a character in “Powers”, originally authored by MaliceInWonderland, as played by RolePlayGateway

Description

Name:Reason McClain
Nicknames: None so far
Age:22
Power:[b] She can manipulate any material (metal, asphalt, Ice etc), that she bonded
to her skin (basically whatever she touches, her skin becomes and she can control/manipulate )
Once she does that, she can launch projectiles of said material
[b]Side Effects:
Anytime she bonds with a material depending how long she 'holds' it. It's harder for her to revert back her original skin. When she does revert back "Bonding "leaves her sore to the point that moving hurts.

History: Reason was born to a single mother who was a strict devot Christian. She forced Reason to read the bible regularly , attend Sunday School and even sent her to a Christian School. She believed that those who gained abilities were demons and the Work of Satan.

Reason never believed the way her mother did and found alot of what she said foolish and unfair. "It's not their fault...They were born that way.." She always thought.

When was she about 17, on way home from school, she was attacked. A man who'd been seen around the school often, grabbed her, threw her in the back of his van and tried to rape her. Trying to get away, she grabbed a hold of the van doors and her skin turned to metal. He hadn't seemed to noticed because he continuted to attack her until she pushed him with her hands and metal shot from her palms. Killing him instantly.

Frightened, she ran home and told her mother. Her mother went into hysterics and said it was her fault that she was attacked. That she was a demon and she wanted nothing to do wtih her. So she sent her to priests and evem tried to have her excersied. Of course, It did not work and her mother disowned her and now claims she never had a daughter.
Ever since then Reason has been on her own. Surviving.

Personality: Due to her tramuatic experience, Reason is quiet and timid. She believed for a while she may be a demon but soon it simply became a thing where she believes she is ugly and not worth being loved. She has a hard time trusting people and opening up.

Appearance: Image
Reason is about 5'7, 140lbs and very pretty (despite not knowing that herself)
She has large sunburst like scars on her arms, legs, back and palms from when she projected her 'spikes.'
Skills:
+She is skilled at facial recognition and body language.
+She can blend in with her surroundings and keep (usually)from being seen.

Reason lay unconscious on the floor of her cell. Her hair cuffed behind her back, her hair covering her face. To anyone looking she would have appeared dead. She was just asleep. The commotion for the other cells caused her to awaken with a start. Her head lift up off the ground as she blinked to get focused.
Breathing so heavily, she blew her strans of hair from her dirty face. She looked around in a panic. She struggled against her restraints as she noticed she was dressed differently. She remembered being in a pair of jeans, a simple t-shirt and a jean jacket, but now she was dressed in a simple white dress. Her long legs and slender arms exposed the sunburst like scars on her skin bare for all to see. She panicked. She never dressed like this. Someone changed her. How? When? Why? Questions bounced around her head as she squirmed to get herself up right. She looked around again, her eyes now adjusted to the light. Her dingy cell was bare, save for a light and a toilet. She thought, she really should get off this floor. It was flithy. As if that was her biggest problem right now. She struggled to get up right again when she hear a voice. It sounded like a boy. "...I found this nice amulet in one of them..." She heard him say. "Hello!" She cried out in a panic. "Help, Please!" She cried out but the odd position that her arms were in made it difficult to breath let alone call out. Someone heard her because she heard quick footsteps afterwards. She smiled thinking he was here to help her but it faded when the man unlocked the cell door. He looked at her like she was lunch. Tears stung her eyes as she seen that look before. Not again... She thought as he came closer. Her lifted her up by the cuffs making her shoulders popped. She winced in pain. "N-no no no no!" She cried out as he held her against the wall, holding her wrists high above her head. Her bare back hit the wall and she felt the familiar tug of the brick and mortar bonding to her skin. Most days, she would try to keep at back but now she needed it. He moved closer. Never saying a word. She moved her head against the wall trying to move away. "Please....no..." She whispered but he just gripped her wrists tighter. She gave him the opportunity to stop. He missed it. It was his mistake. She relaxed as let the brick and mortar bond to her. Her normal light honey brown skin thickened and darkened into the rough texture of the wall. It started from her back and spread across her body, up her arms and down her legs. He didn't notice. They never do... She thought as she turned her face to him. He smirked and began to reach for the hem of her skirt. Demon! She could her mother cried as a large spike sprang from her forehead, made out of brick and mortar. He impaled him throught the skull and he dropped dead. The spike slowly slide back into her face as blood flowed down the bridge of her nose. She wiped it away as her skin returned to it's fleshy, light honey brown softness. A new sunburst scar appeared on her forehead as a headache thrummed behind it. She looked up. He'd left the cell door open. She thought she should cover but she really hadn't the time. Her sunburst scars will just have to see the light for the time being and she'll keep the bonding process at bay at least until she got to her clothes. She took light, bare foot steps out the door and toward the sound of the boy's voice.

