Akemi walked with the two guards to what seemed to be an office. They threw her in there, and then she heard the lock on the door click. Out of nowhere someone appeared at a desk. It seemed to be the headmaster. He then invited Akemi to sit down across from him and started speaking.

He said," I welcome you to Cross Academy Akemi. As you probably already know this is a school for vampires and humans. I have brought you here for an experiment. We are looking for ways to reverse the effects on vampires becoming level E. We have chosen you. As you are here now you will be part of the student life. We will not allow you to go after the human students and kill them. You will have to survive on blood tablets. You also are to wear an electrical collar on at all times. Please note that you must wear the uniform and go about what everyone else is doing. I will now leave, so you can get changed to go to class. Thank you for cooperating and please know that we can kill you at any time."

As Akemi watched the headmaster leave she thought this is awful. Now what am I to do. She decided to play along with this facade until she got her strength back. Before putting on the uniform she looked at the blood tablets. She tried putting one in water then drinking it.yuck she thought as she tried to drink it.Well it's better than starving, and this way I will get to full power quicker.

Akemi quickly put on the school uniform. As she was undressing she notice that a silver collar was placed on her neck.So this is what they were talking about, she thought. When she was finished she was lead to the school.When she got there she opened the door and walked inside.

Dai hesitated for a moment before going into the classroom. "You don't have to do that, Ryeo-kun, I just forgot my books... I apollogize, Kurosu-samma, it will not happen again." He had held up one of his books ever so slightly as he had spoken; now in the same manner he bowed in the general direction of the Dorm President. Keeping one hand grazing the edges of the desks so he didn't trip, he took his seat next to Ryeo. He was probably the only person Dai had met within the Night Class that had (almost) no problem being friends with a blind vampire. Quickly, before he caught further attention, he slipped him a peice of paper, face down. It wasn't really any words; he had created a "language" of symbols, and taught it to Ryeo. The back of the paper left the raised indentations of the original note; this way, Dai could read anything Ryeo wrote, and vice versa.

Hey, did you leave a tin of bloodtablets on top of my books? I hadn't been able to find mine the past couple days, and then *poof!* they appear when I needed them.... Also, thanks for offering to look for me; it would have turned out very badly if anyone else had come searching.....

Keicha glared lightly at the walls of her dorm room, putting one hand on her hip as she raised her free hand head-level and put her finger to her lip in thought. She turned, walking over to the windowsill and peering out of the open window into the night. Mouse chattered quietly, hopping down from the window outside, disappearing once more. The girl just watched him quietly slip under some bushes and do whatever it was he did at these times. In the meanwhile, she placed her palms on the sill, pushing herself up and settling down on the cool wood, one foot propped up a bit, the other extended and pushing slightly against the opposite wall. She smoothed her nightgown down, then leaned her head against the casing, closing her eyes and plainly enjoying the slight breezes. I'm probably going to fall asleep like this, but whatever.

Her eyes opened once more, and she sighed, though no emotions flowed through it. The silver-haired girl peered quietly down at her bandaged hand thoughtfully. Yep, it was worse than I had thought. Oh well....

When Dai had come into class with his thing Ryeo sat down quickly and sighed softly. He was glad Dai had come back somewhat quickly and didn’t get into any trouble--at least he hoped Kurosu-samma wasn’t aggravated about the whole thing. The red head nodded in acknowledgement as Dai quickly took a seat next to him-not speaking so he wouldn’t get in trouble.
When the other passed a note to him he read over it –it being in Dais ‘secret language’ the only other way besides speaking directly to each other.

‘No I didn’t, sorry. Maybe some one knew you misplaced yours and gave you some new ones? Your welcome I would do anything to get out of class today, I don’t want to sit and listen to the lectures.You didnt do anything bad did you?’

Ryeowook quickly slid the note to Dai without any huge moments in order not to catch attention from anyone. The last thing he needed was some one whining about Ryeo and Dai passing notes-not that anyone really cared especially with today’s lesson on things most didn’t bother wanting to learn.

