BasicAppearance
Jyo grew to be a beautiful young woman with opalescent hair, kept long and flowing, though sometimes for the sake of convenience, she ties it back. Jyo also favors lacy dresses of many colors, usually in shades of purple, pink, and white, though this can range from nearly black to pure white. The only constant in her clothing is a love of travelling boots, and with every outfit, she seems to wear worn black leather boots. Jyo's features are round and cute, giving her a somewhat childish appearance, which isn't helped by her habit of being highly animated in her expressions. Her movements are often elegant and graceful, like the noblewoman she was raised to be.

PotentialInterest
[to be added later]

Likes
Sweet foods, polite people, cute things, the starry night sky, the outdoors, being active

Dislikes
Salty foods, rude people, having to wait, tight spaces, ignorance, those who don't follow the rules

Personality
Sweet, caring, and charismatic, Jyo seems to break the 'spoiled brat' stereotype all too easily. She can be playful, gentle, and lighthearted, but has a strong sense of right and wrong, and will always stick to the rules. At most times, Jyo seems like the soft-hearted angel, but that view is reserved for those who have not seen her at her most serious. When things go wrong, and the innocent are hurt, Jyo can be ruthless and indomitable, stopping for no one until the wrongs are righted. Both as a trainer, and as a person, Jyo is calculated and practiced, striving for perfection in all that she does. This doesn't mean that she is unaccepting of flaws, but rather that she seeks to grow as a person and a trainer.

Raised in a high-class environment, Jyo is civilized and polite, and will usually grant requests, if within her power. On the flip side, this means that she can be indignant and stubborn if insulted, and is slow to forgive. She can become distrustful of those who make a poor first impression, and has absolutely no tolerance for those who cannot follow rules.

BriefHistory
Jyo was taken in by an elderly rich couple who found the infant wrapped in a silver blanket with pearly embroidery, and left upon their doorstep. The couple, having been unable to conceive a child of their own, saw the girl as a gift from the heavens and raised her with everything she could ever want. Rather than growing to be spoiled, the little girl questioned everything, learning that others in the world didn't have everything she did. Because of this, Jyo took advantage of her position, learning all that she could. Sometimes Jyo would drive her tutors to exasperation at the sheer amount of questions she asked, in her pursuit of knowledge.

When Jyo reached the age where most children were able to depart on their pokemon journey, she refused to take no as an answer, telling her parents that she would leave even against their wishes. It was then that her parents told her how important it was to follow the law, and the rules put in place. They explained that without the laws of nature and the world, everything would fall to chaos, and even the knowledge she had gathered would mean nothing. Jyo took this to heart, but she had made up her mind. Unable to hold her back, her parents gifted Jyo with an eevee, which would grow to be her most trusted companion.

And so Jyo began her journey.

She traveled to each city, capturing pokemon along the way, and challenging each gym in Kanto. She battled trainers from all walks of life, and learned everything she could from them. Sometimes she would write back to her parents about ideas for inventions, which would find their way to sylph co. Not everything was victory, however, and many times Jyo tasted the sting of defeat, and the disappointment of not quite meeting the goal. She was never discouraged, however, and fought even harder to better herself.

As Jyo grew, and her loyal team grew as well, she traveled further and further from home, always learning something new, and challenging herself to grow. Her family also benefited from the information that Jyo learned, and the ideas she sent home, as they wrote books on her knowledge, and sold the ideas for inventions. Though the heiress of her family's estate, Jyo continued to travel, vowing only to return if her family asked her to do so.

Despite the challenges of raising a magicarp, Jyo trained hard with Aria until she was finally able to evolve into a gyarados. With this new strength, Aria and Jyo became powerful partners, and Aria became fiercely loyal though sometimes needy. Despite being a 22 foot monster, Aria is babyish and meek outside of battle.

This in itself actually took a lot of time and work, but Jyo eventually was able to purchase the young pokemon. Cronus can be a little difficult, as he enjoys being pampered and can be egotistical at times. However, like all of Jyo's pokemon, he is loyal and protective of his trainer, and will get over himself to help her.

Jyo held up a hand to shade her eyes from the sunlight as she reclined on the river bank. Her dress was dusty, and the lace that had hemmed the bottom of her skirt had torn off and was long gone, probably part of some pidgy's nest by now. She smirked slightly at the thought of her tailor fussing over the minor damage, insisting that 'proper ladies' shouldn't be wandering the wilderness with nothing but a team of six to guard her. She hardly thought that the state of her wardrobe said anything of her team's abilities, but rather reinforced how far they had come together.

Near by, her pokemon played in the river, splashing and enjoying the moment of reprieve while Jyo took a break. She had always insisted travelling on foot like the youngsters and bug catchers, and it showed in every scratch and scuff on her leather boots. Her hair had even worked its way loose of its braid, and now gathered random grass and leaves as it was splayed out on the bank behind her. Despite the apparent disregard for her own appearance, Jyo still looked the part of the rich heiress. Her hair glittered in the afternoon sun, and her very stance, even relaxed, came from years of training in poise and grace.

A call from the road behind her, caused Jyo to look up, where a young man waved and asked if she was free for a friendly battle. Motioning to the vaporeon who had already put himself between the stranger and his trainer, Jyo chuckled lightly,"We're always up for a battle or two."