She walked until she stopped at a corner. The voices were louder now and more of them. She peeked around the corner and saw the boy. "Excuse me? Little boy?" She whispered unsure if the boy was in trouble. She was prepared to fight. He looked no older then ten. "Little boy." She called once more but her voice was still hushed.

As Jericho started to walk away, Hamlet turned yet again to the sounds of more voices. He wasn't surprised to see more people who were kept in this prison, and they most likely have powers. However, Hamlet was losing his patience. If there are more allies to come, let them show themselves now. If we meet some random person on the way who wants to tag along, I'll have them experience the pain of seppuku. Whether the threat would be held or not, and if so, whether it would be the form of an illusion or it would be done in real life would be dependent on how much Hamlet is irritated by everyone.

Hamlet walked to the girl in in a white dress who just addressed Jericho. "Would you be quiet? If you want more guards to come and..." Hamlet pauses as he sees all the scars on her arms and legs and her forehead, careful not to actually look like he was eyeing her. I'm not even gonna ask but they actually do THAT to the poor souls who were locked in here? Jesus... "Do... Whatever... They... Er... Forget it and just shut up if you don't want more of those guards to come." He then turns to the black haired boy sitting in his cell and asks him in a low voice. "Unless you don't want new headphones to cover those ears of yours if we were so loud, why don't you come with us?" After that last word, Hamlet seemed to disappear into thin air. However, he was actually trying to catch up to Jericho by the time he was done talking to the girl, taking a gun from a dead guard.

"I don't believe in Egyption superstitions anyway." Hamlet lowers his voice to a whisper. "I don't even know what's supposed to be real and what's not at times as well. Hell, even my own lies decieve me. I just wish my life is fake though..."

Reason blinked at the older boy. She thought she kept her voice to a whisper. She just didn't respond to him. Then she thought why was there a young boy and a teenager here? Then again why was she here?

Her thoughts were interuptted by another girl walking up to her. She felt conflicted. She felt glad there was another girl here but then she felt bad that she was there in the first place. She gave the girl a nod and a quick smile. "A-all things considered..I'm fine." She said, wrapping her arms around herself. Both the girl and the teenaged boy noticed her scars first. She felt extremely self-conscious. She usually had her body covered but now that she had one in the middle of her forehead. She'd be forced to deal with the looks and eventually the questions.

She looked at the girl. "I-i'm Reason. " She said shyly. She figured she should try to make friends or allies with the other girl, being that so far it's just been them. They should stick together. Although, Reason fekt the girl could probably handle herself well. If the way she dressed was any indication then she was a force to be reckoned with. Atleast that's what Reason thought.

Jericho couldn't help but stop and flinch when the girl said "little boy". Lesson One: Don't call Jericho Little. He turned around and glared at her, screaming with rage "I AM NOT LITTLE!". Though, it was an obvious fact he was. He then turned around, and noted "Lets get out of here....". Well, now Reason ticked Jericho off. That's always a good idea (insert Sarcasm here). He then noted "Now, I was not joking about the walking out the front door part. That's our way out. Its just like a friend of mine once taught me. 'Es gibt immer einen Ausweg'. Translates to 'There is always a way out'. Good friend. Great Drinker. So, anyways, all we have to do is make them think we are going out the back way. We then walk right out through the front door. I can open the gate, all we need to do is get outside basically.

Of course, this was followed by two more voices he could barely here in the distance. Both speaking German. "Their not prison guards, they are talking about a huge money check. Probably hired to try and keep us from escaping....". He looked back t Hamlet, then sighed again. "Last year, my dad was busy with a lot of business trips, so he hired a German sniper to teach me how to shoot and how to speak German. Its complicated." He then added "Interesting spring break though....". That resulted in a smile. His first real smile this entire time. He then loaded the gun. "Note. There are 3 people in a German Squad Team, not two....this is a trap".

"And if we get through this, I might just tell you the rest of my life...and how I know these things".

"When was the last time you've eaten something?"

