Personality: Yukosa feels like a big sister to the other band members. Being the oldest of the group, she feels a heavy responsibility when it comes to the safety and well being of the group (even though their manager constantly reminds her otherwise). She’s very supportive of the rest of the members, especially Hotaru, who she’s known the longest. Usually she’s calm, but she’s heavily sarcastic and loves comedy. Yukosa has her fun-loving side. She also finds herself in the role of peacemaker and conductor, more often than not. In dealings with Death+Trace(or even just conversation about them), she’s been known to step in to break up a fight. And during rehearsal, she not only listens to her part, but to everyone else’s so as to help the band improve as a whole (she’s by no means a musical genius; she’s just good at looking at the big picture).

But when you get her angry, that’s when you know just how much of an impact Hotaru’s had on her. All restrictions fly out the window and if you just get viciously chewed out, you’ll be lucky. Also, she’s been know to be extremely stubborn, and determined- especially when the opposition feels sure of beating her.

Biography:Yukosa’s family was relatively normal as she grew up, and she did as they bid her. She was quiet and hard working and well-behaved. However, once in pre-k, some of the boys thought it’d be funny to start picking on her. She bore it quietly over the course of the school year, but near the end she just snapped. She beat them all into a pulp, teasing and mocking their pain the whole way. It took three teachers to get her away when they figured out what was going on.

But when she got home, it was as if nothing had happened. She was as obedient, if not moreso now as before. But that event stayed with her into kindergarten, and it’s the reason she became good friends with Hotaru. That girl was just about the only one who didn’t shy away from her in fear or tease her. The outbursts came and went, only triggered through continual abuse from those around her. Her family sent her to therapy for it, which didn’t help much. But it did make her more laid back and harder to piss off.

But all the way through elementary school, when her friends were threatened, the attacks would come. She became notorious for her ferocity and her parents pretty much gave up on her, writing her off as a hopeless case. However, her Aunt thought that this one flaw should not get in the way of her immense potential as a person. Her Aunt became her benefactor near the end of elementary school, and Yukosa soon moved in with her and her American husband.

By this time, she’d already been introduced to Visual Kei bands by Hotaru. After listening to the music for a year, she finally decided to learn to play bass guitar (because ‘it supports the band from behind without being too controlling; like a good mother should’). The bass became her outlet, and it was not uncommon for her to be caught practicing on her bass when she should have been practicing on her violin. But her aunt supported her interest, especially since it seemed to calm her down. She put her foot down one day when Yukosa tried to walk out of the house in her first Visual Kei costume in her first year of high school, so she continued that hobby behind her back (though her uncle eventually found out, and agreed to help keep the secret). When she announced her plans for after graduation- to go to Tokyo with her friends to play rock music- her Aunt just about threw a hissy-fit, but with some talking to from her uncle, she finally calmed down and reluctantly gave her consent.

Crush:Haike Keiichi
Past Relationships: She dated the president of the computer club, Haike Keiichi at her high school during her first year. It was he who introduced her to video games, and from whom she discovered her video game prowess. They broke up after a year because Visual Kei unnerved him. More specifically, his discovered Hotaru’s Visual Kei hobby and looked down on it. When she found out, she confessed her hobby and chewed him out for being closed minded. Their relationship ended there, though Yukosa resumed contact with him after running into him in Tokyo. They’re just friends now, but a small part of her wishes he would accept who she is so they could get back together because he was the only guy she ever felt comfortable with.
