"Welcome everybody! I'm glad that you all managed to come. Well, perhaps some others didn't but I'm sure you'll be enough to go exploring, we don't want an over-populated island! Anyhow, incase you haven't read the letter, my name is Doctor Amanda Wright, and yes, I'm actually an adult! Anyhow. The point in this trip, is to find the source of a pretty awkward radiation, which comes from the island. And perhaps to catch new pokèmon friends!" Said a young girl. By the looks, she could've been concidered a sixteen-year-old, but claiming that she was an adult, there was nothing to argue about. She was pretty tiny, with long brown hair, tied in two ponytails. Appearantly, she was the leader of this project, and despite her happy-being, perhaps she could be very hot-headed when she needed to be.

The girl began talking again. "While we are on this flight, please make yourselves and your pokèmon comfortable. This may be a unique chance to get to know your partners better, and perhaps even make friends. Now, I believe that in the letter that you've recieved, you haven't yet been told about your partner, and your room mates. So, let me do a briefing." She took a journal and flipped through the pages.

"Here it is." She muttered, then turned the microphone on again. "Alrighty! So, first of all, once we arrive to the island, you shall be excorted to the Research Camp, so you should know your room number, and room mates. The rooms you will be staying at are on the second floor, but we'll get to a more detailed explanation once we're there."

It almost sounded like the girl would never get to the point. Although, she actually began reading the list which she had. "In room 201, we have Juno Ross, Jacob Monroe, and Drake Moulderan. In room 202, we have Inu Buttons, Kaltia Vipline and Cassie Smith. In room 203, we have Kyle Steely, Ryone Yami and Clyde Coppersmith. And finally, in room 204, we have Samantha Blackstone, Kay Grayson and Jade Hawk." Doctor Amanda said, then she flipped through the pages of the journal again.

"As for the pairs. We paired everyone up by their trainer skills, so basically, rookies go with expirienced trainers. But being paired up with a certain person, doesn't mean you can't form a group with another pair. That may come in useful in your travels. Anyhow! The first pair is, Ryone Yami and Drake Moulderan. Then we have, Inu Buttons and Juno Ross. Cassie Smith and Kyle Steely. Jade Hawk and Jacob Monroe. Kay Grayson and Klyde Coppersmith, and Samantha Blackstone with Kaltia Vipline." She said and closed the journal.

"This flight is a great opportunity to meet your partners and roomies, and get to know eachother better, so you wont have problems during your travels! The snack trolley will pass soon, so don't go starving to death. Once we're all off, you'll have to follow me to the camp. There, you will be given all the equiptment you might need, and also a key to your room. Thank you for your attention." The woman said, and walked off.


Samantha hadn't payed much attention to Doctor Amanda Wright, as she was too busy inspecting the pairs list the trainers had been given. "Wow... We're many.." She muttered in a monotone voice, her bangs slightly covering her eyes as she looked down at the paper. "Hmm.. I wonder who this, Kaltia Vipline is. I've heard of some trainers which are on this plane.. And if I'm not wrong, one of them is a gym leader.. And another is a professional trainer." She blinked, and looked out the window.

She could see the sea, but not island. "How much longer do we have to fly...?" She muttered silently, then shrugged. The girl's gaze turned towards some other trainers on the plane. She was trying to locate her said partner, but she didn't how the girl even looked like.

Samantha yawned and leaned back in her seat, taking out her pokedex as she began playing around with it. Suddenly, she felt one of her pokeballs bounce around in her bag. She frowned and took it out, but almost an instant afterwards, her pokèmon, Gretta the Banette came flying out. "H-hey come back here!" Samantha snarled at the pokèmon, which almost instantly landed on her shoulder.

"You can't wait to get started with the exploring, huh? Too be honest, I'm not so enthausiastic about it, but I'm kind of curious..." She told her, patting the Banette gently. "Anyhow, I want a snack. Do you want anything?" She asked, poing the pokèmon's nose.

Jacob sat near the front of the plane, munching on a snack he had just grabbed from the trolley. Sitting beside him, his Gengar munched on something as well, a large smile stuck to its face. The pokemon finished its food rather quickly, soon turning to Jacob for more. Jacob glanced down to Gengar, a little in disbelief. "You're still hungry? I swear Gengar, you're the reason I can never get in a full meal." The pokemon merely laughed and hopped in its chair, eagerly awaiting more. Jacob laughed a bit, handing it the rest of his snack. Delighted, the pokemon flopped back down into its seat and began munching away once more. Jacob had listened to Dr. Wright's little speech, and was rather curious as to who this Jade person was. As he began to glance around the plane's cabin, he felt a tingling vibration coming from his pocket. His PokeNav, which he thought was turned off, hummed repeatedly until he pressed a button.

