Setting
A city built around one of the two major rivers of the region. It actually runs right through the streets and buildings, and is even used as a way of transportation throughout the place. Pogonia is a popular tourist area too, the biggest reason being their use for the river, and their beautiful, old styled architecture. The river runs through the center of the town, where they've built a giant fountain over it, and several bridges over the waters to reach the fountain.
To the west of Pogonia lies Route Six, to the north Route Seven, and to the east Route Eight.
