Thomas is a bit small for his age. He stands five feet tall and is usually dressed nicely in suit like attire. He is frail and not muscular what so ever. He could easily be mistaken for a much younger child. However, physical activity was never his thing in the first place.

He has short and well kept black hair that stops right before his eyes. His eyes are a very dark brown and could easily be mistaken for gray. His skin is a healthy olive color and is spotless until his back is reached. Large lash and cut marks are on his back.

Since his birth, Thomas had taken a liking to the dashing and sleek fashion of businessmen. He is often dressed in wrinkles clothing which could be considered as "Sunday's Best." It is very rare for someone of his age. He even has vests, ties, suit coats to go over him, handkerchiefs in his pocket and a pocket watch attached to him. His ensemble makes him feel as if he were older.

WELL BEHAVED Thomas could easily be considered a 'good boy'. He does as he is told, completes' what he has to and does his part. He can easily get on someone's good side just by doing a good thing here and there. It was never in his nature to be a misfit and cause trouble. That was never expected of him to begin with. He doesn't do it to impress anyone or to make anyone happy. He only does it for himself. He does it because that is what he chooses to do and that is what he wants.

TWO-SIDED Thomas can be very two faced towards others. One moment he could be happily greeting someone who is a companion of his, another moment he could be glaring quite intimidatingly towards a stranger. He has done this all his life and those around him had gotten use to it. Though, it does make others a bit uncomfortable.

POLITE An ideal gentlemen in the making. Thomas only gives respect to others and happily treats them as he wishes to be treated From saying 'yes sir' to bowing as he introduced himself, he is an all out young man. If he is mistreated, it only brings his two-faced personality into play.

SADISTIC Surprisingly, Thomas finds pain upon others a bit amusing. However, he will not inflict the pain himself; unless he is pushed to that point. He would never let his sadistic enjoyment emerge around others. He tries to control the laughter within him to no bring disrespect. But be aware, if he sees someone hurt or in pain, he will most likely enjoy it and smile.

CONFLICTED Thomas wishes to keep his cheerful and respectful appearance to others but sometimes, things seem a bit more fun towards the dark side. With his ability, he could do many things; especially for himself. However, he wants to do good with it and no be some sort of monster. It's a never ending fight between an angel and devil on his shoulders.

PAINED Thomas holds back his feelings mostly because he doesn't want to be a child. He wants to be grown up and mature. However, sometimes he feels he should cry. He doesn't enjoy crying so it drives him to confusion and then depression.

Tahm. R Kench was well known along the European routes as a handsome traveling salesmen often known for spending a night or two in towns sampling the lovely women of the night before heading out the next day for his next encounter. The French salesmen had stumbled upon a lovely women in Sicily who he not only spent the night with, but often returned for other encounters. Before he knew it, she woman was in fact pregnant. Tahm, of course, would be on travels and wouldn't be aware until his next visit. However, upon entering her home, he saw nothing more than a a basket holding the sleeping Thomas and a note.

"For years I have wanted a child of my own. I have even gone to lengths of entrusting myself to experimentation and lab work as well as medication and therapy. It seemed almost impossible, until now. This is Thomas. He is a very very special boy. Please care for him. I'm sorry I used you for such a thing. I will banish myself from your presents. Please give him a good home with a fitting mother better than I."

The casanova himself had been played like a tool and now was stuck with a child while the whereabouts of the mother, who he did not even know the name was, was unsure.

Tahm couldn't possibly care for Thomas, so he traveled to France putting him in the care of his own parents; John and Monet Holland. Tahm requested that Thomas not now about him what so ever. It was quite obvious that the salesmen wanted nothing to do with his own child. His new guardians were perfect parents. Caring for the baby was their top priority. However, by his second birthday, the elderly couple could tell something was in fact different about Thomas. Various gashes began to appear on his back but no blood. Only a dark substance. The couple noticed they had an odd feeling that they were being watched when no one was around. They noticed themselves sleep walking and feeling as though they couldn't control their bodies. They were fully unaware that Thomas was in fact a Star Dust child.

John placed Thomas in the hands of scientists hoping to give him a fitting environment for his advancement. He was aware that if Thomas were to grow up in their current day and age, he would be considered different. The scientists happily accepted him treating him as they did the other children. As the years passed, Thomas was considered a model candidate. Dubbed as number 20, he remained quiet, nodded, politely answered the scientists, did as he was told and smiled. However, just because he smiled, did not mean he liked it. The scientists were often effected by his ability and losing control of their balance, ability to work or even freezing all together. Even their items began to go missing. Thomas had the appearance of an angel but truly, he was as open minded as the others.

