Pento Region

When she reached the surface she took out the device and started to inhale air. that was a close one... remembering the two trainers she looked around. Mitsuki spotted a cliff but couldn't see what was on it. 
The only thing on her mind was did anyone see shadow. "shadow we have to head back now before anyone sees us..[/i] not wasting anytime she got on it's back. 
Dark blue wings start to flap,relizing what it's doing she stopped it "no shadow we can't fly we have to stay underwater..!" a whining noise was heard then a scolding. 
Soon enough she was underwater again with the device in her mouth. I wonder what Cinder and James are doing.. 

"Oh thanks. No its my fault, I should have looked closer." He laughed while looking at her aura, it was a light red base but had radiating orange in its middle shell. "Well I am sorry I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Jaden Itorii and I am the gym leader of the Mezeron city gym." Jaden held his hand out as the two started to descend the tree.

"Sceptile, finish him with cut!" with a flash of Sceptile's claws, Octillery fell back, fainted from it's wounds. after applying a potion to it, as to not jeapordize it's swimming ability, james let it go back into the water. he hadn't that much interest in catching pokemon, but rather indexing them. after all, that's what he had set out to do, that and claim all of the gym badges he could.. he opened up his trainer case. he admired the badges he had already... 8 from hoenn, 8 from kanto, 8 from sinnoh, 8 from johto.. it was still a lot to take in for him. all of those batles he had one, whether through hard work or strategy, or even just luck. but cinder was proving one of his biggest challenges yet.. he knew he had to try even harder then he had to get to that point. well, it was about time he started heading back to the boat if he wanted to get back to blazemer soon enough to challenge cinder again.. looking into the water, he saw a dark shape swimming toward the beach. could this be mitsuki and her strange pokemon? he didn't know why, but he felt inclined to stay a little while longer. returning sceptile, he decided to send out altaria for a few minutes to train some more. walking up to some boulders, he saw one that looked like a graveler and kicked it. needless to say, he found himself with one agitated graveler, the perfect reason to stay and fight. maybe it was the possibility of seeing a new pokemon, or maybe.. no, he pushed that thought out of him mind. "Altaria, use twister, send him packing!"

The two got onto the sand happily. Shadow opened it's mouth pleased and mitsuki just had a small smile. She got up and looked around to find her back pack hidden behind some boulders. Taking out a pack of new clothing, and some cleaning materials, she ran into the forest to find somewhere to change and to clean up.
Her lugia flew into the air swiftly following it's owner. It was also watching out for any trainers near by, it wouldn't want to get caught. Imagining mitsuki mad made it shudder, but shadow dropped the thought when mitsuki stopped by a small spring. It dived in gracefully hitting the ground. 
Mitsuki quickly slipped out of her clothing then entered the spring washing off all the impurities from the ocean. As she washed she smiled softly. this reminds me when I lived in a forest.. 

After cleaning up she got out of the spring then placed on some fresh clothing. Placing her wet clothes in a plastic bag, mitsuki started to run back to the boulders where her bag was hidden. A sigh was heard, she saw a graveler messing around with it. 
After a couple of minutes of talking, she sighed again. "reasoning won't work..oh well.." taking out a poke ball, an umbreon appeared, and it didn't look very happy. It had a smug look, then it yawned. "I guess you don't want to fight today, oh well let's finish this quick.." 
It was rather funny to look at the little dark pokemon , it looked ver small compared to graveler. The graveler seemed to snicker to umbreons annoyance. "alright we will finish this quick if you don't destroy my bag, speed attack." the umbreon sped Up it's speed as it ran toward the graveler becoming a black blur.
When it was  Inches away from the opponent Mitsuki spoke, "hyper beam now.." it opened it's mouth light was forming in seconds, the graveler didn't see it coming. good thing you have excellent aim Kuro (umbreon).. she thought with a smirk, there was a small explosion, smoke surrounded the area. The smoke slowly dissapeard and graveler was on the ground knocked out.  She was relieved that the pokemon wasn't that hurt that hyper beam was at a close distance.

Her bag was surprisingly unharmed and she grabbed it. Taking out a full healer she gently fed it to the rock pokemon. It begin to wake up, not wanting any trouble she left some berries and pokemon food behind kindly. Umbreon jumped onto it's owner's shoulder curling up into a ball, acting like nothing happened."Kuro sweet and cute on the outside deadly on the inside" she smirked "just how I like it." her hands went inside her pocket as she walked off with her undamaged bag and  shadow following behind.

