Standing at about 5'7", Skyler has a slender yet healthy build. Her irises are a stunning hazel in coloring and seem to shine with an inner light. Skyler has never liked blending in with the crowd and usually goes for the more unique styles. Her pink hair has been dyed and is cut into a messy pixie cut that just barely brushes her shoulders. Skyler wears her ears pierced in an avant-garde style, with two identical pairs of hoop earrings on each earlobe and an additional two cuff studs worn vertically on her right ear, above the others. She is an unabashed tomboy and spends much of her time dressed in her mechanic's garb, donning a beige or black worker's jumpsuit with the top half open and tied around her waist to reveal her usual hang-off-the-shoulder, blue shirt.

P e r s o n a l i t y
Skyler is a very strong-willed and ambitious person who puts all her heart and effort into the things she does. She is outgoing and rather loud, always voicing her opinions before thinking. She has an abundance of energy and loves a good joke. She can be a little headstrong at times and doesn't always consider the feelings of others. She is stubborn and straightforward, often calling others out for their weaknesses and delusions. Skyler refuses to loose and will continue to back her opinion even if she knows she was incorrect. She is very goal driven and if she puts her mind to something you can guarantee that she'll do it one way or another. Skyler is overly curious and is a sucker for secrets. She loves to be in know and absolutely hates being left in the dark. For as long as she can remember, Skyler has alway been enthusiastic about machinery and is most at home near whirring bearings, cranking gears, and the smell of oil.

With her parents both being hard, full-time workers, Skyler hardly saw them and spent most of her childhood living with her grandmother. For her twelfth birthday, Skyler received a present wrapped in sparkling blue wrapping paper and tied with a sliver bow from her grandmother. With a grateful smile Skyler hastily unwrapped it and found beneath the mounds of tissue paper a small white box. She opened that quickly as well and found a beautiful, sliver necklace that shone brilliantly when the sun touched it. A wide smile stretched across Skyler's face as she put the beautiful piece of jewelry around her neck and wrapped her slender arms around her grandmother's neck in a warm embrace.

Several years later Skyler's grandmother died of a heart disease. This put Skyler in a great depression that not even taking apart and rebuilding a carburetor system could fix. For days Skyler rarely left her apartment and the only time she did was to visit her grandmother's grave. One day Skyler had mounted her motorcycle and was speeding through the heavily crowded streets towards the graveyard when a car randomly swerved out of control and had a direct collision with the side of her motorcycle. This sent Skyler tumbling painfully across the asphalt. When her rolling body came to a stop, Skyler slowly came in and out of consciousness until finally, she blacked out.

When Skyler awoke she found herself strapped to a cold, metallic table. She struggled to break free of the bonds that held her tightly in place, but every time she did she felt a sharp, searing pain in her arms and legs. Skyler managed to lift her head slightly off the table and her hazel eyes fell on a shocking sight; protruding from her arms and legs were long, twisting tubes that were hooked up to a large, roaring machine. Skyler's eyes slowly widened as the fell on the machine and she was overcome by an uncontrollable urge to take it apart and study the way it functioned and what it was for. For quite sometime Skyler lay there, fantasizing over studding the piece of advanced machinery, but this fantasy was short lived for a larger, sharper pain jolted through her body, causing her to writhe in pain as she choked back a scream. She went on like this for quite some time, laying there on the cold table in agony and pain until she could bare it no longer. Skyler's hand was in the pocket of her black jumpsuit and with great effort, pulled a small pocket knife out. With great haste, Skyler began sawing at the bonds that held her down and one by one they fell from her body. Next Skyler reached for the tubes connected to her limbs and began yanking them out, gritting her teeth together each time she did. As soon as she was free, Skyler leaped from the table and scrambled towards the only exit she could find. When she reached the door alarmed yells could be heard from behind and Skyler took off with a speed she did not know she owned.

