Tigress Bluart

"Trust me boys, I put the ow in meow."

a character in “Playing With DNA”, as played by Starlight77

Description

Name: Tigress Bluart

Age: 17

Animal Breed: Bengal Tiger

FC: Image
(I know its Selena Gomez, but a few things are different about Tigress)

Appearance: Tigress has dark brown hair that is generally wavy, though she tries to straiten it when she can. Her eyes are intriguing, the one on the left is a pure silver, the other is a bright blue the color of the ocean. Her build is sexy, with curves in all the right places, and lean wiry muscles hidden under that apperance. Her legs are slender, and she never wears anything far from jeans and sneakers.

Personality: Tigress is rather... moody. You never know with this girl. Some days it seems like she came back from skipping through a field of flowers, others it seems she just came out of walking through a thorn bush. Though her attittude is mostly sassy and cold, not really caring about anyone but herself. Her voice can be sharp and ordering, but she loves to sing when she is alone. Though she doesn't play any instuments, she had been granted an Ipod, just to keep her calm. Just an FYI, don't make her mad. She was one of the first 'successful' subjects, so hers wasn't as... complete. So when she becomes enraged, she goes homocidal. She's killed hundreds of people not on the job, but the only reason they keep her around is because she is the best assassin they have. She's also pretty good at mass destruction as well. Don't try to boss her around either. She barely execpts orders from the OSHB without killing people. Her name is known throughout the base as "the most dangerous" and "closest to her animal's natural instincts."

Abilities: Tigress has a furry tiger striped tail that comes out of her tail bone, as well as black and orange ears that are on her head. On her hands she has claws she can grow and retract. Her canines are longer then the average person's, and they show nice and sharp when she flashes her devilish smile. Her body is utterly flexible, and her build gives her extra speed and strength. She seems to melt into shadows and can attack from anywhere. She learned how to wall and ceiling crawl using her claws. Sometimes, she drops onto all fours and runs faster like that. Her senses are also enhanced to match a tiger's

Likes:
+Freedom

+Sweets
+Singing
+Being alone

Dislikes:
-Crowded places
-Being told what to do
-Water (can't swim)
-Waking up early

History: Tigress was a normal high school girl. She had guys chase after her, had her own clique and everything. One day, walking home from school, she was yanked into an alley and knocked unconscious and taken to the OSHB base. She was one of the first successful subjects. But because of her attitude, she sleeps with a metal collar connected to a thick chain attatched to the back of her cell. She has killed over 25 on the job, and more then 100 off the job.

So begins...

The walls of the cell were a blend of titanium and steel. Made to keep something dangerous in. And that is exactly what those walls were doing. Sleeping in the shadows of that metal room was a girl, her dark brown hair falling over her shoulders evenly, her breathing sleady and calming. At first glance, you would have thought that she was normal. But, perfectly positioned on her head, are a pair of fuzzy ears, perked, ready for a single sound to awaken her. Behind her is a tail that refuses to stay still, swaying from side to side. The way she sleeps is a bit odd as well. Her hands folded and her chin resting on them, as well as her legs curled up next to her, almost reaching her chest. Nestled into a deep sleep, the metal collar that keeps her fastened quickly to her prison didn't bother her. Her dreams were of a normal world, a boyfriend, good grades in school, being popular. Too bad these things would never be hers.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

Her peaceful sleep was ubruptly stripped from her as a large metal pole was hit against the bars on the front of her cell. Tigress's eyes snapped open and a deep growl erupted from her throat. "I was sleeping dumb ass." She hissed and covered her head with her arms.
"I don't care. Its time to get up. Your being tested today." The voice of the man with the pole said through the bars. Another man, who seemed a bit smaller then him, height and muscles wise, was standing behind him. Tigress could smell the waves of fear radiating off of him. New bee eh? A small grin creased her lip as she rolled over onto her back. She then arched he back upwards, in a long stretch. Flattening herself back down, she sat up, her legs crossed.

Nodding to the man, she gave him the signal he was allowed to enter. The man with the pole walked over to her and swiped a card over the back of her collar. The chain fell off, but the collar remained on. He then put the end of the pole to the collar and swiped the card past it again and the pole became magnetically attached.