{☛ ⓄⓉⒽⒺⓇ ☚}
Thomas' ability consists of shadow manipulation. He is able to control, move and alter items and people as long as they cast a shadow. Over the years, his own shadow has been altered to a more frightening appearance and can even extend to other shadows controlling others as he wishes. Everything and everyone is his puppet. However, if there is no light source for a shadow to be cast, he can't capture his target.

You could hear her happy humming down the hall, the sound of Alice skipping into the house from the yard filling the currently quiet house. "Where did everyone go?" Alice closed the door behind her, listening. Normally the house was full of noise and excitement, her family was a noisy bunch after all. Alice entered the kitchen, today her legs were working so there was no need to rely on her family. She wanted to learn to do things for herself after all.

She went into the fridge and rifled around, looking for chocolate and disappointing herself when she couldn't find any. It was a rare occurrence when they had chocolate and if they did it was usually eaten quickly by the members of the household. With a sigh she pulled out the milk and poured herself a glass, sitting down at the table. She had left one of her stuffed animals there, a stuffed horse she named Red. "There you are!" The glass of milk was suddenly forgotten as she picked Red up and hugged him to her chest. "Mr. Cow was worried sick, thank goodness I found you." She spoke in a low tone to the toy, trying to imitate the way Anna spoke when she was being especially soothing during a nightmare or thunderstorm.

Out of nowhere a knock came from the door. Alice froze, shifting from one foot to the other. Should she get that? She looked at Red, but the horse had no answer. So Alice went, slowly going to the front door and glancing outside. "Anna!" Alice screamed, the door suddenly splintering in pieces. She turned to run, but of course it was in this moment that her legs decided they didn't want to work and so she collapsed, Red falling from her grasp as she attempted to pull herself forward. Suddenly one of her legs was grabbed and Alice was lifted into the air, the world spinning around as one of the security agents righted her and handed her off to a second one who made the mistake of putting his hand over her mouth. Alice licked him and when that didn't work, she bit him, which caused the man to drop her, then kick her in the side. "Birdie," Alice whimpered, curling into a ball on the ground in order to protect her internal organs. Where were the others?

When Annalise had woken up that morning her entire body had felt heavy. She was usually one of the first kids up for the day, most preferred hiding away in their rooms or waking up at a time way past the morning. It seemed as if she would have to fight them one of these days to be able to have a family breakfast. But she couldn’t find it in herself to get out of bed, a pillow hugged to her chest and the sheets of the bed kicked to the side.

The eighteen year old had found that as the days went by in this house she was having more and more trouble keeping up her mother-like behaviors. The blonde girl had a distinct image in her mind, she could never forget her own mother’s behavior, and wondered if the burden that the facility could have taken Anna at any moment had weighed the woman down the way it seemed to be crushing Anna. She sighed, pressing her face into the bloated side of her pillow. All she wanted were for these kids to experience a life like the one she had as a young child. Every single one of the stardust children that had escaped deserved that.

Pushing herself up the girl debated going downstairs finally. If she did then maybe she could distract herself by cleaning, or maybe Alice would have her roped into some random game that came for the inner workings of her bright mind. The very thought had her grinning, it was even cloudy outside, the rain from the night before still lingering in the overcast of the sky. If a game were to become an outdoor event surely even Anna could participate. Maybe she could try and make today a family day, drag Russ and Elli from their hiding places and have the whole family participate. Every single one of the kids were characters, with distinctly strong differences that made all their interactions interesting as a group, it would be fun to spend time together as a whole. Even if many of the kids didn't have the greatest mental stability.

Standing, Annalise walked over to her mirror. She looked about as disheveled and lifeless as she had felt. Her absurd amount of hair had broken free in the night and with its restraints gone had become a wild and untamable mess that framed her silhouette. She had on an oversized shirt she had snatched from a bargain bin at a thrift store, it was way too big and downed with the ugliest floral pattern she had ever seen. She actually liked it though, it was so ugly it was actually cute. Just as the girl was reaching for a brush to try and tame her mess of hair she heard a bang, followed by Alice’s cry for her and Anna didn’t hesitate as she shot out of the room and towards the front of the house.

“What's going on?”
Anna’s voice rang throughout their house as she rushed down the stairs, just as she was reaching the bottom she saw Alice get lifted by her foot by a strange man and passed to another. She felt rage as she rushed forward despite her unruly appearance, a hand raised as an armory of daggers surrounded her.

“Do not move or I will use lethal force.” She commanded in the most authoritative voice she could muster. One was startled by her appearance, unsure of how to act, and the other holding Alice watched her with surprise. Anna already knew she was going to have to do something about the men in front of her, and it did not involve letting them go. If these men escaped they would no doubt alert the facility of their whereabouts, and Anna was not keen on moving just yet. Still though, she would not do anything rash in front of Alice, cruelty was the last thing the little girl needed to see.