So begins...

Jyo Chuzunya

Jyo had chosen a pale orchid dress this day, shorter than her usual fare, which danced in the sea air as she stood on the head of the monstrous sea snake she called her friend. Her opal hued hair was tied back, but it still streamed behind her as well. Normally a ride on Aria's back was a time for fun and splashing, but this time was different. A little ahead of the massive gyarados swam a vaporeon, which broke the waves with his surf ability allowing Aria to carry Jyo easily. She supposed that she could have taken a boat, but she preferred to travel with those she trusted the most. She didn't know who sent the message, but she suspected a trap. It wouldn't have been the first time that someone tried to take advantage of her family's money, and it wasn't likely be the last. These thoughts on her mind, Jyo's face was set in a serious expression her eyes on the horizon.

The sudden appearance of Cronus and Antonio, a shiny kingdra and a corsola, with calls for Jyo's attention, pulled her from her thoughts and down to the pair that swam along Aria's side. They pointed at a dark shape nearby seeming highly worried about whatever it was. Jyo frowned slightly at the dark shape, and pulled out a camera which she used as a telescope to see what it was. The color drained from the young lady's face as she laid eyes on the ghost ship, suddenly understanding why her pokemon were so worried. She returned the pair that noticed the ferry as well as the gyarados, allowing herself to fall into the water with Zeik. The vaporeon voiced his concern, quickly coming to his trainer's aid.

"I'll dry out later, I want to check out that ghost ship! I bet a ghost ship would have some frillish or jellicent for sure! Especially some female ones, they're so pretty and pink. Don't be such a wet blanket, Zeik, its just a haunted boat." The vaporeon groaned in protest, but was quick to swim up to the boat in question as it sailed along. It seemed that there were voices as the pair got closer, so Jyo climbed up carefully and only peeked over the side, hoping to spot some sort of ghost pokemon.

Jack Robin

Jack sat on the edge of the deck, his legs dangling over the edge, Ricardo sitting beside him doing the same. He had remembered the letter and the foretelling of this there island and meeting up with others. Him and his human companion for the trip, DJ, had arrived earlier than Jack himself wished to. And it wasn't only that. The small ship that gave them a ride here was full of gypsies who all had psychic Pokemon. Jack was okay with it as most of his own Pokemon are psychic, but it was still odd as it was like the Pokemon didn't have 'a owner' or 'a master' but were there because they were. Interesting at least, Jack hardly said a word the whole trip. And now he awaits the arrival of the others on a small old deck.

After a while of sitting, Ricardo started pestering Jack. Jack just brushed it off and continued staring at the water below him. Ricardo kept pestering. "Ricardo, I ask you, please stop." He kept pestering, now making Jack's silver hair messier than it usually is, yet still falling down into his face. "Ricardo, stop it." Still, the lucario doesn't stop, now going crazy and poking Jack's arms and back in a fast motion. "Ricardo, please stop. I'm not in the mood for playing at the moment." Jack stares hims reflection in the water in the eyes, his blue-purple eyes slightly reflecting the color back up at him, though darkened slightly due to the murky water coming from under the deck.

Ricardo doesn't stop, becoming very agitated. He stops for a moment, then pushes Jack off the deck and into the water. Jack, luckily, is able to stop himself by grabbing a hold of the deck, his shoes and calves dipping into the water below. Jack pulls himself up and stands over Ricardo - standing a good three feet above the 3 foot tall being - with a scold on his face. "What's wrong with you, man!" Jack yells. Ricardo scolds back and points out to the distance. Turning, Jack can see it. A ghost ship and is that a gyarados? Jack guessed it was the third one. He walked to the end of the deck and waited for the Ship to port. Ricardo stood beside him and, simultaneously, they crossed their arms over their chests. Ricardo kept glancing up at Jack ever so often to make sure he's still doing the same thing.

D.J. was currently enjoying the pier on which she found herself on. This island was supposedly connected to great things, and that was something she could learn to love. She found herself with a rather odd boy named Jack, who in the time has known him, has yet to see him actually laugh. It was a little off-putting to be honest, but she didn't really care at this point. She was far too focused on dancing with wool to care.

See, on the boat ride over to the island, which Harmony had to be put in her Pokeball, due to trying to pick a fight with a Kadabra, Wool had come out to hug D.J. for the tenth time that day. When she saw all of the new faces, she freaked and hid behind her, but once she saw some of the gypsy’s dancing, she grew open to them. Most of the ride was spent with D.J. and Wool trying to copy their movements, to which they helped them. D.J. was thankful, and found this dance pretty fun actually.

On the pier, Wool was spinning in circles while D.J. held her hand above her head, and some strange clapping gesture. She knew she had to be serious, but a little fun couldn’t hurt. This stopped when Wool suddenly jumped up and tried to bury herself in D.J. chest. D.J. looked forward and saw Jack with his Lucario mimicking each other, which she found adorable, looking out into the ocean. “It’s ok Wool, it’s just the other arriving.” She said to calm the PokĂ©mon, and then started to walk to the end of the pier to see them. She could understand why Wool would be scared, a haunted looking ship along with a gyarados is odd. She ended up standing beside Jack with Wool now facing the ship, but still trying to hide within her trainer.

