Heavy, even, breathes and snores resonated in the air. Dim beams of sunlight began to shine through the cracked window blinds, cascading strips of light throughout the room as the sun began to rise. As one of these strips grazed over Inshiro's eyes, he squinted uncomfortably before hesitantly sliding his eyelids open, just enough to peer through at the white ceiling above him. Slightly confused as to where he was, Inshiro abruptly opened his eyes the rest of the way and swiftly rolled off of his bed and onto his feet.

"Where the hell am I?! This isn't the la-..." As he began to panic, a flicker of recollection presented itself in his eyes.
'That's right. They sent me here to enjoy the rest of my life in peace.' Inshiro smirked at the thought, easing himself back onto the bed. Now siting along the edge, Inshiro slowly carried himself backward until his head once again laid against the soft surface. While the thought was a nice one, Inshiro hadn't the slightest idea that he had been horribly misinformed or lied to as to how long his stay on the island would be. Allowing himself to let his guard down once more, Inshiro rolled back towards the middle of the bed and curled into a ball, the tempting embrace of sleep once again coaxing him as he laid there.

Then suddenly, a savory draft penetrated Inshiro's nose. The aroma was almost enough to once again shake him out of his bed.
'Is that... Food? Ah. It must be one of those girls the scientists introduced us to earlier. What were their names again?... Whatever. I'll just call this one Food Giver.' Having lost all hope of returning to sleep, Inshiro pondered whether he should get up and begin devouring whatever morsel Amy had prepared for them. Ultimately deciding that the effort would be too great, he continued to lay there.

"Oi, Food Giver! Bring me something to eat!" Inshiro yelled aloud ignorantly, his head laying comfortably on his hands as he stared up at the ceiling. He hadn't even taken into account that Amy wasn't yet aware of his whimsical nickname for her. While most would have just gone to eat, Inshiro didn't see the point in it, when the food could and should be brought to him.

Despite being the most energetic guy Joe knew, he still liked to sleep late. If anyone were to talk into his room they would find a boy half off his bed with hair that stuck up in all directions. Joseph was not the most pleasant sleeper. However today he would be getting up much earlier then he normally would.

Today he was meeting his human.

The lab workers had told him he'd wake up in a strange place with five other people. Upon waking he'd have to look for the ginger hair and that would be his human.

A delicious smell wafted into his room and Joe opened his eyes at the early time of 10:25. He pulled himself fully onto the bed and blinked in confusion. Not acustom to this kind of wake up call it took him a few moments to remember that he was told his human could cook. So, that would mean his human would be right out that door.....

Joe let out a loud yip and dashed towards the door. He tripped at least twice before getting to it but soon enough he was in the hall. Following his nose Joe appeared at the kitchen which already had three people in it. One, a boy who looked unhappy to be here, he recognized from the lab. The others were new to him.

One was a small girl who Joe could already tell would be kind. The other was tall and...... ginger.

Another yip rang out as he lurched forward, wrapping his arms around both his human and the other thar clung to her back. He was taller then both so Joe was slightly hunched over, but his hug was warm and hopefully welcomed.

'My human! Amy! My Amy Ongaku! You're here!'
