't completely dark, it was just like really dark stormclouds were covering the sun, only without an actual storm. Uncovering her remaining eye she looked at a shadow tiger and wolf eating a man's corpse. She grinned at the sight.
Digging into her hoodie pocket, she pulled out a cigarrette she rolled earlier from a box and a lighter, lighting it and placing the lighter back into her pocket. Placing the cigarette to her lips she inhaled then exhaled the smoke, relaxation running through her body, afterwards walking over to a corner. Kure sat down and pulled her knees towards her, enjoying the sensation of the marijuana she was smoking. She made a couple rings and watched as they drifted peacefully up, eventually evaporating. She exhaled, smoke pouring out of her mouth, and decided to practice her skills with the Shadows. She made henchman, played around with moving the Shadows, and breathed it, eventually stopping.
Glancing around she spotted Babble. As much as she despised the thought of liking someone, she found him intriguing.
Suddenly, she dropped her cig and clutched her stomach, nausea had just slapped her hard in the face. Standing up, still clutching her stomach, she walked away from the corner, not wanting vomit to linger around it.
Away from people, she stopped as she felt the contents of her stomach being forced up to her mouth. Dropping to her knees, the contents spilled out of her mouth, she was coughing and gagging as she tried to get the shit out.
When she was done, she went to go rinse her mouth out then returned with a bottle of vodka. She sat back down in the corner she was at before, feeling fucking awful. Leaning her head up against the wall, she took a big swig of the alcohol, then rested her head on her knees which she was hugging.
Kure sighed. This was life, for now..

Arian stood stoically at the doorway, listening to the conversation between the two young men. One of them seemed to be a human, and she knew he was an outcast. "What was this one's name? Ah, he goes by Babble. Quite suits him," she thought. Babble started mimicking her as well, synchronizing her voice with Kenji's. The result was slightly unnerving, though she never broke her expressionless look. At the mention of sorting something out with her, her eyes narrowed slightly. Looks like she was getting dragged into a duel. Great. Not that she minded, it was just that she hoped to spend some time in peace, observing people and maybe grabbing a book.

Arian's violet eyes trained on Babble as he brushed past her with a pleasant wink and a wry smile. She stiffened as he closed in next to her to say something. "Snitches get stitches," he mumbled softly to her in her voice, and for a moment it felt like she was talking to herself. He shuffled quickly down the hallway, and around the corner before he disappeared.

Arian hasn't even given the slightest movement as babble departed, instead, she turned her attention back to Kenji. . "Strange guy isn't he, but we do have something in common we hate spies. From what I hear this wont be an easy fight, but then again you are an alpha." As Kenji talked, she stayed silent, almost as if she wasn't even acknowledging his presence. "Should I start this little duel then?" Kenji spurt out some smoke, obviously using it to blind her. She held her breath. He suddenly appeared behind her, and instead of attacking, he chose to close the door instead.

Arian just stepped further into the cell, standing piously. "First off, I am not a spy, I was merely observing," She hummed, finally breaking her extended silence. "You are correct in calling this a little duel, for it will be just that for me -- little." She closed her eyes for a moment as her consciousness melded with the shadows around her. Like this, she could sense much more than just what her body could see or touch. "Do tell me one thing though," she said, her voice as cold as always. "Why are we even fighting?"

Kenji The Dragon Surrounded by Shadow

He smiled as Arian began to connect with the shadows, if the rumors were true she didn't just control shadow but make the shadow an extension of herself. "I guess you can feel we're I am since this room is basically pitch black!" He smiled he was surrounded it would be easy for her to crush him in a shadow fist and leave. "But do you really think I would close the door and make the room dark if it wasn't going to help me out?" Kenji enveloped his body in scales as to protect him from the heat. Kenji created a small flickering flame on the tip of his fingers, even though the flame created a minuscule amount of light the shadows still retreated ever so slightly. "I guess I have to sleep it out for you I can create fire at will, and with fire comes...Light!" Kenji burst into flames not hurting himself but lighting most of the room up. "You can't use your shadow if it can't even touch me! This is going to be more than a 'little duel' no one leaves until a victor stands." He turned around and used his flames to weld the good shut. He turned back to Arian still aflame. "By the way this will be timed since this room is completely sealed up now and flame eats away the oxygen in the air, unless you can breath smoke." Kenji threw four flame orbs in each corner and one in the center of the room to light it up. He took keen notice of the shadow lines in between the orbs. Kenji's body fire went out, he decided if she wouldn't use her magic neither would he. "Let the real fight begin Angel!" He ran at her like he was going to attack with his fists but instead he planted his right foot kicking her right shin with his left leg. He continued in a furious combo by slowing her on the right temple then punching her with his right hand in the mouth, quickly spinning counter clock-wise. He posted his left foot in between hers and gave her 'the ol right hook' tripping her too the ground. "This is the fury of a dragon but I never expected it would be so easy. He turned around and started for the sealed up door. "Pathetic, and with so much talk."
(Hell na this fight ain't over till Arian says its over)

Arian stared blankly at Kenji as he began to talk, all the while knowing where he was in the darkness. "I guess you can feel we're I am since this room is basically pitch black!" his little smile was irritating, but no matter, she would soon wipe that smile off his face. "But do you really think I would close the door and make the room dark if it wasn't going to help me out?" Help him out? She wasn't really that informed on what his powers were, though she knew it was something dragon related. Maybe fire manipulation? Whatever it was, she would find out shortly. Kenji then covered his whole body in scales, and she noticed his irises had turned a golden color. He them summoned flames on his fingertips, and the light they brought danced. She could feel some of the shadows ebbing ever so slightly.

