Description
Name: Norwell Muudak
Species/Race: Wrawlen
Gender: Male
Age: 30
Occupation (on the RS, otherwise "passenger"): Passenger
Personality: A sarcastic, rough edged bounty hunter, Norwell enjoys insults, whether it be directed at him or another person. The sarcasm that inhibits his life is a mask that hides a pain inside of him. Contrary to popular opinion of the Wrawlen, Norwell is a bit of a scoundrel. He loves money. It is hard for him to trust anyone after being backstabbed multiple times. However, he is capable of trust. It'll take a lot of time or some crazy experience for it to build up. For the few he calls friend, he will be loyal and dependable. For others, he behaves unreliably. Despite being seemingly careless, Norwell does have a sense of morality deep down. Once he relaxes with someone's presence, he simmers down somewhat.
History: Norwell Howlingwind
Norwell was born into a lonely colonial settlement on a world sitting at the edges of known space. He lived there until he was nine, when his parents raised enough money to buy a decent apartment on a largely urbanized planet in the mid-rim. He spent his childhood in contentment despite being in the lower class of citizens. However, he lost his parents to murder at the age of eleven. After his father witnessed a crime scene involving dangerous criminals, the man involved sent a team of gangsters to kill him and his family. Norwell escaped death by hiding in the ventilation shafts, being small enough to fit inside. He saw the faces of the killers, images he would never forget as long as he lived.
Inspite of conclusive evidence provided by Norwell that pointed to a hit ordered by the criminal, Van Chan, he was not charged and let free. It was this event that would eventually lead to Norwell pursuing a career as a bounty hunter. He wanted revenge for what was done.
At the age of twenty-five, during a mission to capture the kingping of an illegal mining operation, in which he worked alongside several other bounty hunters, all hired by the same client. While they knew nothing of who their client was, they knew how powerful he or she was. During the mission, he caught a glimpse of one of the men that had killed his parents. He deserted his team and pursued the man. Eventually, Norwell captured the man and immediately took off on a stolen spaceship. Interrogating him, he learned the location of Van Chan. No longer feeling useful to Norwell, he shot the man's knee caps and ditched him on some jungle planet. After tracking down and brutally executing Chan in an alley, several of the bounty hunters from the same group he was working with had confronted him in the streets. They were there to collect a very hefty bounty that was put on Norwell for abandoning the mission. Their target managed to flee the scene, and the client was very upset about it. A gunfight erupted in which he managed to kill all but one before law enforcement apprehended them both. Norwell was silently released when he was at the age of twenty-nine. His stuff, or at least, most of it, was returned to him. With a rather large bounty still on his head, Norwell decided to go into hiding until he could fine some way to make amends or pay it off himself. He began boarding ships, slowly paying his way across different sectors in the galaxy. He did this until he finally boarded the Recivist Saint.
Belongings: On his hip, Norwell has two hand cannons that both fire different projectiles. One of them, Middle Finger, is a high-tech weapon that can fire a variety of bullets besides regular rounds. These include shock-stun, armour piercing, non-lethal tracking globs, and more. Sadly, most of his ammunition was lost during his confinement, and now he only has regular rounds and shock-stun's. His other hand cannon, which he nicknamed, Other Gun, fires an energy-based beam. For both of his guns, he has engraved their names into the hilts. Norwell has a wristpad that can relay information holographically. It also has a planet database, calendar, clock, audio recording, and map software. There is also an earpiece he keeps with him that can sync wirelessly with the wristpad, which, when connected, is capable of communicating long range. Now that he isn't necessarily hunting bounties, he rarely uses it. The backpack contains an extra battery pack for his wrist-pad. He even has a bottle of fragrance, which he uses when he needs to tail a target. Besides all that, he has several food packages and a water bottle inside.