With a jerk upwards on the pole, Tigress huffed as she stood up, then rolled her neck. He pushed her forwards and she grumbled as she walked through the prison door. Just to play around, she sprang at the new bee, but the man tugged her off of him. She smirked again as she saw the new one was shivering in fear. "Stop fooling around!" The man still clutching the pole snapped.

Tigress growled and started walking through the halls. She picked up the many scents of the other animal mixtures. Her nose rinkled in digust. She turned her attention back to the man leading her to be tested. "What kind of test exactly?" She asked him tilting her head to the side slightly.
"I simply strength and ability test. Against another half breed." He replied. Oh... some entertainment. She smirked again.

Her nose twitched as she picked up the scent of a dog half breed, and stopped looking into a cell, seeing the source of the stench. A girl who was obviously part dog was in there. Tigress curled up her lip, and snarled, "Do you mutts have to smell so bad?" Inspite of the efforts of the man, he could not pry her away from the cell. Tigress's oddly colored eyes bored into the girl.

Kara was alert the second the man had started heading towards the caged rooms, hearing him. She heard everything. She heard his footsteps, him cracking of his knuckles, his breath. She even heard his heart beat.

Boom boom, boom boom, boom boom.

She had her eyes closed, as she hung by her legs from the bars on the top of her cage, but as she heard the man approaching another cage, she soundlessly dropped onto her hands, kicking her legs over and standing up straight, walking on the balls of her feet as usual, keeping herself silent as she moved to the back side of her cage, in the shade, pressing her back against the bars so she had the biggest view she could, and listening intently to the words the man said to the other half breed, and, knowing the voice, she knew she would be up against a tiger breed.

Before Kara was in her view, she sat down on the ground, laying out and closing her eyes as if she had been asleep. It was about 10 more seconds until they came around the corner, in front of her cage. She lifted her head, watching the girl curl her lip, then snarl. Kara stood up, shaking herself softly, but remaining slightly slouched, rubbing her eyes as if tired. She frowned at the girls words, walking closer to the door, yet limping on her right leg, letting out a slight wimper as she put weight on it. She wasn't chained down, because she was active enough that she couldn't be chained down, or she would become destructive.

The guard unlocked the door, tying a rope to Kara's collar, instead of a pole. She had never attacked a guard; well only a few times, and therefor was viewed as not dangerous. She looked at the tiger lady, a look of fear, mixed with confusion spread on her face.

Little did the other girl know, Kara was a great actress.

Tae-Hyun paced back and forth in his cell, restless. He had tried to take a nap, but it was to noisy in the cell block and his sensitive hearing made the sounds ten times worse. He was lounging on the floor, his tail swishing back and forth in the air. He listened as footsteps could be heard coming down the hall. His ears pricked up as they drew closer. His cell wasn't very far from that of the mutt's and he hated staying so close to her. He often thought the smell was wretched.

As they walked by his cell, he could see that the tiger experiment was in tow. She was beautiful, but dangerous and she knew it. She exuded pride and danger, like any reputable feline would. He got up, pulling the chain around his neck behind him, moving closer to the bars, curious as to their destination. They stopped in front of the dog's cell. It was obvious they were to be pitted against each other today. The tiger girl made a comment about the smell and Tae-Hyun chuckled loudly. "Try living next to her." He said under his breath, wanting only her and the dog to hear him.

A deep growl rumbled in Tigress's throat. But she couldn't help it. Her lip spread into a grin and she broke out laughing. "She is the one I'm fighting? You can't be serious," She said in between gasps for air. The guard holding the pole was rather suprised as well. "Hmm... I wonder if this is the right one..." He cross checked again with the picture on the paper he had and the mutt itself.
"Nope... This is the right one." He finally responded and shoved the paper back into his pocket. "Alright you over grown kitten, keep moving!' He grunted and jerked the pole forwards.