"You will put that girl down." As Anna approached the two, the conjured daggers floated lazily in the air as if they were suspended in water, bobbing and twirling with no urgency, and were out of place in the tense mood. “Why don’t we take this outside boys.” She gave them a dazzlingly bright smile as she walked, and her blades began spinning in place until they were a blur. She would protect her family no matter the cost.

It had been a long night the night prior, Ellis had stayed up late with Russ and Tom, they had played UNO until Ellis passed out due to his condition. Now he was laying on the floor of his room, it seemed they had covered him up though. The boy smiled and slowly sat up, running a hand through his mess of hair and chuckling to himself. He really liked spending time with those two, they were both one of a kind.

Now though he was sitting quietly, his head felt light he reasoned he needed to eat something. Standing up he groaned and shuffled over to his dresser and under the several pairs of jeans was a bag of potato chips. Ellis quickly ripped them open and crammed some in his mouth, pouring the bag like a cup. Loud crunching sounds soon followed as he pulled on a pair of black jeans over his red and white striped boxers. His eyes were stinging, he didn't know why but sometimes his eyes would seriously ache leaving him debilitated for a moment.

The boy had a choice now, he could either go back to bed or he could go downstairs and play a game with the ever-interesting housemates he had. Maybe Alice would have an adventure planned, she did so enjoy crawling on the ceiling when her and Ellis played together. However the universe chose for him when he heard Alice screaming and Anna bolting out of her room and thundering downstairs. Ellis scrambled over too, his paranoia clutched his heart like a vice, his hands were trembling like crazy. He began descending the stairs as quick as possible, scared to death of what had happened to Alice.

Once he made it down he saw Anna standing off against a bunch of security officers, Alice had been taken by one. His eyes widened and flashed locking onto Alice, allowing her to gently fall upward, hopefully she'd catch on and crawl along the ceiling to safety.
"Anna! I've got your six, let's take 'em out!" Ellis declared standing a bit behind and to the right of Anna, his voice firm. He'd need a moment to regain focus for his Gravity Bend, but that didn't mean he couldn't aid in some way. These guards didn't stand a chance against the combined power within these walls. A shy smirk tugged at his lips as his hands shook more. He cursed internally at how fast his heart was pounding. He wouldn't let his own fear stop him from protecting his new family. After all, they were the most precious thing in his life plus, they were all so much better than him and deserved saving.

Russell happily hummed to himself as he walked alone in the forest surrounding the house. As he walked in the forest he was fiddling around with one of his favorite 'baby', a butterfly knife that he repeatedly flipped open, and closed in his right hand. The blade twirled around his hand effortlessly, showing his great dexterity with his babies. As he continued to walk rather aimlessly he stopped at a random tree. He ran his left hand along the rough bark of the tree, and then began carving the number thirteen repeatedly into the wood, all with a large grin on his face.

After craving the thirteenth thirteen Russell stopped. Something wasn't right. He had noticed a eerie silence that swept across the woods. No sounds of animals about, or even the blasted birds, which he isn't complaining about. Russell held his knife up, and looked at the reflection in the steel, looking behind him. "I'm told it's not nice to sneak up on people." He stated with an unsettling smile, and followed by a chuckle as he saw four agents approach him. Russell turned to his side to get a better look at them, all with an unsettling grin plastered on his face.

"Did the man in the green tie send you? I miss him so much, I want to show him all the new things I've learned! He'll be so happy to see my stitches!" He said with a note of pride. The agents looked at each other in puzzlement. "Do you like my stitches? I did them myself. I have to look good when I see him. Has he mentioned me lately?" The agents were growing increasingly uncomfortable from Russell's seemingly permanent sadistic grin on his face. One of the agents began to move forward, but then suddenly fell to the ground.

Russell moved faster than they could react, and he sent a knife flying into the agent's neck. "Do you like Carrol? She's a sweetheart!" He gleefully stated that was followed by a burst of laughter. Russell then threw out more of his babies that lodged into their chests, leaving only one, the youngest looking one alive, and unharmed. "Let's have some fun!" He smirked as he calmly walked towards the man. The agent pulled out a gun, and shot Russell several times in the chest. Russell fell backwards to the ground, and a wave of relief sweep through the agent.

But then he remembered what Russell's ability was. Before he knew it Russell leaped back up, and rushed forward at him. Russell then used his butterfly knife to cut the man on his chest. "One..." He smirked as he slashed at the man again. The man backed away, and held up his hands to fight Russell hand-to-hand. The agent gave Russell a strong left cross that cause Russell to spin around, and sliced the man across his cheek. "Two.." Russell stated as he licked the blood off of his knife, unsettling the man even more than he already was.