“I hope this trip goes smoothly, can’t have another one of my parent’s children dying soon.” She said slightly glibly, and smiled a little bit, and hoped a little bit that Jack at least wasn’t freaked by her humor, unlike Wool who onely moved her head in a ‘I-can’t-believe-you-say-that’ way, letting out a sighed, “Cott..”

Castron Jacruze

Castron's thought was broken by Necro shoot up, feeling his home being threatened. A girl had tried to climb on the ship and the ghost was never one for guests. He picked her up with his palms and his stomach bellowed, letting out a hearty laugh before his trainer came to his side. "What are you doing you oaf?" He shouted making him let the girl down.

Castron looked her over, she didn't seem to look like a thief and even if she was terror isn't any value onboard. "Hello m'lady, why did you choose to intrude on my ship this fine afternoon?" He asked in an elegant voice as he tried to be a gentleman, just as his late mother had intended him to act around strangers, especially sofistocated ladies such as the one who attempted to board his ship.

His oat fluttered in the breeze that picked up to reveal he body suit he had on underneath. His teeth showing a devilish smirk as a few loud creaks of the deck followed behind the girl as a mareep bounded to find her master, a black tricky hat in her mouth which also belonged to her trainer. She shyly ran around the girl and offered the hat to Castron, who accepted it which a small pet on the pokemon a head as he put it on, dusknoir by his side and a mareep at his feet, he didn't look evil... But not good either.

Jyo Chuzunya

Jyo found herself being picked up by a dusknoir, and did the natural thing that anyone finding themselves in a ghost's hands would do: she screamed. Zeik launched himself from the water, joining his trainer on board the ship, an hissing a warning at the dusknoir. Luckily the ghost's trainer was quick to defuse the situation, and Jyo brushed off her dress, as if that would be enough to dry her off. She then corrected her stance, looking more like a proper lady, albeit a bit damp. Jyo would have looked the elegant socialite if not for the fact that she had gone for a swim in a dress, in both her mannerism and polite tone of voice. Now in front of her sat a vaporeon, flicking his tail in open irritation, after all he had tried to warn his trainer, but noooo, she had to go climb up on a ghost ship.

"Well, I saw your boat, and I thought that maybe there would be some ghost types to catch. I suppose I was half correct, as there is in fact at least one ghost on board." She smiled warmly and gave a little curtsy toward the group,"I suppose that means you're heading toward the island, then? I'm Jyo Chuzunya. Since we're heading the same way, I could have one of my friends give you a push?"

Zeik didn't seem to share his trainer's friendliness, opting instead to give the lot a stern glare, as if daring them to try anything. He didn't care, he'd surf the whole ship and sink it. Not that it looked like it would take a lot. Jyo, meanwhile merely gave the grumpy vaporeon a pat on the head,"Excuse my bodyguard, Zeik. He's actually very nice when you get to know him."

Castron glared back at the vaporeon as the girl told him her story. "Ah, Castron Jacryse my dear." He said with a kind smile. "No it's alright, Necro here controls the ship, he just likes to be lazy. " Necro rolled his eye in response and disappeared into the deck, the boat bucking a bit before moving forward, a hazy aura passing behind the ship as they moved. Pillow shrieked a bit and jumped to the nearest source and safeness, the vaporeon.

Pillow jumped under him, whining a bit next to the moist pokemon. She was showin her meek again and Castron silently let out a sigh of pity on her, smiling a bit. "Please excuse Pillow, she's shy and never likes it when she loses her footing. I suppose it would make sense to cling into a fish in the middle of the ocean. " he said chuckling before adjusting his hat slightly. He was trying to get a read on the girl, it seeme she was just as genuine as she appeared from the minor exchanges of the past few minutes but he knew people weren't as they seemed. "So miss Chuzunya..." He said trying to make conversation. "...do you know the sender of the letters?"

Jay Kelavi

Jay's eyes fluttered open and she let out a loud yawn, accidentally waking several of the sleeping Pokemon around her. While Jay wanted nothing more than to flip over an curl back up into Argos' soft fur, she knew that she had to wake up and go meet Castron up on the deck of the ghost ship. So, with a heavy sigh of regret, she sat up and placed the disgruntled Eona, who had been curled up next to Jay's chest, on the ground. Jay looked around the room, making sure that all of her Pokemon that were currently out of the Pokeballs were awake.

Venom, Jay's Toxicroak, had of course woken up at the first sign of movement. He gave a low grumble of acknowledgment and then nodded his head toward Jay. She smiled at him and then looked over to Striker, the Luxray, who was also awake albite a bit groggy and who gave purr as he bowed down like a cat to stretch out his legs. Totem, Jay's Xatu, who seemed to never sleep, sent Jay a quiet, telepathic 'Good morning' before she even had the chance to turn to him. Jay thought back to her Xatu, [i]'Morning, Tote.' With that, Jay stretched her arms out a bit and then began to stand up. Argos did so as well and Jay gave him a loving pat on the neck as he yawned, whilst unintentionally emitting a low growl from his throat.

