Personality:
Growing up in Ridgerock Academy, she obviously takes pride in her work unlike those at Ridgerock High, and is also very driven. When she has a goal, she will do her upmost to reach it. If she falls (metaphorically speaking), then she must learn to get up again and carry on, which shows how dedicated and committed she can be. She is also dedicated to those she cares about, being loyal and helpful and being as friendly as can be, having one of those magnetic personalities. Mel would be the sort to help a friend in need, and also stick up for them, whether she was capable of doing so or not, especially with bad news on the horizon as those from Riderock High enter the picture. [sarcasm]Fantastic![/sarcasm]

Image

History:
Mel grew up with two brothers, one elder and one younger. Her eldest brother is 18, while her youngest brother is 12. She loves both of them and gets on well with both. However, growing up in a family of boys hasn't made her job easy, which has led her to a sort of tom-boyish nature where she acts all tough, whether she can actually be tough is another story though, but she sure is willing to give things a shot. She has been the same since a young age to give new things a try. When she got accepted into the Academy, she was overwhelmed with joy and promised to do her best, and so far it was so good. However, it seemed some not-so-welcoming crowds were now going to join them, so unless they were going to sit down and behave. Well, they had a lot to learn.

Mel Dubois

What to wear? What to wear? was the question that buzzed in Melodie's mind as soon as she woke up. Today was no ordinary day. Sure she was still at the Academy where she had been taught for a good few years and getting to know the students and teachers well, but now they were going to be joined by those from Ridgerock High that seemed to not wish to learn, making her curious why their Headmaster even stepped in at all to bring the two together. Ridgerock High has a low passing rate compared to the former Ridgerock Academy, and now the two were together, making her wonder if she really was at her home anymore. Mel, unlike those from Ridgerock High, did actually listen to her lessons, even those she weren't so keen on. She wished to succeed. She wished to grow. No matter what was thrown infront of her feet, she would not let a bunch of idiots get in her way of doing that.

It wasn't that she had anything against those from Ridgerock High, though she was more than aware of how they felt about them making this day quite a day to remember, and also quite a day to be prepared for. Preparation was key, but then again, it was safer being the girl from the former Academy, rather than one of the lads. Afterall, any lads that try to hit a girl back is a puff, and would not dare strike a girl. However, she'd prefer to abstain from getting into such drama, if at all possible, and the best way was to do her best on her half, as she came to a conclusion. There would be no skirt, tights and shirt today, as that would be too formal, same applied with her suits with a cute hat to sit upon the back of her head. There would be no denim wear either, as that was likely what the Ridgerock High might wear, as she finally decided on a white and black striped shirt, with a red and black fashioned jacket ontop, looking both smart and casual. Perfect.

Next was her hair as she straightened the top which combed over either side of her face, before using curlers to keep the ends wavy. She looked stunning either way, but looked a lot better with her hair flowing, and with her attire, she chose not to wear her little hat today. That was when a text came in from one of her friends, as a smile spread across her face, as she quickly texted them back, before quickly freshening herself up. Satisfied, she picked up her leather bag and swung it over her shoulder, before leaving her room and heading down to the Breakfast Hall. On her way down, she found Cassie and Brianca waiting for her, as their arms intertwined and entered the Hall together. Cassie and Brianca wore similar clothing to her. deciding to go with the casual but smart and cute look. As she entered, she watched as Nathan got up and headed out, no doubt off to be prepared for the introductions in the Audience Hall. He sure was a sweet and swell guy, though he was pretty quiet, and looking around, there were a lot of nice looking guys. Then again, you could have guys who look sweet but are totally foul-mouthed which make them ugly.

Glancing round, her eyes caught sight of Andrew round other Academy students, and was thinking to see what he thought about the whole affair when her eyes were drawn to Janie. "Janie!", she exclaimed, as she loosened her grip with the other gals as they went to get breakfast, while she scurried to Janie. In a way, Janie reminded her alot of herself which is why she cared for so much and why they were so such good mates. Both aspiring pretty young girls, and that could turn nasty at a moments' instant. Just what is needed when a guy puts a toe over the line. For now, her attention was on Janie as she opened her arms to give her a warm hug. Afterall, it was a new year and a new term, and this was going to be a pretty hard year for them both. Girls just had to stick together.

Pulling away, she then smiled, "You look amazing Janie. Everything ok?", as she took a glance to Bentley and then looked around with her eyes to those nearby. Even if she was two years older than Janie, the two got along well. The whole hall was divided among those from Ridgerock Academy, her former home, and Ridgerock High. Mel was not one to judge by face value. Sure first impressions were important, but it was what people were like inside, and now the day had only just begun. The question was, how would the day end?

