Full Name: Theresa Sarah Hill
*Note*: Never goes by Theresa, always goes by Tessa
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Appearance:Image
Tessa, is a beautiful girl, she has brown hair and brown eyes to match. When she isn't in uniform, she tends to wear a t-shirt, jeans, or some comfortable pants, depending on the weather maybe a sweater.
Personality: Smart, Loveable, Kind, Caring, Courageous, Determined, Independent.
Tessa, is a very Kind Girl, who looks out for everyone, who stands up for everyone. She never lets fear get the best of her and faces it head on. Because of her upbringing, Tessa is very Independant, she never lets anyone see her cry or know she is hurting and replys if anyone asks with "I'm fine." She hates it if she does slip up and cry infront of someone.
TO(Training Officer): Officer Perez
Bio:
Tessa grew up in a small family both of her parents were cops. She was raised by her Father since her Mother was killed in the line of duty when she was around two or three, her Dad was a Detective in the Guns and Gangs unit, and did a lot of undercover work, he was a major workaholic after Tessa's mom died, he really didn't raise Tessa, just taught her how to be a good cop. Tessa spent most of her childhood at her aunts.

From a young age Tessa learned how to take care of her self, her aunt was sort of just there, in the house with her.
Tessa's Father taught her from the age of nine how to shoot a gun and how to do things cops needed to do. Told Tessa, her whole life, that it was in her blood to be a coper. That's all Tessa ever wanted to be.

After she Graduated Highschool, Tessa's Father retired from the police force, and unfortunately took up the bottle.
Tessa continued on her path to become a cop and went to the Police Academy and trained as hard as she could. By the time she was ready she and seven of her friends had all been selected for Division 4.

Theme Song(Optional):
Warrior-Demi Lovato

This is a story that I have never told
I gotta get this off my chest to let it go
I need to take back the light inside you stole
You're a criminal
And you steal like you're a pro

All the pain and the truth
I wear like a battle wound
So ashamed, so confused
I was broken and bruised

Now I'm a warrior
Now I've got thicker skin
I'm a warrior
I'm stronger than I've ever been
And my armor, is made of steel, you can't get in
I'm a warrior
And you can never hurt me again

Out of the ashes, I'm burning like a fire
You can save your apologies, you're nothing but a liar
I've got shame, I've got scars
That I will never show
I'm a survivor
In more ways than you know

Cause all the pain and the truth
I wear like a battle wound
So ashamed, so confused
I'm not broken or bruised

'Cause now I'm a warrior
Now I've got thicker skin
I'm a warrior
I'm stronger than I've ever been
And my armor, is made of steel, you can't get in
I'm a warrior
And you can never hurt me

There's a part of me I can't get back
A little girl grew up too fast
All it took was once, I'll never be the same
Now I'm taking back my life today
Nothing left that you can say
Cause you were never gonna take the blame anyway

Now I'm a warrior
I've got thicker skin
I'm a warrior
I'm stronger than I've ever been
And my armor, is made of steel, you can't get in
I'm a warrior
And you can never hurt me again

No oh, yeah, yeah

You can never hurt me again

Tessa stepped out of her car into the parking lot looking at the station, she grabbed her bag from the back and headed in. She headed straight for the women's change room and grumbled a little putting her uniform on, the bullet proof vest was uncomfortable, she hated them even at the academy, her dad had told her she would get used to it as time went on, tightening her pony tail and closing the locker she headed out and into the large room that they had their morning meeting in, where everyone went in, was told what was happening what they were doing, and who their partner was for the day, though she heard that didn't change very often, and it definatly didn't change for a rookie since rookies were always with their training officers.

As soon as Tessa stepped in and took her place she looked for her fellow rookies who had come over to four with her, but was having trouble spotting them, she sighed irritably looking back at the front. A man walked in a little after her in sort of street looking clothes with a badge at his side, she assumed that he was one of the two detectives for the station for the simple fact he wasn't in uniform. The station Sergeant stepped up to the podium at the front and started speaking to them, saying things about basic patrols, he listed the rookies and who their training officers were. "Officer Tessa Hill, your Training Officer is Officer Perez." Tessa looked over at the man who smirked and waved at her, she sunk down in her chair a little.

According to Michelle's alarm clock it was four am. Her body felt heavy and sluggish from too many drinks the night before. She pulled herself out of bed and changed into sweats and a t shirt. She went out the door and began to jog down the street. The streetlights casted a greenish glow onto her skin. The only sound was her breath and the rhythm of her feet on the pavement. When she turned around to run back to her house, the sun was high in the sky. She went inside to her fridge and poured herself a glass of water, draining it in one gulp. She rubbed her eyes and headed for the bathroom. She flicked the neon light above the basin on, rinsed her face, and looked in the mirror. The cold neon light flickered and hummed above her.

Michelle arrived to work late with large sunglasses and a larger coffee in her hand. Before she entered the building she took off the glasses and looked in the mirror. She had dark circles underneath her eyes that she had attempted to cover up with concealer. She threw her coffee away and went inside. She walked past an unfamiliar woman with brown hair and smiled at her. Michelle assumed the woman was a rookie by way she was uncomfortably slumped in her chair. She threw her bag on her desk. It was covered in neat little piles of paper. Behind her desk was a large bulletin board with satellite photos of houses, mugshots, and highlighted documents all connected to one another with red string like a spiderweb. She sat down and waited for her partner to arrive.