Russell then rapidly attacked the man, slicing and dicing him up. As he did this he began counting off each slash that he made on the agent until he reached the number twelve. "And thirteen!" He yelled as he slit the man's throat, blood splattering Russell's face, and clothes. Russell then skipped around the bodies to collect his babies that he hurled at the agents. "Anna's gonna love to hear about the new friends I made!" He gleefully proclaimed as he scampered off back towards the house, rather proud of himself.

As he approached the house he stopped to see many agents outside his home. Russell sneaked up behind one of them, and then leaped onto his back. "Yahooooo! Piggy back rides! Piggy back rides!" He shouted in enjoyment as he repeatedly stabbed the man in his neck as he stumbled around, trying to get Russell off. Soon enough the man fell onto the ground. Russell pouted like a child. "Awwwwww he's broken!" He moaned. He then cartwheeled off of the man's back, and hopped up. He looked at the other agents who were all pointing their weapons at him. "Hi new friends!!! I'm Russell, Russell Franklin Agnarsson!" He greeted as he waved at them.

"Oh you guys wanna play too?! Ok hold on! I wanna grab a baby from my room! You'll love her!" He stated as he turned on his heels and skipped towards the front door, or what was left of it. "You guys stay right there! I'll be right back! Don't go anywhere!" He ordered with childlike glee. As he entered the front door he looked down at the broken door, and then at the agents inside. "Aw you're not supposed to do that! Anna doesn't like it when we break stuff inside." He stated, almost oblivious to what was actually going on.

He then looked down at Alice who was laying on the ground. "Did you fall again? Want me to get your wheelchair?" He asked with a bright smile on his face. He then looked over, and saw Anna with Ellis behind her. "Anna! Anna! Anna!" He said as he jumped up and down, and waved his arm about. "Your friends are soooo much fun! One of them gave me a piggy back ride! This is the best day ever!" He proclaimed. "I'm gonna go get one of my babies from my room. I promised them that I'd show her to them!"

Russell then started to brush past the agents before one of them yanked Russell's arm, and held him in front of him as a human shield. Russell looked up at the man in curiosity before a big smile came across his blood covered face. "That's not how you give a hug silly! Where'd you meet these guys Anna!?" He asked, completely misreading the situation. The man then began twisting his arm to shut him up, but Russell gave no reaction other than confusion. "Oh I get it! You wanna play too! Ok you should have just said so! Anna I'm gonna play with your friend kay? Kay."

Russell then pulled his arm out of it's socket, and twisted himself around to face the man. The man staggered back as Russell slashed him on his face. Russell's signature sadistic laughter then filled the entire house. Russell calmly stepped forward towards him as his arm healed back to normal. "Do you like my stitches?"

"God dammit! Who would have thought just a couple stuff from the store would cost so dam much!" The young woman growled to the world. She swung the two grocery bags she held in her right hand, glowering down at the contents. Then a devilish smile spread across her face at the thought of Anna's expression upon seeing Birdie with the stuff they needed to make breakfast especially considering it was Birdie who had gone off to get it. "Oh I can just see it now." she continued to giggle to herself which brought a bit of unwanted attention. Not that she cared really. With a shrug of her shoulders, Birdie put her left hand in her pocket and kept on swinging the bag cheerfully.

The young woman began to whistle a sharp tune. It was mornings like these that Birdie really enjoyed her freedom. She looked around at all the people going about their business. An old couple was walking their equally old dog. A mother and a toddler prancing about on the sidewalk. A trio of friends goofing off with each other and for a moment Birdie felt a little jealous. She had never attended a formal school out of fear that they would catch wind of her and her family. Almost at once Birdie's mood plummeted just thinking about them. She had little desire to go back to that place.

To suffer from her own ability. She instinctively reached for her ear, cupping her hand over it. It no longer felt strange. To not be able to hear from her right side took her a long time to get used to. Eventually she did and was able to make do without it. The same could be said of her eye. Sure she could still see but her vision was hazy. With a sigh, Birdie raised her shoulders and made a yipping sound. "Enough of these stupid and depressing thoughts. We're having pancakes and bacon for breakfast!" her mouth actually watered a little from the thoughts.

Birdie forced herself to smile until eventually she was smiling on her own. Unfortunately her smile didn't last long as soon as a pair of men in black flanked her from behind. Her eyes narrowed but in order to keep up the ruse of being unaware, Birdie began to whistle softly. It wasn't until she turned into a random alley that Birdie dropped the act. Suddenly hopping forwards Birdie threw her bag at the agents behind her both of which blocked the groceries with their hands. She threw her hands up and darted forwards in that same instant. Birdie just barley managed to catch one of the agents off guard but the other was more vigilant.

