The Reign of Ira Shoku
A spawn of Prometheus, Ira Shoku, now leads Japan with his mighty fist. He controls all as the country's Emperor, and his goal seems to be the destruction of all that is light. A betrayer of Prometheus, his dream of once wishing to save the girl destined to be the Goddess has since been twisted by the darkness of his ambitions. With the cursed Hemond children as his right and left hands, and what's left of his faction of Prometheus serving his mighty Empire, Shoku destroys for the sake of destruction, searching for a meaning he no longer remembers.
It all seemed over. He had the Girl of Destiny under his thumb, he had the prophecy waiting to be deciphered, and the resistance against his power - Hime's Freedom Fighters, his exwife's HIVE, and the scattered gangs of what used to be Tsukasa's Yakuza, all too busy squabbling amongst each other to mount a real rebellion against him. But in a single instant, the tides turned. His own daughter vowed to free both the Hemonds and the Prophecy - but despite being caught yet and her having her plans foiled, the book of destiny has gone missing and it was anyone's guess as to who may possess it now.
His plan cannot proceed without it, and with this, a new opening has shown itself. If those who fight for the light wish to change the course of fate, now is the time to act.

Once Upon a Time
An ancient war that preceeds the lifespan of modern times. One of darkness and light, of divinity and sacred freedom. Prometheus, the Titan that gifted humans fire with aim to have the Goddess ascend to rule over the pigs that clearly are unable to rule for themselves. These humans were given fire and instead of creating something greater, they kill each other meaninglessly. What better to do then to summon a Goddess to fix the wrongs of humanity and set the world on the rightful path yet again?
But at what cost?
A Prophecy, with a certain year. A Prophecy, passed down by an ancient family for generations before being handed to its current bearer through sheer chance. Whether to ascend the Goddess or lock her away for eternity, one must possess the Prophecy.

Yui was excited to see everyone, as soon as they went down the staircase, she flung herself into the arms of the closest person, who happened to be Natsuo. He pat Yui's head confusedly as she rushed off to distribute more hugs to everyone she had missed. "Yui!" Ally rolled up, holding out her arms. "Ally!" Yui flung herself into the hug, the wheelchair nearly tipping over. Leo caught it, making sure the two didn't go tottering over the edge. Mizuki and Raven rushed off to make the final preparations for the bridal party while the rest of them had some time to kill. They each wanted to do their own thing, but there was one consensus. "I figured we'd go get some crepes," Ally winked, "then the Baroness wants to see you, she wants to fit you for your costumes." Yui nodded eagerly, she and the Baroness had been keeping in touch via the holo phone that Ally had gotten her.
"I'll meet up with you guys later," Ronan said, hoisting his bag over his shoulder. "I have some business I want to take care of," in truth, Ronan wanted to go visit his parent's and Aria's graves. After the destruction of Sanctum, her brain had been recovered and destroyed so that it could be buried with the rest of her body. She was put to rest beside her own parents, only a few graves away. "We're gonna take off too," Damian and Xavier said, holding hands. "We're gonna visit my family, then head to an onsen to help the jet lag." Xavier waved, the two of them going off. That left Noise, who was already snaking off with Natsuo, and the children. "Well, why don't you three come with us then?" Leo winked as though they had another option. They piled into the car, a car seat between Ren and Luna for Yui. Leo leaned in to strap her in and got into the driver's seat. "Crepes!" Yui sang, as excited as ever.
Harajuku was bustling with color and life, the three children sticking close beside their guides. "It's so nice to hear everyone speaking Japanese again," Yui said with a sigh. As much as she liked using English, she had missed the sounds of her home country. Japan would always be her place of choice to live, as much as she wanted to see the entire world, she would always come back to her place of birth. Sure, there were plenty of awful and scaring memories that came with it, but didn't all homes have some fights?

Seeing Natsuo go Luna sighed, feeling a little sad for some complex reason she couldn't quite understand. It was likely that she and Natsuo simply weren't meant to become close. He probably didn't need her too much anyways, he probably had his own circle of friends that she would never meet. It only made sense - she wasn't a Matsuri anyways, she just had the echo of Aria's memories, the reminder of her skills. One by one people trailed off until in the end it was just Ally, Leo, and the three children. "I guess it's crepe time then." She was more excited for the eventual costume fitting meeting with Baroness Kate, who had never been anything but a friend to them since they first met. She gently held the chain dagger in her pocket and nodded, feeling strength well up inside of her.
With Yui squished between them Luna was able to steal back her Yui doll made by Ishani. Hah, they got to be free while those brats at the school were going to be forced to suffer trapped in Haven! That knowledge helped inspire the silly vindictive pinkette as she munched on her peanut butter and vanilla crepe. She wasn't much of a sweets girl but she had to admit that it was okay at least. "Something on your mind?" Leo sat next to her as Ally told shadow puppet stories with Yui and Ren. "You're not usually this pensive." Luna turned to face the doctor, raising an eyebrow. "Arfyuacalingmedun" She said with a mouthful of crepe still unswallowed. He sighed, pressing on her jaw to close it. "Chew then speak." He instructed. She glowered but followed the instructions dutifully.
"Are you calling me a dumb for not thinking lots?" She asked, a tiny bit insulted by that insinuation. It was different when it was Ren, she knew he was just playing around. As much as the wind mage knew she was an idiot, it still hurt a bit to know how others saw her. "That's not what I meant. Aren't you usually more playful? What are you doing sitting at this bench all alone?" Luna pulled Minako out of her pocket, the chain dagger revealing itself. "I lost my best friend." She said soberly, eyes softening. "And who knows who else I might lose? Even in peace time, there's car accidents, there's sickness, there's random stabbings. I'm just thinking is all, okay?"
"Don't worry, we're not going to lose anyone else." Luna frowned, narrowing her eyes. "You can't know that. No one knows when someone's time will come." It seemed the moronic pinkette thought about these things more often than it seemed she did, didn't it? "I just have a bad feeling someone irreplaceable will leave me."

Yui couldn't wait! She knew which crepe she wanted as soon as they arrived, a crepe with ice cream, strawberries, and plenty of whipped cream! "That one, again?" Ren teased, getting a banana crepe with chocolate spread and whipped cream. He, at least, was going to try something else. "It's because I know I like it, I've been dreaming of this crepe ever since we left!" Ally got a creme brulee crepe and Leo got a ham and cheese crepe, the five of them sitting there, munching quietly. Ally finished first and began to tell them stories of what had been going on in the mean time. Leo left for a minute to go and sit with Luna, who was all on her lonesome, eating her crepe thoughtfully. Yui and Ren didn't think it strange, no doubt she was tired from their flight and just wanted to play their games. "Come on," Leo gestured for Luna to come and sit with them. He seemed anxious, almost finicky. "I'll be right back," Ally nodded, finishing up her story of how she had fallen into a lake in Kyoto and Leo had bravely dove in to rescue her despite the fact that he didn't know how to swim.
All of a sudden, music started up, people began to drop their belongings and dance as though some strange tap dancing fever had begun to spread throughout Harajuku. Yui's eyes widened as she watched, licking whipped cream off of her fingers. Leo emerged in the center, wearing a snazzy suit and holding flowers. The children's eyes widened further as they watched, Leo coming forward and getting down on one knee. Ally gasped, wheeling closer, one hand over her mouth. Yui and Ren hopped off the bench as Leo opened a small velvet box. "Ally, I know it isn't in good taste to pop the question when our friends are getting married tomorrow, but I couldn't wait any longer. Will you, Allyana Vorkov, marry me?" Both hands were over Ally's mouth now, there were tears in her eyes as she nodded her head vigorously.
"Y-yes. Yes!" She threw her arms around his neck, Leo catching her and lifting Ally bridal style, kissing her tenderly on the lips. The crowd cheered, Yui and Ren practically screaming as Leo placed a large diamond ring on Ally's ring finger. "How did you know I always wanted to be proposed to like this?" She asked, wiping tears out of her eyes. "I knew you needed something extravagant, you're not an ordinary girl Ally." He kissed her once more, setting Ally gently down in her chair. "What do you say Yui? Will you take me to be your brother?" Yui nodded, throwing her arms around Leo's neck too. "If you can make Ally the happiest girl in the world, then yes!" Leo had tried to assure Luna that none of them were going away, he hoped that this display had solidified that for her.