Skyler burst out of the tightly secured building and kept her pace ran until she felt safe. As soon as the D.A.N building was out of sight, Skyler collapsed, out of breath, in a concrete ally way. This is when the Reikon group found her and took her under their wing. Skyler is currently living there with the rest of the Reikon group and has only scratched the surface of her abilities.[/size]

Skyler was sleeping soundly in a tangle of white sheets when her alarm went off, blaring the loud, upbeat rhythms and screaming guitars of Snowblind by System of a Down. Her seemingly fluorescent orange lamp began flickering on and off to the beats and rhythms of the song and Skyler let out a loud, annoyed groan. She squeezed her eyelids tight together and flipped over onto her stomach, burying her messy pink haired head under her orange pillow in an attempt to block out the loud noise blaring from her alarm.

A few more minutes of tossing and turning passed before Skyler groggily threw the sheets from her slender body and swung her lengthy legs over the side of her bed. Her tired hazel eyes rested on the alarm which read 10:05. Crap! Already this late?! The meeting is going to start soon! Skyler hastily jumped from her bed and dashed for her dresser.

She quickly threw off her black tank top and slipped on her favorite light blue shirt that exposed her right shoulder. Skyler left the yellow shorts she slept in on and slipped into her black worker's jumpsuit leaving the top half open and tying it around her slender waist. Fully clothed, Skyler darted towards the bathroom where she stuck a toothbrush in her mouth and began to scrub fiercely at her pearly white teeth. Skyler spat the minty paste out of her mouth and into the porcelain sink and before running out of the bathroom ruffly tussled her thick, shoulder length, pink locks.

With one last look in the mirror, Skyler burst out of the bathroom and began running across her room only to bash her bare toes against a stray wrench. Skyler bit her lip so as not to scream and alarm anyone near by. When the sharp pain in her foot finally faded, Skyler bent down to retrieve the metal tool and in doing so her eye caught a glint of metal. Standing with wrench in hand, Skyler turned towards the metal object in the corner. It was the half disassemble 2024 Camaro carburetor (extremely hard to find nowadays) that She had been working on into the later hours of the night. A small smile played across her lips as she remembered her experience of attempting to take the ancient thing apart. A sudden, uncontrollable urge to finish taking the carburetor apart consumed Skyler and before she knew it, she was already kneeling on the floor working on the ancient piece of machinery with the wrench she had picked up off the ground.

When she was satisfied with the amount of work accomplished, Skyler dusted off her hands and stood up to admire her work. Bits and pieces of the carburetor lay scattered across the white marble floor. Skyler glanced down at the watch fastened to her wrist and to her dismay found that it read 11:20. "Crap! I'm late!!" Wrench still clutched in hand, Skyler darted barefoot out the door of her room and into the pristine hallways of the Reikon head quarters.

Her bare heels thudded lightly and rhythmically on the floor as Skyler frantically bolted towards the meeting room. Skyler burst threw the closed doors of the meeting room and in doing so slipped in a puddle of warm coffee that had been spilled on the ground. Skyler let out a startled scream as she fell backwards onto the hard floor. A faint flash of red flushed Skyler's face as she quickly shot back up and smiled brightly at the other members of Reikon. "Sorry I'm so late... I over slept." With the hand not clutching the wrench Skyler brushed a strand of pink hair out of her eyes and in doing so left a large, black smudge of oil across her forehead.

Just as Skyler was preparing herself to stand, a small hand appeared outstretched before her. Her hazel eyed gaze moved from the coffee stained flooring up to a face shrouded in a veil of white smiling down at her. With a smile of her own Skyler slipped the wrench into her back pocket and took the outstretched hand, hoisting herself off the ground. "Same to you." She paused a moment, "Holland, right? What a strange name..." She was still clutching the fine haired man's hand but when she did let go there was a small black smudge of oil, nearly identical to the one already on her forehead, left on his hand.

Right as Skyler was about to apologize to Holland about the smudge, an intense shrieking pierced her ears causing her to cringe slightly in pain. "What was that?!" She massaged her ringing ears and tried to listen to their now more focused leader.

"Alright guys. This is it. Your first real mission. By the looks of it, it's a big one as well."