Managing to land a blow right in Agent 1's abdomen, Birdie was able to get him on his knees. With him on his knees she brought her knee into his face which made him collapse altogether. She took note of the gun being pointed at her, but Birdie was too quick for him and she grabbed his wrist. "Shoot and I blow your damn hand off." The agent glared down at her but complied. The other agent however made a move which earned him a sharp kick to the head.

Considering the fact that she had encountered the agents, it meant that the others did too. A frown settled on her face and she pulled the agent closer to her. "You will follow me without so much as a peep. Try anything and you'll be sent to fucking timbuktu." The malice in her voice practically dripped. The agent looked her in the eyes, knowing that she wasn't joking. "Fine." With that Birdie pulled him down again to grab the now awakening agent so that he walked with them too.

Just as they passed the alley's entrance Birdie paused. "Pick up the groceries." The agent picked them up in his arms and Birdie placed her hands on both the agents waists. If they moved a muscle they'd be blasted into two. It didn't take them long to reach her home but the sight before her didn't surprise her much. She took the groceries from them before kicking one and shoving the other forwards. "Guys! I brought breakfast but it looks like we're gonna have to call it brunch."

Looking around she took note of the already dead people on the ground. "Oi! Russ why'd you to make a mess in the front?" Birdie called out to him from the front. She also noticed Anna's conjured weapons were spinning incredibly fast, Ellis stood at the ready and Alice, seeing Alice on the ground made Birdie angry and it showed on her face. She placed the groceries on the ground and got into the boxers stance the others were so familiar with. "Anna can we please do something. My body's itching to make a blast. She glanced over at the elder girl and it was quite obvious that Birdie meant it.

Noisy. Everything was always so noisy in this house. He sighed slightly as he continued to read along with the book lifted by his shadow. He often made his way outside of the house to read. He didn't go too far. Usually in the yard or the back. He wasn't sure as to why there was so much commotion but he didn't really care. Well, he was curious, but not curious enough to get up from his comfy seating and cheek. It was probably just Birdie preparing breakfast or something. He pulled his knees to his chest as he turned the page. This one was getting quite interesting. Stories of sea venture and the encounter of a mythical monster! What an adventure. He couldn't wait until he reached the 17th chapter!

He paused slightly as he saw two large shadows being cast from behind him. He lifted his head to turn only to see two suited men. Obviously sent for capture. He smiled innocently. "May I help you gentlem-" His sentence interrupted as his arm was grabbed quite forcefully and he was dragged. He made no effort to move. His shadow placing his book down and returning to it's owner. "You know I don't enjoy being interrupted during my readings." The men grunted coming to a complete stop. This was idiotic but completely easy. Their shadows were locked. Caught in a trap. Stuck like mice.

The men's arms were forced to release their grip letting Thomas standing and dust off his clothing. He could hear their ramblings about being unable to move and not sure of what was going on. Blah blah blah. The usual talk. "I thank you gentlemen but I don't enjoy getting my clothing dirty. But perhaps you both could... Hang around a bit." Thomas lifted his arm and soon the men were wished away quickly running up a tree and stuck on branches as if they were tied. He smiled and waved slightly before he shook the men emptying their person of any items and letting them fall onto the ground. He then began to venture his way back into the home.

"Some strange men tried to touch me. I put them in a tree." He paused. The smell of blood, more suited men and confused faces. He should have guessed. That commotion wasn't just Birdie making breakfast, it was some sort of infiltration. "Uh.... Of course..... I'll prepare the mop and broom for cleaning up this place." He said before walking away and getting the items. "Everyone is alright, yes? No injuries. Eh... Other than theirs I guess."

Alice was confused and in pain. The man was holding her, trying to quell her rising fear. He kept saying that it would be alright, that she shouldn't worry but Alice was very worried. "Anna," Alice whimpered, wanting her biggest sister to save her. Then, a miracle, she was there, Ellis right behind her. The gravity was switched and somehow, she was on the ceiling. Quickly Alice used her hands to pull herself, to move across the roof and to the other side of the room where the gravity switched and she flopped onto the couch, bouncing off and onto the floor. Alice curled into a ball, breathing hard. She couldn't move, her legs weren't working.