Luna sat with the others now, watching as all the dancing and music showed up. "There's so much for us to could have done." Luna whispered, remembering that time in the foggy afterlife, waiting for the bus with her best friend. It was hard to remember it, and a part of the pinkette knew that it was her job to have saved Mina, but in the end there was nothing she could have done. "Songs and music and dancing but you're gone now." The truth was, though she kept this secret close to her heart, but Luna just didn't find joy in music like she once did. Was it her distancing from Aria and becoming more of her own person, or was it because of losing Minako? Well ,it didn't matter really.
Leo and Allyana got their engagement ring now in a stunning display. Ally broke into tears and accepted it, becoming possibly one of the happiest girls in the world as of this moment. Even Ren looked surprised and maybe a tiny bit jealous too, not because of wanting to marry Ally because that's weird, but because he wanted to make Yui this kind of happy too, for her to notice him. But he was okay too, because once they were in the Star Layer together he had all the time in the world to make her his. Luna tried to be happy but she just felt sick. Everything felt like it was getting closer to an end, with people getting married left and right it was like the ending of an adventure. And thus the terrible omen of someone leaving her forever grew stronger in her mind. "I'll go back to Abazu, I'm not feeling good." So she drew a cloud and flew.
It was like a sense of dread constantly crawling up her back, wriggling it's shadowy tendrils at her. Something horrible was going to happen and because of that horrible thing all would come to an end. There must be a reason why the Prophecy could no longer be read, but whatever it was, she couldn't know. She flew to the rooftop of the Nippon Budokan despite never having performed here. She rubbed the chain dagger with a heavy sigh. "Can you tell me who I'm going to lose?" She asked in vain, knowing the weapon couldn't answer her. "Is it Yui? Does it have to do with the Prophecy?" Just thinking about it made nausea and weakness ripple through her body, the girl shuddering. No, she would never let that happen. She would die first! "I won't let that happen." She said quietly, clutching the chain dagger in her hands.

Yui and Ren waved to Luna as the rest of them went to celebrate the only way Ally knew how, with a miniature fashion show. She dragged Yui and Ren from store to store until she found outfits that she was satisfied with for their meeting with the Baroness. Once the children were dressed, with a separate outfit bought for Luna so she wouldn't miss out on the fun, they loaded back into the car and went to pick up Lulu. "Luna was acting strange," Leo admitted as he drove them. "She kept saying she felt as though she was going to lose someone. I'm wondering if the loss of Minako is effecting her more than she let on." Yui tilted her head to the side, trying to recall if she had seen this sort of behavior before or if Luna had expressed such feeling before now. Could this be an isolated incident? Yui and Ren shared a glance. "Do you think we've been ignoring her?" Yui scratched her cheek. "We've been busy with school, but I don't think so, Lulu and I share all of our classes together." The only time they didn't see one another was during clubs.
Once they reached home, Ally told them all to wait in the car as she rolled upstairs to get Luna dressed and take her down to meet Baroness Kate. "Hey Lulu, feeling better?" Yui asked once Ally had coaxed her down. "We're running a few minutes late, so hold on tight," Leo said, making sure everyone was buckled in before speeding off down the road. They narrowly avoided a red light as they continued in what felt like a high speed chase to a bright, colorful building situated in the fashion district. "Okay kids, out, out, out." Ally said as though she were Sheppard herding sheep. "I can't wait to see Kate," Yui smiled, not having seen her in what felt like forever. She stretched and followed Ally inside, the interior just as vibrant. They were hustled by a secretary into a gorgeous office, Kate waiting there for them.
"Ally! Yui! Luna! Ren! Lovely to see you all," she smiled, striding out from behind her desk to kiss each of their cheeks. "I'm glad to see you're on time, mostly. Come, we have no time to waste! There are a few fittings we need to get through. We'll go in the order of Luna, Yui, Ren, so Lulu, come with me." Ren stuck his tongue out at Luna, as though to say she was the first lamb to the laughter. "Don't worry, you'll each have your turn." They were on a bit of a time constraint considering the bridal shower was only in a few hours. "The rest of you are free to take a seat," she waved a hand at them, Ally rolling up beside the couch to transfer herself out of her chair. "I can't wait to see the dresses," Yui smiled eagerly.

Luna sighed, feeling a strange fog in her mind overlapping all of her thoughts. What was going to happen? She hoped it was just a feeling and nothing more than that. Now that she was back home in Japan, in Tokyo, she could feel it. The melancholy set in her brain as she flew, pocketing her chain dagger as the wind carried her back to Abazu above the skies of her homeland. Flying wasn't working either, it did nothing to get rid of this dreary apprehension deep in her liver. And so she landed, using her old key she hadn't used in months now, and entered home, taking her seat to try to play some games and get her mind off of things. Eventually Ally showed up and smiled, waving to her. "I already got your outfit, get dressed and let's go!"
Dressed prettily, with the chain still around her like a belt, the dagger portion almost acting like a buckle, Luna faced her destiny. "Yeah, I'm feeling better." She said quietly, gazing out the window at all the passing faces and cars like a mosaic blur. Here they were now, ready to be fitted for both the wedding dress and the bridal shower dress. The bridesmaids Raven chose were of course Noise, Ally, and Kate. Pairing off with them were Mizuki's groomsmen being Natsuo, Leo, and Ronan. Damian as the former Oracle would be the minister to tell them their vows, and Luna and Yui were to be flower girls as Ren bore the ring. "Come in, come in." Kate told her, ushering in to be fitted for the bridal shower dress.
In the end Luna was put into a simple yet fashionable galaxy-styled dress. Luna did a little twirl on command as the final adjustments were made, her single wing jutting out prettily to finish the look. "What about the flower girl dress?" Luna asked and Baroness Kate smiled, patting her shoulder. "I want Yui here too so we can fit you both at the same time for that one." The dress even had a little bit of bulk at the skirt for her to fit Minako around her inner thigh, wrapping around without being seen. The poofy shoulders, Luna liked that too. "Okay. I'll go call her in."