At this Skyler's hand dropped from her ear and her hazel eyes flashed with a sudden excitement. A mission? Already?! Yes! Yes yes yes yes!! She was practically jumping off the ground in her excitement and Hito's words turned into a droning hum as her mind raced. I'm finally going to see real sunlight! Breath fresh air! Feel the real wind on my face again! She clutched the silver necklace that dangled lightly about her neck tightly between her hands as her mind continued to buzz with anxious thoughts, But what if I'm not ready? I've barely managed to keep my soul dispense regulated... Out of the corner of her eye Skyler caught a faint glimmer of metal flying towards the place she was standing and she caught it lightly in her hands. It was a small, blood red metallic devise that reminded Skyler of a wrist watch. A communicator? I wonder how it works... She reached into her pocket in search of the small screwdriver she usually kept with her only to find it missing. Must have left it in my room... Oh well, when we get back i should have enough time to take this apart and see what makes it tick. Skyler was only slightly paying attention to Hito as she brought the communicator close to her face and began turning it over, examining every last detail. But what he said next caused Skyler to pay close attention. "What?! 18 degrees? Fahrenheit??" This spiked more concern inside of her. That was her soul object's weakness; lack of heat.

She caught the grey and rose red jacket Hito had tossed her and she numbly put hers on as her nervous thoughts rushed through her head. What if I' can't use my power in that low of temperatures? What if I completely jeopardize the mission? Our first mission. Skyler shook her head fiercely No. You'll be fine. Don't worry about it. You'll be just fine With renewed confidence, Skyler quickly followed after Hito into the large elevator. Once inside Skyler began to rock back and forth on her heels the excitement building.

The freezing air nipped at Skyler's cheeks, turning them a rosy red as she reluctantly emerged from the warm elevator. The slight breeze sent icy chills down her spine, causing the fine hairs on the back of her neck to stand on end. Though the jackets kept out any cold from touching her arms and torso, it didn't protect her legs as the freezing temperatures penetrated the thin fabric of her jumpsuit. Skyler shivered and gazed about her frozen surroundings. She uttered a small gasp as her eyes fell upon the gorgeous sights that surrounded her. She marveled at the beauty of the layer of white blanketing everything in sight, at the way the sun struggled to break through the heavy grey clouds, and at the way the few dim rays that made it through the curtain of clouds reflected off the icicles making them glistened and sparkle like ornaments on a Christmas tree. Looking forward, Skyler realized she was starting to lagging behind and she quickened her pace. Falling into step behind the others, Skyler listened carefully to what their leader had to say.

"This is the Mansfield Park, 16 miles west of Danderfield, if you ever get lost out here, the communicator works as a GPS as well. Just insert your Reikon Password and it will immediately show you the HQ coordinateness. Got that?"

Skyler managed a slight nod as a response to Hito's question. Skyler rubbed her hands together and warmed them with her breath as they stopped in front of an old, frozen oak tree. Her hazel eyes watched intently as Hito pounded seemingly random patterns on the trunk of the tree. She was about to interrupt the mad rhythm their leader was creating with a what-the-heck-are-you-doing question when suddenly a flash of green shot from the trunk and Skyler had to shield her eyes from the intensity of it. When the light faded away there was now a chic black sports car on the road that wasn't there before. If Skyler had not had her hands over her mouth her jaw would have dropped to the frozen ground. Her eyes widened as she gravitated towards the black beauty on the road. "A Lamborghini Gallardo Nera?!" Skyler practically squealed with joy, the unbearable cold now forgotten. Her pace quickened and soon she was standing beside the sports car examining it with a intensive eye. Skyler was about to reach for the spotless hood when Holland politely called out to her. With one last yearnful glance at the hood of the car, Skyler quickly moved over to where Holland was holding the door open for her. "Thank you." She smiled gratefully at the older man and slid into the car.

Skyler quickly followed after her teammates and landed softly on the snow covered roof. She listened intently to Hito's instructions and she recited it to herself several times before finally nodding and turning to Holland. "Ready?" A nervous smile ran across her lips as she spoke. "Then lets go!" She grabbed his slender hand and tugged him along as she dashed for the front of the old warehouse.