Dai read the note with the slightest of smiles. "Any idea when Sensei will get here?" He was probably the only one that cared about the "Human" classes, but he didn't mind. Honestly, a grade was a grade. The sooner I can get done with school, the sooner I can actually do some good, prove Father and Uncle wrong....

Alright, thanks anyway on that.... And not bad, at least nothing monumentally bad. I ate an owl, but they all know I do that on occasion. The reason I'm so glad no one came looking is because I met a girl.... One of the few Day Class kids that doesnt crowd around us. I had caught the scent of blood, sensed something that wasn't a normal night creature, and I....I followed my nose once I knew no one had come back with me.... Dude you have no idea how hard it was to talk without a full stomach... He sighed; Ryeo was probably the only one he could tell about his meeting, the only one who could help him create a painting of that night. The Willow, yes, that's what he would call it. Until he learned about wether Keicha would like to be in a painting, he would not put her in the picture. Mouse was an animal, he would fit right into the rest. The thought of being able to have something, even though he couldn't see it, to remember that night, it made him happy.

Akemi walked into the classroom and looked around. She saw a bunch of vampires, but no humans. She quickly said," My name is Akemi Oto." She then went to sit down in the back corner of the room. She found a piece of paper and a pencil on her desk and started to draw.

Akemi could feel all of the stares on her, but she didn't really care. They were just normal vampires wondering what a renegade vampire was doing here. God I just want to get out of here and be free. Why me. Why couldn't they have chosen someone else. I am so hungry, but they all look hungry too. How do they do it? When Akemi looked down at her paper she saw that she drew a knife.

I walked into the classroom slowly, almost like a predator stalking its prey. My sword was against my side and I touched it as I reached the desk in the front of the room. Leaning against the polished wood, I stared at my new students. Nobody spoke and I reached behind me, grabbing a peice of chalk. Turning I wrote deeply into the board, making the whiteness of the chalk stark against the background.

I looked away from the name I had just written on the board and,finally, I spoke, "My name is Hanako Chise and I will be your teacher for the rest of the semester because of your last teachers very...unfortunate accident. I do not take kindly too "teachers pets" and hope there are none of you here. You will respect me and in turn we will get along just fine. I will allow a few questions and will answer them as I see fit." I paused and smiled at my students, almost in a threatening way. "Do be warned however, ask your questions very carefully."

Shiraki chuckled slightly at her stealthiness. One the prefects was bound to catch her at any moment. "Well, maybe I could listen in on one of the lectures." She mumbled, gripping the side of the building. She had used one of the lower floor rooms to get out on the building's wall. Now she was gripping the edge of a pillar to trying to inch forward to get to an open window near the back. She had made it this far without being noticed. Maybe, just maybe, when their class was over, she'd be able to get back to her dorm in the same manner. "That would be great..." She mumbled slightly, chuckling very quietly.

Sitting down once she got near a window, she sighed in relief and stretched out carefully. The room was full of vampires, and it made her greatly uncomfortable to know that.

((Paint, shaodow, this could be the perfect time for either of your characters to come in. Or anyone really))

Ryeowook sighed and ran a hand through out his hair, "No, i dont sorry." He stated answering Dai's question before looking a the note.

There is day class students that dont flock around us! Just kidding...That's cool, i usually ignore all the day class students they all seem...Annoying--from what i have seen. Plus i dont really talk to anyone anyway.Yeah, i think thats why we are separated from them, since we have to drink the blood tablets and they are useless and don't fill us up.When we keep away from them we wont have urges to go on a feeding frenzy. You might have to be careful- i know you have a lot of self control so i am not worried about you.

Dai choked back a laugh; what little might have been heard would probably have sounded a little bitter as he replied.

