Young as well as naïve, Harley has a long way to go to become a skilled Pokémon. The young one is especially gullible and falls for plenty of tricks up peoples sleeves. They need guidance from senior Pokémon and will then learn to become the best the little one can be! As he is still a child somewhat with the mentality of a child. Harley is stubborn and doesn't truly enjoy listening to others well enough to cope on its own. Wanting to be independent, the little Mienfoo wants to travel places and be grown up so it can follow it's own devices and not have to listen to others ever. Harley likes to draw and sit and sing. And also, the little one loves to play games, asking questions and is quite persistent on that, so don't be surprised if you end up finding Harley annoying. His legs are fresh so he gets tired quickly when walking and like a child too, he would definitely want to get picked up?
Though he loves to have fun, socialise and make friends. Harley is a lovable and loyal friend when you need one and will always want to be by your side and help you. Not very courteous with the manners yet but Harley is determined and is willing to learn from his mistakes and sucky efforts. He gets pretty lonely easily and would love people to keep him company as most of the time, his team consists of many with higher levels than him and the poor Mienfoo is the new addition to that family he once had. The little one hopes to find a place to belong to so for the time being he could call it home. So he often feel's down and although he wants to be independent, he would love company. A place where he felt welcomed and not threatened by the seniors around him.