"Well, let's see... They only servered me rocks and the occasional pile of leaves with ants in them... And the water they served me wasn't even clean so... Maybe about a week ago?" Hamlet replied truthfully. He can't carry out the plan in his head so all of us could escape with little to no energy. The plan was to make himself invisible and knock out guards and have a seperate illusion draw the sniper's fire. Then he'd make everyone invisible, including himself, and run for the exit silently. It would work great if it weren't for the fact that he's too tired to actually make his brain see through his own illusions. If he turned everyone invisible, he'd never be able to see them even if he was the one who created the illusion, as in this state, his powers were more effective on himeslf. Thinking quickly about about another plan, Hamlet turned to Jericho. "Hey. Can you make your gun fly over to the other side of the room and make it shoot? I'll make it invisible so the guards won't see it." Of course, Hamlet won't carry out this plan without getting something to build up his energy, so that the illusions would be only effective on the three guards. However, if there was nothing that could let him do that, Hamlet might as well use that distraction to show HIMESELF, knock out (or if necessary, kill) one of the guards, or maybe both, and draw the sniper's fire away from the escapees. Sure Hamlet could make another clone of himself, but the clone won't be touched by the bullet, and that ullet would signal to the guards that it was a distraction.

Mentally, Hamlet sighed. Great... Thanks to the delicacies the guards gave me, and my cooperation, my vast number of options to help us escape had turned into two, one of them being a desperate plan B.

He looked at Luci with rage. "Listen. I am going to try and say this calmly and maturely. I do not appreciate being yelled at, just because I am trying to help you all escape. Unless you WANT to stay trapped in here. IN which case go ahead. But don't reprimand me for trying to help.....Schwachkopf". He then looked back at Reason.

"You can call me Jericho. Everyone else does". He then looked at Hamlet. "We still don't know where the third one is. Honestly, it would be better if these walls were not made out of concrete. Then I could probably break it down, depending on how think they are. And there is no way we can get out of here clean. If they are hiring mercenaries and such, then we will probably have to deal with much worse. I couldn't see what they had on the way in, but we better hope there isn't a tank. I cant stop the force of a tank shot.

He then noted "Well, somewhere in this place is the food the guards eat. If it helps, we could make a detour their first, and refuel everyone in the hunger area...."

"Just yhowing out some suggestions....and es Hamlet, I could do that, if you have the strength to....". He then looked at the girl producing sparks, and got an idea. "You could perhaps charge him up a little with your electricity, just be careful......"

(accidentally tagged Arach. Oh well, this has something to do with him anyways....)

Luci smiled unexpectedly. (It was more of a smirk, really.) Though her outburst had clearly not been appreciated by anyone, at least nobody was shouting anymore. She could work with that. The air around her was still charged with static, but she wasn’t quite a human stun gun anymore—the sparks at her palms were no longer visible, replaced by a new layer of burned tissue.

It might almost be scary how quickly Luci went from ticked off to cooperative, but it seemed like everyone in the room was screwed up in one way or another. “Based on what I saw coming in here, they keep the food down the hallway to our right. Big room, sort of a staff center. Close to the front entrance. I can handle alarm systems, but there’re probably actual locks and off-duty guards in there too.” She hadn’t actually fought enough with the people dragging her into the cell to merit being knocked out. Luci knew to pick her battles, and it’d seemed like a good idea to case the joint as much as possible. “And, for the record, I’m not a moron.” Though she might not be some kind of prodigy, even Luci knew how to insult people in several languages.

The idea of charging people up via electricity intrigued her. The human brain and body both ran on electrical impulses, so, though it could work very well, an attempt at that could fail spectacularly, and even if he had annoyed her a little, she didn’t want to give the illusionist permanent brain damage. As soon as she heard the idea, Luci was in her own world, considering how she could carry out the plan with minimal risk. “I could probably do that.” She sounded faraway, and it was clear she was more occupied with thinking than anything else.

"Hamlet..." Hamlet suddenly started to forget about having a wall of darkness surrounding him, having to run away from the guards and the prinson. He felt that he was being loved and being cared about, two things that Hamlet never really felt in a long time. He nearly got lost in that feeling for about a few seconds, then realized where he was right now.