No-one was perfect. No-one made no mistakes, as everyone was bound to do something wrong. Afterall, it is what made them human and it is through their mistakes and the mistakes of others that help people to grow. As the saying goes, it is the past that creates who we are today, and what we do today that affects the future. People thought that the higher class would be the type to make no mistakes and be all goody goody, which was most likely what the students from High thought of the students from her Academy, but they were totally wrong. Mel had been wrong from time to time, but her mistakes helped her become stronger and made her tougher, which sure has become a benefit to her with all the guys from the former Ridgerock High dwelling among them. However, it seemed by the way people sat and the way people acted to one another, the stereotype would continue to be applied and as per usual, the Academy students would as a result get attacked by them.

Mel decided that at some point, the two classes had to clash with the introductions meeting setting the scene. Thinking about introductions, caused her attention to sway from Janie to the rest of the Hall which had people flocking out the doors to the Main Hall. Looking towards where she had spotted Andrew before, she noticed he had gone too, so it was surely time for her to make her move or she'd only be slowing her friends down. "Sorry I should of been earlier. Couldn't decide what to wear, but it's time to go now? You guys ready?", she commented, as Cassie and Brianna interlocked their arms with Mel once again since Janie had Bentley with her. Afterall, the boyfriend will only get jealous if she entered single like Mel and the girls did.

As soon as she entered, she glanced around the Hall and once again there was that division that clearly was driving her crazy inside. How were they ever supposed to get along and prevent trouble, if each of them were sticking to their side. Her former Academy that she loved was no longer here anymore, and nor was their precious High, so the least they could do was accept the facts and move on. Speaking of moving on, she turned her head to make sure Janie was near her, before moving to take a seat when suddenly the sprinkler system came on as water sprouted out. Mel sighed as each of the girls unlocked their arms as Mel said outloud, "I thought this might happen.....Girls", as each of them dived into their leather bags and pulled out a foldable umbrella, as each plopped it up to protect them from the falling water.

It was then that she smiled as she spotted Andrew. With the umbrellas' up, they could literally stand there all day, seeing as they had no high heels on since they didn't wear no dresses or skirts today which was a good job, but of course, outside was always better. Talk about Girl Power! as Mel tilted her head towards Janie at Brianna in the case that Janie didn't have one, so that Janie would not get wet, as Brianna can easily share with Cassie. Looking around the hall, many had ran out including Nathan and his poor guitar which was a victim of the attack. Poor Nathan, but she couldn't help him from there, but could help Andrew at least. "You coming under with me or not?", she exclaimed at him with a smile on her face. Sure he could stay in the wet and look even more dashing, but if the High kids were responsible for this which no doubt they were, and with all the Academy students going outside, it would be silly not to leave the confinement of the building without a guy at her side. Afterall, who knows what else the High kids had planned. They were just that, kids. However, it did show their unwillingness to change even for a first meeting. Where would things go from here, she wondered.

With her friends Cassie and Brianna under Cassie's umbrella, Janie and co under Brianna's umbrella, and her under her's with Andrew, she then spoke up, "I think it's about time we moved outside. A casual walk, as it seems things have started already. Everyone alright?", looking towards her friends who nodded, then to Janie then turning to Andrew. Everyone had rushed out which was no doubt the result whoever caused it wished to achieve, however, they would not recieve the same reaction from her. Even if her beloved Academy that it was, was now gone, she still had pride in the work she had achieved, and would not let those from Ridgerock High get to her. Things had to change.

Andrew Lile

Andrew had been wandering around waiting for either Nathan or his on and off girlfriend Mel. At the current moment Mel and him were together, so as usual he waited around for her before he did anything. He checked the time on his watch and let out a sigh. Introduction. He made his way to the hall where the introductions were being held and was disappointed. So many students from High were gathered around, laughing. It disgusted him. He did not like that the schools were wing merged together. Who cares about the high kids anyway? Have them learn somewhere else. Technically they are trespassing on Academy turf. High was definitely in for it.

His eyes wandered around spotting a few Academy students and the most important one, Mel. She spotted him as well and started walking to him, but stopped when the sprinklers came on. Her and her posse pulled out umbrellas while he suffered. He ran his hand through his wet hair and watched everyone scramble out of the school. He didn't know who set them
off, but he hated whoever it was. He supressed his anger as Mel walked toward him offerin to get under the umbrella. "Thanks love." He said with a wink. She mentioned going for a walk outside and he agreed, but he would rather ditch her mini groupies, but he didn't say anything about it. "I'm ready to go."