While they waited for Luna, Yui and Ren ran through their idol routine once again. Ally did her best to keep them on beat, pointing out little mistakes like if their smile faltered or if they missed a beat. Their song had been written by Noise, who at this point was basically everything except their agent, which happened to be Mizuki. "I can't wait for our first performance," Yui said as she sunk onto the couch, taking a sip of cold water to soothe her parched throat. "Don't you mean my first performance?" Ren winked as he sat opposite her and Ally. "After all, you're already a famous Idol in Haven," Yui giggled, but didn't deny said claims. It was true, her popularity had grown ten fold since joining the idol group. Before, some light bearers didn't believe in her, they didn't think she was truly a baby star or that she had done many of the things the papers had claimed. After all, she was so small and frail looking, how could she stop a war?
The door propped open a tad, "Yui, will you come in here?" The Baroness asked. "Okay!" Yui jumped to her feet, dizzy from rising so quickly. She rushed into the next room, wondering if there was a problem. "I want to fit you both for your flower girl dresses together," the Baroness smiled, no problem at all. "I'm so excited! I've never been to a wedding before!" Unless you counted the one she, Luna, and Ren had crashed on one of the days they had decided to run away from Noise. Yui removed her clothing and folded them neatly over the back of a chair, allowing the Baroness to help her into the pink outfit. "You and Luna will be matching of course, take care not to trip on the sleeves." The Baroness said as she slid the cool material over Yui's tiny body. "There, the picture of perfection," she smiled, Yui turning to look in the mirror. She gasped in delight and surprise.
"I love it! I love it! I love it! I love it!" Yui giggled, doing a twirl and nearly stumbling over the sleeve. The Baroness took the waist in and pinned a few things here and there before moving on to Luna, who was going to be wearing the same thing. "They wanted something a little bit more traditional, the wedding is a modern take on old customs." The Baroness explained as she fitted Luna's outfit. Once the flower girl gowns were taken care of, Yui was fitted for the outfit for the bridal shower, a dreamy light blue dress that fit like a glove.

Luna and Yui were fitted in their flower girl gowns then, what they would end up wearing for the wedding night itself. As the flower girls it was their job to spread joy in the form of flower petals to make way for the bride to walk down the aisle and reveal herself to the groom. Well, in this case, other bride. Though knowing Mizuki she wanted to be called a groom regardless because it was funny to her. "Do you know if Mizu will be in a dress or a tux?" She asked Kate, who was in charge of all of their costumes, including her own, as she was a Bridesmaid as well. "She told me to make one of both." Kate said with a silly smile as she got Yui's bridal shower dress ready. "So she can flip a coin and decide from there."
Once Ren was all suited up, it was time for them to get to the bridal shower. Raven rented a room at the highest high rise building in Tokyo in the Roppongi area where they'd have a beautiful view of just about everything, all the city lights and the ocean's calm waves and a bunch of other things. Minako never got the chance to see Japan without the winter snow covering all of it's natural beauties. She never got to experience what heat was, what going outside without a big bulky jacket was, she never knew any of that. If only Luna had been stronger and didn't lose to Thanos back then, then maybe things could have gone better. Maybe her best friend could be at the wedding too, happily cracking stupid jokes.
Up here at the penthouse, all of their friends were gathered. The wedding was tomorrow but Mizuki was already tipsy as she nearly fell over, cheeks as pink as cherries. "Sheesh, you have to take better care of yourself." Ronan helped her up. Who put her in charge of opening the door for them all, anyways? The music was playing, Aria's music of course, some were drunk, there was a nice assortment of food around. "I bet you didn't even help Raven prepare at all." Raven shook her head as she helped Ronan take Mizu to one of those pretty white Vanderkoff couches. "No, she helped quite a lot. She was the one who ordered all the alcohol and sent the invitations." But Raven predictably did everything else. Luna looked around to try to spot Natsuo but he was already at the bar, mixing drinks for Noise with a smile. Feeling a bit dazed, Luna figured she would just curl up next to Mizu on the couch.

Thanks to the traffic, they were a few minutes late. Ren had been easy to fit considering taking in boy's clothing was much more simple than it was for girls and once he was dressed, it was off to the party. "Wow, look at the view," Yui breathed as they rose in the elevator. The lights of the evening were twinkling, the bridal shower already in full swing by the time they all arrived. Underneath her stunning, long, violet lace gown, Ally was wearing the bionic legs so that she could walk. She held Leo's hand as they arrived, showing off her engagement ring to anyone and everyone. They would be next to marry, no doubt. Yui smiled to herself at the thought, she hoped she would be allowed to leave school for that wedding too. When would Ronan propose to Luna? Yui wondered with a sneaky smile. "What are you thinking about?" Ren asked as Luna abandoned them in favor of her drunk sister.
"Nothing," Yui replied, rocking back and forth on her heels. "Yeah right," Ren grinned, grabbing Yui by the crook of her elbow. "Come on, let's go stuff our faces with dessert! Luna, we're going to get some food!" Ren called to their friend in case she wanted to come. The two of them got all of the yummy looking miniature cakes and headed out onto the balcony, Ren feeding Yui little bites of each while Yui giggled with her eyes closed and tried to guess the flavor. Suddenly, it wasn't cake she was tasting. She opened her eyes, shocked to see Ren's lips brushing her own. "Sorry," Ren leaned backed, blushing with a voracious smile. "I had to try it, just once." Yui's cheeks were pink, but there was no reaction, her heart didn't skip a beat, there were no magical fireworks. "That was silly," she giggled, taking a bite out of a cream puff. Ren's smile faltered. For him, there had been fireworks and angels singing in the back of his mind.
This was the girl he loved, but she really would never love him back. "I'm gonna go inside," Ren pushed back from the table and headed to join Luna on the couches. Yui tilted her head to the side in thought, wondering if she had done something wrong. "Man, rejection is rough," Ronan shook his head, pulling up a seat beside his baby sister. "He's so weird sometimes," Yui wrinkled her nose. "Now my mouth taste's like Ren," Ronan laughed, patting her head, possibly planning Ren's murder for pulling such a trick on his innocent little angel. "I hate to break it to you Yui, but all boys are weirdos. It's just a fact of life," he poked her nose and picked up a piece of cake she had left half eaten on the table. "Ronan, is it nice... to have love?" Ronan quietly swallowed his cake and took a long swig of wine before answering. "It's frustrating mostly." He replied honestly, glancing through the glass panels to look at Luna, who had been acting off since they landed.
"It's full of worry. Worry you aren't enough, worry you aren't doing something right. Fear that they'll somehow leave you and never return." Yui leaned her head against Ronan's shoulder. "Well, I'm never going to leave you." She promised with a smile. Ronan leaned her head on top of her's, the two watching the sunset, Tokyo glistening in the low light. "Yeah, I'll never leave you either."
"Promise?"
"Only if you do."
"Fine then, stick your pinky out."
"Isn't that a little bit childish?" Ronan sighed, but stuck it out regardless. Yui clasped her own pinkie in his, the two shaking on it. "There, now we'll be together forever."