Hamlet turns to Luci and Jericho, his face always like it has been. "My powers are dependent on the state of my brain. If I try to make a clone right now to draw the enemy away, they'll be able to see it's just an illusion. I'm willing to get electrocuted just so that I can make my powers work for this situation right now." He gets himself off the wall and walks to them, stumbling a few times. "If you could stimulate my brain, I'll be able to draw the enemy away successfully and without any problems. I can probably make all of us invisible until we get out of the room. However, I can only affect the sounds we make for about 3 to 5 seconds. Once those precious seconds are up, we have to walk as silently as possible. Then after that, we can get something to eat."

Hamlet knew the risks of getting shocked to stimulate his brain. Then again, so did Jericho, Reason, and Luci. However, being electrocuted is just a small price to pay if he wanted everyone out alive. He won't die. After all, Arcanado experienced so much worse than being shocked. Hamlet can not let a simple shock stop him now, much less for a normal human, but that doesn't mean that what he was about to do just to try to get out of here won't stop his life.

Arcanando turns to Reason suddenly, and says "Gomen nasai. Arigato." However, no one heard it except Hamlet, and Luci. It was just another one of his illusions, the dialogue just was transferred from Hamlet's mind to Reason's, another side effect of Hamlet's power, being able to transfer thoughts to the person the illusion was meant for. Even though it was an illusion, what Hamlet said in it was actually what he was thinking.

(Accidentally said Luci when it was actually addressed to reason. Lets just say Hamlet forgot to make Luci unable to hear what he said.)

Luci understood Reason’s uncertainty. After all, she was basically electrocuting Hamlet to give him a little extra energy, and it was hard to accept that even for her. Upping the voltage on her electricity was easy, but holding back had taken her a lot longer to master, and there had been casualties before. Still, she was confident that she could at least not do any damage.

“Don’t worry. I won’t hurt him. The worst that could happen is no more dangerous than getting shocked on a doorknob, and I have been working with this for all my life.” She raised an eyebrow at Reason, amused rather than offended.

She turned to Hamlet, a little startled to hear him speak. Figures that they’d all be fluent in some foreign language or other. Luci’d taken three years of French in high school, maybe that counted for something. She nodded in acknowledgement of his words before closing her eyes. She didn't usually need to do that to focus her energy, but she wasn't usually in this delicate of a situation. It was a brief thing, really. For a split second, she knew exactly what she was doing. She could practically see the energy around her, even with her eyes closed, and it was an effortless matter to gradually focus it onto Hamlet's brain stem. What seemed to her like a long, drawn-out process really only took a few moments, and finally, Luci opened her eyes. “That should do it. Feeling all right?” Though she looked a little singed, she felt fine, actually almost triumphant. If she managed to successfully recharge someone’s brain with electrical energy, even if it was only for a brief span, there was clearly no limit to what she could accomplish.

Hamlet did feel a little pain, but he was too stubborn to show it. He did however, felt his brain being charged up to a somewhat normal state. As Luci finished, Hamlet replied with "Alright." and stood up. He tested his powers by making a clone of himself and made him disappear. Perfect. "Alright Jericho. I'll make the gun invisible and you make it fly into another hallway. Once it is there, you shoot it, and the guards will come rushing. I'll turn us all invisible and we can sneak past them into where they keep all the food. Got it?"

As Hamlet finished, he quickly turned to Reason and whispered. "Look, I know you care about me and all because you are a nurse, but it was either me or our freedom. I'm not gonna waste an opportunity to escape like this one. Besides, I lived a life in hell, God owes me heaven." As Hamlet turned to the others, he added: "Anata ha watashi jissai ni ha ki no you kanji te i masu. Anata jishin no haha ga ta you ni kanji ta. Arigatou..." Hamlet was too shy in the inside to even bother telling her in English, but Reason DID make him feel like some cared about him and hat he had a mother. He longed for those feelings, and Reason gave them to him, even if she didn't know it.