Marcus was with Tom and Amanda, sitting down and watching all the academic students walk out.
"Are those umbrellas?" Marcus questioned out loud.
"They really came prepared, I didn't even know you were going to turn the sprinklers on." He said to Tom quietly.
Marcus put out his cigarette, he was still in his holiday mood as he forgot that some of the students from high
hated it when he smoked.

"Well since introductions are over... I'm gonna go get some breakfast I missed out on." Marcus stood up and walked towards the cafeteria and waved goodbye to Amanda and Tom, one hand in his pocket, and the other waving. On his way he passed Rebecca, she seemed upset. "Is everything okay, Becca?" He asked as he slowly walked passed her and stopped.

Mel could remember and cast her mind back to when they were informed that in their next year, they'd be joined by students from Ridgerock High and that Ridgerock Academy would be no longer and instead become Ridgerock School of Secondary Education. The name sounded so boring. Afterall, one only has to reference an Academy in their credentials to make them look good, but now it seemed that things had been degraded. Mel was a proud young woman who would stand up to her beliefs, to stand up to what she believed was right, and as such, she would not stand and allow these yobbo's to mess things up. Afterall, the Academy had high standards, and whether those from High believed it or not, education was important, and in the end, it was those who succeeded in education who got the higher jobs, like the Doctors who would patch them up when they get beaten up, or the lawyer who would help prevent them going behind bars. Quite ironic, wasn't it.

However, despite their ignorance, it seemed they had no choice but to put up with them, and remaining on two separate sides was not going to help one bit. As much as she would prefer to keep things separate, it would just mess things up and cause more agro like the whole event that had just taken place to avoid the introductions meeting that was planned, which was obviously now cancelled as a result. Nevertheless, Mel kept in her mind what troublesome people were like from her early days before attending Academy and as such, she ensured she was prepared for it. The most likely antic, was the fire alarm which meant the sprinkler system was activated, which meant that she'd need to be prepared for it, which she was.

Those in the Academy were there for a reason, and there was also the mighty Girl power which could not be questioned and should not be questioned. Why was it that many flocked to them. However, not all could fit under the umbrella's, but from such an endeavour, the others would come to realise that things were starting and that they too had to be prepared. Those from High had started it, clearly not wishing to make amends, so it was either fight back or make a difference, and wiping the smug off their face to show they didn't affect all the Academy students, would be a start. Not that it was an effective means, but it did keep her and her friends try, as well as Andrew who had come and stood under the umbrella with her. Thanks love", he said with a wink which made Mel smile.

"Don't worry, Mel, I got a new one today", Mel heard Janie say as she turned to her and saw her pop her own umbrella out. It was like having a younger mini-me, as she reminded her alot of herself, or at least her younger self due to their similarities. It always made her smile and made her feel all warm and excited inside since Janie was such a bubble of energy that rubbed off on her, as their group then casually walked out of the college and into the grounds. Looking up, she noticed some of the High students near the bench and by the looks of them, they were quite chilled and unaffected by the whole thing, so they must approve of the whole affair, though Mel wasn't one to point the finger unless she had the facts.

"I think I might change after school, anyone up for a beach day?", Janie suggested. Mel smiled, "That would be awesome!" seeing as it would bring a nice end to the day before returning to their rooms and getting their beauty sleep. Certainly something to look forward too while they dealt with their first day back at school, which once was very exciting, but now, well, it was hard to come up with a word to describe it as it was nice being back and being reunited with Janie and being with Andrew again, but then there was the negatives also, so overall a fairly balanced day she supposed.

It was then that Janie was motioning people to come with her, as Cassie and Brianna got the message so they could spend some time to dry themselves down, leaving Mel alone with Andrew. "Well, looks like it is just the two of us...", she commented, before leaning back gently on Andrew as she then said softly and all innocently, seeing as there was no need to act like a pillar of strength and could now rest in his arms, "...The girls have left me, and there's no introductions. Now what to do...". Initially the schedule of the day was for there to be introductions before everyone having a break and then having tours, before having lunch and then sports afterwards. Well, the school now had to put the heating on and dry up, and as for the tour, she already knew the place and every nook and cranny.

The day would now go alot smoother. Sure the silly antic had wet everybody and put a dampener on today, but one thing was for sure, it certainly woke people up to the truth and also made people dashingly handsome as she looked at Andrew and then stroked his chest gently with her free hand, seeing as the water had wet his shirt and making it stick to his skin but as a result, it made him even more hot and more alluring and with it just being them now and the day being messed up, she could surely stick to him also. It seems, thinking about it, that she should thank the guys who did it and hopefully close the gap between them. "Take me somewhere Romeo", she said softly as she looked to him and looked into his beautiful eyes, ignoring everyone else. She'd speak to them later, pondering on what their reaction would be for having an Academy student causing disruptions. Haha.

