Celtice

God of The Wild Hunt

0 · 182 views · located in The New Earth

a character in “Redefine Omnipotence”, as played by VeritasProcella

Description

Name: Celtice (kell-teese)

Title: God Of The Wild Hunt/Predation (Or Godess depending on the speaker/Female creations are more inclined towards godess.)

Gender: Genderless however often depicted as a transgender with the upper half of a female (has teats) and the bottom half of a male (its obvious whats underneath) with no facial features or bodily features to define as either gender completely.

Appearance: Image stands at over 10 ft. Tall

Symbol: Wolves and Predators are often a symbol of Celtice and creations often depict His symbol as a Wolf and an Elk's head on the body of Lion (respectively the Wolf head is where the Lions should be and the Elk right behind it facing towards the tail end with the lions head curling out from the chest in a defensive position.)

Personality: A benevolent god/ess at best but known for his trickery and wiles. His creations are known for being powerful predators that feast on blood but are not creatures of malevolence. He does not take kindly to being given direction or rules by others and is known for being strong willed and head strong. He is a chatty kind of god with a set of morals and hopes all his own for his creations. He loves playing tricks and lending a helping hand towards those whom are weaker than he is. But as a predator himself indulges in hunting and considers many his prey. He is among the gods that govern predators and known to be mildly powerful. He will not attack other god/godesses or their creations.

He has only one extra power besides creation, and that is to look into the minds of others and decipher true intentions (truth seeking.)

Other: For the sake of Roleplaying I will refer to Celtice using Male pronouns unless in the presence of female Godesses or Creations.

So begins...

Sleeps fog laid heavily upon the mind of the mighty god whose faceless body shook with restless energy. He is awakening, soul cutting through the endless sleep and back into the body by which he had always contained. Neither man nor woman in gender, but a monstrous mix in a ten foot tall body - a god and a godess trapped in one powerful body. He shook as he awoke, limbs striking out like tree branches and groaning like a creature who has merely awoken from a ten minute nap. Though he has no eyes he sees through the endless pits of darkness that served as the eye sockets of the elks head resting upon his head.

This land is wondrous, he thinks first as his gaze is cast about the groupings of trees with their multitude of hanging vines; just out of view creatures scurry away from him, startled by the giant that seemed to have appeared from the ground itself. Celtice waves a giant fist at the creatures; insects flying away from the scene as he does. He stands then, weary but once more alive and wandering why it is he has come to the green of this land. He moves through the tall grass and studies the beautiful scenery around himself. So many places are there to hide that he wonders why none of his creations are here or why they did not survive whatever it is that caused him to return.

His body ached like he had taken a great fall - from the sky perhaps since he remembers having left this plane long ago when he was no longer needed. He bends down nearest to a shimmering pool of water. His excitement barely contained as he reached past the sparkling water to grab at something deep down in the cleft of an underwater rock. Though it could not be seen he held in his hand a tiny piece of a long dead creation. It was all he needed, just that tiny spark of a soul still there within the tooth of a long dead creature. He places it on the ground and holds his hand over it. In seconds he took his hand away and the barely concealed mewling of a creature could be heard. A predator born into this new world. Though small still and will be for some time.

He carries the creation at his side, his first in this beautiful world; his companion now. "Lakai, is your name now little one." His voice does not come from a mouth but ratger seems to dominate the air around them, soft as a females with the gritty edge of a males, sounding almost playful in frequency. He handles his creation kindly and with an air of maternal nurturing. Soon there would be more...so many more. But for the moment little Lakai would be his tie to this world.

He looks up to the sky wondering if he was the only one to arrive yet - there had to be more...Hopefully, if there were more they would find him and then they would begin to rebuild this land. For now he looks down to the mewling bundle of black fur that is Lakai. "Soon this world shall know what it is to fear...but we will not be cruel, our fear will be that of the hunt and the thrill of the chase. All prey will fear the presence of us and my creations like you Lakai," with that the benevolent god begins his journey once more, passing by the relics of a gone civilization.

Korul kept staring, but in a few minutes he heard something. A voice. "I figured you'd arrive eventually" it whispered. A seed then floats across his face, slightly startling him. A pale, white haired woman then springs from the seed. Korul stared, and a bit excited inside that he was indeed not the only sentient creature on the planet. "What do you go by, mister god" she asked. Korul was about to talk but then stopped himself. "...Who am I..." he thought. He then finally makes an agreement. "...Korul. My name is Korul" he answers in a serious manner. The newly born Goddess then examines her surroundings, but not like she did. "Where do you think we are, mister god?" she asked. Korul then grabs some of the dark dirt and crushes it between his fingers, examining it. "The appearance shows that this is..." he then pauses. "...A dead world. This cannot do. We need change. We need repair" he explains. Korul looked back at this goddess. "What is your name, pale one" he asked. The words "Sister, sibling, and Goddess" entered his mind, the more he examined her. In the distance, he heard another landing. This one was loud, like his. He wanted to discover this third, 'Sibling.' But he decided to know this one first.