A thundering crack snagged her attention and she glanced over her shoulder just in time to witness Hito flying off of the building, sparks flying from his slender figure. Her heart skipped a beat and she nearly called out to him. She refrained from this as she remembered how important their stealth was in this mission. So instead of rushing over to where their leader fell, Skyler tugged on Holland's hand harder and leaped off the edge of the building landing in a large snow drift. Hastily standing up, Skyler dusted off her snow covered pants and grabbed up Holland's hand again. She did this partially because she feared they might be separated but also because it served as a comfort for her.

Hand in hand with Holland, Skyler rushed off to the front of the old warehouse. As the two entered the building Skyler's pace slowed and she stooped lower to the ground in hopes of not being spotted. Skye had been expecting a large mob of D.A.N workers to rush them as soon as she entered the building, but to her surprise found the entry to be completely deserted. Skyler dove behind a snow drift and crouched low to the snow as she moved along the wall.

Skyler peeked over the edge of drift and spotted a fiery red head only a few feet in front of her and Holland. The red head seemed distracted so Skyler quickly took this opportunity to take her by surprise. Skyler looked up at Holland and spoke in a low whisper. "Okay... I'm going to need some more heat for this to work so..." She huddled up closely to Holland, feeding off the extra body heat. "Okay...here goes nothing..." Her hazel eyes closed tightly and she put both her hands out in front of her crouching figure. A bright, fiery red light began to shine from her outstretched hands and the intensity of it slowly increased. The light transformed into a glowing red, volleyball sized, ball of light that slowly but surely floated threw the air and landed softly in the snow next to the red head's feet. As soon as the ball of light hit the ground, all the snow quickly melted and soon enough even the floor beneath it began to melt as well. Within 15 seconds what had once been a solid floor was now a pool of heated liquid.

With a gasp Skyler's eyes fluttered open and the red ball vanished. Just as the ball disappeared the liquid floor the red head was now submerged in began to refreeze, leaving the female D.A.N. agent trapped.

A relived grin slowly stretched across Skyler's face as she watched her attack work, but before she could celebrate further Holland's hand slipped free from hers and she slowly turned to see what had snagged his attention. Her eyes grew large as she stared at the nearly frozen girl. The poor child's face was a pasty white and her lips a pale shade of blue, but what really grabbed her attention was the way the girl's eyes glowed with a dim blue light. "How could I have missed her?" Skyler spoke in a solemn whisper and shook her head, watching as Holland slung the young girl onto his back effortlessly.

"We gotta get out of here while they still are distracted. Come on!"

"Agreed!" Skyler shot up and followed after Holland. She had only taken a few steps when a sudden jolt of electricity shot threw the floor and up her legs, causing her to gasp in surprise. The sharp pain she felt coursing threw her body was enough to make her cry out in pain and tumble to the frozen ground. She struggled to stand as the pain slowly faded and was followed by a numbing, tingling sensation. As she stood her body began to feel strange. She became lighter and her steps seemed to have an extra spring to them. This took a while to get used too and Skyler stumbled quite a few times before finally getting the hang of it. So this is his power? Controlling gravity? A small grin crept to Skyler's face as she turned towards the female D.A.N. agent. The silver necklace around Skyler's neck began to glow faintly and it began to grow. The chain undid itself from around her slender neck and it transformed into a large crossbow stocked full of deadly sharp arrows.

Without hesitation, Skyler fired four arrows rapidly one right after the other. The first arrow fired missed the target by a long shot, landing a few yards away from its intended landing point. The second flew threw one of the shattered windows, sticking to the asphalt outside like a dart on a dartboard. The other two, however, soared threw the air strong and true in an unwavering path towards the bare footed D.A.N. agent.

Over her shoulder Skyler glanced at Holland and made a hand signal for him to leave. When he hesitated Skyler spoke, confidence flooding her voice, "Get the girl to the car. I'll be there soon!"