Andrew Lile

Andrew smiled back at Mel when she was happy with his response about the umbrella. They walked outside and everyone was standing around, talking or trying to dry off. He thought he saw Nathan somewhere out here, but he was mistaken. He walked silently with the girls as they talked. He had no problems with Janie, Cassie and Briana, but he would like alone time with his girlfriend every once in awhile. His thoughts were interrupted by Janie’s comment about going to beach. Mel agreed and he nodded. It was either that or he would skate around and hang out with Nathan. Maybe he should invite Nathan to the beach. Later. Before he knew it Janie and the girls left to go and change. Finally gave him and Mel alone time.

He snuck an arm around her waist and pulled her closer as the girls walked away. "Well, looks like it is just the two of us..." He smiled as she leaned back against him. She liked to keep her guard up when it her friends were around. It was annoying, he liked seeing Mel like this. Relaxed and open. "...The girls have left me, and there's no introductions. Now what to do...". He chuckled slightly. He didn't understand why introductions were necessary. Everyone knew each other from their original schools, and no one is willing to mingle with other schools. There is no point of this. He kept that to himself and just watched his relaxed girlfriend, holding her close to him. "Take me somewhere Romeo" There eyes locked and it was almost like no one else was around. He truly adored Mel. She was wonderful despite some flaws, but he has his issues as well. He closed the gap between them in a kiss and then pulled away, holding onto her hand.

“Alright. Come on.” He said while walking away from the school. School was probably going to be canceled due to the water flowing throughout. It was a free day today. He got farther away from the school towards the park where he first asked her out. He still remembered that day. It was bright and sunny and they were both freshman of course. He asked her while they were on the swings. It was almost perfect, except for the unexpected rain after he asked her. They have been on and off since and they were together at the moment. He liked to treasure this, by taking her here. He got to the park and he stopped. “We are here.”

((Hope you don’t mind that I set up how they went out.))

Every girl in the world was always seeking Mr Right. Somewhere in the world was the right guy for them, someone to cherish them, someone to be who they always dreamed of. However, they were just that, dreams, at least to some people. Some truly believed they had found Mr Right and have lived happily ever after, whereas some believe Mr Right has been found and begin their life with them, before being let down. Love was so mysterious, so unknown, so blind at times, yet whether it was Mr Right or not, being loved was the sweetest and warmest feeling anyone could feel. To know that someone cares deeply for you, someone who would defend you, someone that would stick with you to the bitter end, it sure was comforting.

Sometimes she does wonder if the perfect couple, when Mr and Mrs Right are together, have arguments, if they do have their problems, or even if a perfect couple exists at all. There were so many guys in school, or as the saying goes, plenty of fish in the sea, yet it was hard to choose among them and make sure your picking the right one before another guy that could have been yours was caught by someone else. You don't really know, that is the problem, the problem that had bugged Mel with her relationship with Drew. Sure he was hot, infact he was super hot, especially with those abs, those curves, those well-built muscles and that tan! It was a miracle that she was still standing, as many fall in awe. Gosh, she could still remember when he first asked her out....Her! out of so many others.

Course their relationship had its ups and downs, as it all went well at first, but then they split up, and then couldn't keep away from each other and found themselves in each others' arms again before another disagreement occurred and it happened all over again. Drew was however too irresistable to truly let go, she deduced as she assessed what was going on. They just had to be the perfect couple with Drew being a popular and being a magnet to all the girls while she too was popular and was a magnet to all the guys, it made sense and she greatly enjoyed having him around and being with him and having him all to herself.

For a guy to Drew's caliber, he sure was pretty quiet when with the other girl's, but he sure was comforting and kind when he could be himself. Infact, both of them could be themselves when not having to be on their guard all the while. She did not care if anyone was looking, as it would at least send a message to any of the lads interested, that she was taken and had to try elsewhere. Sure she could be cocky and tough when she wanted to, and so could he, but both could be soft and gentle, no matter how many of those delicious abs were on show. There were some girls who liked to be on an equal footing and not having to rely on the guy of the relationship, but Mel enjoyed being pampered now and then as she felt his arm go round her waist to hold her in place as she leaned back comfortably and smiled.

This was another reason why she had to get him under her umbrella earlier, so when she cuddled up again, she wouldn't get too wet. Sure he was a little cold, but after he had pulled her close to him, she could feel his warmth round about him warming her up, and then there were those dark eyes that she could easily get lost in, and lost she had, as she fell into a trance as her eyes closed as she recieved a kiss, before her Prince Charming took her by the hand, "Alright. Come on", he said as her eyes re-opened and she smiled as she hurried off with him. If anything changes at school, she'd get a text from one of the girls anyway. Sometimes she couldn't help being like a mother hen sometimes.