Luna was clinging tiredly to Mizuki. Was this why she had a bad feeling, was Mizu the one she was destined to one day lose? She didn't know, she didn't now, but the spider lily on her wrist had to mean something, the snake wrapping around the apple on her tummy had to mean something. What could it mean, though? How could she stop the tragedy? Luna was right, she could feel it welling up inside of her, that feeling of something just being utterly wrong with it all. "Cheer up, get drunk!" Mizuki grinned, holding up a bottle of what looked to be whiskey, cheeks flushed from the liquid heaven she had ingested. "I'm not allowed, I'm a kid." Luna mumbled, trying to pull it away and put it down so Mizu wouldn't get more drunk.
She was invited by Yui and Ren to play but for some reason that made her feel a bit sick. Luna just wanted to stay here for now. "Later, I have to take care of Mizu first, okay?" Mizu giggled, wrapping an arm around her little pink sister's shoulder, nudging heads. "Go and play, I'm just gonna sleep." The drunkard First Lady said with a goofy grin. Luna looked worried, she didn't like seeing Mizu so drunk like this! If she drank too much could she become 100% alcohol and die? Mizu snuggled with her, rubbing cheeks. "I r'member, Haru said somethin' about it. You you was first made by um, M-mayumi and you wanted to save me?" Back when Mizu was put into stasis in the tank for years after Shoku's defeat and the Queen of Hyperdeath's death and everything else. "What about it?"
"Go play with your friends!" Mizu pushed her off the couch with a beautiful sort of smile. "Y'worry too much 'bout me! Yui an' Ren are your most importants now, so you gotta stop moping!" Was she too attached to her jokester and somewhat mean big sister? What that was she was trying to say through the buzz of the whiskey? And then Luna felt the bottle smash into her mouth, nectar dripping down her throat. Her mind fuogged up, she could feel it running through her whole body as the bitter liquid infected her mind. With a blush and a stagger Luna wandered off, bumping into Yui with a hicucp. "My head funny." She whimpered in confusion. "Can Yui helps?"

Luna was, unfortunately, drunk. Yui bumped into her in the middle of the party, Luna crying out for help. "Come on, let's get you to a chair." Yui guided Luna over to a seat in a quieter corner, looking around to see if she could spot Ally or Leo. "I'm gonna get you some water," Yui said and ran to the bar to grab a bottle of water and a small fish sandwich for Luna so that she didn't have an empty stomach. "I heard that it's worse if you haven't eaten anything, so I got you some yummy fish!" Yui smiled and held the sandwich and the water out, hoping that it would help clear up Lulu's head. "Um, if you need to throw up, you can use this trash can." Yui had seen the effects of alcohol on adults and knew that sometimes, it made you feel queasy.
"What's wrong with Luna?" Ren frowned as he came over, having gotten over his emotions as to the rejection he had faced once more. It wasn't as though Yui didn't like him, she just didn't understand how to reciprocate his feelings. Or at least, that's what Ren convinced himself. Stuck in a loveless relationship, no doubt he would never move on. "Luna accidentally drank some alcohol," Yui ran a hand through her colorless hair, pushing it out of her face. "You stay with her, I'm going to get an adult. Okay?" Ren nodded, standing beside Luna, not having the heart to make fun of her in such a vulnerable state. Tomorrow, perhaps, when she was a bit more coherent.
"Ally!" Yui found her playing games at a card table, Mizuki drunkenly attempting to win with a terrible poker face. "Luna accidentally drank some of the adult juice and now she's acting funky." Ally pushed away from the table, "What did you do Mizu?" She shook her head with as sigh and went off with Yui to attend to her. "Looks like we're gonna have to cut the night short, you three should be getting to bed anyhow. I'll have Ronan take you all home, okay?" Yui nodded, the party was becoming a bit more adult oriented anyhow. Ronan took the keys and led them downstairs, carrying Luna over his shoulder. He made sure they were all strapped and began driving them back towards Ally's apartment.

Something very yummy was put into her mouth and Luna munched on it in a blurry daze. The night passed by as quickly as a plane flying through the world's sky and the next thing she knew she herself was flying as she was trapped in the stupor created by alcohol. Just like Aria, Luna was horrendously bad at holding her drink in and she was more than spinning as someone plopped her down on a soft thing that was almost definitely a cloud of marshmallows and not actually a bed. Exhaustion and drunkenness consumed her and she was hardly even there as the moon glowed and glimmered in the sky, as someone helped change her into comfy things and tucked her in and kissed her goodnight.
When morning came, the day of the wedding was here. Bile was here too unfortunately and Luna was puking into a toilet, someone rubbing her hair to help her through it. "Good girl, good girl." Ronan purred into her ear, trying to calm her. "Ugh, I seriously wonder if Mizu's taking her job as a big sister seriously." Luna vomited again, spewing her guts out and she stared whimpering at Ronan, wishing for the sensation to stop. "No, Mizu is good! It was my fault for being bad!" A better sister would have been able to... no, that didn't make sense. She had a feeling Mizu was trying to help her in her own irresponsible way but it really was hard to tell with her.
Anyways, once Luna was vomited out they had a few hours to prepare for the wedding. Noise had driven here to Abazu, Natsuo with her. "If the drunk girl is done, can we start? One last rehearsel to make sure you three know what you're doing." Noise crossed her arms as Natsuo got drinks for the three children for once they needed it after the performance. "Well, I know Yui will be fine, and Luna has Aria's experience in her, but I have to make sure you've got it memorized, Ren." And so one last time before the wedding, they were made to dance for Noise to see.

In the morning, Yui was up and ready to go. Leo cooked breakfast for them, his skills improving a lot over the time they were gone. They had crispy eggs and slightly burnt buttered toast, but Yui didn't complain. She nibbled on the food, eager for the makeup artist to arrive. Instead, they were greeted with Noise, who drilled them three times on their song and dance before deeming it ready. "Can I take a bath?" Yui inquired, "I don't want to be all smelly from dancing." Ally nodded, "That's a good idea, why don't we all take a bath?" Ronan grabbed Ren, hauling him over his shoulders. "Come on sweaty, let's scrub you down." Yui giggled and took Luna's hands. "How are you feeling this morning? I heard you puking, is it any better?" Yui asked, wanting to make sure that her friend was alright. They bathed with Ally, who made sure that the girls were squeaky clean.
"Hmm, I'm gonna make your hair match as much as I can." Ally decided, brushing and blow drying their locks. Ally braided them into intricate coifs with real flowers and ribbons, the makeup artist arriving soon after. Once the children were all made up, it was Ally's turn. Finally, they put on their clothing, looking quite dapper. "We'll see you there," Noise and Natsuo said as they left together. Yui, Ren, and Luna all sat in the backseat while Leo and Ally drove them, Ronan opting to sit in the last row so he could catch a few more hours of sleep. He was up late working on his homework, not wanting to fall behind when he returned. "It's awfully studious of him, I never expected Ronan to be the type that would take school seriously." Ally said once they could hear light snoring from the background.
"Ronan wants to graduate with honors." If they could graduate that is. There were some children there who were technically college age, but they wouldn't be able to leave until their light bearing gifts had faded away and who knows how far along in the future that would be. "I'm proud of him and Lulu too. Even though she pretends to be dumb, she's actually doing well in school!" Ren nodded his head. "I expected her to flunk out in like, the first month." Ren admitted, but Luna was working just as hard as the rest of them.