Slowly, her siblings trickled downstairs. Russel offered to get Alice's wheelchair but he seemed more concerned by the agents. He smiled, running upstairs no doubt to get one of his knives. Then Birdie was there and Thomas, all seemingly irritated by the presence of the men who had disrupted their daily routine. Alice was relieved, she cried tears of joy at their arrival. She could feel a tingle in her legs and tried to get to her feet, stumbling over. They were coming back, her legs, she could feel them again. Alice ran upstairs. Her abilities were defensive, not offensive and she would just get in the way and so Alice climbed up the stairs on all fours, disappearing onto the second level where she knew big brother Russel was no doubt sharpening her knives.

She could hear a crackling sound every time she breathed. It hurt to think though, it hurt to breathe. Alice had made it to her room. She dove into the pile of stuffed animals on her bed, hiding, shaking. She turned into the first thing that popped into her head, a kitten, hiding among the toys on her bed. She heard one of them upstairs, she could smell them, their sterility, their hesitance. The agent came into her room, a black speck in the bright space. His presence loomed with certain doom and Alice wiggled, hiding.

Her legs had gone out again, she sat uselessly on her rump, waiting. She could hear the fighting, the shatter of broken glass and bones. Alice could smell the blood, and she was scared. Not for herself, for her siblings. Anna, Ellie, Birdie, Russel, Thomas, they were all risking their lives and what was she doing? Hiding.

Coward.

The situation changed rapidly for the better once more of his siblings showed up, Russ in his usual vigor took it upon himself to clear out some of the vermin. Birdie came in and so did Tom, each one contributing in their own ways. Ellis quickly scanned the room, Alice has gone. He supposed that she must've rushed upstairs to hide, which was good. That was probably safest for her seeing as Russ was up there currently.

His eyes glanced over to see a couple more agents rush in. He used his powers to slam three of them against the ceiling as hard as he could, they hit the wood with a loud crack some of it splintering around them. Unfortunately one of them slipped past the wave and made it upstairs. He cursed under his breath and out of frustration slammed his three hostages down into the floor, snapping their necks and spines. He let one get by, hopefully Russ would get him before he got Alice.

His attention shifted then to Anna, Tom and Birdie. All were being rather upset their day-plan went awry as they fended off other miscellaneous agents. He quickly made his way to Anna's side again. He glanced outside to see a few more agents rushing into formations. How many guys did they send for this? He thought irritated. Dashing out past his friends he decided that he'd end this once and for all. Or die trying. He intended to guard his siblings no matter what, besides it's kinda fun bashing agents skulls in. A well earned exception to his "no work" policy. He stood in the center of the yard and shouted to get the agents attention.

"Look I'm here, out in the open! Come get me!" ignoring the blackness creeping into his vision, Ellis waited for a bulk to charge him. Once they had he focused all of his remaining energies into concentrating all the gravitational pull towards him, increasing the speed of their charge to insane speeds. As if Ellis was a human-black hole. Once they all slammed into him he gasped loudly hearing a few ribs crack, he bit his lip to help take his mind off the pain. The agents grabbed at him, clawing at his eyes and anything else they could. Groaning from becoming lightheaded Ellis couldn't let the energy build anymore. In one loud cry he released all the power he had focused. The black hole was switched to exhale and the agents went cannon-balling at light speeds away from him, their bodies cracking and twisting from the air pressure alone.

Once he was certain he had efficiently fended off a good number of them he stopped fighting the darkness that was edging into his consciousness. A soft smile turned his mouth as he fell backwards. Narcolepsy taking him. His final thought was a rally for his friends, it was good too. If only he had been awake to say it.

Something smacked against the window, a sound that startled Alice out of her transformation. The window cracked, the glass panels shattering. Someone zipped inside, boots tromping on the floor, crunching on glass. Alice whimpered, trying to run. She flew off of the bed, holding one of her most precious stuffed friends. She ran to the door, trying to throw it open but she slipped on something, a toy Anna had told her to put away a million times. She crawled forward on her stomach, looking like a soldier going beneath barbed wire. Her hand had closed around the doorknob when the man caught up to her, picking Alice up off the floor and carrying her back towards the window.

"No!" She screamed, "Help!" She tried to think of something big to turn into, but something closed around her wrist as she reached out and suddenly she could no longer feel the connection to her star dust power. It was a little metal bracelet that she tried to pull off, digging her nails into her skin to try and work around it, but there was nothing. "What did you do?" She whimpered as she was pulled out the window. "Let me go!" She kicked and yelled, trying to scratch at the face of the man that was holding her. They were standing on the roof, he was reaching for something, it looked like a wire that came down from a helicopter.

"Put me down!" Alice bit him and he slapped her, quickly recovering and connecting the wire to the weird bracelet. "No! Anna! Ellis! Birdy! Someone!" The wire took her up, up, up, into the mouth of a metal bird where another of the men in suits unhooked her and put her in a holding cage. Alice whimpered, clutching her stuffed animal to her chest. "This is just a nightmare, you're gonna wake up and be back in your bed." She said to herself but no matter what she chanted, Alice didn't wake up.