Seeing that her team was all awake, Jay ushered them out of the room in order for her to get dressed. The last one to pass her on the way out the door was Eona who looked up at Jay with a sleepy expression. Jay bent down and gave the Eevee a scratch behind her fluffy grey ears and then nudged her out the door. Once everyone was out the door, Jay proceeded to get dressed. When she finally emerged from the small room, she was wearing a black tank top, denim shorts, and a flannel shirt that seemed one or two sizes too big for her. As she stepped out to meet her Pokemon who appeared to be waiting for her behind the door, Jay pulled and tugged her long red-brown hair into a messy braid, securing it with a ribbon at the end. As per usual, Eona quickly hopped onto Jay's shoulder as she slowly ascended the stairs of the ship.

Stepping onto the deck, Jay blinked and smiled in the sunshine. Oh how she wished that she could go surfing right now. It was perfect weather for it, after all. Jay looked around the deck of the ship and noticed that at one end of the boat, Castron stood with his back facing her, speaking to a girl whom Jay had never seen before. Although she was curious, Jay ignored this for a moment and went to the other end of the ship. She took out the Pokeballs of her two team members whom she had not released on the ship and proceeded to let Loa, the Lapras, and Empress, the Flygon, out of their Pokeballs. They both said their good morning to Jay in their own way - a flip out of the water from Loa and a large grin and flutter of her wings from Empress. After saying good morning, Loa swam next to the boat while Empress flew alongside the Lapras, keeping each other company. Jay stood there for a moment, watching the two and basking in the sunshine before turned away from the rail. Out of her flannel pocket, she drew a box of toothpicks, stuck one in between her teeth, and began to chew lethargically on it.

Jay looked across the boat and ,seeing Castron and the stranger, remembered her curiosity and began to stroll over to them. While Totem, Venom and Striker stayed near the other end of the deck, Argos felt the need to go meet this stranger, and Eona simply had no desire to jump off of Jay's shoulder. Even with Argos who could most likely rip the girl's head off, Eona still shook slightly on Jay's shoulder. Perhaps it was the intimidating looking male Vaporeon at the girls side, but whatever the case, the fluffy, grey Eevee on Jay's shoulder seemed intrigued and nervous at the same time.

As she came upon the pair, Jay heard Castron ask the girl, "Do you know the sender of the letter?" before she finally came from behind him to stand on his right side. Hearing this, Jay immediately realized what they were talking about and knew that the girl must not be a thief of any other type of threat. Argos came to stand to Jay's right and stayed slightly in front of her out of protective habit as Jay continued to chew carefully on her toothpick. She looked the girl up and down, noticing her elegant but drenched dress. "Who're you?" Jay asked, not give the girl a chance to answer the question Castron had asked. She kept her expression blank and uninterested while speaking, as she normally did, even though she was a bit curious as to who the girl was and why she looked like a drowned princess.

Jyo Chuzunya

"Well, if he gets tired," Jyo indicated Necro,"I'm sure my Aria would be more than happy to play tugboat for a while. We're pretty close, so its not a big deal. She normally only has me to carry."

The vaporeon didn't seem all that crazy about the mareep hiding under him, but rather than chasing her off or leaving her on her own, Zeik curled his tail around Pillow protectively. He didn't seemed bothered by any static that may have collected on the sheep's wool, but he did see fit to chuff his disapproval at Castron in general. He didn't like the guy, looked shifty.

Jyo couldn't help but giggle at the two, especially at Zeik's grumpy expression as he protected the mareep from the terrors of a moving boat. The young woman hadn't had any issue keeping her own footing, apparently used to sailing. Her attention moved back to Castron, trying to read him as he tried to read her, but he didn't really seem like a thief or a thug. In fact, he seemed very polite, though Jyo doubted that Castron had come from a wealthy background like herself. Then again, most people didn't. She started to answer Castron, when another girl stepped up to the conversation, demanding an identity from the 'drowned princess'.

Jyo did her best to not seem offended, though her previous smile had faded,"I am Jyo Chuzunya, only daughter of the Chuzunya estate. I don't know who sent the letter, and to be quite honest, I had hoped that perhaps you did. I only came over here in hopes that this was a real ghost ship, but I suppose finding that I'm not the only one summoned here is just as good." She wasn't so sure about this second person, but then again, not everyone could be polite, right? Still, it rubbed Jyo the wrong way, and her opinion of the girl was already low...though she did have the cutest little eevee on her shoulder...

Castron leaned on the rails of the ship as he talked, a questioning look as neither his partner nor new girl could tell anything of who sent the mysterious letter they were. "Well it seems as if we may be walking into a trap.... Though I'm near certain a lady of your caliber doesn't have a police record. " he said with a small chuckle as he spotted a flame from a nearby ship before it stopped again. "Must be battling. " he muttered to where Necro moved a bit faster towards the island.

"I suggest we go on the island together with you, me, and princess. " he said with the smallest of chortles. Where as the ship calming down Pullow slowly started to move from the comfort of her new friend, laying beside him and knuckling her head into his neck, his wet body letting out a bit of static from the wool on her tiny body. "Meeeep" she exclaimed as she jumped back, wanting to play with her "new friend".

Jack Robin

Jack raised an eyebrow slightly at D.J. He honestly had no idea how to respond, and he hardly had time when she took out her chandelure. He was so beautiful. And then the flamethrower. Gosh. Amazing. Jack watched the flames rise into the air, the slightest gleam of amazement in his eyes though the rest was neutral. He was cut from his amazement at D.J. talking again. It took a moment for it to sink in what she had said. "That would be quite horrid indeed." Jack said, his eyes on the flames before they stopped.