After Noise tortured them one last time before the big performance, Luna, Yui, and Ren all got a chance to shower and clean off all the excess sweat. This would be broadcast not only in Japan but all over the world so they had to be at the very top of their game here. No mistakes would be permitted, not if they wanted to show the world that they were not evil, that light bearers were not people to be afraid of. "No, because my joints are sore because Noise is a bully." Luna whined, shaking her head. This just wasn't fair. "You two are positively adorable!" Ally clung to them, her upgraded rotors allowing her more leg movement now.
Ronan was working hard. As much as Luna hated school, she knew that this was important to him. She was proud of her boyfriend, even in that awkward way of hers that wasn't good at showing affection at all.
Once at the Imperial Palace the boys and girls were both separated. Luna and Yui were put into their kimono-style flower girl dresses looking positively like adorable little angels. Of course they had their idol outfits to change into too once the ceremony was over and the party reception began because there was no Mizuki without a big party full of wine to dine on. The bridesmaids, Ally, Noise, and Baroness Kate, were put into their Bridesmaid dresses, pretty in their light lavender satin. Noise was the Maid of Honor and she looked almost nervous as she recited her lines. "It'll be okay." Ally told her, hugging the light canceler. "Raven chose you for a reason." Conversely Luna couldn't help but wonder if Natsuo was nervous about being the Best Man for this event. "I have to do this perfectly, that's why Raven chose me." She said, fanning her face to try to get the nervous out.
Then a letter came to the door. Who even used paper letters in Japan anymore? It was addressed to Luna so she went to get it, reading it. A secret meeting? "Come with me, Yui, let's have this secret meeting together." Was it an enemy? Now more than ever Luna had to make sure Yui was at her side in order to best protect her. And then the entered the stated room where this meeting would be... to find someone grinning almost cruelly at them. Wait, but Luna thought she was going to be wearing a tux? "Um... I chose a dress... because I wanted to take this seriously." Mizuki blushed at them heavily as she did a twirl, the door locked behind them of course. "H-how... does it look?"

They arrived at the wedding venue early, both to finish getting ready and to prepare to take pictures. The bridesmaids and flower girls were all gathered up in one room, the brides each having a separate room to get ready in because they weren't allowed to see one another since midnight last night up until the moment they went to the altar. Yui allowed Ally to help her into the bridesmaid dress and touch up her hair and makeup, doing a twirl for all the girls as she giggled proudly. The boys were getting into their tuxedos in another room, no doubt Damian forcefully brushing Ronan and Ren's hair in an attempt to tame it. "Noise is only a little bully," Yui agreed, sticking her tongue out. She meant well of course, Yui would never actually call anyone a bully, she was too nice to insult any of her friends. Besides, Noise just didn't want them to fumble on live TV, they were going to be broadcast across the world, even the students of Haven were being gathered in an auditorium to watch!
A note was delivered and the two girls secretly made their way to Mizuki's dressing room, where she was preparing for the wedding. She blushed as she twirled for them, Yui's eyes watering with tears. "Mizu-" she sniffed, feeling oddly emotional. "You look so pretty!" She wiped her eyes, doing her best not to ruin her makeup and smiled. "I can't wait to see you and Raven together, you look so good in a dress." Yui dabbed at her eyes with a tissue, "I can't believe you're really getting married." It was the day Japan had been holding its breath for, the first legal, same sex marriage. There was a knock on the door telling them to get ready for photos. "Raven is going to be speechless when she sees you," Yui said honestly, opening up the door so that she and Lulu could go get ready to be photographed.
They gathered in a hall full of beautiful flowers of all colors, the photographer having all sorts of ideas for them to pose in. First the boys, then the girls, then altogether, then a few candid frames, and finally, the guests had begun to arrive. First, there were appetizers for everyone to snack on, then, they were shuffled into a large, half indoor, half outdoor wedding hall decorated in splendor for the ceremony. People from all over the world had flown in for this day, including some of the head's of other nations that were here for political well being. Yui picked up her basket of flowers, staring up at Raven with wide eyes. "Wow," Yui gasped, almost not recognizing the black haired Empress. "You look breath taking." Raven smiled, patting Yui's head. She performed a short twirl for them, the hem of her dress floating.

Mizuki looked so beautiful in that dress of hers, Luna was tearing up. She clung to her beloved big sister. For once Mizuki was being serious, she wasn't doing her same old jokes and pranks. "I love you so much!" Japan's almost official First Lady didn't have her usual cheeky grin or that jokester smile. All she had was a deep blush and eyes that were on the verge of watering. "I'm really, um... scared! I'm not really suited for um, First Lady stuff. Look at me, I'm, um, more of a gambler than a fancy political lady." It was kind of weird, really. Mizu didn't look like what you would consider a typical lady but you would be lying if you said she was bad at the job. Her natural friendliness was definitely a boon to help people relax, and her cunning helped protect Raven almost as much as her security did. "I can't wait for Raven to see." Mizu wiped at her eyes to try not to cry at their words and hugged them both deeply.
After photos, when they got a chance to see Raven the former evil genius looked utterly stunning. Sure Luna was straight, but maybe she'd consider not being straight anymore if it wasn't for Ronan being there for her. The wedding hall was here and Luna did her best to wave at the cameras, following the words Aria always used to say, playing in her head a few times. Not much of Aria went through but for some reason good PR was one of the few things that remained. "You look really good!" Raven smiled brightly, beaming at the children with all of her happiness. It was hard to believe that once upon a time she was just a HIVE Executive, hardly more than a child at the time.
Finally as the bell rang it was time now for the official wedding ceremony. Luna and Yui were the first ones up, as music played Luna and Yui set down the flowers, as Noise and Natsuo went in to take their spot, followed by Ally and Leo, then finally Ronan and Baroness Kate. Next Damian walked down the aisle as everyone continued taking their pictures, waiting as Raven and Mizuki stepped down the aisle together. They held each other's hands and Damian gave them their oaths. Finally as the music ended, the first same sex couple made their kiss. After this would be the reception, and whatever the heck Raven named the idol group would finally get to perform their work.

Yui cried throughout the entire ceremony, her emotions getting the best of her. She couldn't help it! It was her first wedding and the child had never seen such a beautiful matrimony take place. Damian did the couple justice of course, making it a breath taking event with his words and then the vows which only made Yui cry harder, Ally dabbing desperately at her cheeks to stop the child's makeup from running. A few others were in tears and Yui almost missed her cue to hand out more flower to the guests in order to throw at Raven and Mizu when they walked down the aisle. She almost missed the kiss, the entire hall breaking out into cheers, including the news crew in the back that had filmed the entire event. Damian and Xavier too, were crying now as Damian stepped off of the stage, embracing Xavier with a peck on the lips. Their future was hopeful, the two of them could legally get married now and adopt a child and start a life; once they were done with school of course.
Next came the big dinner, along with dancing. Mizuki and Raven stole away, no doubt to embrace one another and kiss more in private, or whatever it was that couples did on their wedding day. Yui held Luna and Ren's hands, no longer crying, but beaming. "Wasn't that beautiful?" Yui asked with one last sniffle, Ren squeezing her hand. It would never be him and her up on that stage, it simply wasn't meant to be. "Yeah, it was," Ren admitted. He looked away shyly, smiling to himself. He was happy for Mizu and Raven, he truly was. The two deserved each other, a most beautiful couple. "I'm glad they were finally able to tie the knot," now Mizuki was officially the first lady of Japan. On their way out of the ceremony hall, Noise passed them, holding Natsuo's hand. "You three are gonna go up after dinner, alright? So give yourselves sometime to get ready," she warned, waving as they went off to kiss in private.
"I'm nervous. Performing at Haven is one thing, but in front of the entire world?" Her stomach burbled. "We'll be great," Ren pat her head and then Luna's, not wanting her to be left out. "Soon it'll be Lulu and Ronan up there, eating each other's faces!" He teased, "or maybe Luna will be strung from ropes on the ceiling and Ronan will-" Yui punched him lightly on the arm. "Don't make fun of Luna!" Yui chided, "now, let's make a run for the dessert table, before all of the yummy stuff is gone!" Ren grabbed the neck of her dress, halting Yui in her steps. "Real food first, or else Ally will get mad at us. I know Luna's fine, she's just gonna stuff her face with fish. Are you sure you aren't gay Lulu?" Ren snickered, the joke going right over Yui's head.