However, now was no time to be mother hen, as Andrew led her to exactly where she thought he would as she recognised the way they were going, before he stopped, "We are here". Sure it was just a park, a park like any other with swings and a slide and lots of other things that were generally for younger children, but this place would always be special as she recalled that day and it just so happened to rain on that day, which was quite ironic after what happened earlier. Mel giggled, "What is it with us and getting wet eh?", she stated with a wide smile on her face. Well, she wasn't wet much thanks to her umbrella which was now back in her bag, but he was, as she then let go off his hand and begun undoing his buttons from his cool denim shirt that was sticking to him which he could stop her doing if he wished, as she explained, "Let's get the air to ya", since it would help dry him quicker, with a smile on her face that he could not refuse.

Mel sure could be cunning and devious when she wished to be, and as much as the wet had brought them together, she didn't want no other girls seeing how dashing his guy was right now with the shirt sticking to him, before she then rested her head on his chest after giving it a cheeky kiss, while her warm hand weaved behind the shirt, round his back, and held his waist as she made herself comfortable. "Do you remember when we were first here Drew? and your still irresistable as always", she spoke to him softly, as her eyes then looked up at him and gave him another smile.

Andrew Lile

The expression on Mel's face was proof enough that the place he picked for them to be alone was a good one. It was a special day for the both of them. Him more than her if you could believe it. He was a nervous wreck when he asked her. Thinking she would reject him and say no, but he kept his cool throughout. In the end he got his Mel. "What is it with us and getting wet eh?" He shrugged his shoulders. "Maybe it's just us." He replied with a smirk on his face. She wasn't wet much due to the umbrella that she had now put away. He was soaked. The sun has yet to dry his clothes, but his hair was dry. He ran his fingers through it and watched as Mel came closer to him to pull of his denim shirt. He didn't care, she wasn't the only one that has seen his marvelous abs. But he didn't really care about the others. He truly kept his abs for two reasons. Pride and Mel. "Let's get the air to ya" He shrugged the rest of the shirt off and it hit the floor as she kissed his chest. He wrapped his arms around her as he felt her wrap her arms around him.

She rested her head on his chest and he rested his cheek on the top of her head. She was too adorable for her own good. She got comfortable on him and he backed up slowly so that they were sitting on the bench close by. He pulled her onto his lap. "Do you remember when we were first here Drew? and your still irresistible as always", He smiled. "And you are as lovely as ever." He said seductively. He kissed her once more making it last longer with passion. He was glad they were alone. He wouldn't be able to do this with the other girls around. Mel and him both like to stay on there high horse and look perfect. Or close to it. But this is the time they let there guards come down and be real. Do the things they wouldn't dare to do in front of everyone. Especially PDA. He would hold her had or wrap and arm around her, but that was it. He cherished moments like these.

She laughed, "You never know, soggy bread could be delicious." She winks.

"That was the guy with the guitar wasn't it? We should have warned him so he could save his guitar, he was really good at it."
She nods in agreement as he says this and bites her lip "Yeah."
Yet her small smile that is permanently on her face brightens at the invite, "Sure, but I think I'm going to get a change of clothes first, see you there?" She waves back at him.

With that she walks off smiling, back to her room, quickly grabbing a change of clothes* and rushing back to the school building.
She sees Marcus back in the damp hall and smiles, it felt so much better to be in dry clothes - even if her hair was still a little damp.
"Tried any wet toast yet?" She grins at him.

Mel could remember her early days as if it were yesterday, back to when she was young and naive, back when she relied on others and like other girls, spoke no end about the hot guys they all knew and all dreaming what it would be like if any of them came and swooped them off this feet. It was a moment every girl desired, but knew it wouldn't happen inside, but it didn't stop them dreaming. Afterall, they had all only just started and were quite young and were only growing, not being grown women as of yet. Not to mention the Prom Queen's and cheerleaders of those in the senior years who all had the eyes of the guys watching their movement. Afterall, there was no such thing as an unattractive Prom Queen and cheerleaders had to be hot to be able to be effective. The situation seemed pretty bad, but the girls were all confident that at some point, their dreams would become reality, that they would have some attractive guy swoop them off their feet and love them. The feeling of love really was hard to describe, but in the hearts of these young ladies, it was surely desired.