Jack was quiet for a moment, watching the ship ahead and trying to see as to what it shall do. Then it donned. They either didn't notice it or just passed it off as a battle or something. Jack then went back to the last thing and said something else. "Let's hope neither of us die this journey." He then thought and thought about how they could possibly get the boats attention.

"Ooh! Have Meme use thunderbolt on the ship! Yeah! That will defiantly get their attention!" Ricardo said, obviously getting a little excited. "No, we can't do that." Jack replied. "But maybe you can do whatever you do to talk to me to talk to them?" What an idea. What an idea. It's so crazy it may just work. Ricardo nodded and stepped forward, focusing on one of the auras above the ship. As he focused, his eyes closed and he began speaking to the holder of the aura. "Greetings, holder. I am Ricardo. Look over to shore and you shall see the others who were to embark on this journey together with you." Short and sweet introduction and direction to whomever was the holder of the aura. Ricardo was sure the holder was a human, but it was possible it could be a Pokemon.

Jyo Chuzunya

Zeik shook himself off once Pillow left his side, resetting his stance to look a little more like a bodyguard again. He seemed mildly confused by the mareep's playfulness, but only for a moment before he decided to hop around the other pokemon with a playfulness of his own. This of course completely shattered the serious nature he was trying to portray, showing that he actually preferred to be a little bit silly.

The rich girl chuckled at the pair's antics for a moment, with a light shrug. She was just glad they were getting along. It was then Jyo seemed to notice the other ship for the first time as a plume of violet fire was shot into the sky, while Castron spoke,"I was thinking the same thing about the trap, but I'm not sure what they have in mind. If its our pokemon they want, I'm sure that you're willing to fight as hard as I will." She shot a smile back at the other trainers before sending her gyarados out again,"Princess, huh? Actually I think its a sig-"

Jyo cut off, her eyes wide as she heard a voice in her mind, her attention jerking back to the other ship,"....Aria, shoot a fire blast into the sky, please. I think I was right about the signal thing...."

The gyarados looked a little worried about her trainer's expression, but obliged, firing a kanji-shaped blast of flame into the sky so that the other ship would be able to see it as they neared the shore.

Jay Kelavi

Jay gave the girl a discreet once over as she spoke, "I am Jyo Chuzunya, only daughter of the Chuzunya estate." Although Jay didn't really like the girl's tone, she kept any annoyed emotion off of her face as the girl continued, "I don't know who sent the letter, and to be quite honest, I had hoped that perhaps you did. I only came over here in hopes that this was a real ghost ship, but I suppose finding that I'm not the only one summoned here is just as good."

Jay chuckled quietly and then spoke in a quiet voice, "But this is a real ghost ship, ain't it?"

However, Jay's sarcastic comment was lost as Castron "Well it seems as if we may be walking into a trap.... Though I'm near certain a lady of your caliber doesn't have a police record." Jay could have snorted in exasperation at her traveling partner's politeness toward the girl, but she kept to herself and settled for a small upward twitch of her mouth.

It was at this moment, Jay noticed a little ways off, a burst of flame coming from another ship. Although he showed no sign of emotion, Jay could feel Argos' muscles tense at the sight. Whether it was from excitement of a battle - which Jay doubted - or worry that there might be some danger, Jay didn't know, but she felt the ship push on a bit faster and Argos' muscles began to relax a bit.

At this time, Jay heard Totem speak to her telepathically, 'I sense that those trainers are trying to get our attention-' This mental message had clearly also been sent to Argos, seeing as the huge dog-like Pokemon turned to glare at the psychic bird and gave a low, rumbling growl, cutting off his message. Jay also turned to the Xatu who still stood on the other end of the ship, and sent him back a quick mental message 'Sorry, but that's their problem, Tote. We're better off not getting involved'

After that the bird fell silent and Jay felt bad for completely dismissing the Xatu. However, Jay's attention was quickly turned back to Castron as he suggested that the three of them travel together to the island. Jay did not miss Castron calling the girl a 'princess' as Jay had in her mind only moments ago. Again, she wanted to chortle alongside Castron, but instead she simply continued gnawing on the bit of wood between her teeth.

Jay suddenly realized that Eona was hopping from shoulder to shoulder, watching the Vaporeon and the Mareep playing. Jay looked at the grey Eevee and furrowed her brow. Eona seemed to have more of a calculating expression rather than a playful one. As Eona jumped to Jay's right shoulder, Jay quickly brought her shoulder up to get the Eevee's attention. "What's the matter, E?" Jay whispered so that only Eona could hear.

Eona looked at Jay with a furrowed brow and then pointed one small paw to the Vaporeon who had stopped playing for only a moment. Jay nodded solemnly, understanding what her tiny partner was saying. "I know, E. We'll figure it out someday though. Don't worry," Jay whispered back to her. Eona looked at Jay and nodded with a small, sad smile on her tiny face. Eona was always jealous whenever she saw one of her evolutions. They were all so happy and comfortable in their own skin and yet, after all this time, neither Eona nor Jay knew what she should be evolved into.

