"What". He turned around to have the door closed in his face by Carlos. He sat down in a green chair surrounded by four other chairs in a circle and a dark women sitting on a high chair in the middle looking through some papers. "Jacob Mace I suppose". The women looked up intensively. He looked up from his feet and stared back at the women in the same look."Yea how did ya know". He imitated a southerner and smacked his gum hard."I could tell from the Cuffs young man. Spit out your gum please". He smiled and looked around for a trash can. He found one and spit the gum out happily. He didn't care anymore since the gum lost its flavor. He turned his head to the door to wait for others. "They will come soon then get who they will be with in the rooms. By the way we do cross gender". Jacob nodded his head in acknowledgement. "Call me Jake". He smiled widely while still staring at the big wooden door.

Her mother walked her up to the front desk and told the woman who she was. The response was a slight smile, that Alexandra thought was fake, and pointed to a door. " You can't go in with her though," She also happened to mention as the mother and daughter pair had moved toward the door and the unseen room beyond it. Alexandra smiled slightly at her mom, finally giving in. " It's fine. I won't run for it." She nodded at her mother, tilting her head to the door. " Anyway, you can't stay here with me, now can you?"
After a quick goodbye Alexandra opened the door and walked in, wincing slightly as the door closed with a click behind her. Her eyes were automatically cold upon entrance as her eyes shifted between the two other people in the room.
" Hi, is this the place where teens with issues go when their parents want to get rid of them?" Her voice was sarcastic as her expression stayed completely serious.

"Oh, and the girl has a sensative stomach. Vegetarian and all that. Give her whatever she wants in terms of food, we'll take care of any expense." Grey looked up at that, her eyes burning into the back of her father's head. He couldn't have been the one to remember. He was busy. He was just busy. At least he didn't deny it.
He turned abruptly and she accidently met his eyes. She felt herself go white and quickly ducked her head to contemplate her blue shoelaces again. Suddenly, his polished black dress shoes stepped into view, and she flinched and she felt his stiff fingers pulling her chin so she could meet his eyes again. His eyes flickered to the woman behind the desk before he said sternly, in Spanish "Do not waste the effort and the money that is being wasted here. For once in your life, Ariana, try to live up to your mother's sacrafice." Ariana flinched, but nodded obediently.
"Yes, papa," she whispered. The woman at the desk cleared her throat, looking stern.
"She needs to go into that room," she said, "alone."
She didn't need to be told twice. She adjusted the bag she wore with her music, nodded to her father once more, and almost ran towards the door. On the other side, there was another girl with a pale face and dark hair, standing in the doorway. She tugged nervously on one of her curls and tapped the girl on the shoulder. "Um, excuse me," she muttered, trying to get through.

He was busy staring at the ceiling above his bedm thinking. He usually didn't think. That's what Adam did. But Adam wasn't here anymore.
His whole family came to escort him to Riverside. His mom, a beautiful spanish woman named Catalina, his dad, a middle aged Korean man, named Abel, and his two half brothers, Ryan and Aiden (who were full blooded Korean), and Ryan's fiance, Stella, a pretty Italian girl.
Despite his requests, they all came inside with him. His parents went to the front desk to check him in while his brothers were talking to him.
"Everythings going to be alright, ok bud?" Ryan assured. Marco rolled his eyes. "Like I care."
Aiden put his hand on Marco's shoulder. "Don't touch me, Fag!" Marco hissed. Aiden drew his hand back, with a look of hurt in his eyes.
"Don't try to act like this is for my own good. You guys don't even care about me." "Marco that's not-" "Shut up.", Marco scowled.
His parents rushed up to him. "Alright.' His dad said. "Your all set." His eyes were watering as he spoke. His mother made no attempt to hide her emotions.
She grabbed Marco, hugged him, and sobbed into his shoulder. "I love you so much, Marco!" She began to speak in Spanish. "Vamos a visitar cada vez que nos sea posible! Te voy a enviar cartas todos los días!" She looked into his eyes and stopped sobbing. "We love you, Mijo. Don't forget that." She kissed him on his forehead, and continued to cry in his dad's shoulder. They all said goodbyes, even Stella, who said a prayer for him once he turned to walk through the door. He showed no emotion through this, but his heart was breaking.
He didn't just kill his brother. He broke the hearts of his whole family.
I'm a horrible person. I should just die. Kill myself. Then no one would have to worry themselves about me.
He walked through the door and his eyes flickered between the people in the small, cold room. Well, this is homey., He thought sarcastically.
He began to pick the newly formed scab on his wrist. It was from a cut he made yesterday.
"Hello. I'm a depressed, suicidal teen with a drinking problem. Is this where I come to get help? It's kinda cold." After he spoke his scab was already raw and bleeding.

"I- I'm Grey-- I mean, Ariana. I'm Ariana, but everyone calls me Grey, is what I mean," she volunteered and then immediately felt stupid. No one seemed to care, though the woman at the desk at the center of the room at least seemed to be listening attentively.

Alexandra stared at the others in the room, purposely ignoring the woman and only focusing on the teens. Two boys and one other girl. So far. The one boy hadn't identified himself but the other had called himself Jacob, or apparently he preferred Jake. The other girl called herself Ariana, but this was only after she called herself Grey. Apparently, everyone liked nicknames? Or they were just confused.. Really, really confused.
" Please call me Alexandra or Alex." As usual, she spoke formally; a habit she had when around people she didn't know. Which was something that happened often.

He took list of everyone's name. There was Jake, who was now getting his handcuffs off.
I wonder why he had them on... Marco thought. The girl Grey, obviously a Latina, seemed alitte twitchy.
Then there was Alexandra. She was the type of girl Marco used to hit on, but he really wasn't up for it.
And besides, he knew she had to be about 17, maybe 18.
He laughed at her 'teachers have bad timing' comment, because it was so true.
He looked up at the rest of them and continued to pick at his scab, reopening the wound.
A small amount of blood got onto his jeans. "My name is Marco. But you guys can call me Marco."
His eyes were glazed over as he spoke and he yawned. He ran his fingers through his dark hair.
One more person, he thought. Bored, Marco began to sing,
"99 bottles of beer on the wall,
99 bottles of beer,
take one down, pass it around,
98 bottles of beer on the wall!"

"How long will we have to wait here, and where do we go once we leave?" she asked finally. There were about five million other questions swirling in her head, but those were the most innocuuous.

At least she wasn't suffering through this idiocy alone. That was a plus.