After about 15 minutes of pouting in the front seat of his horribly damaged car, Hito decided it was time exit the car and follow his very brave new team mates. The driver door opened with an unsettling screech. Hito couldn't help but cringe at the almost tear inducing sound as he stepped out of the warn car onto the cold ground. He pulled his jacket together in an attempt to better shield him from the yet again freezing weather. Hito couldn't force himself to look back the full damaged state of the car, so instead he robotically punched the combination into the near by tree and sighed as he heard the sound of the crunched vehicle descend into the ground once again. Hito slumped back to the elevator which was kindly already summoned by Skyler. Hito had to admit, a heated state of the art underground elevator while stood in the comfort of the very warm and wonderful elevator.

As he left the elevator and returned to the beautifully decorated, high class white living room of their head quarters, he shared a observing look with all his team mates. He felt a swell of pride in his chest as he looked upon this brave people who just risked their life for each other. The red head broke out into a bright, shining smile. "My goodness, what you guys did back there was INCREDIBLE. You all risked your life not just for each-other but for a complete stranger? It takes quite the honorable person to do that, and you all did today." Hito congratulated his worn out team. Hito's face gleamed as an idea struck him. "And to show just how proud I am of my new team, I will make everyone a cup of my famous hot brownie cocoa." He yelled out happily while he rushed to the kitchen/cafe area. It wasn't really that he made the brownie cocoa per say as he simply imputed the ingredient list into the blue food materializer on the wall that made it for him. Still he had to make up the ingredients so he felt he could stake some ownership on the recipe.

After about ten minutes of fiddling with the damned machine, he had 5 hot cups of brownie cocoa on a red metal tray in his hand. Of course this was before the 10 times it misfunctioned and gave him the complete opposite of wanted. "God damn it! Not salad! Cocoa. Coo cooooa." He tried it again. He was utterly frustrated when again he opened the FM door to see a bowl of salad in it. "NOT. FUCKING. SALAD. HOT FLIPPIN COCOA! CO FUCKING COOOOOA!" He angrily yelled at the blue microwave looking machine. After the third time he got salad, he threw the salad across the room, landing who knows where. Making yet another stain on the white floor. "Son of a...Stupid flipping machine!" He exclaimed in beyond frustration while he launched the bowl of salad through the air into the other room.

After the 10th time and a LOT of hair pulling, he finally got the 5 cups of hot cocoa he wanted. He stood in the living room holding a red tray with 5 cups of steaming hot brownie cocoa. "Alright. Here it is. Go ahead and go at it. Enjoy!" Hito commented as he awaited for his tired team mates to claim their cup of cocoa.

Holland sat down with Skyler's jacket and thanked her quietly as he shivered. Holland watched the sleeping girl on the couch quietly, and he asked aloud to no one in particular, "So who is this girl? I mean yeah I am happy we saved the poor girl and all, but to be honest I am not sure how she will help us." Holland smiled at the resting girl and faced Skyler smiling at her also.

Holland laid down on the couch when Hito came in telling them all on a great job they did. Even with the congratulations Holland felt cold inside and he wasn't sure why. He ignored the feeling and responded to Hito, "Thanks. I guess I can trust you. Though can you explain the girl? I mean she is young and all and I am happy we saved her, but what is she going to help us in? I don't want to sound heartless, but I am curious on the explanation."

Finally feeling warm enough he got up and put Skyler's jacket and on top of Asuka. Holland got up and stretched out sore limbs. As Hito walked out with yelling behind him because of his little knowledge of the machine. He smiled in amusement and accepted the hot cocoa with gratitude. He sipped at his chocolate, slowly to savor the taste of the chocolate. "This is pretty good Hito. Thanks." Holland said.

Skyler rushed out of the elevator with the near frozen girl in her arms and darted for the couch. She gently placed the child on the couch and kneeled down beside her unmoving figure. Skyler's roseate hair acted as a curtain, shielding her tightly shut hazel eyes as she attempted to drown out the the loud commotion around her. Skyler needed all the focus she could get, this being her first time healing something this severe, and nearly snapped at her teammates to shut up and let her work. The female Reikon member resisted the urge and placed her right hand lightly on Asuka's stomach then placed the fingers of her left hand on the child's burning forehead.