Luna did her best to not cry. It was very much a good thing that they didn't end up using non-waterproof makeup for once. It was a very good idea on Ally's part, it saved all of them. Even Yui was crying, they all in tears as Japan's first same sex couple was married and in love and the world was watching this very historic moment streamed live for all eyes to see. They kissed and then slipped off into the darkness of their own privacy. They'd definitely be back later though, for the reception and for the idol children doing their work. Luna held Minako carefully under the sleeve of her kimono thing, wishing she was here to see this too. The same sense of melancholy fell over her. Was something bad going to happen?
They were given a little bit of time to tend to themselves before starting their idoling. "Well, maybe we should get dressed in our idol outfits first?" It'd be hard to dance in Ren's tight fitting tuxedo, as well as Luna and Yui's hard-to-move-in kimonos. "Ew, that's gross!" Luna stuck her tongue out at Ren. "Fish isn't like that! Fish is both genders!" She got it too but she wasn't going to indignify Ren's childish response like that. As Ren expected Luna shoved lots of seafood into her plate, eel, clams, even caviar and of course fish. She had no room left in her tummy for the dessert but she did not care because for her, this counted as dessert!
Once eating was done and Luna made sure to watch Yui and Ren carefully to make sure they ate right, the three of them were sent to their rooms to finally get dressed for the big show. Luna was nervous, a cold sweat going through her. For once it wasn't her usual anxieties about being just like Aria, but rather it was her fear of messing up. Sure, Noise was most worried about Ren rather than the girls but Yui was the only one of them who was an accomplished Idol already. "Calm your nerves, Lulu." Ren told her with a grin. "Let's do our best, for just for Noise or Raven, but for us too." It seemed he was excited for some reason. Luna gave him a weak nod. "Okay." Her finger rubbed against Minako's blade. "Watch over me, okay?" She whispered to her best friend.

"I don't get it," Yui tilted her head to the side, wondering if there was something she was missing. "Don't worry about it," Ren pat her head lovingly. Perhaps he should start thinking of Yui as a little sister instead of a potential lover? Maybe then his heart would hurt less? Yes, Ren decided, that's what he would do! He would become closer to Yui than Ronan! He pumped his fist and nodded his head. "Do you like this song Ren?" Yui asked and Ren blushed, "Yeah, it's really good." He scratched his cheek, looking away. "We'll go get the cake and meet you at the table, okay Luna?" Ren decided, grabbing Yui's hand to drag her towards the dessert buffet. "Don't take too long Lulu!" Yui called as he dragged her off and through the crowd. "Are you nervous? Is that why you're acting so silly?"
Ren shook his head, blushing. "It's nothing you would understand," he put a plate in her hands and together the two of them got one of everything, sneaking off to the table they promised they would meet. "I'm gonna get us some appetizers too," Ren left Yui there to guard the food, humming the song they had been practicing for months as she waited. "Hello Yui," a familiar voice said. Yui craned her neck around, smiling. "Hello K, what are you doing here?" K grinned, gesturing around. "What aren't I doing here? It's the party of the year isn't it? Of course I was going to attend." K leaned into Yui's ear then, "I hear something very exciting is going to happen tonight. Who knows? Maybe your performance will start a riot." Yui was about to reply when K disappeared into the crowd. Ren returned with food, Luna right behind him. "Were you talking to someone?" He asked and Yui shook her head in reply.
"I did, but um, it's not really important." After all, Yui didn't want to put more pressure on them. Instead, she smiled and ate her chicken nuggets, then devoured the cake. Afterwards, the three of them were rounded up in order to be changed and prepped for their show. "Are you nervous?" Yui asked Ren and Luna, who seemed to be sweating a bit as they waited backstage. "Just a little," Ren admitted, "I don't exactly like audiences." It was why he hadn't gone into the idol club with Yui. He had tried to join the photography club, but found he didn't have the eye for it. "It's okay, you'll do great. You too Lulu, you're both gonna shine like stars tonight!"

Food was about done now, Luna and pretty much everyone else had finished up with their grub. "Come on, we have to get you girls dressed!" Noise beckoned with her hand, taking them off to the side. As Natsuo gave his speech about good memories he once had with Mizuki and their childhood together, the three children were pretty much railroaded up to be put in their pretty idol outfits, wearing clothes that looked almost like sunbeams. They really were going with the light motif here. Luna and Ren's dark wings matched on either side, adding contrast to Yui's shimmering bright two wings behind. Kate did one last touch up on their make up. "I'm not really nervous." Luna admitted as Yui gave them both confidence. "I'm just in thought, I can't shake this weird feeling in my chest."
Raven was there too, as was Mizuki, waiting for them in the wall." Oh, you three look so nice." Raven's eyes watered as she hugged each of the three idol children. "I'm sorry for putting this burden on you all, but I hope you can enjoy it. It'll be an important step in bringing about peace and love for us light bearers. There's too much fear, but this can help solve that." Mizu rolled her eyes, back to her silly self again with the solemnness of the ceremony over and done with. "C'mon, admit it. You just want them to be cute on stage." The First Lady snickered behind her hand, looking elegant despite the same teasing grin on that devious face of hers. "Well, there is that too." Raven admitted with a helpless shrug. "Now go and dazzle us!"
As the children walked onto the stage with all the cameras, Mizuki was there, holding her arm out to gesture to the three of them. "This is the Goddess, Yui, and her two angels Luna and Ren. They're here today as a special surprise." Mizuki grinned, already flawless at addressing the camera. "Our gift to the world, you'll all get to see their first performance as an idol unit! The Tri-Star Triplets, show the world how bright you can shine!" And so right on cue as the music began playing and the cameras began snapping and the people began to cheer and smile, Luna sang her heart out, channelling as much of her inner Aria as she could muster.

Her breathing was hard, sweat dripped down her back as the lights began to dim, Yui's throat a bit sore from all of the singing. They had performed not one, not two, but three whole songs! After their first, the audience had wanted an encore, which Noise had prepared them for, fully expecting this to happen. After the third song, the final one they had prepared with months of practice and studying, Noise made them dim the lights to let them know it had come to an end. The thunder of applause was in her ears, Yui able to both feel and hear her heart beat banging around in her rib cage. "We... did... it..." Yui panted, reaching for her water bottle off to the side of the stage. "Yeah, we did," Ren grinned, he too, was breathing hard, sweat clinging to his hair line. Just as quickly as the lights had dimmed, they rose once more, a new idol standing before them.
"Hello everyone, let's give the Tri-Star Triplets a big round of applause! I'm sure you recognize me from your local news reports about our wonderful new school, Haven." K grinned, Yui's smile faltering, becoming confused. This didn't have anything to do with Haven... did it? "Well, in recent months, it has come to the world's attention that this model school is not only thriving, but teaching students important lessons. Namely," K's grin slipped off of xis mouth, xe tilted xis head to the side and shook it mournfully. "That humanity doesn't deserve to live," a gasp sounded in the audience. Yui tensed, prepared to do what she needed to in case K did something. "But don't worry, they aren't going to do anything... yet. I needed the world's attention here tonight to watch, glued to your screens, while they march out to your countries, neighborhoods, and homes. I am going to start this earth anew. But how, you might ask?"
K held out xis wrist, the implant that every citizen in the world had. "By controlling them with these of course!" Loki ran forward and tried to knock K off of the stage, but was blocked by two bulky looking security guards. "Humans are a pest, like rats, they need to be exterminated. Light bearers will bring upon a new era to this world. Starting now, Raven, Damian, hit it!" Yui ran forward to try and stop them, attempting to jump off of the stage. K grabbed the back of her dress. "Uh-uh baby star, you can just sit back and watch." K pushed down on the three essential pressure points hard enough to kill, the child's body going limp, unmoving, unbreathing. "Your Goddess is dead. Not really that strong, was she?" K kicked Yui as hard as xe could off of the stage, body rolling before it came to a stop at Ronan's feet.
He balked, face as white as a ghost. She would come back, of course, but it was always scary. "I look forward to the cleansing of humanity, good look surviving." K grinned and snapped xis fingers and just like that, the entirety of Haven was under xis control. "Ronan, bring that doll to me. We're going to have a lot of fun."

