Cold and ruthless. Lacey takes pleasure in hurting others, but there is one that she wants to give the greatest pain too, Casey. Lacey is naive and easily manipulated, but here is the catch, she can only be manipulated by the government side.

Equipment

Lacey is also psychic but she works for the government. Lacey's ability is to manipulate sound, and her specialty is high frequencys, bad news for Casey. Also she was designed to be immune to Casey's ability.

History

Lacey, like Casey, was raised in the government lab. However there is a distinct difference between the two. Lacey was created with in the lab, Casey was actually born to young parents. Some of Casey's DNA was taken ad cloned into Lacey. The government scientifically modified her DNA to he able to control sound, and be immune to Casey's ability, she would be the perfect tool to use against Casey, her weakness. Lacey was raised to hate Casey. Often times she is on missions with Zero, but just wishes to kill Casey and hurt anyone who stands in her way.
