When Lexi gets an idea into his head, he usually follows through on it. This includes promises and...those things better left un-done. If he wants to do something, he'll do it - screw what everybody else says. If it ends up being a bad idea, he'll deal with the repercussions later. Lexi practically lives in the moment and hardly ever thinks ahead. More than that, Lexi's determination sometimes even borders on stubbornness. Others can tell him that he's wrong, that no, lemon meringue pie and pickle juice will not taste good together, but Lexi won't believe them until he's actually tried it himself. As well, if he sees someone doing something that he doesn't understand, he will try it for himself until he understands it.

He may be walking down the street towards the PokeMart one moment, see a hill and the next, be rolling down it, giggling like mad. Lexi sometimes plans ahead, but these plans usually end up going down the drain as he has a bad habit of doing whatever he feels like doing when he feels like doing it. Sometimes it will be harmless, and other times the things he does can be rather dangerous. Like the time he fought Mewtwo...More than that, the things he says...Lexi needs a filter in his mouth, that's for sure.

Lexi is a free and a spirited being. He is happy and excited and energetic. When he is down and sad, it is obvious that something is wrong. Lexi often gets down when he's bored or when he's confined to one place for an extended period of time. He starts to sulk and snaps at people. However, once he is sprung free of his imprisonment, it appears as though he was never down to begin with. Lexi does things on his own free will, never on the will of anybody else. He doesn't like to listen to what people tell him to do and unless he agrees with it or it's issued by someone he loves, adores and respects, he will most likely refuse.

In more than one way, Lexi is, in sense, a child. He does things without thinking of what could happen, he has a narrow mind, trusts too easily, bites off more than he can chew, speaks with a child's brutality and honesty and has some experience with romance and relationships. Actually, Lexi has had quite a few. The only problem is, his affections are so fickle that one moment he might be practically marrying someone and the next throwing himself at the next pretty person to walk by. He gets infatuated easily, as a child might with a new toy, but once he gets bored of it, he'll move on to the next toy.

If Lexi has something, chances are, he won't share it with anybody else until he's had his fill and his fun with it. He often puts himself ahead of others, and thinks only of what will satisfy him, what will he be okay with. The concept of sharing is practically foreign to his mind, as is the concept of generosity. He thinks along the lines of, If it's mine, you can't have it. This applies to his abilities, his time and his material possessions. Lexi doesn't understand people who willingly give up precious time, nor does he understand people who willingly give up their things. If they earned it...shouldn't they want to keep it? Lexi also thinks dying for someone else is foolish - he has only one life and he's going to decide when he dies. Even death can't have him until he's had his fill.