"I guess I have to sleep it out for you I can create fire at will, and with fire comes...Light!" He then burst into flames, sending a shockwave of light and heat. She was almost blinded, and quickly shielded her eyes with her hand. "You can't use your shadow if it can't even touch me! This is going to be more than a 'little duel' no one leaves until a victor stands." She watched as Kenji welded the door shut, the burning metal turning a bright orange as it melted and filled the gaps in the door frame. "By the way this will be timed since this room is completely sealed up now and flame eats away the oxygen in the air, unless you can breath smoke."

The corners of Arian's mouth twitched ever so slightly in amusement, though probably not noticeable to her opponent. So this was his strategy. It was well thought out, and was executed even better. Four flaming orbs occupied the corners, with one in the middle. He effectively got rid of all the shadows in the cell. Kenji let his body go out, though the room didn't dim enough to form shadows. "Let the real fight begin Angel!" He came at her with a kick to her shin, followed by a combination of punches to her head, and ending by tripping her. He turned to walked away muttering, This is the fury of a dragon but I never expected it would be so easy. Pathetic, and with so much talk."

Just then, Arian pulled herself upright effortlessly, wiping at the cut on her jaw. She tilted her head to the side, her violet eyes boring into the back of his head. "Have you ever been told you talk too much?" A grin crept on her face. "Now I understand..." She stepped forward and sent a quick jab at a pressure point on his side, targeting a nerve to give him a jolt of pain. Then, with frightening speed, she sent a succession of jabs at other pressure points in his right arm, ones that if hit just right, would paralyze that arm for a couple hours. She then held back for a moment, then pushed down under his jaw as she swept his legs to throw him painfully to the ground flat on his back. She gently placed one foot on his chest, looking down at him indifferently.

What happened was when Kenji had taken her down, he failed to realize that she hasn't done anything to protect herself. She purposely let herself get beat up, to learn what kind of fighting style he had. It was a trick she picked up over the years.

Suddenly, a wave of darkness descended on her side of the cell, almost like a sea. The shadow devoured the light from the fire on the one side of the room, and hungered for more. At her command, thick tendrils of darkness wrapped themselves around Kenji, and a large block of shadow hovered above his head. "You underestimated me. That is a mistake that leads many to their demise. I can not only control shadows, I can summon them as well. You being a fire user instead if a light user made it easier for my shadows to take over again."

Kenji was pinned down staring death in the face he was frightened dreadfully. Is this the end he thought have I come all this way simply to die at the hands of one of his sisters underlings. No! It wouldn't end like this not in some rusty cell... "Crunch!" The sound was horrific as his bones broke and his skull cracked. His very soul was flooded with insane pain, but only for a brief second. All feeling faded his heart rate slowed from rapidly beating to barely at all. And within a couple of seconds he was gone.
He woke up to pure light he heard a great voice booming, he reding issue who it was but could not make it out. "Father?" His voice was weak and feeble. "Son why are you here? Your time has not come yet!" he saw his father but he didn't seem as big as he remembered in fact he was smaller than Kenji. "Son you shall know the truth and benefit from it greatly. In truth you are more a dragon than that wretched sister of yours, your Mother was no human she was indeed Nalith, I committed treason by bedding the kings wife. You have the blood of a royal dragon inside of you. I told your sister, she was in-raged and killed me for it." The light started to fade, "The great dragon gods of our people have decided to give you a second chance now go on kill Yuiama." He went back to reality his body repaired itself bones mended themselves as his heart started beating switch more vigor than before. His weak orange and silver Scales fell off, being replaced by crimson and gold they were sturdy and thrice more powerful. He grew giant claws of black. His stature grew to almost breaking through the ceiling he was eight feet tall just lying on his tummy. "It will take more than that to kill me, I am the Dragon king!!!" He roared furiously and spoke to her using thoughts. The very ground shook and the sound thundered across the entire prison(sorry babble).

Arian was thrown off of Kenji, an she shielded her eyes from the light emanating from the Tranformation. As it was completed, she looked at him without a shred of emotion. Dragon king huh? This should be interesting. Slowly getting up, she resubmeeged her consciousness with her shadows.

Kenji shouted fire in Arian's direction, he used an ancient technique known as dragon fear. Arian froze in her track, he stared her in he eyes she was obviously not afraid. Though he towered over her. And she was about to be consumed by flames to boot.
