Kira tends to wear mostly soft shirts and high-waist skirts so that she is both comfortable and able to kick and jump without restraint. The girl isn't especially vain but she does understand the importance of image and therefore does her best to always appear appropriately dressed in front of her peers. Her feet are usually encased in black trainers or some form of flat shoe.
She has long red hair that falls in thick locks down to her waist. Her eyes are slanted in shape and light golden/green in colour. She has great assets for a youth and the beginnings of a hour glass figure can be seen in her athletic build. She's very strong for a girl but her height isn't the most intimidating at 5'6. Her skin is pale and isn't the kind to tan. People used to call her the angry leprechaun when she first started the academy but soon stopped when they witnessed just how scary an Irish girl could be.
For some reason, when Kira and Hanbi resonate their souls Kira's hair turns silver.

Fiery/Short Tempered
Its no secret that the red head has a fierce streak and short fuse. She gets frustrated easily and can rarely detach herself from getting emotional in tough situations. She fights with her heart on her sleeve and thinks she can solve any problem if she's given the opportunity. She can come off a little mean at times because she likes to get straight to the heart of things. This has earned Kira a reputation of being blunt and rough around the edges.
Passionate
I'm sure you can already tell Kira lives passionately. She hates hard, loves even harder and has the battle scars to show. If you don't want a passionate lecture, best to not involve this one in any debate or argument. She has a strong sense of justice and there isn't really a grey area for Kira, right and wrong is merely black and white.
Kind-Hearted
In any situation, it's never to late to be kind to someone and help them out. Kira has a habit of letting her heart get in the way. She may be a little intimidating and scary on the outside but her heart is definitely in the right place and if anyone were to follow her for a day they'd see for themselves that she goes out of her way to help others.

Despite being excellent at close range battle, being a great meister and having the unusual talent to blow strangely shaped bubbles Kira has a very special talent. She can connect to people, understand their wave-lengths and this helps her combat a great deal. Through this talent she can better understand those around her and even change the minds of those about to do regrettable things by showing them a way out.

Blowing odd shaped bubbles, close hand to hand combat, using her weapon, getting into trouble, leadership, cracking skulls. Sarcasm.

Believing in people when they don't deserve it. Being too strict and heavy handed. Ignoring her own needs. Trusting in those as she expects them to trust in her.

Losing in battle. Having no one believe in her. Fighting with those close to her.

It was decided that the twins would fight one another and the one that survived would consume the other for ultimate power. The obsession with power peaked here where the clan were forcing the youths to develop into kishin and demon weapons. To cut a long story short Kira refused to destroy her twin but he was already too far gone and brainwashed. Perhaps he knew he was the weaker one of them and felt that things would be better if he become one with his kin.
Did Kira kill her twin brother in the end? Would you dare to ask if you ever looked in to her dark history?
The clan was hunted down by Lord Kid and destroyed on the same day Kira was due to battle her brother. After much debate and examination Kira was allowed to live and years later accepted a place at DWMA. She was only ten when Lord Kid crashed her initiation. Other youths were already young kishin and the adults were all mad with evil and the consumption of human souls.

She lives in her own apartment and works part-time at a cafe to help pay for food. Lord Kid pays for the apartment out of kindness. He really is the best.
