Whisper is very shy and introverted. Though she is capable of speaking, she chooses not to. As a selective mute, she finds it difficult to connect with people since she doesn't really carry on conversation with them. If she does want to say something however, she'll write it down on a piece of paper. She does not do well in large social situations and dislikes school despite being an honor student. She prefers to be in the company of only one or two people (usually only her family). If she ever does speak, it's nearly inaudible and her words come out like a child's.

She always has a pen or pencil and a notepad.

Whisper was born in Toronto, Canada where she lived until she was five. When she was five, her little family of four had moved next door to the US. Far from home, the young girl found herself in an even bigger and more confusing world. Her brother Keegan was not phased by the move and would always happily encourage her to go make friends. Instead of listening to him, or her parents for that matter, she focused on her studies and music.