While the other trainers were playing around on Vulkan Island, they were unaware that Cinder had a more important reason for coming to the island. Not only was today the day Ember was moving to the Hoenn region, but something strange was happening within Mt. Vulkan. Looking back at the trainers, Cinder then turned and entered the volcano through the small crevice behind the burned out remains of what looked like a gym. Once inside, Cinder put on a pair of sunglasses to help him see better. He began looking around, then his eyes focused down into the lava. What he saw next shocked him. On a small crevice, a lone Kindre was crying out helplessly as it was afraid that it would fall in. Cinder immediately sprung to action. Reaching into his bag, he pulled out some rope, a grappling hook, and a few climbing picks. He had no intention of leaving without this helpless pokemon.

"Ooh! Are you alright?" Jason asked as he dropped to the ground. "Shivrolu help me out here!" Jason called while sending out his super powered pokemon to help him heal and take care of this girl. "Shiv!" It said and picked the girl up.

Well darn.. I missed seeing that interesting pokemon of Mitsuki's. she must have landed on another point on the island while I was busy with that graveler.. dang. oh well, chances are, i'll see it again before he left town.. James muttered to himself as he was walking back to the boat, Altaria flying by his side. there wasn't much more training he could have done that day, seeing as how for the most part, his pokemon were tired from their battling.. noticing that the boatman was asleep, he decided he'd use another form of transport.. blazemer city wasn't that far away, and Altaria was still feeling a bit energetic, so he climbed up onto it's back, and without a word, Altaria lifted off of the ground, and just like that, he was free in the air once more. he liked this feeling, the drifting in the air with the pokemon that had brought him through the hard and the easy times in his life. it was just like back in fortree, soaring high in the air among the swablu and taillow.. looking down, he noticed a different scene then the great foliage of fortree. on a cliff below, a ways away from Blazemer, was a man and his pokemon, a larger pokemon which reminded him of the lucario he once fought in sinnoh. what caught his attention though, was the girl unconscious in the pokemon's arms. it was still a ways from blazemer.. he debated flying down to lend a helping hand for a minute, seeing as how the walk would be long.. he flew down within earshot of the man and yelled out, "Hey! Care for a lift?"

[ Later that day... ]

Cinder was sitting up in the bleachers of the gym, tossing a pokeball up and down in his hand. Everyone had already returned from Vulkan Island. The poor little Kindre that he saved was curled up on his lap, sleeping. Everyone was chilling out at the Pokemon Center. Maybe it was best that he met up with them again. So Cinder got up slowly, placing the Kindre on his shoulder and began slowly walking towards the Pokemon Center. Once he entered, he quickly noticed James and Mitsuki seated on the bench and he walked over to them. "So, what are you planning on doing for the night?" he asked, not sure if they were going to stay the night in Blazemer City or fly elsewhere.

JAmes finally slouched into a seat at the pokemon center. it had been a long day, with A gym battle and a trip to Vulkan island, and he was about ready to turn in for the night, and he was sure his pokemon felt the same. glancing off to the side, he noticed that mitsuki had already sat down a few feet from where he was. looking around, he also noticed Cinder coming into the center, a small red pokemon on his shoulder. "So, what are you planning on doing for the night?" he asked. "well, i'm not overly sure where i could stay in town here. i might just pitch a tent outside of town or something.."

"Hmmm......you could always spend the night at the gym. It's a lot better than sleeping outside" Cinder explained, offering to let them sleep in the gym for the night. It was better than suggesting they spend the night at his house, especially since one of the trainers was a girl.....that wouldn't exactly be good behavior for a gym leader. "So, what do you say?" Cinder asked, waiting for a response to see what their response was.

Cinder was good when it came to reading girls' thoughts. "You know, you could always just stop by my house and take a shower if you need to.....It wouldn't be a problem at all" Cinder explained. "Plus, I have a training room where you can practice for the next gym battle" he added, noting James' possible rematch against him. Then Cinder's attention came back to the first statement she said. "Wait, what do you mean it depends on what will happen...I mean, what are you expecting to happen?" he asked, laughing a bit at his own comment.