While the little ones were debating the best course of action, Arach was recharging. He listened intently to their plan. It was by far better than his, but then again, Arach knew only destruction. He looked around, while there was no clock, he'd felt that by now his six minutes were up. Looking at his hands, the skin had returned to it's slightly tanned color. Arach could use his powers again. Looking up from his momentary meditation, Arach saw that they were beginning to move. They planned to make a gun float and turn everyone invisible to conserve stealth. While it was a worthwhile strategy, Arach had a better idea, though, by nature, Dragons are much more prone to battle. Arach spoke up, "Save your energy little one, I'll deal with the guards. I'll also cause I diversion. Head over to the guard's lounge in exactly one minute. I'll meet you there. Be sure to save me a large jug of water if you can find it. I'll give the guards something to worry about besides us." Arach new that this particular aspect would cause him a large headache, but it would cause the best distraction and allow the others to sneak by unassailed. He could meet them later and they could get out. If he couldn't meet up with them, he could still bust his way out on his own. "It's about time you learned a little about me, and the reason this Old Dragon was captured. My powers are very dangerous. Even to me, but they are incredibly useful and if harnessed, they could grant unlimited power to the one who seeks it." Arach said. He pulled a small knife from his bag, this would require a lot of blood and a whole lot of water. "To your good health little ones," Arach grinned as he slit his palm with a long shallow gash. Making a fist, and holding it above his open mouth, Arach drank his blood until the shallow wound closed. "Blegh, it always tastes terrible, guess you are what you eat, eh?" He chuckled. He felt power roar to life inside him. Focusing on the most recognizable Aspect of a Dragon, Arach called forth the Flaming Breath. Thick, flat scales formed over Arach's throat and mouth. They were deep red, and black stripes crawled up his neck. Bending down and pulling on the bullet proof vest of the indisposed guard beneath him, Arach turned back to the group. "This place is about to have a little fire hazard," Arach growled, letting relentless heat rampage from his mouth as he spoke. It wasn't so hot as to melt anything, or burn anyone standing to close, but it was very hot, it could easily be felt by all in the room. "Wait one minute then head to the guard's lounge. I'll meet you there in 8 minutes."

Not waiting for their response, Arach bolted from the room. Turning immediately to the left, Arach bolted headlong into the heart of the Jail. He was met by a few measly guards, but he didn't care. They'd vaporized when he blew on them, and unleashed the raging inferno from his Jaws. Incinerating guards he met along the way, Arach headed toward the control center of the Jail, away from the cell with the little ones. As soon as he reached the main hub, he roared in fury, finally pulling the real stopper from the veritable river of lava waiting to be set free from his gullet. The placed went up instantly. He took a few shots to the chest in the process, but his new vest was very handy in deflecting them. Loosing his flames a few more times for good measure, making sure the bulk of them were aimed towards the video surveillance system, he hedged his bets and ran. By now, the little one's had made it to the lounge. There they would be waiting for him for five minutes before leaving. Hopefully. Not wanting anymore time to be wasted, Arach turned off his flame breath. The flames from before didn't settle easily, they now ravaged his throat, and as he stumbled from the drain, he felt himself become immensely thirsty. Fighting hard to stand, Arach began walking to the lounge where the group was planning to meet. He was thirsty, and tired, but the jail had more pressing matters to deal with than a weakened old man and a small group of supers attempting an escape. The main control hub was in a blazing inferno, and the video surveillance control was at least severely hampered. if they could find him under all that mess, while putting out the fires, they deserved to catch Arach. Arach had used his flame breath for roughly 5 minutes. He'd have to take it slowly for 10 minutes before he could be of any use again. It would take him another 5 minutes to get to the lounge. He'd work hard to make it there sooner, but he was just so tired. Hopefully there was water for him, and hopefully, they'd saved it, his little ones. They weren't actually his kids, but he couldn't help but feel... Protective of them, they deserved a better life than this. The poor children. Still struggling along, Arach continued to make his was to the guard's lounge, where water, and a jailbreak was waiting for him.

Isabella was intrigued by the escapees. Normally, not many people walked around the prison except her. You see, she can disappear you know, and she doesn't show up pn technology, not even thermal imaging cameras. They stupidly didn't fit the bars of her cell right, because she could slip right through them. Every day, they set out a meal for her, hoping she was just invisible in her cell. And every day she snuck back to eat it, giving the impression she was still there. However, all day she just walked among the prison, curious, her small mind liked exploring. The only thing that kept her inside the prison was A, she needed the food. B, she wouldn't be able to survive on her own. And C, she was to small and weak to get past the guards. Number one reason why it sucked to be a seven year old kid.

Bella peeked around the corner, watching the group. There was a girls, an adult, and another guys in there, who looked super tired. Maybe they could get past the guards. She might finally escape...but she would need help. Maybe they could help. She stayed invisible for now, soundless, motionless, just watching. She blinked once, her eyes itchy. It must mean they were changing color again. They were blue now. She bit her lip, wondering wether to approach the group or not. Finally, she decided, walking up to the oldest, and soundlessly turned invisible. Her movements were still silent so he didn't notice her at first. She looked up at him, tugging a bit on his shirt. She smiled, her big blue eyes wide and innocent looking. "I'm Isabella." she said. A look of concern crossing her eyes. The two guys seemed pretty beat. What were they doing?

