To say Emma's a normal girl is hardly an explanation. She's a literal bomb, and when it
explodes, it's full of things you never expected. Emma has never been one of the 'hardcores'
stealing, doing drugs, and having sex, but, she would have been if she tried a little harder.
Emma went through a rough patch last year, and let's just say.. it changed her... completely.

|History|

Emma grew up in the average household, meaning they had food, and a car and some things most other families
didn't. She went to a normal public school, from Pre-K until she graduated high school. However, she failed her Chemistry class,
and her parents picture perfect view was shattered of her. So, Emma lived on the street for a year, when she heard her whole
immediate family had been killed in a fire started by her father's cigars.

She mourned normally, but then she met Feli. Felicity helped her back on her feet, with just moral support. But then they lost contact
for a while when she went to college at UCLA. In an attempt to reconnect, Emma went to UCLA too, and.. well, had her heart broken.
She's moved on now, and majoring in Music.

However, she did not spend her first year of college here. She was still in New York when she started her college years, but transferred to
UCLA for this year. She's a sophomore, but it's her first year here. What else is gonna happen to her?

Date: August 17th
Bayleigh couldn't believe it was already her junior year in college. It was just like yesterday that she was just starting her first year as a freshman and auditioned to be in Chordially Yours. But now, she was one of the girls in the group that many of the freshman looked up to because she was part of it ever since her first year of college. Along with the other veterans of the group and the leader, Riley, they were able to appoint new members to their little family. But honestly, she couldn't believe all the talent that came into the school this year. It was so difficult to choose who was able to join and who wasn't because every girl who auditioned was incredible. Part of her wanted to get Riley to allow every girl who auditioned to be able to join the group, but she knew there were only two positions left. So Riley, Felicity, and herself agreed that the two new girls, Theresa and Jennifer would be the two to claim those spots. Maybe next year some of the other students would get this opportunity to join them.

It was now six o'clock and time to lead the two freshman to the gym in order to have their Welcome Back Aca Party. This was always one of her favorite parts of the school year. Being able to mingle with her long time fellow acas and get to know the newcomers. Bayleigh couldn't wait until she was able to party with her friends and even spend some time with Blake. With all of the auditions and getting things set up in her new dormitory, she wasn't able to spend much time with him today. Hopefully everything will go as planned tonight and no drama would come out of the mouths of Stella and Heavenly. Bayleigh was never the kind of girl to hate anyone and even when she claims she hates someone she really doesn't mean it, but Bayleigh really despises those two girls.

Jordan was very relieved to find that his job wasn't that difficult this year, there was only one spot open in the group and the only person who really showed that he had the potential to be in Cleftomaniacs was a freshman named Gavin Tomas. To his surprise he found that he wasn't the only one in the group who believed Gavin was the one to take the final spot in the group, everyone else agreed to it. But now it was time to go to the Aca Party. The only thing he hated about this was that he needed to keep an eye on Jackson and make sure he doesn't drink too much. Jordan was always alright with his brother drinking, but with everything he's gone through in the past couple of years, he needed someone keeping an eye on him.

"Alright guys, let's get to this party!" he exclaimed as he stood from his seat in the choir room and began leading the group towards the gym to join the other two groups, Chordially Yours and Buck That!. Jordan honestly couldn't wait to get there so he could spend some much needed time with Stella. He missed the gorgeous blonde so much this passed summer. It just wasn't enough for them to talk on the phone, he wanted to see her gorgeous face, amazing blue eyes and just wrap her up in his arms and give her a kiss. Yes, this may seem a bit cheesy to be coming from a guy, but Jordan really loved the girl with all of his heart and soul. Jordan just hoped that Riley wouldn't happen to say anything about their little fling they had when Stella and himself went through one of their unofficial breakups.

Heavenly immediately stood to her feet and ran off towards the gym after the auditions. She couldn't wait to see Stella. Stella was her best friend, though the only person she was honestly dreading to see is Bayleigh. Ever since her first year at UCLA, for some reason Bayleigh never seemed to treat her right. They were always at each others necks about everything. It wasn't her fault that she didn't know Bayleigh was dating Blake at the time. All Heavenly thought was that it was an attractive guy and he was standing off on his own, so she figured he was at the party alone and just started talking to him. Ever since she never flirted with Blake and yet, Bayleigh still seemed to hate her. Heavenly just shrugged the idea out of her head with a sigh, "I'm not going to let that bitch ruin my night," she stated to herself as she finally laid her eyes upon Stella and wrapped her arm through her's. "Why weren't you at the auditions?" she questioned, hoping that everything was alright.

The second they stepped into the gym, Heavenly ripped a beer out of one of the coolers and popped it open before taking a sip, not taking any hesitation. Heavenly was ready to get fucked up and party. She just hoped that someone in this stupid gym had some sort of drug, then the night would be a blast!