Tigress's lip curled up. In an instant, she swong her arm backwards. Her hand gripped the pole and using brute force, she spun him around in a complete circle, until he smacked into the metal wall. He gasped as the metal pole was pressed against his throat, cutting off his breathing. "Don't. Ever. Call. Me. That. AGAIN!" She snarled in his face. Tigress then released the pressure on his neck and the guard dropped onto the ground gasping for air. He clawed at his neck, until he could cough a few breaths.

Tigress stood back, arms crossed across her chest. Turning her head, she looked back at the dog half breed again. "You really do smell..." She kept walking, dragging her guard behind her as he stumbled to regain his balance. "Try living next to her." Tigress heard someone say from behind. She turned to face him, "I don't know how you put up with it. I'm suprised I'm not gagging." The guard stood behind her, still trying to re-regulate his breathing.

Kara watched, a look of shock on her face as the tiger half breed threw the guard on the ground, slightly impressed, but not completely. She followed them, staggering slowly and wiping her eyes again, whimpering as she applied weight to her leg that she limped. Hearing another comment on her smell, she made sure not to smirk, although it was hard. She quivered her lip at the boys comment, and as the guard gasped to regulate his breath, she folded an arm across her chest, scratching her arm and holding it there, as if to be defensive.

But while she was doing this on the outside, her thoughts were racing a mile a minute. She was listening to the tigers heart rate, counting the beats per minute while watching how straight she stood, the amount of pressure she put on each part of her foot as she walked, mentally noting that she stepped with her toes, gradually spreading weight to the rest of her foot. She saw her ears and tail, thinking both were sensitive. She hoped it wouldn't come to it, but if the fighting got intense to a point where she would actually fight back, she wanted to know everything she could.

Kara thought it was funny how happy the other half-breeds were to fight each other, basically doing what the OSHB wanted. She preferred to pretend like she was trying, just making sure she wouldn't get hurt.

They walked through the halls for what seemed like forever, until they reached some large double doors. The one who was holding Tigress's pole stepped forward, but still didn't let go. He put his hand on a scanner, and the door let out a beep as it opened with a Whosh! Arms still crossed, Tigress stepped out into the little arena. He could see that they were truly outdoors, but she could hear the electricity crackling over head. Yup... still no way to get out of here... She huffed and walked out, her feet kicking up a bit of the dirt.

Suddenly the pole popped off of the back of her collar, and the other guard was taking off the mutt's leash. Tigress's own guard turned and faced her, "Don't attack until we give word. Got it? Don't listen and you get severly punished. Both of you!" The last line he said louder so both of the half breeds could hear. She grumbled as she watched they walk away through the doors again. Tigress started sizing up the other half breed. Not to big... not much upper body strength... though she is probably holding back on something... she's also probably pretty fast...

Kara looked over tigress, slowing her breathing, and watching her size her up. If only we could communicate telepathically, she thought, imagining the endless possibilities of the conversations they could have if they could. They would be able to decide that neither would truly hurt the other, so they could maintain strength and save it for whatever their next tests were. She didn't understand why the other half-breeds didn't think like this.

Or they could play so evenly matched up that the men would either let them fight again and again, so they could talk more, or let them fight for a long time, so they could explore the ends of where they were able to go, looking for glitches in how the fighting arena was built. If only I had a second to talk with her, Kara thought, walking a few steps, not closer to the girl, but not necessarily farther. She stood up straight, revealing herself to be slightly taller then the girl, and cracking her back. She cracked her neck, then her fingers, but instead of getting in a position as if ready to fight, she perched down slightly, taking on more of a defensive, yet open position.

If this dones't tell her I don't want to fight, I don't know what will...

Richard moved around the dead body, and out of the cell. "Testing again? I got injecte with whatever crap you guys used yesterday." Richard made a face. "You guys even shocked the crap out of me." James looked at him. "Thats because you tore one of the doctors head of with one bite, and then you mutilated two guards." Richard shrugged "He kept poking me with the damn needle." James was getting angry. "Thats what the test consists of jackass." Richard looked at him and said "And the guard kept calling me a jackass" and flashed him a smile full of sharp teeth. James went paled, and wished for the fifth time that day that they could actually get guns rather than these silly shock sticks. "How the hell are you unchained?!". Richard said "I can be very persuasive when I want." He then asked, "Where are we going?". James relaxed a little. "Outside, where the pool is. You are going to fight someone on your element. They want to test the winner of a fight against you on water." "Oh, what do I get if I win?". James opened the double doors that led outside and said. "Nothing." he then shoved Richard out. "Woah, careful with the suit. Its expensive."