K was here, K ruined everything, K who Minako was supposed to have killed such a long time ago. "How are you alive?" Luna asked, daggers glaring hard in her eyes. "How can you possibly be alive?" Mina never failed an assassination, Luna knew that, and yet why was this happening? The answer was obvious of course, staring her in the face the moment Loki had come to try to stop her - no, not her at all, not even a him but a xim, K was a star, had been a star this whole time. The Star of Freedom, freeing this realm from Cirque's control once and for all. "I won't allow this!" Power surged from her wrist as she attacked, Ren following her move. "Let Yui go! Lulu, let's finish this loser off here and now!"
He casted illusions to distract all the others and Luna jumped above, activating her Medusa to freeze Ronan before he could grab Yui's unconscious form. "I see I'll face to free you two of your consciousness." K clapped xis hands menacingly, and suddenly Luna's legs lost all form of sensation. Ren too, fell down in a sudden slump. "I can still fight!" She thrust her arm out, blowing a hole in the side of the Imperial Palace with a rush of air. If she could activate Paradise she could undo all of this, she could break K's control on all of the Light Bearers and save them all! "Take her out, my dearies." Something hit her head but that gave Ren the time he needed to push Yui through Luna's open Gateway which he then closed. Their only hope for now was Resplendia, if only she could do something about this mess.
In Paradise as the silent singing echoed throughout, someone entered. Resplendia was quick to pick her up, Yui would be safe. Together they would have to save the world. "I'm sorry, my successor." Resplendia told Yui, caressing her cheek. The Angels were being subdued now, they would be under The Star of Freedom's control the next time they met. She suddenly glowed brightly, and then her Star form was left behind, a shell, as she was rooted to this realm. No, if they were going to win she needed a vessel that would be able to enter the Earth plane entirely. So she created a new form, blue eyes, bright hair, wings bright. This would be the Star of Happiness's final act, to carve a path for Yui to ascend and then show the world true happiness.
"Yui, when you wake..." She spoke into Yui's mind, love flowing through from her to the Baby Star, so near maturity now. "We'll save the world together." She thought for a moment, and then decided. "You can call me Dia if you wish, Resplendia is quite the mouthful." She shared half of her power with Yui, and the rest of her power would be given to her for the final showdown with K of course. Once that happened, Resplendia would pass away, a new Star of Happiness to rise from her ashes.

When Yui awoke, it was in a strange place. She was cold, so very cold, the wind howling outside of the window. A tower, Yui realized, she was trapped inside of a tower like a princess. Slowly, Yui rose from the bed, taking the blanket with her to look outside. Snow whipped through the mountains of a frozen desert, Antarctica, the farthest reaches of humanity, where Yui could feel no ones light. She fell to her knees, tears of frustration welling up in her eyes. "Why? Why can I never stop them?" She sobbed, feeling something strange in her heart. Yui wasn't alone, but she didn't know who was with her, or why. A slot in the door cracked open, food falling through. Yui ran to it, sticking her hand through to see who was there. A robot, a robot had delivered the food. Yui was truly alone here, where not even her miracles could influence humanity.
She wasn't sure how much time passed. She fell asleep in the bed, trying to warm her freezing body. She didn't touch the food, but sometimes drank the water or juice, talking to whom she believed was Resplendia watching over her. "But you don't want me to call you that anymore? Okay, Dia, that feels right." Yui said softly, clutching the shell necklace that rest over her heart. Yui waited, for what she didn't know, a rescue maybe, but she had a feeling that this time, no one was coming. K was the star of freedom, xe could free memories, body parts, and perhaps other things too from a person. So Yui waited, dancing to keep warm, biding her time until K came. Hunger gnawed at her stomach, but she pushed the trays back through the slot they came through, sometimes attempting to pick the lock. Had it been days? Months? Years? Yui didn't know. She had no way to count the time that passed except with naps. In Antarctica during the long summer days, the sun only set for an hour, so Yui had plenty of time to charge.
Then one day, the door opened. Yui was sitting in the bath, talking to Resplendia, who never did answer, but Yui knew she was there. "Talking to yourself? I guess the isolation is beginning to get to you." She bolted upright and grabbed a towel, soaking wet as she ran into the main room to see K standing there, looking smug. "You!" Yui screamed, charging forward. "Ah, ah, I wouldn't do that." K tugged on a leash, pulling Ren and Luna inside. "I thought you might want to see your friends. I'm not hurting them, don't worry, they're doing great things though." Yui ran forward, colliding into them as she hugged her angels, tears welling up in her eyes. "Please, don't leave me." Yui said as she pulled them close. Ren's eyes were blank, "Who are you?" He asked, her body stiffening.
"Ah yes, your greatest fear is to be forgotten, is it not?" K grinned, "Resplendia shared that with you." Xe pat Yui's hair. "Start eating food, or I'll stop giving it and you'll die a painful, hungry death, only to wake up hours later and die from the same fate, again and again." Yui swallowed hard, nodding. "That's a good girl. Do not worry, your part will come soon, once you've understood my despair." K left, tugging Luna and Ren out behind her. "Resplendia lives inside of you," someone said as the door closed, but whether it was Ren or Luna, Yui couldn't tell.
"Is that true?" Yui asked softly, hugging herself. "Are you truly there?"