Once the auditions were over, Grayson stood to his feet and began making his way through the building towards the gym. He hoped he would be able to see Theresa tonight. He happened to run into her that morning and showed her to her dormitory and ever since she was all he could think about. He heard that she was going to be auditioning for Chordially Yours and hoped that she had happened to be accepted into the group. Part of him didn't seem to understand how that blonde happened to snap him into reality and realize that he did have a heart. There was something about her that just seemed to draw him in, make him want to get to know everything there was about her. Grayson just hoped he wouldn't come off as a creep, he was never too great with speaking to attractive women to begin with.

With a sigh he stepped into the gym, grabbed a beer and began making his rounds through the gym. He was really looking for Theresa, but he hoped he didn't seem to obvious about looking for someone. The last thing he needed was to have someone notice what he was doing and question him about who he was looking for and why. The male took a sip from his beer as he continued to look.

Instead of going home that summer, Felicity got an apartment with her best friend and continued to work to save money for this year. She only got to see her little sister through skype, but that was okay. At least this way she could save money rather than continuously spend it. Her sister did make her feel guilty for not coming back for the summer. She promised she'd do what she could to make it back for Christmas. Maybe by then she could afford it. Since they were already in the city, she was one of the first people in the dorms back. She got one of the best rooms thanks to her best friend who decided to give them all the upgrades and pay the difference her scholarship wouldn't cover. Though her friend Kami wasn't a singer. She was one of the first people who came up with the idea for Felicity starting an a capella group during her freshman year. According to her scholarship, she needed extra curriculars but this was a lot. It turned out to be the best thing she could have done.

She had always loved to sing and running a group was hard. She had extra hard classes this year which is why she decided to pass the group leadership title to Riley. She knew if anyone was gonna take care of Chordially Yours it would be her. She could also use this year to get them ready for when she left them all.

Even though she wasn't the leader anymore, Felicity always felt bad for the girls who didn't make it into the group. She tracked them down and apologized. She explained their reasonings and encouraged them to try again next year when there would be more spots available.

She barely had time to change into a space inspired crop top she made and a pair of short jean shorts. She wore a pair of high heels with them. How she managed to get there before everyone else, she wasn't sure. She helped a few of the others set up. She took a seat with her red solo cup at the top of the bleachers, watching as everyone started coming in and mingling.

"My last welcoming party," She thought to herself before sipping her mixed cocktail that she made very strong. "I don't even know where I'll be next year."

Scott had a very busy day. His parents felt it was necessary to keep sending him things they thought he would need for school. While this was very nice of them, it was completely unnecessary. His parents did this every year. And every year, the things he didn't need or want, he made sure an underclassman who was needing the items but couldn't afford them, got them.

He barely made it to auditions in time. They only had one spot to fill, so at least that made things easier. He discussed it with his team before finally deciding on Emma, a girl with a nice voice who could bring their sound to the next level.

After that, Scott squeezed in a shower and changed into a pair of jeans and a nice button down shirt. By the time he arrived at the gym, most everyone was already there. He greeted those he passed, not minding if they were on his team or not. He grabbed himself a beer and popped it open. That crisp sound always proceeded that bitter goodness. He tilted his head back and gulped it down. He finished the can easily and tossed it into the trash from where he stood.

He looked around, grinning. "Where are all the Buck's at tonight?" He called out for his team. This was a great night to get to know the newbies and also get to know the other groups as well. He may love to win, but you had to respect everyone else since they loved what you did as well.

Emma was only a sophomore and already not liking her college experience. From Felicity to early mornings, nothing seemed to be right. She hated herself for all the mistakes she's made, but realizes she can't fix them now. It was too late.

After scrambling to get dressed in the morning, Emma barely scarfed down a breakfast burrito she had in her mini fridge, dashing over to auditions. She made it into 'Buck It!' a mixed gender acapella group.

After a silent inner celebration, she realized something important. She knew no one here. Well, not counting Felicity. "Shit.." She muttered as she ran a hand through her wavy hair. How was she just supposed to 'show up' to some party that her group was apparently hosting?

Sighing, she eventually found her way around the campus to the party. Then, she grinned as she walked in. "Where are all the Buck's at tonight?" Emma smiled, but didn't respond to... whoever that male voice was.

Awkwardly, she stood by the drinks they had, holding a cup, and twirling her finger around the rim slowly. Emma hummed the song she used to audition to herself.

Song:"Demons" by Imagine Dragons

Felicity glanced up when she saw someone moving towards her. She instantly put a smile on her face. Even though she had dark thoughts, she didn't need to push them off on someone else. But this guy looked familiar. She tilted her head to the side as she studied him. He was on the Cleftomanics. Was he trying to be a spy or was he really just being friendly? Either way her smiled turned geneuine she extended her hand to him. "Nice to officially meet you, Stevie. I'd love some company."

The brunette sipped her drink to hide her smile. "Are you trying to say I drink too much?" She smirked, only meaning to tease him. She pushed a curl behind her ear. "I remember you by the way. You're in the Cleftomanics... You have a great voice." She complimented him. She didn't mention the fact that he also very good looking.