Their bonding moment was abruptly cut off as the new girl - Jyo was it? - told her Gyarados to send up a signal with his flamethrower. Jay felt Argos tense again at her side. The Arcanine was already nervous from being on a boat for so long, all these added flamethrowers and possible battles only had him rigid. Jay looked over at Jyo with a questioning look. The girl's eyes where wide and she was staring directly at the other boat. Maybe, Jay thought, this girl was a little bit on the crazy side. However, Jay gave a quick glance over at Castron and quickly realized that she was already traveling with a crazy person. What harm would one more crazy person be? Hey, maybe the person on the other boat was crazy as well.

Jay chuckled at her own thoughts, but then heard Totem say in her head, 'JDo not judge these people. Maybe their seeming insanity is the reason you have come to this island.

Jay's snorted and rolled her eyes at her wisest Pokemon. However, she then remembered what Castron had said about the invitation possibly being a trap. She looked over at her traveling partner and cocked her head slightly to one side. "Hey, Cast, if you think this is a trap, why're we going in the first place?" Jay asked. Her question made Argos tense even more at her side. Although the loyal Arcanine would never leave his trainer's side, that did not mean that he had to like the idea of going to some strange island with all of these strange people.

Castron smirked as the fire rose from the mouth of the beast, followed by a question from his companion. "Hey, Cast, if you think this is a trap, why're we going in the first place?" A small chuckle emptied his gullet and he adjusted his coat. "Because my dear, if it truly is a trap then we can defeat them and be done with the people looking for us. Even so I'm more powerful with two lovely women around me." he said with a toothy grin of sarcasm to his traveling buddy.

He tossed out a pokeball which unleashed his chatot. His shiny red feathers glinting against the sunlight as he adjusted his eye-patch, perched on the railing. "Pirate, go over there and tell whoever's sending the signal to come over here, and ask them why they're here. Then, report to me. Now what will you tell them?" "Follow our ship, why are you here, report back to Castron." "Good boy" he said before shooing his bird away, who took flight immediately.

Pirate soared the small distance to the ship, enjoying the salty waves under him before landing on the boat. "Follow our ship, why are you here, report back to Castron." he said to the boy and girl, chirping a small song before starting back to the ghost ship, leaving a small black feather on the head of the boy, twirling and rolling mid air.

D.J. was proud of Hangly for many reasons, but currently it was for the job he was doing. He wasn’t a morning PokĂ©mon, and she respected that, but here he was giving a large show to try and impress some specks of the horizon. When he paused for a second to recharge, D.J. noticed something happening. The Gyarados was using flamethrower back at them. It was hardly noticeable for a second, before it got large. ‘Good Arcesus, that is a powerful PokĂ©mon’ She thought and then wondered how Gyarados could use those moves, it was water and flying type, although she had thought it was dragon for the longest time. Maybe it was a mismatching or something. She shrugged it off.

When she heard Jack say he hoped neither of them died on this trip, she shrugged again. “Well, I hoped the same, but who knows. If I do die though, I’m coming back and haunting whoever did it.” She said sternly before going back to her neutral expression.

She stood there with Hangly now starting to go lower, ad she put him back in his ball to rest, he did a lot of fire. Suddenly, a tiny thing started to come towards them. After a while, in which she whistled the tune, “Ride of the Valkyries”, I tiny shiny Chatot came up to them. When it was far from ear shot, but somewhat close, it began to talk, "Follow our ship, why are you here, report back to Castron." And then paused and then started saying it again. “This thing is getting on my nerves.” She thought to herself, and then turned to Jack.

“If this thing doesn’t shut up soon, I’ll be having Chatot steak for dinner.” Loud enough for the bird to hear and stop talking. She looked around and saw that the boat on which they traveled on was now empty, the gypsy having gone somewhere to pray or something. She had no way of operating a boat, and something told her neither did Jack. She reflexively put her hands in front of her in a rather regal manner, noticing this after a minute or so, she pulled them away, and threw Shiva’s pokeball. The large Walrus PokĂ©mon let out a “WAL!” As it looked to be stretching. She turned back to Jack, “Shiva’s the only thing large enough to carry us to that boat with the gypsy’s gone. You record a message to my future dinner and send it back while I get Shiva ready, ok?” She said and then noticed how she talked.

She was bossy, she knew that, Jack might have a plan better than hers, but she couldn’t help it, she was bossy. ‘Some princess left in me, it looks like.’ She thought to herself and chuckled slightly. “Shiva, can you take us to that ship over there?” She said, Shiva looked out and pulled her fin in an ‘aye-aye captian’ manner, and waddled up to the water. D.J. got on top of Shiva her legs on either side, and then realized the only way for Jack to get on was behind her and put his arms around her to not fall out. ‘Awkward
But who cares, this is an adventure! She thought and waited for her companion to join her.

Jack Robin

Ricardo clapped his hands together at the response of the flamethrowing from the other ship. It'd be right to say he felt accomplished, even if he might had made someone feel a little crazy. Jack felt proud, not only of Ricardo but of D.J. and her commanding of her chandelure as well. Jack stood quietly for a moment as Ricardo did his thing, sending a quick message back to the one he had contacted before. "Thank you very much. And who's this?" He was cut off by a chatot flying directly in front of the aura Ricardo was following. "Well, hell-" Was sent from Ricardo to the bird as he locked on to his aura.

