Setting
A bigger town, holding a well known dock area, which is used for all different traveling ways, though is extremely important for getting back and forth between Oleander Village, and for shipping goods there. The town itself is rather dreary, cold, especially with the ocean wind that comes in. The place is also quite big on fishing, which happens to be the place that most of the seafood and other things come from, for the rest of the region.
To the west lies Route Thirteen, the south Route Twelve, the north Vervain Docks, and the east Route Fifteen.