A muffled voice echoed in from the other side, with a slightly frantic tone. Jake! Where are you?! We've been looking for you for hours now!! "Tsk...I already told you guys I was going to this island for some research!" He shouted, an annoyed look on his face. But there's some trainer here who wants to battle you! "Really?" Jacob was a little more surprised then happy. For the past couple of months, the Kanto has had very few trainers who have gotten past the seventh gym. "Blaine must finally be softening up." He joked, leaning back in his chair. Yeah, so we need you back here. Like now. "What did I just say!" Even more annoyed then he'd like, Jacob hit a second button, ending the call and shoving his PokeNav back into his pocket. Gengar, who had finished eating, stared at the Gym leader with a rather wanting expression. "Are you still hungry?!!" Gengar, its smile growing bigger, nodded in excitement. "Unbelievable.."

Jade Hawk

Jade slipped a peanut to the bubbly Shinx on her lap. It was abnormally small, even for a pokémon that was supposed to be tiny anyway. Shinx happily ate the peanut, then tugged the bag out of Jade's hands. The trainer hardly noticed. She was too busy wondering what kind of person her research partner, Jacob Monroe, would be. The name sounded familiar. Really familiar. She finally realized her Shinx had stolen her peanuts. "Shinx!" she hissed and grabbed for the pokémon, but missed. Shinx bounded away, down the aisle, the package of peanuts in her small jaws. Jade sighed. Normaly, she'd have Luxio or Luxray track down and return the spunky Shinx, but Jade didn't want to cause a scene and rile up Shinx more. 

Grumbling under her breath, she strode down the aisle after her peppy responsibility. It bounced about, clearly enjoying the "game" they were  apparently playing, though Jade didn't feel that way. Realizing that her trainer was closing in, the small Shinx hopped onto the lap of the closest person, a blond-haired young man accompanied by a Gengar. Jade's cheeks flushed red. She didn't want another person involved in the antics of her uncontrollable pokémon. She sighed and finally snatched Shinx up, off the stranger's lap. Shinx's four-pointed star tipped tail wagged happily. Jade grumbled into one of her pokémon's ears. "Shinx, stop disturbing people. Your embarrassing. What does it take to get you to settle down? In response, Shinx purred and rubbed her head against Jade's neck. Flustered, Jade inclined her head to the young man and said, "Eh... Sorry about that... She's rowdy."

Drake Moulderan

Drake sat in his seat with his Teddiursa asleep in his lap and him reading the list of pairs and room numbers " So room 1 and pair 1 easy enough to remember so my partner is Ryone Yami " the name sounded somewhat familiar to him but he ignored it and turned his attention to his Pokemon "Ok lets see " he counted the balls on the inside of his jacket " 1,2,3,4,5,6 yup that's all of them including " he rubbed the head of his Teddiursa as he awoke" Tweets" all of his Pokemon were energetic and brave except for Tweets Drake found him being attacked by a pack of Houndoom when he Drake stepped in and defeated them ever since then the small pokemon has never left his side. Not being much a battler Drake spoiled him to where he had turned lazy and babyish .

He pulled a pouch out of his bag with a large array of berries inside although they were for Pokemon Drake loved them . He handed a chesto to Tweets then started to bite on a leppa berry himself. He wanted to get off the plane and sleep in a bed or at least a tree oh how he loved to sleep outdoors. He ate just about a third of his beryy when his Pokemon grabbed it out of his hand and devoured it " You little gut" he rubbed his friends head and lulled him to sleep .

He couldn't wait to land he loved to explore , battle , maybe make some new friends. He was a bit strange in human terms but in terms of a Pokemon he was perfectly normal . He learned these thing in the forest he had spent his first few years being raised by his parents until they vanished no ones sure but all that's left is Drake's father's ring which Drake wears to this day. He was raised by two Pokemon his Blastoise and Grovyle which acted as his guardians until age 7 when he was found and taken into civilization it was because of this he could talk to Pokemon in a way which they could relate to each other. This allowed him to befriend many Pokemon but he has only captured the most loyal and brave. He hated people who treated Pokemon as tools and we hateful to their Pokemon. There were some downsides of being raised a Pokemon he was very awkward around other people especially women he hated himself for that.