Felicity couldn't remember the last time she had been in a decent relationship. Most of the time she just had hook ups. She was getting tired of them. They always left her feeling empty after them. Maybe it was time she should start thinking of getting a steady boyfriend.

"So tell me something I don't know about you, Stevie." She said, offering him her drink since he didn't have one.

She couldn't place his accent. She wondered if he was a local or from somewhere else. He didn't have any sort of thick accent. "Are you from around here? I went off to college, I think everyone here has actually..." She laughed softly. She was definitely starting to feel the alcohol.

Scott smirked, looking around as his friends started calling out. He went to Heavenly on the dance floor and grabbed her hand, pulling her towards him so she spun to him. This was a movie they had perfected last year while preparing for competition. "It's like Heaven just fell right into my arms." He said teasingly in her ear. He might have flirted with a lot of girls, but he wasn't really serious about it.

He held her close to him as he danced with her. He grinned, spinning her back out. He smiled and bowed, kissing her hand. "Always a pleasure." He slipped away, a grin playing on his lips. He clapped Grayson on the back as he back as he made his way over to the refreshment table. He picked up another can of beer and popped it open.

His eyes landed on the brunette who was looking both a little awkward and lonely. "Hey, Emma, right?" He asked her with a smile. "I believe you are now a Buck That! member. I don't think I heard that lovely voice calling back." He teased her, holding out his free hand to shake hers.

"Welcome to the team. I'm Scott." He told her. He hope he hadn't given off the wrong impression to her.

Theresa was glad that school was starting. She loved school when she was at high school and wondered if college would be any different.

She really wished her parents and her parted on better terms then what they did. Made her upset and then died. She wasn't all that happy about it but it happens in life.

She wanted to enjoy her years of college. Before she went off into the singing for the big leagues. When a man came over to her she smiled. "Yeah I think it went go. I don't mind unpacking. Its kind of a thing I like actually." She said with a smile as she heard him woo with the crowd.

"I am Theresa." She said introducing herself since she was bad with faces and names.

Stevie smiled at the girl when she spoke. Somehow he had seen her around before but he hadn't exactly remembered which group she was in. But he tried to rack his brain and think about it for a minute. "Well I am glad I am able to. And know you don't drink too much. Not yet anyway." He said with the wink of his eye.

He was trying to be smooth but that was just not happening. Doing his best but he hadn't quite caught her name yet. "Well thank you... You do too. I remember seeing you on stage but the group I am unfamiliar in my head what group name you are in. But other then that. Do you have a name?" He said with a light smile.

Taking a sip of the drink she had for him. She heard him speak. "I want to be a DJ? Is that good information or you want more? And what about you?" He asked listening to the surrounding chit chat around the room.

"I am from Detroit. Born and then moved around a lot." He said with a smile to her. He normally didn't want to get into his past right away in the beginning.

Stella saw their leader enter the gym and offered him a small wave with a smile. She looked up at Jordan, briefly then heard Scott's question as she raised her drink up. "Woo! Over here!" She chuckled lightly then eyed Jordan as he started speaking again. Hearing his question, she nodded her head then held up her index finger. "Give one sec, please." She walked off from Jordan, which was kind of a horrid habit she hated about herself. She went up to Scott and eyed the girl he was speaking with a slight smile. "I see how it is, Scott. Talking to the other members and not me? Guess you were saving the best for last." She chuckled slightly at her comments then leaned over and gave him a hug. "But sorry to interrupt the conversation. Ciao!" She said with a wink as she walked back over to Jordan, reaching for his hand. "Sure. I'd love to meet this Gavin person." Stella muttered while taking a sip of her drink and letting Jordan lead the way.

Jackson's eyes wandered around the gym, seeing it finally getting filled up with the other A Capella members. Jackson was a wall flower. He leaned against the wall and took sips from his drink, fixed him multiple drinks then walked back over towards the wall. His eyes looked at Heavenly, as she was the only one dancing, luckily saved by her leader. Jackson quirked his lips to the side, shaking his head as made his way over to the dance floor, as well only to be bumped into by Heavenly. "Yeah, it's me. Don't you think that you're overdoing it?" He asked, which really was hypocritical for him to do so since he had been in her predicament before. Jackson grabbed her by the arm and basically dragged her away from the gym and outside again. "Heavenly, don't make a fool of yourself this year." He muttered then eyed her, seeing that she was a bit drunk. 'Oh, no.' He thought to himself, shaking his head at her.

Emma had no idea what she was doing, and then he came into her view. He was definitely attractive, but with Emma's past, she knew better than to flirt, or even think about him shirtless. "Hey, Emma, right? I believe you are now a Buck That! member. I don't think I heard that lovely voice calling back. Welcome to the team, I'm Scott."

Emma shook his open hand, and smiled innocently. "I'm Emma, right. " She swallowed back the annoyance of a voice she had, and went back to swirling her cup along the edge. She had no idea what she was even doing at a party. "I.. should really get to unpacking.. but it was nice to meet you." She smiled at Scott, and still had cup in hand as she went away from the refreshment table, and towards the door, praying she wouldn't run into anyone she might know.
