Features: Messy, overgrown cinnamon colored hair that falls over his face a little as well as around his head. Hazel colored eyes with a green ring around the iris, like a green apple tootsie roll sucker. Tanned skin and light freckles across his nose and cheeks with a gap in his 2 front teeth giving him a little kid appearance.

Outfit: Long sleeve black shirt with a short sleeve green button up shirt over it with a pocket on the left and on the back it says 'Team Xtreme' in white slash font. Black fingerless gloves and distressed denim jeans. Sometimes put a bandanna around his hair when he isn't doing anything to keep it from going all over the place.

Other: He has a slight disorder in his mind causing him to do sudden hyperactive outbursts at times. Loves to Parkour and is extremely fast as he can find a way to get past a lot of things. He acts clumsy and dim witted alot and mostly like a little kid but he's actually a genius. Able to crack codes at will. Suffers from a lot of headaches due to an accident he was in as a child

Personality: Neon how you say...doesn't act like the brightest bulb in the box. He is also very clumsy although friendly and very supportive of others. He doesn't like seeing others cry and tries to help out whenever his personality does not get in the way.

History: Neon's history "Characteristically Challenged" would be an under-statement. It all started just when Neon was 8 months old, his father brutally murdered his mother and wounded up in jail for life. When Neon was 5 years old his grandmother who he now lived with told him the truth about his real parents. When Neon was out one day on a tree he slipped and fell out and landed on his head causing him to suffer from headaches now and knocked a part of his brain out of proportion. As time progressed Neon would suffer from hits on the head from walking into walls and poles to accidental things like a ball landing on him. When Neon entered middle school he was immediately claimed a loser with the way he acted and the goggles he wore from watching a lot of anime. One day a group of bullies was beating him up and one punched him so hard he lost one of his front teeth. The tooth flew back and hit his 2 molar teeth in the back chipping them, over time it seems that the nerves have been so damaged that they are dead so he can no longer feel pain from them anymore. Speaking of pain, his grandparents also gave Neon much headache pills since they weren't too bright either to begin with. Despite his hard past Neon actually came from a rich family from his uncle owning a top music company which has given Neon a very good talent at singing almost any genre, although his uncle is never around to spend time with him and usually just gives Neon tons of money to leave him alone. Final main point of Neon's troubled past was after completing middle school (BARELY!) and moved onto high school his grandparents were stricken with a severe kind of cancer and the only surgery could be done with the right kind of money. Seeing as how it would take an unimanegeable amount of money his uncle did not want to and just left them to die. Now on his own, Neon tries to fight his way out the city.
