Perhaps it can be quite... frustrating confronting this girl. Alright, not perhaps, but... definitely, I guess. She is a rather demanding girl and is always trying to get her wishes go through. She just can't accept a 'no' as an answer and wouldn't want anyone to interfere when she's up to something. Yes, pretty much like a little princess, only that she is more tomboyish than lady like. Her overly confident attitude does not really makes her likeable amongst the other rich kids which is why she is more a loner and kind of avoided to mingle with others. Not that she doesn't want friends and see them as unworthy or something like that; she is just very clumsy when choosing the right words. You can say, she doesn't really get when her words are insulting or inappropriate. No wonder though when every wish she conveys get fulfilled. She just doesn't know when she's going overboard. She is that blunt person, who talks before she thinks.

But that doesn't mean she has no friends. In fact, she owns a pretty nice sum of friends, even though the majority are friendship "which are meant to be" or "ordered by each their fathers". Or with other words, friendship of benefit, for both families to get along even in the future. Honestly, she herself views those friendship to be "fakes" which is why she doesn't really like to mingle with those. However, when she likes someone, she'll openly show it with a bright smile full of delight.

Del is a very easy person to look through. Her facial expression expresses her honest feelings and therefore it's easy to tell what she's thinking. It doesn't really bother her though. When you get to know her better, she is a pretty nice girl and very gentle to those she likes. Still she has difficulties to convey her true opinions to maids, simple citizen, slaves or everyone else that "suppose to be in a lower rank than her". She was taught that she was superior than them, and therefore not permitted to be friends with them or any sorts. The other rich will look down on her and it'll destroy her father's reputation, they say. Which is why, despite her honesty, she fights against her real feelings. She restrains herself, every day, to speak with the maids or the butlers in her house. Only silence rules when she is alone with them. Often they mistake her because of it as cold and arrogant, but honestly Del is just confused. Confused, to how she should behave. That's why she conveys her feelings indirectly, by yelling at them, complaining, asking why. Like a little brat. But when you listen closely to her words you'll understand that her purpose is a kind one, who cares for the people surround her, rich people or not. It doesn't matter to her.

Even though she has an illness that forces her to take medicine almost every day, Del is a very adventurous girl. Or well, you'd better refer her as rebellish though. Being told to rest is something useless to do. She'll not listen and do what she wants to do; climbs trees like a village girl and runs around doing trouble here and there, pokes her nose into someone elses business like a curious thief. Once she set her mind to do something, she'll do it, whatsoever blocking her way. Very purposeful and never loses her objective, she appears to be a passionate girl and very stubborn while doing something she likes. A rather nice sight, making others also being forced to work hard with determination.

Biography

Ever since her birth, she was told to behave. Behave, don't be too childish, don't play too much, don't make noise... The length of the list of what she is not permitted to do is long, very long. She had a bunch of teachers, the teacher who taught her manners, the other what to say when significant guests are coming, and another one how to dance. There are other, countless of classes she had to attend, only to fit in as the high regarded lady of the Sorescu house.

Del or more commonly called Young Miss Sorescu was sitting impatiently on a little rock in the estate's garden, swinging her legs up and down trying to pass the time. She's been sitting there for hours now, mainly staring on the ground, admiring the plants below her feet. A sigh escaped her lips. It wasn't suppose to be this boring, not on such a beautiful sunny day. Where was Tsuki? Quickly, she shook her head; lightly slapped both of her cheeks. Again she was thinking about her servant. Obviously, it wasn't something criminal to do. Her thoughts are her thoughts, not like anyone could see inside her head. At least, no human should be able to.

Pondering whether she should search for her quiet servant or not, a rather nice breeze swift through her hair, made them dance in the air beautifully and elegantly. Once you take a glimpse of her whole though you'll actually notice how not lady-like she is. On that morning, she wore a short blue dress wherein below, she had casual pants on. She knew; if her mother would ever see her in that outfit, she'll most definitely faint. But well, that's if she saw her like that, and it's a rarity, even close to an impossible event, that her mother came to see her voluntary, without being reminded she had a daughter she should at least visit from time to time.

Del slumped down the rock upon the flowerbed, thoroughly enjoyed the sweet scent as she then rested her head there, closing her eyes. Delariah is a girl from a rich man who had more illegitimate children than legitimate. Then, to his misfortune, her legitimate child was a girl, a sickly girl at that. It wasn't a secret that Delariah felt she was unwanted, whether by her father or by her mother. Both seem to not care for her existence the slightest.

"Depressing depressing depressing! Be gone, you evil!" She shouted, so suddenly, to make all her thoughts to be gone while raising her fist to the air. She believed that small evil creatures came crawling to her every time she thought pessimistically, and therefore with her action she tried to shoo them away. Sometimes, she thinks of her life being a faery should be most pleasing. Not with so many limits, and never being told what to do. A faery is free without worries; perhaps that's why she strongly believed in their existence. Because she sought their privileges which she did not possess. Well, you can also say she is a bit childish, that's probably the simplest way to explain her belief in magical creatures, to simply please her with it. Despite she already reached her sixteenth year of age, which suppose to make her rather grown up already.

Suddenly she stood up after smelling a very delicious familiar dish. It was time for breakfast, finally. She smiled.