I....I almost lost it, Ryeo.... She'd cut her hand on a bush or something, that's why I ate the owl.......I had to keep my eyes physically shut the majority of the time, just to keep her from finding out..... Why is it thay so many think I'm weird for likeing the classes on Humans? I really want us all to live together, without killing each other....it would make things easier, I think.....I have no idea how, but I hope that they find something, sooner or later that makes a perfect substitute..... I dunno, Ryeo.... I just.... Don't like feeling guilty about even thinking about drinking from something living. I hate it, but there's just something that fascinates me about them.... It's nearly impossible to describe....Speaking of describing things, could you help me with something? You know I can't use a paintbrush to save my life....

He glanced as the teacher came in, introducing herself.

They should be starting class right about now. Keicha's eyes were open mere slits as she watched the wind dance gently and play with the leaves and grass. She allowed her head to roll slightly to the side, and she glanced down with an emotionless stare. The girl's leg shifted, dangling off the sill as she let a near sigh escape her lips. She turned, watching Mouse's dark form shift as he breathed slowly, obviously sleeping. Absently she tapped her slender fingers against the deep mahogany-colored wood, just doing it for the sake of her own drowsy entertainment. Her nostrils flared softly as she breathed out, and her eyelids once more drooped down, covering her eyes. But she wasn't asleep just yet, she'd allow herself to stay at least semi-conscious for a little while. The girl shifted, getting more comfortable in her position perched on the window, her foot sliding along the rough stone and coming to a rest on one that was poking out of the surrounding masonry. She mumbled something under her breath before becoming silent once more. She wouldn't allow herself to fall asleep yet because she didn't want to fall out of the window itself.

When Akemi finished drawing; she stared at Hanako. She didn't seem to be that much of a deal to Akemi. As Akemi knew a lot more vampires that were a lot worse than her. Akemi just sighed and went beck to drawing. When will this class end? It seems to be going on forever. I don't really want to listen to anyone lecture me about what to do. I knoe what to do and what I want to do is go and kill someone. Just then she noticed that most of the students looked really bored. I don't really know what they are doing, but maybe I'll liven it up. Then she threw the pencil at Hanako's head.

Hanako stared at the students, none daring to move. She laid back on the table. So they were wimps were they? And I thought that white haired one would be so interesting... Hanako slowly sat up and smiled at the students.
However, she saw movement in the corner of her eye, just before a drawing pencil flew towards her head from the back of the room.
Hanako sighed, and moved her head out of the way as she felt it woosh past her cheek. She heard a sharp crack! as it hit the wall. Turning, she saw it had embedded itself in the chalkboard. Oh? So some power had been put into that? . Hanako did not need to check who it was that had thrown the sharp pencil. She smiled even wider at the girl in the back. She slowly started to walk up to the girl in the back of the room. Her mind went wild with the possible things she could do to her, her powers wanted to hurt her...make her scream. Instead, she tilted her head to the girl's ear and whispered...
"Darling, we will get along just fine. I do hope you continue to be so very...interesting."

Valicatere Eastrare

“A graduate…huuuh?”
Valicatere used the breath of the vowel to blow a low breath into her captives ear, smirking and drawing away in amusement when his shivering increased.
“I thought our kind wasn’t supposed to feel cold, hm? But you’re not cold are you? Tell me why you’re shaking then darling.”
The tall woman’s slightly forked tongue flicked out in a hiss. A bright silver coil around the young vampire, her captive, tightened, slithering closer to his neck. His skin, though pale, was tan in contrast to Valicatere, who positively glowed in the faint moonlight illuminating the room. Her maroon eyes shone at him in the dim lighting, twinkling. He swallowed dryly.
“Well? Answer me when I’m talking to you.” Her melodious voice, thick with a British-Russian accent- a strange combination- sounded almost like she was talking to a pet.
“I’m…I’m afraid...”
Valicatere slowly grinned, showing her long sharp canines.
“You very well should be. But now…. Please, tell me more of this… school. Where it is, how it works, everything.”

~~~~
Valicatere flicked her tongue, holding out her hand towards the now empty chair. From the armrest a long, thick, shining snake crept onto her pale skin, coiling around her bare arm until it rested around her neck. The woman adjusted her robe back onto her shoulder and gave the small pile of dust on the chair a halfhearted little smile. Slender fingers reached to caress the serpent around her throat.
“Seaa haaldah shvio arlhseaal ssalvei. Sheasl avei forldelr aass lotie hutashlay seaa.” You have proven yourself useful. I can now make good use of you.
The snake nuzzled against her throat as she moved out of the room, grinning with malicious intent.
~~~~2 Months Later~~~~

