His body was so that it was ready to Absorb Impact touching down on the ground or Being met by Raichu if Night Slash hit.
"You talk about no one Getting Hurt...He talks about Family...You both have not a Clue." Rain Dropped his feet again Quickly and Pushed off the ground to gain a little more air.
Rain in now within 7ish feet of Raichu moving Tremendously fast but looks like he's getting tiered.

Rain on Impact with Raichu Created a Small Distortion in the air from Night Slash knocking Raichu Back a Few feet, Raichu was able to Remain standing and seems to be fine. Rain on the other hand looks a little tiered and Beat up from the Quick attack. Keeping in mind Rain is Still a Child and 4 Weeks from becoming adolescent, He's not Regularly fighting Pokemon that have Evolved.

Currently Rain's Stamina is low like any newly born Pokemon (1-2) Months old. "It's your turn...I guess."