Richard stepped outside and looked at the pool. He wanted to jump right in, after changing from his suit of course, he could never ruin a suit like this one. He then looked at the two girls that were on the other side of the place. "Those must be the ones that are gonna fight" he thought. Judging by her tail, one of them must be from some kind of tiger breed. He couldn't say much for the other, since there were no special traits. He walked closer to them, he wanted to see the fight better. "So, one is a tiger I guess, and the other one is?" He asked James, who had followed him. "A dog." Richard nodded. "And the point of making a dog breed and a tiger breed is...?" James blew air out of his mouth, annoyed. "I don't know, and frankly, I don't care. Just wait until the fight ends, and then fight whoever wins. Its not that hard to follow those instructions. Even for you."

Jon awaken in his cell with a headache in his thick Russian accent he swore "That was a bitch I wonder what is going to happen next." He sat back in his cell trying to cool down through the icy metal he looked around his cage and saw the damage he had done he smiled "It look's like a nice job compared to the amount of time they gave me." He gave a sigh he still felt a little stir crazy he really didn't like being kept inside a cage for very long because he liked being active. A guard tapped on the front of his cage "You ready?" Jon nodded he didn't ask questions only moved place to place waiting for his chance to run. Jon was led next to another half breed. He stood next to what smelled like a shark Jon looked out the window to see to females fighting Is this what they want? Jon shifted uncomfortable in his restraints.

Flying backwards with impact, Kara was able to do a flip in the air, landing on her feet, to make the impact less. Obviously, it had been painful, but not too bad. It could have been worse. She sighed, glancing at the tiger girl, speaking in a voice loud enough for only her to hear. "Funny. I'd think you'd realize that if you win this, you have to swim." She nodded her chin towards the pool. She charged at the girl, but kept her mind on not actually fighting, and bent down, dropping her shoulder and lifting the girl up, making it look like she was eventually going to smash her down, after running a few yards, she put her down, but fast and with a slight drop, making it look from far that she had smashed her.

Kara didn't know why the girl even cared. This was a fight set up by the very men who had ruined their life. And she would do anything to mess up the results. She watched the girl, pretending for the time to be out of breath, when actually that almost never happened. Please have some sense in you... she thought.

Tigress watched as the girl was sent flying backwards. A small smirk spread across her face as she watched her stand back up.
"Funny. I'd think you'd realize that if you win this, you have to swim." The dog hald breed said to her, but only loud enough for the two to hear. Tigress curled up her lip, How does she know I hate water... well besides the fact I'm part cat...

But Tigress just put a scowl on her face. But she didn't expect the girl to come at her. Next thing she knew she was lifted off the ground and slammed down on her back... Well not really slammed. Why didn't she..?

Tigress jumped up without using her hands, and dusted herself off, completely unfazed. "So you do have a bit of fight in you eh? I heard your smart remark about the water. I don't know if this is your first fight, but I can't afford to lose. If you lose in the first round, you just get taken back into the labs and they stick more needles in you, to see how they can 'improve' you." Tigress snapped back.
"I'd rather win here and lose to the fish then get expiremented on again!" She snarled. All the time she was talking, she was circling around the dog half breed, looking for where to attack next.

Kara sighed, her breath heavy. "I'm not trying to hurt you and I know. I've been through it before." She kept her voice low and quick, falling in pace with with the girls steps. Her eye's fogged up for a second, memories of when she threw her last fight, needle after needle being stabbed in her. But she didn't care. The way Kara was built, like a dog, she wanted the best for everyone else. No matter what would happen to her, no matter how many needles. She just needed others to be happy.

"Anyways, I'm not gunna fight back," she whispered, glancing at the ground, then allowing her defensive position to drop, bracing for impact. She knew it would hurt, but she had felt worse, and that made it all seem better.

