Brian is a fairly sarcastic man, and a bit of a joker. He uses sarcasism, and jokes to not only relieve the tension of stressful situations, but also to deflect questions, and keep his mind off important problems. Indeed, he prefers not dealing with problems at all. So he's pretty laid back, and carefree. This stims from the fact that he is a notorious screw up in the past. Everything he touches turns to crap. So he tries to take as less responsibilities as possible out of fear of letting others down, and screwing up.
Despite his tendency to screw up, and fail others he is naturally kind, and extremely protective of others with a high sense of justice. Though he prefers not to fight, he will step up without hesitation for others against those who take advantage of them. Even if it's a complete, and total stranger. Nope, no matter who it is he can't stand to see others suffer. He can be quite stubborn about his moral compass as well, as once he has a idea in his head it's heard to deter, or sway him. He can have a bit of a temper as well, but for the most part he has it under control.
Though he won't admit it, and doesn't show it, he is quite smart, and surprisingly smart. Indeed, he is quite wise, and can have sage-like advice. But the problem is that he won't apply himself. He is a natural leader of course, thanks to his natural kind, wise, and protective nature. But again, he holds himself back because his tendency to fail. And he would most likely not fail if he didn't think he would. It's a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy type thing. So all-in-all Brian is a young man with a lot of potential, but just doesn't realize it.

- Cosmic Manipulation- As Odin, Brian is able to manipulate the energy of the universe. The most common use of his ability is the absorption, and manipulation of the energies of the universe. This includes things such as electricity, solar flares, and stellar energy. But he can't redirect the same way, for example he can't redirect electricity as electricity, instead turning it into pure energy blasts.

Brian was born in Lexington, Kentucky. He was immediately placed into the foster system due to the fact that his mother was a drug addict, and his father was nowhere to be found. Growing up Brian fell into the wrong crowd, and always got into trouble. Eventually leading to a bit of a drug problem by the time he was 15. Due to this he wasn't that appealing to be adopted. He was labeled a lost cause. But one woman didn't see it this way.
Her name was Darlene Conway. She ran a farm outside of Lexington, and took in youths such as Brian. Kids that were lost causes. She put them to work on the farm so that they'd learn the meaning of hard work, and responsibility. And he learned it. He eventually got clean, and became a contributing member of sociaty. When he turned eighteen he moved to New York for college.
It took a few months in New York before he fell off the wagon, and began using drugs again. His life spiraled down once again. He dropped out of school, began getting into even more trouble. When word reached Darlene about it, she was not happy. She came down to New York, and raised all kinds of hell. She just about beat the hide off of Brian. He was sent to rehab for several months.
Once he was clean once again he struggled to get by. Nobody wants to hire a former drug addict after all. And then he turned twenty-one. Something just changed inside him. He felt stronger, and smarter. He felt different. He eventually found a job as a bartender, and even got a cheap appartment above the bar thanks to it's owner, Elliot Roth. Roth sort of took Brian under his wing, and they developed a sort of father-son like relationship.
Now Brian works as a bartender at Roth's Bar. A pretty popular one at that. Especially among the lady customers. He is considered quite handsome after all. Life's pretty good for him at the moment.