Birdie glowered at the suited men with as much hatred and anger that she could muster up. She slowly inched forwards in the direction of her home, eyes darting around at all of the men that had gathered around them. They were a pretty large group and she was surprised that none of their neighbors had left the safety of their homes to see what all the commotion was about. Screw it. I’m sending these guys flying.. The explosive teen caught movement at the corner of her eye and punched in the direction it came from. Her fist connected to someone's jaw and upon contact, the force exploded. The pink haired gal knew that amongst the group, hers was the most damaging and it was by no means pretty. She didn’t even bother checking to see if the agent she had just punched was out. There was no reason to since the force of the explosion probably took his head clean off as it so often does.

Seeing Ellis take the initiative, Birdie grinned. “Come and get some you shit heads!” snarling fiercely at the agents, Birdie rushed into the growing mass of bodies and threw punches and kicks in every direction. Each blow was explosive but each one varied in the force behind it. She could feel the slight pull from her brother’s ability, taking a step back to get out of range of it. When he released it all Birdie ducked low to the ground to avoid the bodies that were flung back out by Ellis’s power. “Hell yeah!” A good portion of the agents had been taken out by his attack but it would seem these guys had a death wish because they simply gathered around again. Their focus was on Ellis who was now unconscious and Birdie growled.

“Aw fuck!” She rushed over to his crumpled body with the intent of keeping the agents from getting near however at that same moment she heard a scream. It was Alice. Her head snapped over to where she knew her youngest sibling’s room was and heard her scream again for help. A strange expression passed over Birdie’s face as she watched her beloved Alice being pulled up into a helicopter, desperately calling their names. The most obvious choice was to try and get her but Ellis was unconscious and the agents were advancing towards her. They would not wait for her to come to a decision, so Birdie slung Ellis over her shoulder. She ran over to the entrance of their home, dropped him and bounded up the stairs. Even as she rushed into Alice’s bedroom she knew the chances of her plan working was slim, hell it was beyond insane.

Screaming at the top of her lungs and with her ability to give her a boost, Birdie leaped forwards. Her hand stretched for the dangling rope and just barely managed to grab hold. The force of gravity nearly made her let go as her body was yanked towards the ground because of it. “ALICE!!!!! she looked down at her home and at the others. Her body was tense as it started to feel the fatigue of using her power. The only person who could reach her at this point was Thomas and maybe Anna if she’s been practicing. The only thing she could do now was try to hold on.

With all his siblings dealing with their new friends Russell quickly ran up stairs with noticeable glee. He was like a kid on Christmas morning. He went to his bedroom, and opened the top drawer of his dresser. While most people would store socks, or underwear in their top drawer, not Russell. Inside was tons upon tons of different knives, his babies. It was what he called his 'nursery'. Some of his babies were for throwing, some were switchblades, and even a couple that are almost large enough to be considered a machete. Russell pulled two of his newest babies, two rather large bowie knives that looked like they belonged in a Crocodile Dundee movie.

"Ah! Judy, and Andrea!" He gleefully shouted as he affectionately rubbed his face against the cold steel of his babies. Russell's attention was taken away as he heard repeated explosions outside. He moved to his window and looked at the mess Birdie, and Ellis caused. Russell's eyebrow twitched in annoyance. Now there was less friends to play with. Once all the commotion had ceased, and Birdie rushed Ellis inside Russell made his move. He leaped out of his bedroom window, and landed on his feet like a cat. A slight cracking sound could be heard coming from his knees, but he gave no reaction.

The remaining agents began to surround him, and pointed their weapons at him. He was the only one standing in the way of them all getting into the house. A sinister smile crossed Russell's face. Russell threw Judy, the baby in his right hand at one of the agents and lodged her into his chest, which caused the rest to open fire. They riddled Russell with bullets as they unloaded on him, causing him to fall backwards, appearing to be dead. His blood covered most of the immediate area around him.

Then unsettling laughter filled the air. Russell leaped off the ground, and rushed forward at the agents with impressive speed. The agents struggled as they tried to reload their guns as Russell cut them down one by one. Russell pulled Judy from the man's chest, and from there it was child's play. Once the last of the agents that surrounded him fell to the ground he looked up to see Birdie, and Alice on the ship that flew above them. "Aw, no fair! They get airship rides!?" He pouted. But that didn't last long as Ellis brought the whole thing down.