With only place of delight on her face, she quickly dashed into the direction of the dining room. It was long in coming, really now. A maid opened the door for her when she arrived in front of the dining room. She nodded, slightly showing her gratitude without lowering her head to much, when she sat down on the chair in the middle of the grand table. Then her breakfast was being served, with lots of different kind of food that it seemed to be a waste to eat it alone.

"Thank you, you may leave. And please tell Tsuki to come here." With that, they left the dining room, leaving Delariah alone with a feast that she obviously ate without a care for manners. But of course, it wasn't that of why she never permitted her maids or butlers to be present while ate. It was simply uncomfortable, eating in front of people who didn't eat themselves. It was too awkward for Delariah to go through everyday. Only Tsuki was permitted to be there with her as his presence was needed. For the reason of why it’s needed, Delariah has yet to find out. Clear is, that Tsuki was forced to eat with her every day and as known by all, Delariah was a stubborn girl who didn't accept her offer to be declined.

TSUKI HIRAGI

Image

It was mid-morning, sun shining in full view. The Sorescu house was already awake with other maids and butlers going about their business and preparing for the day. Only Tsuki was left unaccounted for. Normally, he would be with Miss Delariah at this time, as she enjoyed his company while they two waited for breakfast to be served. Since she seemed the favour him over the other servants in the house, he often got out of morning duties while the two sat, perched outside by the flower beds. They would enjoy the soft morning breeze while Miss Delariah would tell him stories about faeries and other creatures. Tsuki mostly listened, as he didn't judge her or think that she is childish- he just thought that she had a big imagination.

Only today, Tsuki had slept in. His alarm clock had been knocked off the table somehow, and the alarm broken on the floor beside his bed. His room has still dark, his curtains drawn- stopping the light from outside draining in. The only movement in Tsuki's room was his breathing as he slept. He only finally stirred when he heard voices calling his name from outside of his room. He sat up, rubbing his eyes as his door opened, flushing his room full of light. On the other side of the door stood three other servants- the ones who had been sent to fetch him. He immediately pulled the covers up over his bare chest, his face red as he whispered sharply to the others to leave. Their looks of disdain told him enough, as his rushed to change into his proper attire.

When he arrived at the dining room he was out of breath, but he did his best to straighten himself up as he entered. The dining room was quite grand, it had tall windows from which sunlight seeped in, so the glistening chandelier that hung from the ceiling was only used for evening meals. The dining room table was staggeringly large, meant to fit entire parties of people. But today, like most mornings, it was only him and Delariah. He saw her at the far end of the dining table, approaching her and placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Miss Delariah" He said, smiling. "I apologize for my lateness, as I had some difficulty this morning. The faeries in the garden must have been playing tricks on me again."

DELARIAH - SORESCU

The Young Miss Sorescu was known to favour very high-class food, yet also in a fairly big amount. That morning however, her eyes brighten by the sight of a "normal" breakfast; consist of grains and cereals, fruit and vegetables, eggs, meat and fish, and also tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice to choose from. Pancakes, sausages, French toast, bacon, sweet breads, fresh fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, baked beans, muffins, crumpets and toast with butter and margarine and jam and also marmalade aren't to be forgotten either. A sight rather crazy when knowing that it'll only consumed by two individuals as such amount was obviously impossible for them to eat. It was discussed before that it was too much, but still they won't have the chefs lessen the amount. After all, everything was a show of wealth. And as such, it was significant for the grown ups to maintain, even if it's only their daughter's breakfast we're talking about. Well, you don't have to believe it, Del didn't know about it either and wouldn't understand it if explained. For her, "grown ups" often act like complete idiots, very illogical, irregular, weird and without any compassion.

They're lost cases, unlike faeries who didn't know anything about hierarchies/ social standings and most importantly, wealth and money.

Taking time to sit comfortably, she took a toast and poor milk into her glass. Afterwards, she stood up seeing the jam and the eggs so far away from her reach and took them to her seat. Again, she found the perfect position to sit down comfortably and finally completed the last steps to finally relish her toast as then she heard the door opened. Tsuki!, was her first, with joy filled thought and she was proved to be right. There he stood with his normal attire, looking rather messy especially when regarding his hair.

Del already wanted to criticize his tardiness but then he came to her, approached her with that smile of his and even touched her shoulder, so that she just couldn't. She merely looked up to her private servant and heard out his reasoning. "Miss Delariah. I apologize for my lateness, as I had some difficulty this morning. The faeries in the garden must have been playing tricks on me again." Del had to grin. Tsuki was the only one who believed, the only one who ever listened to her stories and therefore, she felt closer to him than to anybody else. Despite she knew him merely for five months; it was as if she could entrust him everything, at least, almost everything.

"Is that so? Then you have received your punishment already." She said and gestured with her hand that he should sit down. "But!" Suddenly, she raised the boiled egg she had been holding for awhile. "Peel this for me!" She then demanded, and expected him to do it in that instant.

"And aaand Tsuki, you do know what day this is, right?" Her eyes seemed to penetrate Tsuki's eyes, searching for a proof that he knew what she was talking about. "Festival, today in the city. I want to go. You'll accompany me." Of course, Del wasn't permitted to go outside because she was sickly. On top of it, she was the daughter of one of the richest person around and therefore she was in more dangers outside than any other 16 years old teenager. However, she wanted to experience such things, even though it means doing what's not allowed. And Tsuki, well Tsuki was forced to agree upon the idea. Not like Del accepted any ditching.