He watched a Banette fly out of it's ball and he let out a small laugh as the trainer tried to get it then he looked down at his own Pokemon . " Wonder when were " he continued to pet his friend.

Pulling a half eaten snack of food out of Gengar's mouth, Jacob sighed a little. The Gengar, now upset it had lost its meal, moved over to the window and stared outside. Sighing, Jacob turned around just as a Shinx hopped into his lap. Before he could say anything, it was scooped up by a younger looking trainer. Eh... Sorry about that... She's rowdy. He laughed a little, shaking his head. "Don't worry about it." His Gengar, picking up the scent of another pokemon, turned and stared at the shinx curiously. "Alright buddy, I think you've had enough free time." Grabbing one of the pokeballs in a bag that laid at his feet, he pointed it towards Gengar as the pokemon glowed a light red and faded into the ball. Placing it back into the bag, he'd pull out another pokeball. "Your turn." A white light erupted from the tool, shaping into the form of his Umbreon. The pokemon took a short glance around before happily jumping to an empty seat across the aisle and laying down. Looking back to the girl, he smiled a bit. "Care to sit?" He asked, nodding to the now empty chair beside him. "I'm Jacob. Jacob Monroe."

In room 203, we have Kyle Steely, Ryone Yami and Clyde Coppersmith. Doctor Amanda said, then she flipped through the pages of the journal again. Kay Grayson and Clyde Coppersmith." She said and closed the journal. Clyde looked up with a smile as heard about his roommate and partner. He was very excited to meet them all, but also a bit of shyness creep up on him. "This could be a lot of fun." Cheerfully he cleaned his glasses of dust particles as he placed them back on the bridge of his nose.

Clyde began to look around to see who might be his new roommates and partner when he felt two pokeballs began to move. He was about to grab them when two pokemon shot out from his pokeballs. Unsure who it was until he heard two very familiar cries. "FLAREON! FLAAFY!" The two called out as Koby his male Flareon instantly flung himself to Clyde's face. "Ack! Koby! No stop it!" Clyde said as he attempted to pull the overly hyper Flareon off of his face but with no success. Bells, his Flaafy, on the other hand began cuddling Clyde and bleating happily. It never failed for him these two pokemon absolutely loved Clyde maybe a little to much.

Juno Ross

Juno frowned and leaned his head against the window. His Absol sat in the seat beside him, gazing about their surroundings. Juno reached out without tearing his gaze from the window and stroked the fur on Absol's back. He wouldn't admit it, but Absol was his favorite. It was his first pokémon, and the one that understood him and his feelings the most. 

Juno contemplated what the future could hold. Right now, he was bored. Hell, the only reason he accepted the offer in the first place was because he was bored. How could it get worse? 

His partner. That's how. For all he knew, the person, Inu Buttons whatever kind of name that was, could be a freaky emo kid. Or a nerdy know-it-all. Or worse, a flowery, happy, "sunshine" child. Dear God, he wouldn't be able to handle that. He groaned inwardly and held his face in his free hand. Absol, sensing his trainer's distress, nudged Juno's head. Juno sighed, patted Absol, and went back to staring out the window. 

Jade Hawk

Jade smiled her thanks and sat next to the young man. "I'm Jacob. Jacob Monroe." Her eyes widened slightly. "Oh," she said, sticking out her hand while firmly cradling Shinx in the other. "I guess that means we're partners. I'm Jade Hawk. Nice to meet you, Jacob." Jade was surprised at herself. She wasn't usually this friendly. Certainly not to a stranger. Oh well. Better start late than never. Besides, they were going to be partners. First impressions mattered, although her Shinx had almost botched hers. 

Drake Moulderan


He watched as the Clyde as his pokemon burst out and jumped him. Drake laughed a little and his Teddiursa woke up and looked then went to sleep again. "Hey dude you okay over there " he knew this was just playing but he sensed something different about their aura he had a sort of sixth sense when it came to Pokemon and they seemed to have a strong fighting style but on the outside looked like a couple soft baby Pokemon. "I'm Drake by the way and you are ? "

Kay Grayson

Kay hated people, well most people, and so naturally she had positioned herself in the seat furthest from the highest concentration of trainers on the plane. That seat, coincidentally was also the closest to the bathroom, a blessing if there is going to be any turbulence, but a curse if any of the kids she was looking at had forgotten to use the restroom before taking off. She listened to the doctor for her room number, 204, and her partner, a boy named Clyde Coppersmith. She didn't know to whom she should offer introductions, so she figured it would be best to wait for him to introduce himself first. He was the boy, after all.