Skyler went still, the only sign she was even alive was the ever-so-slow movement of her chest rising and falling with every soft breath she took. Her outstretched arms tensed as she felt a dull burning at her chest. The necklace the hung about her neck began to glow faintly and as it did it gave off a faint heat that reminded her of the heat you felt if you stood to close to a working oven.

The warmth slowly moved from the necklace and down her arms towards Asuka. As the heat migrated down her arms, the fine hairs on Skyler's arms prickled and she had to force herself not to rub at her slightly burning arms.

The heat finally reached the young girl on the couch and the intensity of the temperature slowly increased with every passing moment. Though Skyler hardly felt a difference in the temperature, Asuka's body began to heat up rapidly, her temperatures skyrocketing.

As Skyler healed the young girl she remembered one of her training sessions with Hitosurgi. She had been injured slightly during the session and Hito had insisted upon Skyler healing herself. With some reflectance she had and as she did she felt an intense burning around the area she had attempted to heal that reminded her of sticking your hand in a pot of boiling water.

This was undoubtedly what Asuka was feeling at the moment.

While the other members of Reikon relaxed and sipped at their steaming cocoa, Skyler labored over the frozen girl, ensuring she didn't die of frostbite or hypothermia. A sudden and violent chill shot through Skyler's body and she jerked away from the girl. As soon as her hands left Asuka's small form her temperature rapidly decreased and the young girl's body temperature returned to normal.

With a painful gasp, Skyler's knees gave out and she sat on the hard floor. She leaned against the soft couch and shut her eyes tightly. Her breathing was ragged and labored due to the immense amount of soul energy she had put into healing Asuka. This was the first time she had healed anyone to this extent and Skyler was completely spent. She attempted to stand but her body refused to move. So instead, Skyler simply sat on the floor and leaned her head on the soft cushions of the couch.

Tsukasa looked at the screen, before looking at Hito. Smirking, he reached over, patting Hito on the head. "It's alright," he murmured. "We'll get you help one day. He looked back at the screen, tilting his head to the side. Suddenly, he shuddered, recognizing the show.

"Hito, I am offended you would think I enjoy this type of trash," he was half-smiling though, his tone rather playful as he leaned back, watching the TV. "The acting is horrendous, the singing is obviously only hindered by the horrible technology of the time. No, no. Covers will not do."

Suddenly, he looked up as Skyler fell to the ground. He glanced at Hito, before getting off the sofa and crouching down next to her. He looked at her, tilting his head to the side. "You alright?" he asked. He had seen Skyler heal Asuka out of the corner of his eye, as he attempted to try to get the image of bisexual porn out of his mind. Sure, sure, he might still be bicurious, but that didn't mean he liked to watch the stuff.

Hito watching it? Well, that was something Tsukasa had not at all remotely expected. Life was full of surprises, eh?

He looked again at Skyler, noticing that she was just worn out - no doubt from all the soul energy she had just spent. He would have loved to help re-energize her, but playing a hard rock song on his guitar might just give them all a little bit too much of an edge....

Holland chuckled when he saw the flash of porn from Hito's t.v. and spoke, "Alright Hito! Well you go do what you do and let me take the girls out of here then so you can do your...business alright?" Holland flashed a tired smile and walked over to Tsuka and Skyler. Holland spoke to Tsuka in a quiet tone, "Here let me get her off your hands. She must be worn out taking down on of those..D.A.N. right?"

Holland said, "Oh yeah and sorry about before I didn't mean any offense to what I said. It is just...never mind." Holland's face turn slightly red as he tried to figure out at what he was saying.

Holland extended out his hand in friendship and hoped the Tsuka would forgive him.

(If Tsuka takes the hand)
Holland smiled kindly and Tsuka saying, "Alright then we are on the same page then I guess. Here let me get Skyler to her room. Also by any chance do you know where her room is? I'd hate to bother her as she rests just to ask where her room is." Holland kneels down and slowly moved Skyler onto his back. He whispered, "If you don't know that's fine then I can always ask Hito if you don't."