Rolando looked around at the others who were in the guard’s room. The flames still roared, as Rolando could hear the flames rippling from the command center. He looked at Arach, appreciative that the older man had taken the initiative to get them all out of here.

“I am fine,” Rolando replied to Reason, “Is there anyone else left in the cells?”

When the girl appeared, he could only gasp. She was so young, so very young and yet they had brought her here instead of a solidary room. This was insane. What kind of facility was this that trapped little seemingly helpless females? Glaring, Rolando shook his head. They had to get out of here, they just had to. No one really knew him because he was trapped deeper in the facility away from the rest because of his sound abilities.

“Pardon my sudden arrival, but my name is Rolando. They had me in a cell deeper in the facility because………….” He stopped and looked at them all, “well it is better if I show you rather than tell you. Cover your ears.”

Rolando stepped away from the others and when he was sure they had covered their ears, he opened his mouth and let out a small screech that shattered the glass he directed it towards. The screech wasn’t loud enough to draw attention, but it was loud enough for them to hear even with their ears covered. He turned to them and sighed.

“They kept me under constant surveillance because they haven’t figured out all I can do. As far as they know I can only manipulate and control sound. You can imagine the hell they went through trying to get me into that cell. I ended up hospitalizing a group of guards and killing two of them. They had to tranq me. When I heard the commotion, I knew it was time to get out of here. I’ve been waiting for months, almost a year; in fact I spent a birthday in this hell hole.”

Rolando sighed and looked at everyone.

“So……what now?”

Hamlet chuckled when he heard the trouble the guards went through to capture Rolando. The guards were lucky that they got me when I was having a breakdown... Hamlet thought, thinking back to when he was captured. "That's one interesting power you got there Rolando... Anyway... Anybody know where to go next to get the hell out of here? My stomach's grumbling like crazy."

Hamlet is really starting to get hungry, and he figured everybody else is too. How long has it been since they had eaten? It would probably be long, especially for Isabella. Besides, hungry or not, they needed to get out of there anyway before any surviving guards show up or the prison get burned down.

Isabella looked from one person to another. They seemed nice. SHe should trust them. They weren't quite sure where to go, so she thought for a moment towhee she would wander the prison. "Well, there are four exits. One is the front door, it has a lot of guards. Another is the back door, with is also heavily guarded. A third is an emergency escape near the kitchens that prepare our awful food. We would have to cross a ton of guards to get there though. I recommend the fourth, which is a small door that leads up to the roof. it isn't quite far from here, just down the hallway, a left, then you will see the ladder. There are only two guards who stand there," she finished. She had tried getting to the roof once, but she had brushed one of the man and he had nearly killed her, so she hadn't tried again recently. She listened to the one guy's comments about being hungry. She was always hungry, especially since she used so much energy involuntarily.

God, there were so many people here. And three kids now. Luci sighed. It just wasn’t right that they’d send a cute seven-year-old girl like that into a jail where clearly none of the guards knew about health codes or cruel and unusual punishment. She sighed. Though far from drained, the episode of recharge had left Luci a little stunned. She hadn’t really known that she could do that (though she doubted she should let Reason know that) and it was pretty darn amazing.

“I think we could all use a good meal. I don’t know how long it’s been since I’ve eaten. The crap they tried to give me didn't count as food.” She scanned the room again, realizing that she still hadn’t introduced herself to half these people. “For those of you who didn’t know yet, I’m Luci. And based on what I saw on my way in here, they keep the real food a few rooms away, down that hall and to the right. Shouldn't be too out of the way if we're going out the roof exit.” She indicated the same hall Isabella was talking about. It was surprising that she’d been conscious when they’d dragged her in, but then again, Luci was good at knowing when to cooperate. "We should be able to handle the guards, most of them are idiots anyway." She smiled crookedly.

