{N I C K N A M E}
Razeluxe
A name given to him by the public, though it is not his legal name and simply his scout name. Razeluxe is obviously a combination of "Raze" and "Luxe". "Raze" is a synonym to "wipe out, destroy, or demolish", while "luxe" or "Luxurious" can be related to "elegant".

Julian stands just an inch over six feet, and owns a somewhat slender build that he's been working on recently. His physical stature is nothing too impressive and he doesn't naturally give off an intimidating aura. However, when one decides to gaze upon his face, they then see one of the most attractive things in recent memory, likely. Julian is nothing short of model-tier beauty, and there is not a single blemish upon his fair skin. He does not inspire the word "handsome", but his sharp chin and mesmerizing eyes do evoke jealousy from a lot of others. His looks are the kind that make most girls faint the moment they lay eyes on him.

✦ Haughty ✧ Stubborn ✦ Loyal ✧ Fabulous ✦
As one brought up getting just about anything he wanted, Julian can sometimes seem excessively haughty and spoiled, believing others to simply be a bit beneath him in standing. While he's not entirely wrong, this kind of attitude can cause problems in team-oriented scenarios, such as where he finds himself with his fellow scouts. Julian is very prideful and will not allow himself to take orders, under just about any circumstance. Suggestions, of course, are always welcome, though he won't always follow them. His time spent in isolation has caused him to depend mostly on himself and because of that, he is very hard to gain the trust of.
Julian is not a bad person, however, and doesn't try to intentionally hurt someone. The only exception here is if someone manages to piss him off, and the easiest way to do that is to mention gangs, thugs, or anything similar. He absolutely hates such individuals, as they cost him his father (though he believes himself to be just as responsible) and often loses his head when having to deal with one. Since being kidnapped, Julian has taken classes in self-defense, and can be sometimes seen abusing this knowledge against thugs who rub him the wrong way. It is in these kinds of moments people see a beast behind the beauty.
But, most of the time, you'll come across a guy who, while he sees himself in a brighter light than he probably should, is pleasant to hang around. He is not too "above" others to enjoy speaking to them, he'll spoil his friends, and he'll not let an insult go unpunished towards them as well. He's a bit of a nerd, having more experience with anime/manga than most would assume he would, and can nerd out just as much as any otaku. While he does occasionally have responsibilities, he won't hesitate to put them off if someone he likes is in need and you can expect a loyal friend for him.

Celestial Catastrophe
Vega/Capella
Julian's signature ability is to throw an arm towards the sky, where a sudden burst of light strikes his wand, causing it to transform. The light then trails down his arm, moves through his chest, and escapes out of his other hand, creating another blade of pure light.
{Strengths}
✦Looks Fabulous - Typically, when people witness the summoning of Vega and Capella, they admire just how brilliant the light from each blade is, as well as the lack of wasted movements as Julian strikes up the pose to draw them.
✧Penetration - The blades tend to cut through just about anything they're swung at, making them extremely terrifying to deal with.
✦Deflection - Not entirely offense as weapons, these two blades may, in certain circumstances, be used to parry incoming attacks. Of course, things that explode would better off be dodged than parried, for obvious reasons.
✧Efficient - Were Julian to simply use them as melee weapons and not attempt to use the wand for anything else, he'll unlikely ever become exhausted from overuse. Cutting things doesn't require very much strain on his behalf.
✦Duplication - Celestial Catastrophe is a two-part move in which Julian is actually creating a working clone of his wand, meaning that for the duration of its use, he should be treated as though he has two wands - twice the power, in the same way that two blades allows one to attack quicker than with one.
{Weaknesses}
✦Poses - While very fabulous and sometimes awe-inspiring, to actually summon Vega and Capella, Julian is REQUIRED to do this pose. Meaning that he is fairly vulnerable if he is attacked during this time.
✧Range - Swords really aren't known for excelling in a ranged battle. Julian needs to be close to his opponents to make use of blades.
✦Inefficient - If one were to give Julian a label, he could either be a sustained DPS or a burst DPS, but he cannot do both. Julian can either use his blades as melee weapons or he can use both "wands" to do some great damage. Using Vega and Capella as wands rather than swords will completely exhaust him incredibly quickly, meaning that this use is only good for very specific circumstances.
✧Offensive-inclined - Celestial Catastrophe is only useful if he is capable of going on the offensive. If he's put in a situation where he needs to flee or otherwise be defensive, it's useless.
✦Telltale Signs - Anybody or anything paying any amount of attention would likely pick up that, if Julian's forced to desummon Vega and Capella, he's useless. That's the end. He's either knocked out cold, on the verge of death, or completely exhausted. In every single case, Julian is no longer capable of doing anything productive until he's gotten rest.