(If Tsuka doesn't take the hand)
Holland brings his hand back down as Tsuka didn't take it saying, "Alright then....Well I still apologize either way of what I said it was rude of me." Holland knelt down and slowly slide Skyler onto his back and asked, "Tsuka do you know where Skyler's room is by any chance? If you don't I can ask Hito. I don't wanna bother her rest just for that."

Hito's face turned to a slight surprised expression as he noticed the girl had awakened from her exhaustion induced sleep. Hito was even more surprised when the girl got up from where she was sitting and snatched the pen and notebook from his very hands. Hito didn't mind, he knew that when a person is first introduced to their soul object, they have an extremely strong urge to keep it near to them. Hito observed the poor girl, dark circles painted around her slightly brighter yet still very dull blue eyes. He couldn't help but feel a sense of sympathy and closeness to the girl. It didn't matter what had happened or what he had to do, he felt immensely protective over this young lady. It was a feeling he had not felt for a while, in fact, he hadn't felt this strong of a protective urge in regard to someone since his mother. He softly stroked the knitting needles in his pockets, the feel of the warm metal was nostalgic and comforting to the touch. Hito glanced down to see the girl doing something, it looked like, she was trying to write out a message to them? Wow. She really must have exhausted all her soul energy if she lost her voice! Hito read the paper that was held up to the group.

"Haha. It's fine. Everyone feels protective of their soul object, especially when they have just received them." Hito said in a kindly matter of fact way. He watched as she scribbled something down on the paper again. He was taken back by what she wrote. It was like she could almost read his mind...He was just thinking about that situation a minute ago when making hot cocoa. When he was not too busy verbally abusing the kitchen appliances, that is. Hito ran his right hand through his soft red hair and let out a small, inquisitive sigh.

"...Sure. Of course you can. Any person who was victimized and inducted by D.A.N and some how amazingly survived always has a home here." He shown an inviting smile to the tired blue haired girl. Then it struck him. He hadn't even introduced her to the group. He playfully hit his forhead in a "Dur, dur, dur" gesture. "Derp! I haven't even told you who we are. Haha. Sorry for my absolute lack of manners. Anyways, I'm Hito. This pink haired nancy boy is Tsuka. That Pink haired mechanic girl is Skyler, the silver hair boy who carried you on his back all the way from the car to this couch is named Holland, and this firey haired mess of a guy you are talking to right now is Hito, the leader of this group, and we are Reikon! We are an organization of induction survivors who escaped D.A.N just like you. Our goal is to take down the evil and corrupt mega company D.A.N and stop them from harming anymore innocent souls. Of course that's a lot easier said then done."

Hito stopped his little speech to be sidetracked by a random thought. "Is it really that easy to say?" He asked himself as he began to repeat what he just said over and over under his breath. This went on for about 3 minutes until Hito snapped back into his original thought process. "Right, right. Sorry. I can be a bit aloof sometimes. Forgive me. Anyways what I was saying....AH RIGHT! Easier said then done. So we've train ourselves to hopefully become strong enough to face D.A.N. In the mean time we do our best to protect other possible inductees around the clock. Inductees meaning people who have the large possibility of being inducted by D.A.N thus becoming another soul sucked victim who will never be seen on this earth again thanks to the lovely company that is D.A.N. How we do this is simple. We are all what you call special souls, or "specials." No it doesn't mean we think we are better than anyone else and no it doesn't mean we are mentally retarded. What it means is that we can harness our soul's energy and insert it into some sort of sentimental object around us."

Hito drew out his two long metal knitting needles. "They are called soul objects. These are my soul objects, my mothers knitting needles. When soul energy is inserting into your soul object, you acquire powerful and unique abilities. These abilities range from creating compressed blades of air to....shooting fire out of your bum. Granted, I've never met anyone with that soul ability nor do I ever want to. The point is, is that these abilities help us protect innocent folk like you from being another statistic of D.A.N's. Why am I telling you all this? Well it's simple."