Tigress blinked, "So you actually intentionally lose. Hmm..."
What are you two doing?! I don't see much fighting down there!" The loud voice of the guard boomed over the speakers.
"We're done here... Its a draw." Tigress concluded looked at the half breed out of the side of her eye, and gave her a smirk. She crossed her arms like a stubborn little kid. What are you going to do about it now Mister Guard? She said in her mind. He wouldn't punish them for a draw... would he? Tigress hoped not.

After what seemed like forever, the squeak from the intercom returned. "No draws! You must keep going until one of you is down!" That wasn't what Tigress wanted. But she sighed, turning head head to the side slightly. So, instead of going to attack, Tigress let herself fall down and land on her butt. She crossed her legs, then her arms again. "I think I'm done here." She said as she turned her nose up. You could hear an annoyed growl coming from the speakers. "Fine!" You could hear the speaker being shut off and soon enough the guard showed up in the arena. He walked over and attached the pole to her collar in one swift motion, and began dragging her to the edge of the arena. "We're not done with you, you bratty little bit-"
"If you wish to remain alive, I recommend you don't finish that sentence," Her voice was low and menacing, and she got her point across without even having to growl. He remained silent, though Tigress could sense the agrrevation coming off of him in waves. He stopped on the edge of the arena, and attached the end of the pole to the wall magnetiacally. He stood inches from her reach, and she sat on the ground legs crossed still, even after being dragged across the arena. The guard glared at her, and she didn't expect what can next. In half a second, he raised his arm and full out bitch slapped her. Tigress was sent reeling, and before she could do anything, he was walking back over the the mutt.

(OOC: xxtensionxx you control the guard now. :D)

Kara stared at the cat, watching her as she called it a draw, then sat down, perposfully losing. She knew that she would be punished for it, but she didn't want that to happen, and so her mind went whirling. Watching the guard attack the metal pole to the girl, she nearly eeped in fright as he full out back handed her. He shouldn't have done that, she thought, although unsure how to go about getting back at him. As he walked towards her, she started thinking.

Now for you, mutt freak, the man sputtered, obviously already angry. Licking her teeth, Kara watched him attach the leash to her, trying to start pulling her, but her resisting. "I haven't eaten." She said, knowing it was a petty attempt, but she actually was hungry, and this would buy her time. The man looked at her confused, and she put on a face of fright, having pure control over the emotions she displayed. "Are you trying to starve me?!" Her voice got high and hysterical, the man instantly puzzled. "I did nothing wrong you have no right to punish me!" She paced a foot or two, breathing heavy.

She was known for these types of freak outs, when she didn't eat often, got no sleep, or was confined in a small space, and as she started going literally crazy after these, they tried to keep them from happening. "Just, stop for a second!" he said, pulling her leash slightly, then bringing her over to the wall, tying her up so she was too far to touch tigress, but close enough to talk to her. "Wait here. I will be right back. In a moment." he said, giving the two each a look, then walking out, hurrying to get the raving girl food.

Kara smirked, stopping her act and standing up straight, getting as close to Tigress as her leash would allow, then whispering fast. "We have about 40 seconds to come up with what I'm going to do next, as my thinking skills are horrible. What do I do?" She said, feeling and for putting so much pressure on the new girl, but she also knew that on her own, she couldn't do anything. "And I'm Kara, by the way."

Richard looked at the pool. Oh, how he loved this pool. It was 50 meters of length, and ten of with, which wasn't bad, but the good part was its depth. The pool was 20 meters deep, which as far as he was aware, he was the only on who could hold his breath long enough to reach the bottom, and wasn't bothered by the pressure cause by such depth in water. He wanted to jump, but didn't want to ruin his suit, so he just waited for the fight to end.

Talking about the fight. He spun around, and saw that the two girls had stopped fighting, and were being leashed. One was even slapped. He walked to their direction, and when he was close enough for them to hear him easily, he said. "Well, it seems you two screwed up. which kinda sucks, because it means that there will be no water fight." He hoped there was, maybe they will be made to fight again, until someone wins. "You know, if you weren't so stubborn, you could have a much easier life. I'm talking from experience here."