She turned her head to the window. The clouds looked like a cushion of white, and every once in a while, one of the rarer high-altitude pokemon could be spotted in the distance. She thought about why she accepted this offer in the first place. No pay, spending the whole trip with a bunch of punks, and having to listen to an annoying doctor? Compounding that onto her fear of flying, one could barely hazard a guess as to why she'd chosen to accept. The truth is that she couldn't pass up an opportunity to explore a new place and get the chance to test herself against whatever challenges lay in waiting. She'd taken two elite four challenges and had collected 22 gym badges. It had started to get repetitive, so why not do something new?

She turned back to the group. Most of them had at least one pokemon out, playing with the others or sniffing around. Kay elected not to let them out, although they probably didn't want to. Grunt, her Aggron, was much too large and would likely injure most of the others just by walking. Jet the Arcanine and Spooks the Gengar don't like anyone but her anyway. Null, her Lucario, was antisocial by nature. And of course, Vette and Chill, her Flygon and Walrein, respectively, would be much to large and unwieldy in the confines of an airplane. Instead of subjecting her pokemon and all the other trainers to that torture, she kept quiet, at a distance, and hoped no one was feeling sociable to her today.

"Oh, well that's a nice surprise. It's nice to meet you as well." Jacob smiled once more, glancing over to Umbreon before returning his attention to Jade. She didn't look that old, he guessed maybe fifteen or sixteen. "So then, why are you heading for the island? If you don't mind me asking. I personally wanted to get away from home. It's been a while since I've gone on any kind of trip. But sadly it seems home isn't too fond of my departure." Reaching into his pocket, Jacob pulled out his rumbling PokeNav once more. Without bothering to check who was calling, he switched it off and dropped it into his bag. You'd think they would know how to run a gym. After all, they're there every day. An annoyed expression fell over Jacob's face as he continued to lose himself in thought.

Samantha couldn't help but to stretch her legs, and get away from the crowd for a bit. It became a bit too loud for her, but she expected it to become worse, so she had to keep her nerves together. She sighed and stood up, making her way towards the restroom.

She was several steps away from it, as she noticed a woman sitting alone. She smirked at her un-enthausiastic impression and came up. "Not so fond of the flight, I see." She said in a monotone voice, then to notice that she didn't have any pokèmon out either. "And not a fan of letting your pokèmon out during the flight. If it weren't for the persistance of some of my pokèmon, I would be the same. Glad I'm not the only dark person around here."

Samantha gave a brief nod, before looking back towards the restroom. Her eyes, un-intentionally landing on the staff-room door. "Well now, I have a bit of sneaking to do. Sorry for disturbing." She said almost sarcastically, showing the woman a weak smile, before making her way towards the door.

In the meanwhile, her Banette, decided to have some fun like the other pokèmon, and had abandoned Samantha half way. In reality, actually, the ghost pokèmon had decided to creep someone out, and her target was a rather grumpy looking boy with an Absol. The pokèmon smirked, and silently landed on the boy's head.

Samantha, on other hand, had already managed to sneak inside. The room was empty, and by the looks of it, there were no cameras. "Pity.." She said, then closed the door behind her, silently. She looked around the room, it seemed rather comfortable, but was kind of breezy, as expected.

On a desk in the corner of the room, which appeared to be Doctor Wright's work desk, was laying a rather large file. As a human instinct, Samantha couldn't help but to know what was inside. Could be something the scientists didn't want to tell them. Or, just plain old information which Samantha could regret reading. But the thoughts didn't scare her, actually, she still made her way towards the file, slowly opening it to peek at the content.

Kaltia Vipline

If a human newborn was any type of work that kept you up nights for everything, then a baby abra was a walk in the park when it slept for most of the day. Kaltia slouched in her chair, scrambling a rubix cube for the little psychic type in the seat next to her. She was a new "mother" of a sort, the egg that the abra was in only hatching only a week earlier and had latched on to her and her hydreigon as it's mothers. Not that she minded though, only being awake for about six hours did have it's perks for the poison trainer.