Jack looked at the bird-like Pokemon, his face completely void of expression. The chotot started to repeat and D.J. made a comment about having chatot steak dinner. Jack, though he honestly saw the humor in that, just gave her a blank look and a slightly raised eyebrow. He then looked back at the bird then looked around. All the gypsy's were gone. They probably went off to brew up some protection spells or some shit like that. Like Jack even has an idea of what gypsy's spend their time doing. Now how are they suppose to get to the ghost ship?

Well, D.J. answered that in a rather bossy and forceful way while adding something about...dinner? Okay then. Jack, yet again raised an eyebrow at her. It wasn't a bad plane, really. He just didn't want to get wet. "Guess you're just going to have to hold on." Ricardo said to Jack and Jack shot him a slight glare. He took out Ricardo's ball that he hardly uses, as Ricardo is usually the one to be out, and put Ricardo back in his ball. He walked up to where D.J. and her walrein were. He paused for a moment and let out a sigh, thinking to himself 'If I fall, I swear to Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina; I'm pulling her done with me.' an other sigh and he got behind her, straddling the walrein.

Jack slowly and tightly pulled himself close to D.J. 'Yeah, this isn't awkward at all. Not awkward at all.' He, through all this awkwardness, was still able to keep up his facade of emotionless. Part of him wished he hadn't put Ricardo back in his ball, but if he hadn't one of them surely would have fell off. Or at least the walrein would have to make a second trip. Jack now held onto D.J. and waited for take off. Awkward and utter take off.

D.J. sat on Shiva, resting her head onto the PokĂ©mon’s head, and talking to her in a whisper. While doing that, she rubbed her fat some, and if D.J. wasn’t on her, she’d roll over like a dog and want her stomach rubbed. “I don’t know Shiv, I mean this trip is cool and all, but I guess I am just wondering what I’ll find.” ‘Rien
’ She said moaning into the rub, “Of course, I know I like to explore, but I guess I am a little homesick, odd right Shiv?” ‘Wal.’ “Yea, and of course there is Jack, I mean he is kinda weird with his emotions, but who am I to talk, although he does have some goo-“ She was caught off when she heard him put Ricardo back in his ball, and she straightened up.

When he got behind her and grabbed behind her, she knew this was probably a bad idea. But she couldn’t wuss out now, that would bring more awkwardness later. So instead, she said, “Alright, welcome to the SS Shiva, in the event we fall off, she will only save me, sorry.” She said with a sad voice, but then kicked at her sides to get a move on, and Shiva began to trot to the ocean.

The first minute was alright with Shiva just getting out into the current, although her feet got wet, as did her shoes, but she was wearing shorts, so only her legs got wet. “Hope you don’t have anything valuable in your pants.” She said, and then realized the double meaning of that, and mentally slapped herself. The next leg of the trip, Shiva started to buck in the current to go faster, causing them to rub awkwardly against one another and to bounce slightly. “Cool it Shiva, you aren’t a rodeo bull!” She said, and she did calm, but they still bucked, which didn’t help the situation AT ALL.

When they started to get close to the ship, she noticed the Gyarados was looking at them. She didn’t know too much about this kind, but she knew they were a force to be reckoned with. She kicked Shiva’s sides again, ordering her to stop, and they floated around twenty feet away from the boat. “Ahoy!” She yelled at the ship, and then twisted her neck slightly to face the wet boy. “Ok, Jack. These are your people, hopefully. Use some of that charm to get us aboard. Oh yea, I was kidding about her only saving me, just in case this goes badly.” She said happily, and then leaned down to put her face back on Shiva’s head, giving him a full view of the ship.

Castron smirked as his bird returned, perching himself on his shoulder and biting at his ear. "Stop it Scallywag" he said lightly to where the chatot began to yell avast while taking off and flying around the ship. "I swear that bird has some kind of problem...maybe I should get him checked...again" He then was stopped in his tracks by as he saw a pokemon near the water. "Ah, hello down there lady and gentleman!" he said cheerfully as Necro slowly faded in behind him, trying to appear as menacing as possible.

Castron grabbed his pokeballs to throw out duchess but found his remaining balls were empty except for his Golem who has almost always in, where he preferred to be on a tiny ship like this. "DOZER" he shouted, knowing the behemoth of a pokemon slept on the bottom floor. The beast simply rammed at the wall, making a large hole in the side of the ship though above the water enough to not let any in on him or the steel bird before going back to sleep. "Just walk in there if you wouldn't mind." he said before turning to Necro, motioning him with a smiple nod to fix the hole once they were in.

Jack Robin

Jack stayed quiet the whole trip to the ghost ship. Things were awkward enough without talking. And the second thing D.J. says makes things a hell of a lot more awkward. It caught Jack off guard, causing his eyes to widen slightly and nearly fall off the damn whale! Okay, it's nat a whale, it's a walrus Pokemon, but same difference. Upon almost falling, Jack held tighter to D.J., his arms wrapped around her middle. He kept a blank calm look on his face, but inside he was thinking 'too damn close, too damn close...'. After a while, it wasn't so bad.

Until the damned bucking started. Oh, the bucking! Jack's never held anyone so tight. The only emotion shown kn his face was his wide eyes. He actually found himself hoping to fall into the water. At least he wouldn't have the embarishment of needed to face D.J. until after they were on solid land and not all grinding each other like this. It did make him feel better though when she asked Shiva to stop being a rodeo bull. That was funny and she calmed down. When they drew close to the ship, Jack was happy. He felt like how the Israelites would have felt if they ever made it to the promised lands.

