Setting
A quiet city, with rather colder weather. It's known to constantly rain in this area, and there's usually a chilly breeze in the air. The city itself is quite beautiful, extremely green, due to the amount of water they get from the constant storms. But even with the weather, the city isn't depressing. In fact, the people are known for their rainy festivals and parades, their bright and happy fashion styles, the beautiful lights in the streets, be it night or day, the beautiful outdoor performances and many other things that makes their little rainy town unique.