Her mind started to wander about who his partner was like and also had some thought about her roommates. The name 'inu buttons' sounded like something out of a kiddie show and assumed that it was going to long time coming until Zich, the abra sucking on a bottle in the seat next to her, was going to be used to her. Or everyone else's pokemon for that matter. Cassie didn't bring up anything that special or give off any warning alarms. Nor did her partner really. She set the cube in front of the baby psychic and slouched, deciding to take a small snooze before the plane landed.

Zich, on the other hand, had better ideas. He looked over at 'mummy' and tilted his little head to the side. She was asleep and he didn't wanna bother her in case she was going to be cranky when she woke up. He slipped down off the seat and wandered off, still holding the bottle in his mouth. He noticed a white pokemon sitting in the lap of another human and something sitting on the human's head. He levitated on to the seat next to them and tapped the tail of the white pokemon pointing to the one on the human's head, trying to get their attention.

Clyde was kind of suffocating under Koby's fur when he heard a voice. "Hey dude you okay over there " he knew this was just playing but he sensed something different about their aura he had a sort of sixth sense when it came to Pokemon and they seemed to have a strong fighting style but on the outside looked like a couple soft baby Pokemon. "I'm Drake by the way and you are ? " Clyde muffled a slight. "Yes." Under all of Koby's fur as Bell's, his Flaafy, tried to help him by trying to pull Koby off of him, but it wasn't helping at all.

Koby didn't let go to busy clinging and loving the smell of Clyde's hair. Finally Clyde managed to get Koby off by grabbing him on the thick scruff of his neck. The Flareon went limb for a second before struggling again to get back to Clyde's hair and overly loving him. Clyde looked over to Drake. "Its nice to meet you Drake." He said with a smile as he stuck his opposite hand out to shake. "My name is Clyde. These are two of my pokemon team Bells and Koby." He pointed to his Flaafy and Flareon. Bells hugged Clyde a little tighter and shyly turned her head. Koby stopped struggling and snorted at Drake with a little flame.

Drake Moulderan

He smiled and nodded " good to meet you too " he said to Clyde but as the Flareon snorted at him One of Drake balls popped open inside his jacket and his Grovyle appeared angry and ready to attack. " Easy Bud " he said to his Pokemon trying to calm him down. Drakes Blastoise and Grovyle both hated fire types and if a spark even went a way towards Drake they would appear and do all they could to defeat the enemy Pokemon . This is why Drake focuses on keeping them away in Public . The Pokemon had raised him as a toddler of course they weren't his parents and Drake and they knew that but they would protect him until the end . Grovyle acted somewhat of Drake's older brother he protected him taught him and the fought as well but he would protect him even if it meant the ultimate sacrifice. " Okay time to calm down Bud " he sat him down in a seat beside him trying to keep him calm and returned his Teddiursa to its ball. " I'm sorry you'll have to excuse him he isn't that found of fire-types".

Jade Hawk

She shrugged as Shinx climbed off her lap and began curiously inspecting Umbreon. Jade answered, "I wanted to get out. See new places." Jade laughed a bit. "Actually, I wasn't too happy about leaving. My brother convinced me, actually. That's him alright. Always keeping my best interest in mind. Either that or he wanted me out of the house." She laughed softly again. 


Juno Ross

Juno honestly didn't notice the Banette that had landed on his head for a good thirty seconds or so. His concentration was focused completely on the outside world. His attention was brought to it as Absol growled softly. He jerked his head back towards the inside of the plane. Then, he felt something on his head. Juno jumped up, yelling in surprise, "MOTHER OF GOD!" and smacked the pokémon off of his head. It landed silently on the floor. Absol appeared to be shaking slightly, head down. Juno flicked it on the head, realizing it was laughing. "Not. Funny," he hissed, then turned to the Banette. He picked it up and called down the aisle, holding it up. "Who's is this?" he demanded, quite peeved at being disturbed. 

Clyde watched as Koby snorted a little flame. One of Drake balls popped open inside his jacket and his Grovyle appeared angry and ready to attack. " Easy Bud " he said to his Pokemon trying to calm him down. " Okay time to calm down Bud " he sat him down in a seat beside him trying to keep him calm and returned his Teddiursa to its ball. " I'm sorry you'll have to excuse him he isn't that found of fire-types". He nodded gently at Drake. "I understand Koby here can be a bit of a trouble maker at times. He loves to cause trouble for everyone." Clyde said as he sternly looked at Koby who knew he was in trouble. He grabbed the ball from his belt and returned Koby back in.