Curiosity killed the cat, as the saying goes. And as Lexi's true form resembles a cat, this only seemed fitting. Lexi likes to explore, likes to push boundaries. He likes to see what's behind the closet door even though he knows that might not be the best idea. Lexi sees a situation and he wants to know what's going on. Nosy or intrusive could also be a word to describe this particular habit of his, but Lexi prefers to observe in these sort of situations. Unless, of course, there's something he can do to make the situation more interesting. Then he'll do it.
Brief Description
When you think of the name Alexander, the first thing that comes to mind is a boy. The next thing, because Alexander is such a grand, masculine name, is a boy that is well...boy-ish. Alexander Fellows defies this very idea. But that is all okay, because this Alexander prefers to be called Lexi. He's an odd boy, Lexi, and there's more to that then simply this boy's odd way of dressing. His very mannerisms and appearance should make him stick out in a crowd - but Lexi has a strange habit of disappearing when needed. When he walks into a room - and he wants to be noticed - Lexi draws attention almost easily.
Lexi's hair is an odd sort of silver-gray color that tickles the nape of his neck in the back and always fall into his eyes in the front. He's constantly pushing back the hair but he refuses to get his front bangs cut. Anybody approach him with scissors and Lexi will run. And he will hide. If Lexi doesn't want to be found, he usually can't be. His eyes are a shade caught between aquamarine blue and sky blue that can almost be described as periwinkle. His eyes are usually sparkling with excitement, and he has a habit of leaning forward when he talks, as though he's about to take flight.
Lexi can never sit still for too long. He'll sit in a chair, and then bounce right back to his feet the moment an idea or an interesting thought strikes him. He talks rapidly when excited and rarely slows down for anything. Lexi doesn't get mad often, but when he does, he prefers to stamp his foot. His voice rises a few pitches when he screams and when he gets angry...he sometimes starts to cry angry tears. Lexi likes to think of himself as not needing the help of the larger, more commanding legendaries, but he often ends up begging them with adorable puppy dog eyes and a lower lip that sticks out in a trembling pout. Few can resist his begging face and Lexi likes to call it his ultimate weapon.
As far as style goes, Lexi dresses in whatever clothes manages to catch his eye in the morning. He prefers colors on the brighter side of the scale, although he'll make an exception for the occasional dark purple so as not to blind everybody that looks at him. If anyone can put purple, blue and pink together and make it work, it's Lexi. Despite any of his attempts to appear more masculine and impress the manlier legendaries, Lexi has never been able to give up his love of fashion and the sort. Even if he wants to give them up in favor of T-shirts and baggy cargo pants, Lexi would rather die than dress in a manner that would make him blend into a crowd when he doesn't want to.
As much as he doesn't want to admit it, Lexi has never been the strongest of legendaries. He's small - at only 5'4", he's short to say the least - and skinny, barely tipping the scales at 120. He eats a lot. Those that have shared a table with Lexi have always wondered where the food he consumes goes, because it doesn't seem to be going to his body. Some have speculate that he burns it off with all the running and arm-flapping he does when he talks, but nobody knows for sure. Lexi can almost always been seen with food on his body. He is never short on food, especially sweets. Along with his clothes, Lexi will never give up sweets in an attempt to look more masculine.

History
The story of Mew begins eons ago. Begins perhaps even before the creation of Earth. It could be rumored that Mew is the reason there are Pokemon on Earth - researchers have said that this legendary creature holds the DNA of every single Pokemon on Earth in his own genetic make up. But Mew hasn't really thought about that. He's taken on the appearance of a young teenage human boy - and since he has the ability to transform into anything or anybody at will, this shape has become the shape he turns into on default.
Mew began to wander the planet he had come upon - he watched as his fellow Pokemon were captured by humans, brainwashed and trained to fight each other all for the sake of the pride of their trainers. He watched as evils plagued the world as his fellow legendaries judged and fought for and against the human forces on the planet.
Mew, as Alexander "Lexi" Fellows, wandered and observed. He appeared in his true form to those he wanted to have fun with, to those he felt were strong willed and needed pushing on in their journeys seeking the truth and the reason for their lives. Mew wanted them to figure out why they were capturing his kindred and taking them and making them fight.
He was usually alone in his travels. Every time he heard of a disaster, he would go in his true form to check up on the area. He was worried about the Pokemon living there. He thought of them as sort of his own. If their DNA was in him, then maybe it had been from him that they had come into being. Wishful and twisted thinking, but back then, his thoughts ran along those lines. It had been this sort of thinking that had driven him to combat Mewtwo. Humans could not create Pokemon - not with something that had not been theirs to begin with.
He went through some tough times - his finicky and flirtatious nature often resulted in him having to hide for a while from angry exes...but he went on with his life. He continued messing with humans and entertaining one particular training who was accompanied by a Pikachu and whom his good friend and lover at the time, Lucario, had determined to be quite trustworthy and special. Because of this, it was the one time Lexi considered throwing away his life for someone else. Nearly sacrificing himself to the Tree of Beginning, it was one of his most glorious moments in which he wasn't thinking of just himself.
When Lucario sacrificed himself instead, Lexi couldn't live with the grief - for a few months. In those months, he lived in the Tree of Beginning, trying to contact and talk to Lucario. The other Pokemon had been the only one he had really attached himself to. After this, Lexi never attached himself that deeply to another Pokemon. If anything, his relationships became shorter, faster and more to take up time so he would have something to do than anything else.
And that is where he finds himself today.