"Dead?" The little thing began to tremble, her crystalized periwinkle hues bore dejection and heartache. She shifted to her knees and pressed her tiny palms against the desolate ground. All she could comprehend was the poor souls that were lost in this once breathing realm. "What thing would do such an awful deed, mister- I mean- Korul sir." Her eyes returned to the glowing specks on his hidden face, too distracted. She wanted to ask so many questions, even if he was just as new to this world as she was. Just before she could return her own name, a crack bellowed not so far from them. "Oh my! What an awful sound!" She fretted, lifting herself back onto her bare feet. As she did, she stepped on the end of her own dress, stumbling. She didn't remember wearing anything before so it startled her. She didn't complain though, the silk touch could almost soothe her aching heart.

"I would like to be called Lilith." She adds, dusting off the debris that clung to her knees. "Let us see what caused such a commotion. A creature could be hurt." She refused to believe that every living thing wiped out. It was too heavy of a toll to bare.

Korul saw the fear in his sister after he had spoke of the word, "Dead." He felt sympathy for her, but he must change. "What thing would do such an awful deed, mister- I mean- Korul sir." she said on her knees. "This is, sadly, unknown. By the looks of it, it is far from repair. The only option now is..." he says. He then takes some dirt and a cockroach that tried to scurry from the two. The dirt and the bug were lifted into the air, almost telekinetically, and then merged together. The cockroach was buried into the floating mass of dirt like a cocoon. The cocoon then starts shaping into a whole different organisim. It was still an insect, but it's shell was black as night, almost like his cloak. It had 6 legs and was as big as his palm. It had a body that was smooth like a cylinder on the top but flat on the bottom, and tiny wings on it's supposed back. The head had two antennae that looked more like horns. He decided to name this creature "Dar-sect," a morphed word of "Insect." "...Reconstruction" he finishes. The newborn Dar-sect leaps onto Korul's shoulder with it's tiny wings and makes a high-pitched "Purr" sound, but followed small clicks in it's mouth. "Oh my! What an awful sound!" the pale one says, as she stands up with the formation of a dress on her body. At first Korul is offended, but then finds out he has taken a misunderstanding and realizes she speaks of the arrival of another sibling. "I would like to be called Lilith" she says. "Lilith...that is a nice name. Honor to meet you, sister" he says. "Let us see what caused such a commotion. A creature could be hurt" she explains. "Yes, sister. I believe it is another one of us. My arrival here was the same, did you not see? Fore you already knew of my arrival before, how so?" he asks as he walks towards the origin of the sound.

"Sister... Brother. Lovely to be acquainted with you, Korul." Lilith rotates to face him, ready to answer his question. However, she catches a glimpse of one of the dead world's newest creature. Her mind drifts from the sound to coo at the thing. "How did you do that?" She asks, a speck of envy emitting from her voice. Lilith's eyes trailed her own fingers, wiggling them. Korul began to tread over to the landing site with the creature comfortably resting upon his shoulder. He was waiting for an explanation. Lilith blinks, "Of course." She rubs her temples with the tips of her fingers. She was out of sync, questions popping left and right. "I believe I was in slumber before you arrived. I was having visions of your coming. I woke up before I could see any more." Lilith trots up to Korul's side, struggling to keep up. "I wonder... What is my purpose in this new land? Are you not curious? Do you think I will be able to help create life?" She bombarded the cloaked god with her enthusiasm, unaware of how he might react. Just then, she heard a quiet mewling. Lilith let the silence slice through the air. She listened for it, hoping it would lead her to another crater. Maybe it really was another one. She quickened her pace, clawing her way up a cracked boulder. Lilith peeked over the edge to spy on whatever was on the other side. She gasped.

A tall giant thing stood before her, with large antler's that spiked off it's scull face. She watches in awe as the thing studied it's surroundings. A small animal with a dark pelt was the cause of her findings. It lay in the dirt, squirming and mewling. She was tempted to pet it, but she knew better. The tall giant thing might grow angry. She could tell by the colors of the auras that surrounded both of the creatures that the small animal belonged to it. Lilith beckoned for Korul to come to her. "Is that one of us?" She questions, brushing the ivory strands out of her vision. She had a feeling that drawn the three together. Lilith figured that it was. It was so different from them though. It was quite the interesting sight.