Looking at Drake's Grovyle he smiled at them both. "You a very handsome Grovyle there Drake." He then thought about his own Grovyle, Shiner who was tucked into his pokeball at the moment. Bells who looked at the other Grovyle tapped the pokeball of Shiner. The ball opened and Shiner cling on to the seat of his trainer. "Grovyle?" The green turquoise pokemon looked around with its unsual red plumage and yellow colored eyes. Shiner set its eyes on the Grovyle next to Drake and back at Cylde. Clyde didn't notice who was out until he saw red plumage drape across his shoulder. "Shiner what are you doing? And Bells why did you let him out?" Bells began bleating her response and Shiner began sniffing Drake. Shiner was very modest Grovyle and usually never was the one to show off unfortunately his color was bright and made him show off.

Zich tilted his head to the side, wondering what was going on now. The human didn't seem to notice him nor did the absol that was laughing but did note that they at least notice the Banette. Unsure of what to do, the abra sat in the seat next to them, still nibbling on the top of his bottle. Every now and again, he would look over at the human and absol and look down the aisle. It was obvious that the newborn psychic wasn't afraid at the moment, just more curious than anything. The abra looked over at the absol, still slightly curious as it had never seen one before and tugged somewhat on it's tail.

Kaltia, on the other hand, felt something was off in her mental world. Like something was missing. Her eyes opened and felt the coldness of her lap. She shot up and looked beside her. Zich was gone, possibly wandered away somewhere on the plane. "Nononononono! Has anyone seen an abra?!" she questioned out loud as she looked up and down the aisle to see if it just got out.

Ryone Yami

Ryone came running into the room, out of breath and his cheeks slightly red. Finally after he caught his breath, he looked up. His breath was still heavy and his cheeks were still pink. He blew his hair out of his face and walked more into the room. He watched how all the people were talking and about. He felt out of the loop, accidentally over sleeping and ran all the way over here. Unfortunately, he missed everything that was going on and he didn't know who his partner was or roommate. He sighed helplessly before his Pikachu, Chu, helped himself out of his pokeball and plopping himself on his head. He had a clueless expression on his face before he swayed himself between the other people hopelessly. "A-anyone know my p-partner...?" He said in a weak voice. He blushed like a hopeless school girl as he tried to look for his partner. I hope t-they aren't m-mean...

Inu Buttons
Inu was overly happy to just be here. She was currently holding her Oshawott, Samurai, close to her and showering him with praise. Samurai had an ego and she was stroking it good. She perked up at her name and nodded. "Then we have, Inu Buttons and Juno Ross." She wondered who that person was. She smiled big and stood up to find him. Once she saw a guy with a mean look on his face, she was pretty sure it was him. That name matched the angry guy. She walked up behind him and yelled. "Hiya! The name's Inu Buttons!" She fluffed up her skirt and smiled cutely at the guy. [b]"You're Juno Ross right?" She tilted her head before hugging her Oshawott tightly. "It's a pleasure to meet you!" She held her hand out to him, for him to shake.

Drake Moulderan

"Thank you very much " he said to Clyde then he watched the pink Pokemon as it open the ball and the Grovyle jumped out. Drake looked with curiosity and a bit of worry Grovyle was very competitive and it looked as if his Grovyle was about to use an extreme speed and beat him into submission or faint trying but to is surprise Bud just looked at Shiner and sat back in the seat "must be tried or something" he thought . Then Bells started to sniff him reaching his berry pouch" whoa easy there boy" he then noticed the girl frantically searching for a lost Pokemon. Drake became transfixed for a minute staring for a minute then snapping back a minute or two later.

Shiner looked over to Clyde who was trying to get answers from Bells. The shiny Grovyle laid his head on top of his trainer's shoulder. "Grov, Grovyle." He yawned as he closed one eye, but still kept another eye slightly open. Clyde shook his head as he watched his pokemon nod off. Bells began to hug Clyde again until she notice a Pikachu. That's when Bell's darted off of Clyde to the Pikachu and bleated out a hello. When Bells was around certain electric types or other evolutions of herself, she was very friendly. However, with other trainers and pokemon she was very shy and timid. Clyde smiled a bit and looked at the Pikachu. "Oh that's a nice Pikachu! I wonder who he belongs too?" He began to look around. "Hey! Is someone missing a pikachu?" Clyde called out clearly as Bells tried to get the pokemon to play.