✦Manga/Gaming/Reading - He's generally seen spending extra free time with a book in his hand or playing a game he's recently gotten addicted to.
✧Practicing - He keeps himself in shape everyday to ensure he's able to be useful, such as practicing basic self-defense or simply exercising.
✦Posing - Though he absolutely hates doing it, he can't actually summon his swords without posing in a really precise manner, so he practices it in secret, daily.
{L I K E S}
✦Dogs - He has a pet dog at his house that he always affectionately talks about.
✧Games - Is fairly competitive when it comes to gaming.
✦Anime - Along with manga, he enjoys spending his free time watching anime.
✧Manga - Same as anime, except in book form.
✦Praise - He always enjoys being praise, as everybody should praise him.
{D I S L I K E S}
✦Thugs - Loathe is a better word. Julian almost instantly goes berserk upon seeing such types.
✧Orders - He's too proud to be told what to do.
✦Cats - They're not as loyal as dogs, in his opinion. Plus, they scratch!
✧Posing- Hates to do this, though begrudgingly does so anyway due to necessity.
✦"Pretty colors" - "I'm no woman!"
{S K I L L S}
✧Fighting - Relatively good a hand-to-hand combat, due to his constant practicing.
✦Posing - Despite hating it, he can strike poses fairly well.
✧Rich - He can typically buy whatever he wants, which is good enough to call a skill.
✦Determined - If he sets his mind to something, he'll get it done. It doesn't matter what that thing is, if he truly wants it done then he'll do it.
{F E A R S}
✧Guilty for another death - He absolutely fears causing someone else to die unintentionally, like he did with his father and the girl he was supposed to marry.
✦Death - That's not to say he's a coward who runs at the first sign of danger to his life, but he doesn't look forwards to it either.

Julian was born to a very wealthy family. He grew up being spoiled and knowing that he would get whatever he wanted, no matter what. But with wealth comes little time for interaction. Both of Julian's parents were never around to support or care for him, and due to his status, he was fairly isolated from anybody around his age when he was very young. Resentment grew in Julian towards his parents for quite some time, as he believed they either didn't care about him or hated him and it stuck with him for some to come.
Eventually, Julian made it to a normal high school whereupon entering, he noticed he was a very attractive young man. Or so he figured. From what he read in manga and books, girls didn't tend to have heart-shaped pupils in their eyes unless they really liked something, and those very same eyes were always directed towards him. High school was probably one of the more fun moments in his life, as he had requested specifically to go to a simple, normal school instead of a private, expensive one. Yet, even then, aside from a few failed attempts at 'dating' and a sizeable amounts of teenage girls swooning for him as though he was some idol, he didn't actually experience that much. Yet, because he felt his parents didn't care about him, those were some treasured memories.
Close to the end of his high school life, Julian was informed that he would need to take his father's place in the company he worked for, and that he would also be forced to marry some daughter of another fairly wealthy company. He... honestly saw no true problem to that, at least in regards to the marriage part. He'd never actually felt "love", only trying it out because stories depicted dating as something great, and so he simply accepted his role as though it was expected. Of course, he disliked doing anything that made his parents happy, but he had come to the conclusion this would have happened sooner or later long ago. But it seemed like not everybody was okay with this arranged marriage happening. The very woman he was meant to marry ended up committing suicide in a desperate bid to escape the responsibilities. This broke Julian's heart, as he had met the girl a few times before and thought her to be a wonderful person. Was marrying him so bad? He begun to think it was his fault, as though he had done something to offend her when they had met and blamed himself for being a bad person. Running away from home to clear his mind, he caught something heavy and metal to the back of the head, and lost consciousness.
When Julian awoke, he realized he was in a very bad bind. Some thugs had recognized him as "that pretty boy worth quite a bit" and wanted to earn a ransom from his father. Of course, they threatened the man into not bringing the cops and coming out alone, which is, surprisingly, what the older man did, the very instant he heard his son was in danger. Julian, having expected the man to simply call the authorities or make any rational decision, was surprised to see his father show up with a briefcase full of money, completely intending to pay the men and leave with his son. It was then that Julian realized that, although he was rarely around, the man did truly care for him. It would have stayed a very heart-tugging scene had a man not simply struck the older Stiles from behind in an attempt to capture him as well. One hostage was more than two, was it not? Unfortunately, Julian's father did not survive the fall from losing consciousness, his head landing on a very inconvenient piece of rubble in the rather cliche abandoned warehouse they had met in, snapping his neck and fatally injuring him. Julian has both blamed himself and thugs in general for what has happened.
Having caused two deaths, his father and his former suitor, Julian simply jumped on the chance to become a scout if only to redeem himself. That is, of course, if such a thing was even possible.

This character skeleton is not of my own making and I am not claiming it to be so. If the original creator has problems with me using it, well, I probably don't care enough to bother changing it, but I won't say that I am the one who made it in the first place.