Valicatere stepped silently over a few rocks, peering through the high gates of the school. Several students flooded into a main building and over two bridges, into a main building. From her vantage point, she could see that well, though she was still too close to the main gate. It seemed to be the only way in or out, but that could be changed. Or, if Vali got lucky, it could even be opened for her.
She moved away, bare feet making no sound as she entered the woods that surrounded the academy. It hadn’t been as simple as she had hoped, getting where she was. It was a journey that had to be planned, and strength buil. Powers trained, actions set up, travel made.
After all, she had to be her best. For no one in the school could possibly still be alive once she was through.
None were worthy.
It was bad enough it was a human school, but when you added the fact vampires knowingly associated and interacted with them… unforgivable. The lowly mortals had no right in any vampires life. She could see nobles or the turned being so stupid- But Vali knew even Purebloods took place in the taboo. Did they have no self-respect?
The thought of it brought a growl to her throat, rumbling lightly in her neck. The snakes around her neck and arm shifted and hissed with unease. Vali quickly calmed herself, and settled the serpents.
It was a crime it had taken so long for her to hear of the foul 'place of education'. Could no other see reason, and vanquish the problem? No other mighty one such as herself to decide their fate?
One of her breaths hitched as ice spread in the grass around her. Vali quickly regained control, melting it with a splash of water, her shadow casually stepping away from the puddle.
It would all be okay. They would all pay with their lives and the world would be better, with a few less mortals and a few less betraying vampires. Then there would be more fit to inhabit the Earth, like her.
There was just the manner of getting in.

Ryeo glanced as the teacher came in, introducing herself before he read the note quickly, not even an hour into class and he already wanted to go back to the dorms and 'sleep'.

Yeah, but did you do anything?....Nope. I know you and you would never harm anyone. SO don't beat yourself up about it. I am sure most of the vampires are pretty curious about the humans. We envy for having things we will never be able to. Once the Vampire hunters stop having spazam attacks and killing every vampire and once every vampire gains the self control we have here at the academy i am sure it could happen. Eh, i have just decided to ignore them-somewhat---and sure i guess i could help you out.

RyeoWook totally ignored all the commotion that was floating around as pencils flew,and what else was happening as he passed the note back to Dai. He leaned on his right hand that rested on the desk as he stared out the nearest window.

Dai twitched as something flew past his ear, running his hand over the note and staring ahead with his blank eyes.

I know I shouldn't, but even for us, with so much practice, its hard... What the hell flew past just now? It moved too fast, just heard a *whoosh! Snap!* Is anyone hurt? Not smelling any blood, he drew a single line through the second question. I wanted to paint what I "saw" tonight. The colors, the creatures... I won't paint the girl... But her animal friend (not sure if he can call Mouse a pet), I would like him in the picture....

He held the note under his notebook as the teacher passed; the only telling she had gone past him was the faint shuffle of clothing.....

Shiraki moved a little so she could see what was going on in the classroom. Some vampires were causing a ruckess and they weren't talking too much. She peeked a little more to see of she could see anything else. Nothing interesting still. "Hmm..." She muttered quickly her hair getting caught in a notch on the window.

"Not now!" She cried quietly, trying to get her hair unstuck. She was stuck unless she went inside or reached her hands inside. "I hate my hair sometimes." She said angrily, sitting there, hoping no one would notice her.

