Apperance Justin stands tall at 5'10. That is mostly due to his lean athletic frame. His light brown hair, greenish brown eyes and American frame greatly stand out in Gekokon High and the city. During the school hours he wears his uniform slightly unkempt. Out side of school he is often seen in jeans and a somewhat more button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up just past the elbows.

Personality Justin Payne is enigma wrapped in a nut sheel. To those who don't know him, he could called mean and cold. However those that do know him, know him a very kind and caring sort. The thought of him being considered mean and cold comes mostly from the fact that he doesn't talk to people who he doesn't think are worth the time. Which just about everyone. This also extends to the teachers, he has yey speak a word to any member of the faculty. But, once proven to his standard he is more than warm and kind. But still not the most talkative person around.

History Justin Payne was born on the US Air Force Base in Okinawa. He lost both his parents in a car crash. He was adopted by a friend of the family who owned and ran a dojo not far off base. Since he could walk he has been training and fighting. He came to Iwatodia with his uncle who wanted to find some form of retirement.