Tigress's face was red where the man had slapped her. He jaw was clenched tightly, and he breathing was heavy. In other words, she was on the verge of being pissed. Her pupils were shrinking to slits. She knew she was going to lose her temper. Her breathing was growing deeper and heavier, and growling instinctively came from her vocal chords. The blood pounding in her ears were starting to over power her hearing altogether. She could barely hear what Kara said, though she did catch her name. She was couldn't hear the shark man at all.

"I... don't know. I can't... I need to..." Her voice was forced and she was breathing in gasps. She bagan leaning forward with little effort, and the metal pole groaned with strain. The pole itself was... stretching... until it snapped altogother. With a snarl of defince, she lurched forward as the pole was no longer attached to the collar. She stood up, and all her pupils were no longer circular, they were slits. Her head turned towards the entrance of the arena where she saw the guard. Tigress was on him so fast that if you blinked, it would've looked like she teleported. With one stretch of her arm, her claws sliced easily through his entire throat, and he dropped down on the ground. He was still breathing, and you could hear him gurgling his own blood until he went silent. Tigress stood over him, still breathing as if she ran a marathon. Her eyes were shut, and her pupils slowly grew back to a circular shape.

"Dagg," Kara said, watching Tigress in action. It was weird, but she herself never really lost control like that, getting insane animal urges. It rarely happened, and Kara honestly couldn't remember the last time it had. But seeing Tigress lose control, and give into the animal urges, was pretty cool. Unhooking her leash, she called out, "Impresive." She walked over, picking up the food that the man had dropped and started scarfing it down, then walking over to the pool. Looking the man over, she was surprised to realize she actually recognized him.

"Well duh it'd be easier, but considering I used to be a homesick temperamental 6 year old, this is easy." By now, Kara was bouncing on her toes, all of her energy rushing back to her, as she chucked the now empty metal tray on the ground. "Plus, from what the doctors say about you, you have quite the temper." She said, snapping her teeth together in a biting motion, while looking up at him. "And screwing up, implies that it was an accident, and we didn't mean to do it. But we did."

She shrugged slowly, her mood now hyper and needy to move around, but she knew it was rude to leave in the middle of a conversation, so she stayed still, glancing at Tigress.

Jon saw this from where he was standing through the window he smiled It seems like I should help. he pulled against his arm restraints from before they stretched but didn't snap he yelled out in Russian "God damn these restraints!" he saw some guards running down to try and to handle the other half breeds. In his restraints he ran right into the group of guard knocking them all over and running out to meet the Tiger, Dog, and Shark nodding to them without saying a word. He looked uncomfortable with his hands bound with large cuffs, and his collar on. Taking a deep breath he started to pull at his arm restraints again.

Richard saw Tigress go berserk on the guard, and though, "Or you could do that." He then looked at Kara, who was talking at him. "Well duh it'd be easier, but considering I used to be a homesick temperamental 6 year old, this is easy." She said, bouncing on her feet. "Plus, from what the doctors say about you, you have quite the temper." She said and bit her teeth. Richard gave her a full teethed smile and said. "More than temper, it is hunger. Unlike popular belief, it is not cannibalism when you are not entirely human." This only happened when he was not feed for a long time, or when he got bored of the food, which was quite a few times. Guards tended to be very nervous when they brought him food.

"And screwing up, implies that it was an accident, and we didn't mean to do it. But we did." She continued. "Oh, excuse my ignorance, but was getting leashed and slapped part of the plan?" He answered back. Annoyed that he wouldn't be able to go to the pool.

Kara shrugged, bouncing on her toes yet again. "Worse things have happened." She said, glancing at the pool and walking closer to it. "Wow do you get to go in here a lot?" She asked, her eyes lighting up at the sparkling water. She hadn't swum in a long time, since a few years back where they tried a test, and almost drowned her. But that didn't matter, because before that had happened she had loved to swim.

And she basically still did. She looked from the water to the man, yet again remembering she didn't know him. "I'm Kara by the way," her voice was light, as she turned back to look at Tigress again, bouncing more on her toes. She was nearly becoming anxious, and she knew there were guards on the way, she could hear them. But she didn't know how to get rid of the energy. So she stood there, and waited for a reply.