It sure came to a surprise when Andrew came to her, and it wasn't like the most romantic moments ever with her sitting on her swing and him on his, but it was a moment she would cherish. Sure he annoyed her sometimes, but it was hard to get his sweet handsome face out of her head. Those dreams she had of having a hot guy as her boyfriend had surely come true, and even when away from him, she couldn't stop thinking about, and with the years that passed, despite them breaking up and getting back together again, both of them grew even more fond of the other, the love continuing to grow. Sure he wasn't totally perfect but everytime she's round him and in his arms, she feels like she's in heaven, even if the heavens poured rain on them which is what made her smile when he commented, "Maybe it's just us". After all the time they were together, they had something special and such precious memories. It was why the rain or water didn't bother her, as that was where she had found her true love and also recieved her first kiss.

Nevertheless, Mel always wanted to do what was best and what she felt was right and allowing him to catch a cold would not do. How would she survive at school with all these High School kids if her Drew had taken ill. It was too unbearable. Who would hold on and cherish her then? When they were apart, she used her frustration to make her bold as brass, but when they were together, she wanted to be with him. Afterall, what was the point of having a relationship when you were never together. It was only her intention to pull open his shirt so he could get some air and help dry him, but instead he shrugged it off completely, making her smile. Afterall, he was all hers and no-one else's, as she closed her eyes peacefully as she rested against his chest, before he then felt her legs lifted up as she was cradled in his arms. This is what she loved, and then looking back into those cool dark eyes and hearing him say, "And you are lovely as ever", she had truly departed from the real world. This was the exact reason why she could never see herself leaving him, treating her the way he did and lifting her off her feet which every girl dreamed of.

Not only did girls dream of being swooped off their feet by a handsome guy, but being in love with a handsome guy and Mel surely was in love. That last sentence had made her heart melt and begun to beat faster, a hot warm feeling spread across her, as her right arm swung itself over his shoulder and her left hand laid upon his right breast as their lips were once again drawn together. However, instead of merely recieving than she did before, feeling his soft lips and the sweet taste in her mouth, she kissed him back with passion, expressing her feelings towards him for how much she loved him as her lips did all the talking. Afterall, the summer holidays were always hard since everyone returned to their families, and it was that yearning for him and how much she missed him that had made her so emotional that she coveyed in her kiss.

In her books, it was the guys who wore the trousers. Sure she could be authoritative when she wanted to, like when she got everyone to walk outside earlier, but when it came to relationships, she preferred the guy to lead which is why when all the girls were asking for dates, she merely continued as normal and it had all paid off by having the hottest guy ask her out. She could keep this up however long he wished, and would pull back from his juicy lips when he wished to, for she had no problems showing her love. Once they did pull back, Mel re-opened her light blue eyes and stared into his before saying softly out of her peach lips, "I love you so much Andrew", before her lips then closed into a soft smile, happy to be in his arms and with him again.

Love. Its a four letter word that is misused by every human being. Love is commitment and true passion. It seems to be used to describe friendships and inaniment objects. Guys would use it to get to girls and girls tend to use it to keep guys. Honestly the word is said out of wishful thinking and desires that could never come true. From always searching for it. Not really letting come natural. Some is by force and for others it isn't there.

Andrew had a hard time with love. His mother never loved him ad his dad had a funny way of showing it. He used love to make others happy. None of them truly came from the heart. That where he believes it should come from. And he believes he has found it. Mel. His true love and his last love. They break up time and time again, but they come back with more love and passion for each other. He was lucky she said yes. He was lucky to finally understand love. He was lucky to have Mel. Any guy would be gifted to have someone of her nature. But she was his and he was hers.

When she said i love you first his heart did a backflip. To hear those words made him happier than a laughing hyena. She was the only one to say those words to him and truly mean it. She has occupied his mind and heart. When they are apart he longs to hear her voice saying his name. When they are together all he wants is to hold her and kiss her to show that she is his. Even though they just got back together he plans on keeping her this time, whatever it takes. He cares for her. Sometimes through his flirtacious smile and smoking eyes it is hard to tell.

"I love you too Melodie. And i wouldn't trade you for the world." He said truly. He kept his arms aroud her and smiled back at her looking into her deep blue eyes. Her ran his fingers softy through her hair. These are the moments he cherished the most.

There was being near a hot guy, there was being seen by a hot guy, there was being with a hot guy, there was going out with a hot guy, but being kissed by a hot guy had to be the most amazing thing anyone could wish for. It was like being in a fairytale which was what everyone dreamed about but never actually believed it would become real. All they wished for was being swooped up by the feet by a hot guy. Sure they earnestly believed that their hearts were beating and that they were truly in love. As far as dating goes, maybe a week if they are lucky before another girl takes the guys fancy.