As Arach was walking back from his raid on the control room, a young man stepped out of the shadows and offered to help him. The fire was really starting to grow, and though Arach was concerned, he would be just fine. He started to protest, but the man wasn't taking no for an answer, he grabbed his arm and then they... shifted. Arach wasn't sure how, but they were in the guard lounge. The effort of moving them seemed to have tired the young man, because he backed off and rested against the wall. He followed suit, still tired from his pyroclastic escapades. He looked and saw that the others had made it safely, and was glad. The scarred woman from the cell asked if he was ok. He tried to speak but only croaked, he needed water, but he was too tired to move. He wanted to thank the man for his help, but his throat was far too ravaged to speak, so he only nodded in appreciation. His voice was coming back slowly, he wouldn't be able to speak louder than a whisper but he needed to ask. He needed water, he was far too thirsty to wait any longer. Just as he was about to ask for water, a little girl had materialized in front of him. She was so little, even younger than the children he'd met in the other cell. A little brown haired girl with blue eyes like the sea. She was an adorable little girl, and it sickened Arach to think of what horrible world would put such an angel in a jail such as this. "I'm Isabella." She said sweetly. Though Arach still couldn't speak, he smiled at the little girl, and patted her head. Arach resolved then and there to protect them all, even if he didn't know them, even if they didn't want him to. They were by no means his children, but where Arach came from, women and children are to be protected.

While Arach was resting, the little ones made a plan to escape from the roof. He would need at least another seven minutes to rest before he could act again. Sure he'd be able to move, but taking on another Aspect would have to wait. Shuffling over to the sink, he gulped water as fast as he could, getting as much in his system as he possible. Arach was so thirsty; the water felt like life. They planned to raid the food stores. Everyone drooled slightly, real food sounded like the best idea since escaping. After he'd finished gulping water like a race horse, he stood up, wiped his face on his sleeve. He stood ready to move, but as it was, he would be of no use for another 6 minutes. However, they needed to know before they moved on. He searched frantically for a pen and paper, until he finally found it. He wrote the following about his condition: I need to rest for about another 6 minutes. The Breath makes me thirsty and exhausted. I've drunk some water, but I'll need more later. I can stand and move, but fighting will be hard. They're still probably dealing with the fires, so we'll have time to wait, but if you are going to need my help, you are going to have to wait. He after writing, he sat down, he needed the rest if they were going to be moving soon.

Jericholooked at everyone. He was overwhelmed by all the people. However, he snapped back into his stubborn setting. "Okay, I just think we need to clear up what at least most of us are thinking. We all have powers. We are all here because of our powers. Therefore, I think we need to stick together. Now, first step is getting out. I'm ready when you are. We also need to find some sort of transportation. Anyone have any ideas?". He also began levitating the gun, ready.

That's when an alarm went off. It was from the complete other side of the prison, and all the guards began to run that way.

Jericho went forward. "Let's go!". He ran towards the door, but the power then went out. Backup lights quickly kicked in. "Did we do that?" Jericho asked, considering the whole group as one now. He could hear gunfire. He quickly went towards a window. He could see a group of people in the courtyard. They had similar electromagnetic waves to their own. But they were not any of them. They were other escapees. One launched a fireball, while the other was shooting some sort of bone spike.

But they seemed different then them. Ruthless, angry, and merciless.

"What's going on down there?". Jericho found himself slightly terrified of them. He saw them kill a group of guards who tossed down their weapons and surrendered. Then he resettled himself, and noted "We should go now. We can't wait. More people might be comming, and I don't want to get into a huge fight. We need to hurry!". He ran towards the exit, hoping everyone can keep up. Which they probably can.

(Sorry, I couldn't tell if everyone was close to each other or not. However, I HIGHLY recommend avoiding the people in the courtyard. Sorry if I messed up anyone)

Hamlet immediatly saw what happened outside the prison. Another group of prisoners? How many people did they keep in here? Hamlet just then saw them kill the guards who surrendered. Oh God... Even they didn't deserve that! Those bastards... If I get my hands on them I'll give them the worst nightmare imaginable! Hamlet ran with the others towards the exit, and he had realized he left Reason. "Reason, what are you doing? Come on!"

Hamlet unsheathed his sword as he heard more sounds coming from outside. "Well? Hurry up!"

"Alright then... Don't so anything stupid. You here me?" Hamlet turns towards the exit and ran, his sword on his hand and the pistol in the other. Hamlet only stopped to grab a snack, since he thought he would need the energy for later. Then, Hamlet ran and caught up with the rest of the super-powered prisoners. You better not die Reason. I hope you actually make the wise choice and just catch up, instead of fighting the other group of prisoners...

"Alright Jericho, what now? We need to make a plan in case we run into one of the other prisoners." Hamlet said as he ran with the group."

(OOC: Sorry guys but I ran out of ideas. Don't blame me for posting something so short.)