"Spoil sport. Now no one gets airplane rides!" He groaned as he folded his arms. His eyes followed the ship as it began it's decent to the ground. He let out a sigh as he rushed forward. As Ellis slowed down it's fall Russell jumped on top of the agent's ground vehicle, and from there he leaped into the treeline above. And from there he began jumping from tree, to tree, the only thing someone could see of him was the leaves shaking as he got to the different branches.

Once the ship became close enough Russell leaped onto it. He crashed into the window, and landed in a room full of agents, and Alice locked in a cage. Russell looked up at them with a sick smile. "Did he send you here? The doctor with the green tie? Is he here? I would very much like to see him, and show him all the things I learned!" Russell asked much to the agents confusion. "Do you like my stitches?" And from there Russell rushed the agents, carving each one of them up all while joyfully laughing. Blood squirted everywhere, painting the walls, floor, and ceiling as he cut them down.

The agents of course opened fire on him but he was too fast, they couldn't get a lock on him, and whatever bullets did hit him he'd just heal right back up. Soon there was one agent remaining. Russell jumped on his shoulders, and began stabbing him repeatedly in the neck, counting out loud each stab. It wasn't too long before the agent fell to the ground dead, but Russell continued to stab his lifeless corpse until he reached the number thirteen. Russell hopped off the agent, and made his way to Alice's cage.

He was covered in blood, just dripping it. He opened up the cage, and slowly approached Alice, with a sick grin of enjoyment plastered on his face. He reached out his hand towards Alice. "Boop!" He said as he poked her nose, leaving a dab of blood on her nose. "Oh what a wonderful day this is!" He exclaimed. He felt the ship begin to shake, right. It was falling to a fiery end. "Hmmm, I wonder if I could survive this crash?" He pondered. He looked down at Alice, she probably wouldn't. "But Anna would be mad if I stayed, and let you die....ok let's go!"

Russell picked Alice up, and held her underneath his left arm. He then proceeded to hope out the window, holding onto the edge. "Hi Birdie! Ain't this fun?!" He greeted her. "Bye Birdie!" And with that Russell let go, and plummeted to the ground. He landed with a rather loud thud on his feet. A uncomfortable cracking sound could be heard from his legs as a few bones were suddenly popping out of legs. "Don't you hate when that happens?" He then bent down, and pushed his bones back into place, and allowed them to heal. He then abruptly dropped Alice on the ground. "I'm hungry. What should we have for lunch? It is lunchtime right?"

"You think biting me is going to work you little brat?" He kicked the cage and Alice whimpered, he let go of her hair through the bars and the helicopter suddenly lurched to the side. Birdie was holding on, it looked as though she were struggling. "Birdie!" Alice cried in relief and grabbed hold of the bars. The cage was kicked again and Alice curled up into a ball, wanting to cry. She closed her eyes, unable to see the next sequence of events but suddenly there was a laugh and Russel stood before her, opening up the cage and scooping her out. "Russel, you're here." She threw her arms around him and he jumped as the helicopter made a sound and started going downwards. The little girl screamed, closing her eyes and hearing the sound of cracking bones.

Russel popped them back into place and dumped Alice on the floor, blood covered and announcing he was hungry. There was blood smeared on Alice as well from being in such close proximity to the bodies that had been shredded. Russel walked away and Alice stood on shaking legs, running over to where Birdie was. Ellis lay a few feet over and next to them. She gasped, "Thomas," there were tears in her eyes, Alice could no longer stand and she felt nauseous and dizzy. Thomas was dead, body riddled with bullet holes. How did this happen? How come no one had been helping him? Alice took the dead boy's hand. "You must have been so scared."

Thomas had died alone. While they were helping her, no one was watching him. Where was Anna? Had she been taken? No, Alice saw the girl walking inside and felt relieved. Alice crawled over to where Birdie lay and curled up in the girl's side, sobbing. "Thank you," she whispered even though it was Russel who had gotten her out of the cage. "I was so scared." It was the truth, Thomas was probably scared too. They would have to give him a proper burial, he deserved it after all, he was their brother.

The battle was not won without sacrifice. No doubt after years of living in peace they'd have to pack up and move out. They were probably being traced, no doubt the strange men in black suits would return in great numbers. They saw what they were capable of and next time would be prepared to bring them back. Unless the goal was to take them down, or perhaps Thomas's death had simply been an accident. "We should take Ellis and go inside," Alice said gently. They needed to make decisions, big ones, small ones. They needed to take steps to stop this from happening again, lest they wanted another incident like this.

This is all your fault.

What if she hadn't answered the door? They no doubt would have assumed that it was empty or abandoned and gone on, or perhaps believed that they had the wrong address. Then maybe Thomas would still be alive. If she hadn't been captured and taken into that helicopter, then maybe Thomas would still be breathing and walking beside them, laughing, yelling. Alive.