Afterall, being so gorgeous had its pro's and con's and it was the same for the girls as well, where you had many guys seeking your attention and wishing to date you when you were single, or even if you were dating someone else, they wanted to put their foot in the door and make them theirs. Sure she felt so warm when Drew asked her out, but the question on her mind was how long it would last. Afterall, they were only freshman back then and there was girls older than her, and as much as she hated to admit it, there were girls that were prettier which would no doubt want to take what she has gained. What is someone's gain is someone's loss, and losing is not something that people like to do.

However, what Mel loved about Drew was his dedication and how he stuck by her, and in response, she too stuck by him. Sure as time went on, things started getting harder for her to stick up for him and him her. However, those around her didn't believe their relationship would last. Maybe it would last a few weeks, maybe a few months but no more was what people thought, or hoped in other girls' case. Afterall, once she was out the picture then Drew was free again and it was time for them to have a piece of him. Their hopes however were dashed by the bond that they shared and seemed to be unbreakable. It didn't last a few weeks, nor a few months, but a few years and still together which shows how close they were. Nobody was perfect and as such, arguments broke out which resulted in them breaking up. It screamed victory in other girls' ears for having their chance to date Drew and other guys' ears to date Mel, but then both sides were let down when they got together again and it seemed that was the way it would be.

Before leaving college in senior year, students compiled a Yearbook where they'd come up with several scenarios and reflect the students in their year like 'Whose likely to become famous?' or 'Whose likely to become Prime Minister?' and then there were the more personal ones which people saw Mel and Drew fit in such a category which was, 'Which two people are likely to get married soon?'. Afterall, no matter how many arguments, they got back together and as the saying goes 'arguing like an old married couple', it seemed there was nothing that would tear the two apart. How could any of them leave the other, when they found the other too irresistable.

Not only that, but the feeling of being loved, to feel the others' touch, to make the other happy and everytime they kissed, it was those sweet moments that were once a dream that were ever so precious and so hard to let go. Being in Drew's arms, hearing his voice, seeing his beautiful face, and not forgetting his kiss, Mel loved every moment. As she remained cradled against him, she wished she had dressed more for him, rather than thinking about the High kids, but least she had a chance when they all went to the beach and where she'd wear a bikini for him. Not the ordinary type, but the type which was divided with her thin chest open in the middle. Oh she was looking forward to it alright, and even feeling reluctant inside when she pulled from his kiss. She loved him ever so much, which is exactly why she told him, even calling him by his full first name, before he responded in kind, "I love you too Melodie. And i wouldn't trade you for the world".

Melodie wasn't a name she carried often, preferring Mel over Melodie since for one, it sounded alot better and was a much more attractive name, but hearing him say Melodie made it sound ever more sweet, making him the only person she would allow to call her by her full name. The only question remained time and time again, was why and how did their relationship have their ups and downs when he was so kind, so gentle and so warm, as she felt his hand go through her hair and seeing his warm smile and those alluring eyes look down to her. Even when they did disagree, it was really difficult to be angry at him or raise her hand against him when all her instincts told her to hold onto him and snog him till kingdom come. Alright, so it was a bit of an overstatement, but the fact remained, he was too gorgeous, and sometimes too gorgeous for his own good.

Her smile widened as he spoke to her, causing her to pull away from staring and being mesmerised by his beautiful face as he looked down as her cheeks had begun to blush. It was not that she wasn't used to his charms, but it had been awhile with the holidays and the fact that had just started getting back together, that the heat that ran throughout her body from being so close to him had to gather somewhere. However, with her left hand still on his right breast from before and his arm round her waist and his hand softly going through her hair and feeling his beautiful eyes still looking at her, she looked once again up at him, putting her right hand against his cheek and caressing it and smiling, "I'd hope not", in response to his earlier statement.

Her hand gently stroked his cheek, before her left hand moved ontop of his hand that ran through her hair and put his hand against her cheek to feel his touch. Her eyes closed and her smile softened at having his warmth round about her again, before leaning forwards at him and getting even closer to him as a result, as her soft cheek went against hers, "I don't ever want to be away from you again. I just want to be in your arms. I'm all yours. Let us not fight again, I love you too much. I missed you", her voice almost sounding like sobbing. She hated it when they fight and ended up leaving each other. Sure it wasn't for long, but breaking up before the summer holidays and being away for such a long period, it was too much!

Perfection was fake. That was what there relationship looked like. It was almost too good to be true. The loyalty and trust they had in one another was uncomprehensible and unbreakable. No matter how many times they split, they would come back to each other. The girls around him envied her and the guys around her hated him. Dating her was worth it. It just shows how strong love is. They were the technical definition of love. Watching them afar was magical.