Jacob had returned his attention to Jade, laughing a little along with her. "Your name doesn't sound that familiar. I take it you aren't a Gym Leader?" It was a little disappointing for him. While he liked the idea of being the only Gym Leader aboard this expedition, he wondered why none of the other Leaders denied this experience. "I got to ask though. Do you have any badges?" This seemed to perk up his mood. One thing Jacob loved doing was talking to trainers about various Gym battles. He thought there was nothing like it. That was one of the reasons he decided to become a Gym Leader; for the thrill of it.

At the moment, Jacob was doing quite well with a winning streak of five battles. Most of the new trainers out of the Kanto region didn't stay long and ended up exploring one of the other regions. He had noticed a lot of trainers from the Hoenn and Sinnoh regions, but very few from Kanto or Johto. Pulling out one of the Earth Badges he carried with him, he tossed it to Jade, letting her examine it. "That's mine." Jacob boasted, a large grin on his face. "Haven't had to give one away in a while, so that's a bit of a bummer. But not much you can do about that."

Drake Moulderan

Drake sat bored out of his mind decided there has to be a better way to do this. He got out of his seat and returned his Grovyle to its ball. " Gotta find a way off" he started walking down the way looking for a way out and he walks into a door labeled Air Lock "Perfect " he said to himself as he walked inside and shut the door behind him. He had a plan he hated being bored more than anything else so he decided to take an alternate way to get to the island . He would let out his Skarmory , Haze she was his most friendly Pokemon and loved to please people she was hardy being a steel type so he knew she could withstand the winds. He let her out as she cooed "sh sh girl " he said to her as he rubbed her head. Drake pulled the leash of his belt and strapped to Haze's neck and the other side to his wrist . "Ya ready girl " he said as Haze readied herself for take off then nodded. " Lets go then " he quickly opened the door jumped on his Pokemon then closed the door mid air and flew around the plane a bit making sure to stay on the same path as the plane. " This is awesome" his Pokemon did a barrel roll then went beside the plane and the both looked through the windows.

Juno Ross

He looked the cheery girl up and down, not liking what he saw one bit. He was tempted to run up to that doctor chick with the journal and demand a new partner, but Absol was waiting right behind him, ready to trip him. God dammit... He thought. Just one of the types of people he hadn't wanted as a partner. Fan-freaking-tastic. 

Keeping the Shuppet held high, Juno muttered, "Yeah. I'm Juno," not caring if she heard or not. He made no move to shake her outstretched hand. 

Jade Hawk

She smiled, turning the badge over in her hand, then handing it back to him.  "Nah, I'm not a gym leader. But I have all the Sinnoh badges and just started on Kanto," said Jade, remembering the exciting rush of battle. "I'm saving the Elite Four for when I'm done here, though I'm pretty sure I could take 'em now." Jade gestured to Shinx. "She's actually a lot stronger than she looks," she finished. The Everstones she'd used on Shinx, Luxio, and Riolu a while back sometimes made her forget how tough they were.

Zich became bored the seemingly irritated human and crawled around to the seat to wander the plane again, throwing his empty bottle to the wayside to explore a bit. The little abra looked around, wanting to find someone to play with while it's trainer was sleeping. It was obvious that the little psychic type was confused for a moment, until it felt it's self being lifted off the ground. "There you are. I don't scare me like that." Kaltia nuzzle the little a RA. "You're only a week out of the egg, doesn't mean you run away from me."zich crawled onto her back to be carried back. "Sorry if he bothered anyone, zich is just hyper right now."

"Really?" Jacob was even more interested in the girl now. If she had started to battle Kanto Gyms, that would mean she'd have to battle him sooner or later. Taking back his badge, he glanced to Jade's Shinx before looking over to his Umbreon. She's actually a lot stronger than she looks. Jacob nodded and motioned for his pokemon to come over and say hello. "I can say the same for Umbreon here. One of the strongest pokemon I have. Gengar is more of a warm up then a real problem." He laughed, reminding himself of his mostly lazy Gengar that now rested in it's pokeball. "So how many badges have you gotten from Kanto so far? I'll gladly give you some tips on the other Gyms even... Well, all but my own." Jacob was the final Gym battle any trainer would take in the Kanto. It was surprising, but only a select few have made him go all out during a battle. He was hoping this girl would give him a run for his money, as he hasn't had any good matches in a while.