Akemi looked at Hanako. She wasn't scared of her, but she saw a threat in her voice.Akemi knew she could probably get into a fight easily with Hanako, but she didn't think it would be worth it. She was really tired and weak and Akemi didn't want people to notice her. Akemi didn't really feel like talking to her, so she just ended up smirking. She thought that Hanako wouldn't be that pleased, but something about her made her laugh.

When Hanako ended up leaving Akemi sighed a little. She wished she could just leave the classroom. Then she could at least go into the woods. Akemi turned around and saw that someone was in the window. She then got up and started to walk towards her.

Laelanni had sensed Daisuke come into the classroom, she wondered if he thought he was going to be able to get away with that. She was quite for a moment, but upon turning around was able to see Daisuke and Ryeowook passing notes between each other. It wouldn't be odd, Daisuke was in fact blind, unable to see the things around him, though he had his own way of getting around and doing things, admirable. She had known about this secret language, he had made up and taught to Ryeowook, and one day, had made a point of teaching it to herself when a note was left in the trash. Humans seemed to have this term, feeling sorry for, or feeling remorse for someone, all the vampires knew about him, or some of them did, but the humans did not, so she could not feel that emotion. She wanted to. She continued to watch the two of them pass notes, until finally she completely turned around in her seat and leaned forward, grabbing the notes, though gently, from one of them.

"I highly recommend you not go out chasing the humans anymore, we can't pick up the mess for everyone who succumbs to bloodlust." she said in a monotone yet hushed voice. She paused, "I cannot let you be in danger either, and this works both ways, you are subjecting that..." she looked at the note. "Girl to danger." She wrote something on the note to Daisuke i that little language of his, "She was bleeding, right?" Just then, another vampire walked into the room, a girl, and immediately the aura caught her eye, it had a blackness around it, not a vampire one wanted to be around. And her emotions, they showed she didn't want to be there, she was also not friendly. Perhaps even a possible danger, the girl went and sat down near a window and Laelanni's eyes followed her, burned into her almost, she watched as she threw a pencil at the teacher who introduced herself, which was rude. It was then she started sensing humans around the building, not one human, two humans, she thought. One she actually saw by the window, the other, she could sense, it was the girl from before. No, that girl's blood? She could sense her emotions as well, this one would be of trouble.

When the new vampire got up and started walking towards the window, perhaps noticing the human had caught her hair in it, Laelanni had immediately got up and briskly walked passed her. She opened the window gently and attempted to smile at the girl, but it just came out an awkward crooked smirk, "This is the night class, as a day student, your place is not here, don't want you to get in trouble." She said, sounding sweet in the end, mimicing like that of the humans. She got the girls hair and gently placed it out of being stuck, staring at her for a moment, her red eyes piercing into her eyes. Humans were beautiful, she let the emotions of the girl flow through her, and soon after, she shut the window abruptly, though making sure the girl wasn't caught in it. That was when she turned to the new vampire.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?" she demanded. "Tell me now." this tone of voice was dark and serious this time. "I hope you didn't plan to get anywhere near that girl, you're life might be short lived." her eyes arrowed. She also looked at the teacher, which she decided she wasn't liking at all. Laelanni stood there in the middle of the class waiting for an answer, in the mean time, she looked at the aura of the girl, which was not someone any of the vampires or especially humans should be around, then she saw that odd collar. She didn't care why she was put here, she believed she would not be the first one.

Akemi looked at the girl and her eyes narrowed. She just wanted this day to be over, and now that stupid girl was looking at her. Then she started to laugh."Well you want to really know why I am here and who I am. Do you? Probably all you do!," Akemi said hysterically. " I am Akemi Oto and I am a level E vampire. And yes, I'm suppose to be here. Not that I really want to anyhow... I don't really care about this dumb place or my life anyway! If you don't like it then do something about it, but I'm not just going to stand here and watch you." Akemi was breathing heavily.

After her speech Akemi turned around and said, "Well I'm going to go now." She then picked up her chair and threw it at the wall, trying to stay in control of herself. She knew if she stayed she might go on a rampage. She then she left through the door and slammed it shut.