Jack was all about letting D.J. do the talking. He'd think she'd have an easier time getting them on the ship than himself. But, alas, she left it for him. How noble. With a sigh, he was about to yell up but before he could some guy with yellow hair yelled down to them then to a Pokemon who had made a gaping hole in the side of the ship. Odd. Jack raised an eyebrow at the guy who then told them to walk in the hole. Jack nodded. Once closed enough for the hole, the stepped in first, taking a look around. He didn't want D.J. to get hurt of caught if the crew above had any ideas. He then proceeded to help D.J. "Here, let me help you, take my hand." He said, holding a hand out to her.

Jyo Chuzunya

Jyo stifled the urge to roll her eyes at Castron and his sarcasm, her attention remaining on the other ship as she was contacted again. It seemed like the word of thanks was cut short, likely thanks to the chatot that was sent that way. Soon after the noisy bird's return, it seemed like there was movement on the other ship and soon someone approached though it seemed like they were having a hard ride. Jyo had never realized that the waves were so harsh in the area, as she had always ridden on Aria's head. She guessed there was something to be said for a large pokemon. It probably helped that this was always with Zeik leading the way and breaking the waves too.

The massive gyarados known as Aria growled at the approaching group, only to calm only a moment later when Jyo gave an indignant "Hush!" in the sea monster's direction. Aria merely huffed and did her best impression of a sad puppy toward her trainer, which probably looked hilarious to anyone who didn't know the gyarados. Zeik broke off his game with the mareep in order to eye the new arrivals as well, though he didn't get the chance to begin hissing and growling, as Jyo patted him on the head with a word of,"Easy."

A hole was made for the two in the water to climb aboard, so Jyo decided to offer a little help,"Aria, be a dear and help out guests aboard, please."

As requested, the gyarados lowered her head, becoming a stable pathway to the ghost ship.

"So, I take it one of you is a psychic?" Jyo looked between the two, but neither of them looked like anyone she had met in Lavender Town, or anywhere else for that matter.

Jay Kelavi

Unlike the new girl, Jay did not attempt to stifle an eye roll. Although, nor could she stifle a small exasperated grin that appeared on her face at Castron's comment. Jay leaned to her side and whispered so that only Argos could hear, "We'll see how far beauty'll go for this chick, eh?" Jay straightened herself as her Arcanine gave a huffed laugh and she couldn't help herself from doing the same.

Jay leaned over the rail and looked down at the ocean to see that Loa was now swimming on this side of the boat alongside Jyo's Gyarados while Empress flew slightly ahead of Loa. Jay offhandedly heard Castron telling his Chatot to fly over to the other boat, but she was too caught up with the warm ocean breeze to really pay the bird mind as it flew off over the ocean.

Jay only snapped back to reality as the small bird came swooping back to perch on Castron's shoulder. She chuckled as the bird pestered him a bit before flapping away from his trainer. With that, Argos suddenly put his paws up on the railing, puffed his chest fur out, and was growling lowly at an approaching figure. Jay nearly jumped at his menace before she looked out over the ocean, finally catching sight of the Walrein and its two riders.

As the two humans and the Pokemon continued to move closer to the ghost ship, Jay began to stroke Argo's puffed fur. He was clearly not in the mood for these strangers or the possible danger they could bring, but after a moment, Jay was able to calm his nerves a bit despite the fact that he still looked displeased. The two riders stopped near the boat and Jay was finally able to see that it was a girl and a boy aboard the Walrein. The girl yelled up to the three of them who were on board and Castron immediately answered, ordering his Aagron below deck to rip a hole in the side of the boat. Loa leaped with surprise at the sudden action and began to swim a bit faster. Jay rolled her eyes at this, thinking the whole ordeal was both strange and unnecessary, but she opted to keep her mouth shut.

As Jyo ordered her Gyarados to make a pathway for the two strangers, Empress, the Flygon, finally noticed the fiasco happening behind her. Realizing that she was about to miss the arrival of two stranger to the ship, Empress fell back and began to circle several yards above the head of the Gyarados, keeping an eye on the two humans just in case they were not as friendly as they had claimed.

As the two boarded the ship, Argos began to growl once more. He was not happy with the first stranger whom they had come upon -Jyo- and was much less happy about two more strangers. Jay understood this and smoothed his fluffed fur once more; however, this time, the Arcanine continued to give a deep, throaty growl as the two boarded.

The had that Jay kept a Argos neck vibrated from his rumbling as she spoke to him in a low voice, "Fine. You win. Just don't do anything rash, okay?" However, Argos did not nod or even acknowledge his trainers words. Jay gave a deep sigh and shook her head. On her shoulder, Eona gave a quiet mew and Jay looked over to see that the Eevee was also vibrating slightly from Jay's shaking shoulder. Jay gave a dry chuckle and moved Eona to the other shoulder where she seemed a bit happier - although she was still unhappy with the fact that Argos seemed so unfriendly to the new strangers.

Jay gave a quick look around at Castron, Jyo, and the strange yet powerful multitude of Pokemon around the ship and shook her head, mentally preparing herself for the pair of new faces and strange personalities.