He suddenly crouched down in front of Asuka and looked her straight in her glazed blue eyes with his bright crystal azul colored eyes. His voice lowered just a bit. "You are have a special soul as well. You are what they call a "special" just like us." Hito said, a strange addition of warmth could be found in his voice. He darted his head around the room, putting his attention on his team mates for a second. "Everyone, refrain from any creepy 'One of us' jokes. We don't need to frighten the poor girl any more than she already has been."

He returned his attention to Asuka. "You see that pen you hold in your hand?" He pointed at the beautiful and intricately designed pen she held. "That is your soul object. For some reason you must have quite the connection to that pen, for your soul choose it." He continued. "We don't know exactly what your soul abilities are quite yet, but we will find out. When we do, we will train you to become stronger and more proficient in using that ability so that if you wanted to, you could join us in our quest to rid the world of D.A.N." He held onto her gaze for quite a while, everything he said was gliding off his tongue into her whole being. It was as if he was using Fumetsu's third ability, though he wasn't. He just felt that this was a lot of important and crucial information that would be majorly overwhelming if Hito just gave her the run down like he usually did with everyone else. "In the mean time-" Hito stood back up and lightly tapped Tsukasa on the shoulder to get his attention.

"You can stay here and rest up. You can't train to be your best if your not at your best...Hmm that was a lot cornier that I thought it would be. Anyways, Tsuka would you mind showing this lovely young woman her new room for me? I would do it but...well you see...I can't miss my horribly autotuned oldies covers now can I?" Hito said to Tsuka, the last part having a bit more of a lethal sting than normally. Apparently insulting one of Hito's favorite old shows was an easy way to temperately end up on Hito's vicious side. He was just as protective of his shows as he was his friends. Well maybe a little bit more protective of his friends and team mates...but you get the point.

"Hope you enjoy your humble abode here. It's not much, but it should do for the time being." Hito commented to Asuka as he reached over to the sleek black coffee table in the middle of the room to retrieve one of the last remaining cups of brownie cocoa. He gently placed the cup in Asuka's hand with the utter most care. "Here drink this. It will warm you up a bit. So you don't feel like a bloody human pop sickle anymore yeah?" He responded to his own joke with a slight chuckle. Hito stared at the young woman for a longer duration than usual, studying her delicate face, ghostly blue eyes and thin lithe body. He broke the long intense stare with a charming and genuine smile. "You'll be alright here." He concluded as he reached out and affectionately ruffled the girls short blue hair. It was surprisingly feather soft.

Hito stood up again and this time, politely sat his body on the edge of the red coach he before lazily flopped on. He didn't want to seem rude around his guest. "Now. Time for some wonderfully cheesy oldies pop!" He said with a resounding glee in his voice as he turned the volume up on the floating television. Not too loud though, he didn't want to disturb the poor girl, for he already gave her a lecture in a half. Hito was sure it would take a bit more time to process all that information. Preferably when she wasn't only a quarter conscious. Hito glanced back at Asuka and thought with that same charmingly genuine smile on his face. "Yep. She will make an excellent addition to the team. I just know it."

The cool flooring Skyler had been resting on suddenly vanished from beneath her and was quickly replaced by a new, warmer surface. Skyler pinched her eyelids tighter together before allowing a small gap between her heavy lashes, through which her hazel orbs glanced about the corridor they were now in. Skyler moved her neck slightly to the side to find what she was now resting on to be the sturdy back of her white haired teammate, Holland.

Skyler's body swayed from side-to-side with every step Holland took as he ventured through the pristine hallways in search of Skyler's room. A light giggle passed through the pink haired girl's lips and she struggled into a more comfortable position. "My room's in the other direction, ya know." She spoke matter-of-factly as she slid off of Holland's back. Her feet landed with a soft thud and her legs wobbled slightly due to the unusually large amount of soul energy she had put into healing Asuka.

When she was certain she wouldn't keel over, Skyler began to walk in the opposite direction Holland had been walking. With her back turned to Holland she called out to him, "C'mon, I'll show you where my room is." she gestured for Holland to follow as she walked.