I had just started a discussion on the vampires role on protecting humans, when Akemi threw a chair across the room and slammed the door shut. I dropped the chalk once again and sighed. This class is truly a waste of my time. Even that girl has now lost my interest. She was really just a whiny child after all.
I turned towards the Class President and the white haired girl, "I do not understand this conflict during my class. Do either of you know how to keep your vampires under control? Or shall I request the help of the Headmaster? I came to the class assuming that the leaders had enough power to control it. I was mistaken." The anger was building inside of me at these impertinent outbursts. The time for play had past. I could feel red creeping into my vision and I dug my nails into my wrist to calm myself down. My eyes flashed open, "Answer me!"

Daisuke flinched, sensing someone in front of him grab the slip of notes, and bit his lip as the Night Class Vice President began scolding him. then the note was handed back. She was bleeding, right? If he could have paled, he probaly would have. "I didn't touch her, samma," He whispered, his voice barely audiable, "I wrapped her wound, told her to get it checked when we parted ways. The only bit of her blood was that which was on my hand from binding her cut. I wouldn't dare hurt a human, especially not one who learned of my eyes, and didn't talk down to me like I was worthless....." He hesitated a moment, but curiosity overwhelmed him." If you don't mind my asking, samma..... How did you learn this?" He traced his finger along the set of notes, but his voice was drowned out by the sudden shouting that made his ears ring. Akemi, he figured that was the name of the one who had thrown the flying object. A level E? What in the world was a level E doing here?! The sensei hollered, and a door was slammed. His head pounded, hunger coming back with a vengence, the feeling all but drowning out his new headache. With shaky hands he reached into his pocket for his bloodtablets, only to hear the tin clatter to the floor.

Shiraki sighed as one of the vampires slammed the windows shut. That wasn't very nice. She thought, regaining her balance. "Stupid vampires!" She screamed into the air, punching a hole in the window, shards of glass getting stuck in her hand. "Ouch!" Escaped her lips as she opened the window again, stepping in this time since she could injure herself even more if she tried to climb down the building. "Don't mind me. I just need to get to the bottom floor to get to my dorm." She laughed nervously, walking her way to the front, holding her hand close to her.

Daisuke whipped aroud to face the window as the smell of blood drifted in. Over the commotion he barely heard the window shatter; now he was certain something had happened. Standing a little shakily, he walked over, using the wall as a guide."Don't mind me. I just need to get to the bottom floor to get to my dorm," a girl's voice said. He smiled a little. "Not with your hand in that condition," he said, head spinning with the smell. He pushed up his glasses. "This way. Quickly, before they actually take notice." Without waiting for an answer he dragged her behind the desk, keeping to the wall, and out the classroom door.

Keicha's head shot up and all sleep left her as she heard a faint yet still powerful yell. Mouse's head shot up as well, and he jumped to his feet, hissing and chattering mildly. Bloody heck. That idiot, what does this moron think they're doing, screaming like that? She rubbed her head, it having hit the top pane of the window and, well, causing her pain. She rolled her eyes, climbing carefully down so as not to snag her clothing before she hit the soft grass. At least I don't have to worry about my bare feet. A frown played itself on the girl's lips as she crossed her arms, walking towards the river. So much for sleep. But ah well, I've lived off of worse. She shuffled along until she got close enough that she could feel the grains of sand rolling under her feet as she disturbed them.

For safety, she uncrossed her arms and then waded into the shallows. The water was cold now, and she shivered ever so slightly. But hey, she didn't want this person to get killed, even if they were a complete idiot. She sighed, but then caught her breath as something shifted behind her, and her hand started throbbing. The silver-haired girl grunted just quietly before stuffing her hands into a small pocket in her nightgown and sloshing through the rest of the water to the other side. Once the female hit the other bank, she sped up along the ground hitting the pavement as quietly as she could by shifting her weight. She was almost to the door.