Resplendia's problem was that she had too much power to be able to safely materialize in the mortal realm. She spent days at a time meditating to send her power to Yui, while hoping to keep half of it for herself to use. Soon they would be one and the same and hopefully that's all they would need to accomplish. "Please hold on." Dia told her. She had her new form, all she had to do was find a body to use it with. Of course afterwards the mission was over she'd leave the body and it'd go back to normal. "I need to send you more power." Could Yui hear Dia's words? It was hard to tell. Their connection was tenuous at best because Yui was not connected to Paradise, but the Star of Happiness had a job to do. Cirque wasn't here to solve this, so it was up to her.
It was true, though. Thanks to Ren opening up the Gateway Dia was able to attach a part of herself to Yui's own soul. She couldn't bring the child through to her side, bu she could at the very least power that portion that she called Dia. As the days went on, as the humans were killed and culled and split apart, Yui was trapped here, the Goddess not answering the cries of her people. But they had to do this slowly because if they took things too hastily then they wouldn't be able to win. The fated day was coming, one day soon she'd be able to break through. "Don't get impatient, we simply have to wait for the transfer to be complete." Until then Yui would have to suffer in this cell, alone with no one to care for her.
One day the transfer of power was complete and Resplendia was reduced by enough that now she could fit through the Gateway. What would this entail? Why, she could use both halves of the Gateway to break through and absorb both Luna and Ren temporarily, to use their bodies to form one of her own. She'd be borrowing their mixed light and darkness too, able to harness Medusa, Wind, and Illusions. Would Yui recognize what had happened to her Angels? There was a good chance at that. Hopefully she would not be afraid of Dia, because this was the next step of her plan.
She sent herself through the Gateway, her essence taking over Ren, and then Luna, she fused them together - a reversible process of course - and now she was here, her blonde hair, her sharp blue eyes, her twin angel wings. This was once her form back ten thousand years ago when she still sowed seeds for people's happiness. This time she would give happiness not to humanity, but to a single Baby Star. "I've been waiting, Resplendia." K said, xis face twisted in glee as the two Angels became her vessel. "You've finally returned, but there's nothing you can do!" Dia had a faint smile. She could do more than just sow seeds and borrow powers. She had some of her own, of course, even without her full power at her disposal.
Without responding to the Star of Freedom, Dia waved her arm, finger pointing out. A shape appeared in the air, then it became a rainbow. She could control it, the rainbow star, and fight with it as if it were a weapon. She flung it at K, sharp edges burning holes in the glass wall blocking them out. She drew another, dual wielding the rainbow stars as K tried to disconnect Dia's body. "This body is protected, you can't affect it with your powers, Kaline." The Star of Happiness's true name. Kaline grinned viciously, chains appearing from her fingers, reaching to grasp, to grapple, to pin Dia down but the rainbow stars cut through them like a knife through hot butter, able to cut through anything.
"You're just a Lost Star! Stop meddling in a world you abandoned!" Dia ignored her opponent, blasting at the walls with the power of a storm behind her hands, Luna's power coming forth. She then went to Yui's head with Ren's ability, keeping her up to date on her plan. And then she burst through, using Medusa on Kaline to stun her for at least a few seconds. That few seconds would be enough. And here she was, the Baby Star, her successor. "Yui." Dia burst through the wall to find her, looking graceful. "This time it is my turn to save you." She took her hand, a cloud forming underneath to lift them up. "Let's go."

Just as the door was shutting, a great light burst forth from Luna and Ren, their bodies transforming and becoming one. Yui gasped, realizing instantly what this meant. Resplendia burst forth in her full glory, no longer eyeless and shriveled, but tall and immaculate. K had been waiting for this moment, calling out for the former star of happiness, beckoning xim forth. "Look out!" Yui screamed as the two grappled with one another. What could she do to help? Why was she so weak? She was supposed to save humanity, but she couldn't even face off against the enemy. Each time, she had failed. Against Shoku, against Thanos, and now.... no! Yui was not going to back down and allow someone else to fight this battle. "I'm going to help too."
The air pressure in the room grew denser, it was hard to breathe, but Yui knew what she had to do. As Dia broke through the prison K had built to keep Yui in, she released the seal that had been stopping Yui from using her powers. The baby star's hair began to float, eyes glowing. "We can't just escape, we have to eliminate the problem!" If they just left K here, xe would come back with a vengeance. "We have to finish this!" Yui closed her eyes, gathering up the energy into her palms. "You who desecrate this land and hurt these people, I banish thee! Star Burst!" Light burst forth, blinding them, K screamed as xe was overwhelmed from all sides, the light concentrating in a cylinder that reached the sky. When the light faded, K fell to the side and Yui to her knees, breathing hard. "Is K... dead?" No, Xe was not dead, but K was no longer a star either.
"Now we can go," Yui rose, grabbing a chicken finger from the untouched lunch tray and unfolding her wings, which sparkled as they grew to their full size. "Let's go Dia!" They had to fix the world, they had to stop the other light bearers from hurting them and cease the riots, but how? Yui only had one idea, but she wasn't sure if it was going to work or not. The other light bearers had been darkened, they were infected by evil, vile thoughts. They wanted to destroy, to kill, and conquer. In a way, K had been protecting Yui, sheltering her from all of the terrible deeds that were being done in her name. K had made the world turn against the baby star, the humans hating her, believing that it was her fault this had all happened. "For Yui!" Elaine screamed, setting a house on fire, the human family inside pleading for mercy.
"For Luna and Ren!" Jake said, darkness coursing through his veins. "I think I know how we can stop this!" Yui shouted over the sound of the howling wind. They would need a broadcast station and as many cameras as possible. "We'll have to get Damian, Raven, and Ally." It wasn't going to be easy, but those three were the technological geniuses of their group, as well as they could project sensations and thoughts into the minds of others. Had they too, been consumed by darkness? Was Leo safe? And Mizuki? Yui's hands balled into fists, she felt sick thinking that her family had been torn apart in such a cruel way.

Collectibles
By creating Collectibles, you can reward your players with unique items that accentuate their character sheets.
Once an Item has been created, it can be spawned in the IC using /spawn Item Name (case-sensitive, as usual) — this can be followed with /take Item Name to retrieve the item into the current character's inventory.
Mobs
Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!
Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!

You can schedule events for your players to create notifications and schedule times for everyone to plan around.
The Forge

Hey, I was just wondering if I forgot to do something in my post since mine lacks the whole character card portion at the top of it. And sorry if its something basic that I simply forgot to do since I rushed it a bit to get it done.

We will be starting tonight, but before you post, here are a few things you should know.
☛ You have been in this world for give or take a month. While it may seem as though everyone died on the same night, in truth, everyone died around the same time. You could have been there a week longer, or maybe a few days less.
☛ You do have memories of your last life, unless you've explained that your price is the loss of memories. You have the same soul, but a different body.
☛ On the night of the full moon, your first faerie revel will take place. This will be the night the RP will start at. It is during this revel that you will discover the truth about your existence, that you've been chosen for a great journey to defeat Sorrow.
☛ What is Sorrow? Sorrow is the personification of the grief, sadness, and loneliness of the world. Should you be succumb to these feelings and be swallowed by Sorrow, you too will become a dark puppet for Sorrow to manipulate. There are ways to combat this and return to normal, these will be discovered during the RP.
☛ Have fun~

Hey Queen, you can go ahead and continue without me, you don't have to wait ok? You know the situation, so I probably wont be a major poster, I made Nyx and 'outsider' type because of that so there's no need to wait - I can easily just read over everything and catch up. :)

As of right now, we're awaiting on two people to finish their characters before we can begin. Squarenuggets is nearly half way done and Skykoko (Xue) who is hopefully beginning to finish up their bio. Thank you for your patience everyone, we'll be starting soon.

Yes Squarenuggets, there is one position open and it is that of the Changeling. You have forty eight hours to submit a work in progress in the CS which is posted somewhere in the OOC and five days to complete it. Please make a proper reservation if you wish to pursue the position.

That would be a very interesting sort of haunting, I think you should go for it. Remember that once Sorrow is defeated the ghost will go away.

I was sort of thinking maybe he felt like he caused the death of a loved one, and constantly a ghost, or a voice would speak to him about how their death was his fault.

☛ Memory || Every time you cast a spell or use crucial magic, you lose one memory of your past.
☛ Feeling || The lose of an emotion like sadness or no longer being able to feel happiness. You could also lose the sensation of pain and while this may sound beneficial, it is actually quite a dangerous condition.
☛ Destiny || Every time you have a brush with death you lose a year of your life.
All of these conditions will be reversible once Sorrow has been defeated.
