Setting

Irvar is on the fifth circle, next to Ghaliar. The whole country is covered in a thick jungle that provides homes to many creatures, some harmless, some violent. Irvar is home to two different human societies, the tree-dwellers and the scrub-dwellers. The tree-dwellers live in hollowed out trees which are connected to each other with wooden bridges. You would think that their homes would be uncomfortably thin, but Irvar’s trees are extremely broad. The tree-dweller society is ruled by a council of nobles. The scrub-dwellers are small, nomadic clans who refuse the safety of the trees and seek the more adventurous life that the undergrowth offers.