She felt her cheeks ting pink hearing what Cinder said "You know, you could always just stop by my house and take a shower if you need to.....It wouldn't be a problem at all" "Plus, I have a training room where you can practice for the next gym battle"
Mitsuki nodded, her eyes closed, but one opened to look at Cinder. "Wait, what do you mean it depends on what will happen...I mean, what are you expecting to happen?" he asked, laughing a bit at his own comment. "Hmph things.." She replied as she closed her eyes, thinking.

"That isn't exactly helpful" Cinder explained, his arms crossed across his chest as he noticed her cheeks light up a bit at his comment. "Oh, and you have a bit of a reddish tint on your cheeks" Cinder added, pointing with his pointer finger to her cheeks, noting her blushing. While Cinder was standing there, the Kindre he had rescued from the volcano earlier ran up behind him, followed by Nurse Joy. It had a small bandage wrapped around one of its paws as it jumped and curled up in Cinder's arms. Nurse Joy then turned to Cinder, and gave him a smile. It was a kind of smile that answered a thousand questions. Through that smile, Cinder knew that Kindre was gonna be ok. Cinder then turned back to James and Mitsuki. "So, what's your judgement?" he asked as he began to pet the Kindre curled up in his arms.

"well, i suppose that if you are offering, i may as well.." James replied. he could defiantly use the shower, and the training would be much obliged.. "whenever you're ready to leave, i am then" he finished. He just had to make sure that cinder didn't see Claww, as to leave it a surprise for when the battle came..

"sure..just dont be surprised if im gone in the middle of the night." She said quietly. Her cheeks were alittle bit more red.

Cinder chuckled a bit. "Well, as long as you don't take any of my stuff, you're free to come and go as you please. Now, if you'll follow me please" he said as he walked through the Pokemon Center door, looking back to make sure they were following him. As they strolled through the city, they finally ended up outside an elegant, yet small sized mansion. "Well, here we are" he said, throwing his arms out towards the house, as if to showcase it's appearance, expecting his visitors to be a bit shocked.

Lizelt opened her eyes. She stared at Jaden confusedly, then remembered what had happened. Chuckling weakly, she said,"Well, I guess it was just my turn this time to be unconscious, huh?" She smiled faintly and got back up onto her feet. Seeing that she was covered in dust, she brushed herself off.

"impressive.." James muttered as he looked on to Cinder's home. "sure beats camping out.." he said to himself as he walked inside. after dropping his gear off in the room cinder had designated was for him, he headed straight to the training room, with only one pokeball in hand. he had come to realize that, during the havoc of the day, Metang had never left it's pokeball once. he thought it at least deserved a bit of exercise for waiting so patiently..

Upon arriving, he noted the room looked similar to the gym, with the same style of terrain, but smaller. this would suit cinder's needs, and now James's as well. letting out metang, he wondered where the others had gone off to. "hm.. if only i had a training partner.."

She looked at the mansion, her eyes seemed to gleam with amazement. She never been near a mansion ever. Mitsuki had no home when she was young. And this was a big step. She walked in and looked around.
She saw James in the training room. Mitsuki peeked in, and walked in calmly. Remember her pokemon, she took out one pokeball. Throwing in the air, a ninetails appeared. It mewed at its master, and rub its head against her legs happily. Mitsuki gently begin to pet its head.

While the other two walked towards the training room, Cinder hung up his black jacket and walked into the living room, looking up at a picture over the fireplace. It was a picture of 3 people: a man, a woman, and a small, baby boy. It was an old portrait of Cinder with his parents; the only remains he had left of his parents. He slowly caressed his hand across the frame, then slowly turned and walked into the kitchen and picked up a green apple that was sitting on a basket on a nearby table, while throwing a pokeball out near the corner, releasing his familiar Spidva. It made a soft hissing noise at it curled up in the corner and slowly fell asleep. He then headed to his bedroom for a few. Minutes later, he came back out with black jeans on and a red shirt and headed into the training room. "So, are you two ready to start training?" he asked, as he walked across the arena and took a seat in the chair across the arena, where the official usually sits.

"well.. pretty much" James replied to cinder. he had his Metang here, as well as five of his other pokemon.. and his apparant foe, Mitsuki, was an interesting trainer.. he wanted to see that pokemon of hers in action against his own, as well as train his pokemon so that he had a better chance of defeating cinder. "how about you mitsuki? ready to go for a round?"