Andrew was silently counting how long this would last at the current time. As perfect as they seemed, there differences would get the better of their relationship. It didn't make sense. After all theses years, you wouldthink that they would be with some one else entirely. Not even thinking about one another. Yet here they are. Together. Happy. And cuddling. It was sad knowing that sometime in the future one of them was going to mess up and they wouldn't want to see each other. It was a never ending cycle that he was just dying to break. They have never lasted a full year. It's almost impossible.

As her hands ran through his hair and how he melted under her touch he pushed the future tragedies out of his head. They weren't important. What is important is that she is sittin here with him and allowing him to hold her close. He didn't want to let her go even if she asked. Under the potential sobbing he er say that she didn't want to fight anymore and he nodded his head. "No more fighting." He kissed her forehead and wrapped his arms tighter around her. The fighting ends here. No more breaking up. No more short term relationships in a long lasting one. Its forever.

Out of all the girls at Ridgerock, Andrew had a wide variety of choice. Each time they broke up, it was felt it was the right thing to do, before seeing the reason as silly when they got back together, only to repeat again with something else. There was however something there, something strong that could withstand the storms of time, as any girl could of snatched Drew away from her after witnessing their break-ups. What would Mel of done then, if someone had taken her Drew away? Afterall, fresh meat was coming in each year and existing students were dressing to impress, giving her quite a lot of competition. What she did fear, was if it did happen again, and with those from Ridgerock High joining them, she feared that one of the Girls from High would snatch him up since they are unaware of how it has been the past few years.

Course, it would of been alot better if they got on well all the time and got closer and closer, rather than being with each other and then pulling away, with that same process happening over and over again while the two of them grew both inside and out, but their feelings towards each other only grew stronger as they were apart. It was why she told him there and then, that she did not wish for things to go wrong again, that she wanted it all the grow right, that they would not break up again, and it sure made her smile when he heard his alluring voice, "No more fighting", and feeling the kiss he had given her on her forehead, which only made her desire more as her lips were thirsty again.

Afterall, just by looking at him, it made her feel stupid to even think about letting go of her prized stallion. He was so strong, so manly and not to mention, a feast for the eyes. He was incredibly handsome, and even when she had broken up with him and not feeling happy with him, it was hard to snap at him and ignore him when he was just a magnet. Like magnets however, the opposite ends attract and each had their differences, but their attraction towards each other was clearly solid by their perseverence, but there could be no letting go this time. With the new intake from Ridgerock High as well as the freshman, not to mention those already at the Academy who fancied her or him, both of them had to keep on their guard and keep close to each other since quite a lot of guys and gals were crafty, and the guys from Ridgerock High had already shown that they were having their own way.

Her hands had ran through his hair, before they had slid down to his waist as he had with her. With him close to her, there was nothing that could go wrong, or remove the smile that was on her face. Her nose inhaled the air, and as usual she smelt that sweet smell that surrounded Drew, such a smell that she had missed these past months. "It has been too long.....but it sure feels nice to be in your strong arms again, to feel safe again", complimenting on his strength and how safe she is round him, "I could sleep in your arms so easily", and she could, knowing he was there with her and that he would take care of her.

"Brianna is amazed that we're still together, and you want to see some of the faces I see the girls pull", she told him as she brought her right hand away from his back and leant back a little as she poked his chest but not too hard, "...because you still have to be the amazingly attractive guy that you are", before a cheeky smile returned, "Not that I'm complaining of course...", as she lifted her right arm around his neck to hold him as she leaned in to give him a quick kiss, before pulling back again. She didn't like to pull back, but when the day got warm and she was wearing her jacket still, and being right close to his hot body, she had no choice but to step back. However she didn't say such as her left hand had pulled away from his waist and felt his abs, as she added to her previous statement, "....especially working on these beauties", complimenting the work he had put into his training. It was one thing to date a hot guy, but it was something even more amazing to be with a guy that took care of his body and be with a hot guy with abs.

It was then that she raised her head and gave him a cute smile, "I think your hotness is rubbing off on me. Can you help me?", she asked after giving him a wink. Was hotness even a word? She didn't know right now, since the only one that mattered right now was him. It was also another way of saying 'your turn' since she had just been flattering him. Not that she was going to expect it as it would be wrong to do so, as she was only expressing her love for him and how much she missed him. She didn't even say what she wished him to take off so she wasn't hot anymore, but left it to Drew's perogative since they were in a public setting, despite how quiet and how no one was there. She was in Drew's capable hands and she would remain with him.
